There was a small mix-up with my younger daughter?s hamburger, but the staff quickly corrected it and even gave her a game card so she could enjoy a few games while waiting?really appreciated the gesture! First time going to Dave & Buster's in this city/state. I had a good time as always. I think the location that's closest to me in Henderson is smaller than what I'm used to, but I had a great time. I also feel like the menu significantly shrunk & they don't have vegetarian/vegan options besides a black bean burger & fries. All in all it was fun & I'll be back one day.

Waited for 10 minutes at the hostess stand for anyone to greet us. The hostess seated us and we sat for 20 minutes and no wait staff came to the table. As we were waiting I was observing wait staff either on their cell phones or yucking it up with the teenage boys in the restaurant. We got up from the table leaving the sparsely crowded seating area and not one of the staff noticed. We had 4 patrons including two under the age of 12. Way to go Dave, you Busted.

The games are addictive (in the best way), the prizes are hilariously overpriced, and the vibe is all about letting loose. The last two times that I have visited there the food was cold and the bar was out of tonic. Chelsea the bartender is absolutely amazing. It's not her fault the bar has no tonic, however, the last time I visited they cashed my tab out and forgot to give me my card. They only gave me the receipt. I realized it when I got home, now I have to go back and get it. Customer service was just not up to par. Don't know if I will go back. I would rather go to the strip and play.

Huge arcade! Took the kiddos- got some food, burgers, flat bread pizza, and barbacoa quesadilla- it was all good! Kids played for about an hour in the arcade on a 450 point card and got some pretty good prizes.

They just raised their play card price by a minimum of 10%. That's a huge jump. It's the only reason to go there. The management is always nice but the food is subpar at best.

Food was aight, real slow on the service and multiple times on asking for our drinks and confusion on why they were not already served. Other then that, not one employee was wiping any games down after plays and it wasn't that busy. At least have the wipes at the games "filled" instead of empty and no one replaced them after alerting them. My boys both got flu a and this was the only place we had been. I ordered a couple of dinners to go and the food was excellent. The service was great too. They have large TV's to watch sports on. Dave & Buster?s in Henderson, Nevada, is a fantastic spot for family fun! The place is clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to fixing any broken games. The activities are fun, but I would HIGHLY recommend eating somewhere else before hand. The service we received was extremely disappointing. We had 2 waitresses, both in which were not attentive, nor friendly. Give Iris a raise!!! That lad did the impossible and got the pump it up machine updated to the October 31st 2024 edition of the game. Any piu player should come check the machine out.
