I must have visited on a bad day because my ribs were dry and hard hidden with sauce My steak bowl was fatty, (steak) ,our waiters name was speedy he tried to help !!! so I would like to say thank you to Mr speedy but my food was not up to the part! the rice was a hard rock, which was replaced with a Cajun pasta that only had maybe three shrimp in the bowl, I wanted to really give a one star but I will be back to visit and I pray that I come on the right day but I must say it shouldn't matter what day I co
Had a good time here with my family. We didn't feel judged when my three year old had a bit of a meltdown because we wanted to eat before playing. The service from the host and our server Judy was friendly and hospitable. For food, we went with the food deals that came with the play card. I think the deal is worth it. I had the fish and chips which was tender on the inside and lightly tempura battered on the outside. It didn't seem as heavy as most which I enjoyed. The tartar sauce was odd, kind of just se
We hosted our daughter?s birthday here this year and had a great experience. Brandon, Jeremiah and Jasmine took great care of us. It's rare when your party guests comment on how fantastic the staff was and we heard positive feedback from multiple people. We've had and hosted a lot of parties and my daughter said hands down this was her best birthday party yet! Thank you!
?? Our family is a big Dave & Busters fan since we were living in the Bay Area so it's pretty cool to have another location here in Vegas besides Summerlin. This location is smaller and has fewer games but is a lot less busy so we like to come here when we don't wanna deal with too much crowd (unlike Summerlin location). ?? Good Things I like about this location: - less crowded - clean - easy parking - restaurant is not usually packed ?? Not so good: - less game options - prizes are usually the same and n
Went there with friends March 2024 and again today 2/20/25. I went with the same people and the service was great again. That seldom happens anymore. We like to go back where we get good service. The manager came over to the bar and asked how everything was, that was awesome! We sat at the bar this time and our beer was nice and cold the way we like it! Then we got a discount on air hockey. Thank you!! We will be back. We went to Red Robin a few weeks ago and a year before that and the service was ho
????? I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Dave & Buster?s Henderson for my son?s birthday party! From start to finish, the service was fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and the cleanliness of the venue made the experience even better. One of the standout moments was the upgraded back room the perfect setup for a group of excited 10-year-olds! The buffet was a hit providing just the right food for kids to refuel b
Decided to have a family nite. First time here and did not disappoint. Games are so much fun and well worth the money. Especially knowing the card Never expires and you can use it at ANY D&B. My son ordered a Burger, husband ordered wings, I ordered a platter with wings, sliders & hotdog pretzels. Beer was ice cold. Food was better than anticipated. This establishment is so clean considering it's everything in one.! We will be back.
Food was good... service wasn't the best. She completely didn't listen to our order specifications, luckily no allergies, we picked it off and moved on. Drink refills took forever.. no straws.. just a bunch of little things, but hard to justify when it was slow and we're paying over 100$ for dinner.. Games are very expensive per pay. We got the power play combos and the prepaid cards went fast! Kind of a bummer the way they price things and if you have a remaining balance on the card, you can't use it becau
We had a great time at Dave & Buster?s! There was a small mix-up with my younger daughter?s hamburger, but the staff quickly corrected it and even gave her a game card so she could enjoy a few games while waiting?really appreciated the gesture! The rest of our food was great. My burger was loaded with bacon and full of flavor, my wife?s pasta was cooked perfectly, and my oldest daughter really enjoyed her chicken tenders. Overall, great food, great service, and a fun family experience!
The waiter we had first of all took too long to acknowledge we were there. We told him we wanted water with lemon, he brought water and then I had to ask for lemon. My husband ordered a hamburger and requested no flavored Mayo. The waiter acknowledged that but apparently he didn't write it down or tell the cook. He came and threw the food down and didn't say anything, made very little eye contact, didn't have much of a personality at all. He had no business being a waiter. (I say this out of experience) I o
Went here for a birthday party it was nice little area pretty clean but honestly way overpriced. The cards that came with the party were wiped out before even a half hour. Chuck E Cheese cards were better. The human claw machine is way overpriced it's 20 bucks a turn or two turns for 30 and you get one item worth maybe 5 bucks. A pool floaty or a ball. Same quality as 5 below items.
Came in (thursday) to play games and use some tickets I've collected over the last few years. The store is less than a year old and still has a new feel. There isn't a front desk but there is a host stand with a host during busy peak times. Otherwise, you walk in and immediately see the game room. To your right is the dining and bar area. Bathrooms are in the game room past the long booths on the right. Very clean. Nicely organized game room. The winners circle was clean and they were stocking the p
Amazing ?? great games great service waiters where so nice ??
First time going to Dave & Buster's in this city/state. I had a good time as always. I think the location that's closest to me in Henderson is smaller than what I'm used to, but I had a great time. I also feel like the menu significantly shrunk & they don't have vegetarian/vegan options besides a black bean burger & fries. All in all it was fun & I'll be back one day.
Dave & Buster?s in Henderson exceeded my expectations! We drove here from Vegas & The cleanliness and overall ambiance were top-notch. Manager Ryan and the staff were exceptional, creating a positive and engaging experience. Not to mention, the food was fantastic, and the service was impeccable. A definite five-star rating for a memorable time!
Went here while staying at the Southpoint Hotel in Vegas. They were having both the UFC and the Canelo Alvarez fight at the same time. Only ten dollar cover charge, and anybody under 20 got in for free. The staff was great, the food was good, and the drinks were cheap. Overall it was a great experience. I probably would've gone to a casino to watch the fights. However, for some legal reason, the casinos in Vegas don't televise the fights. And not too many sports bars do either. So I found out last minute th
We watch the Gervonta Davis fight and Lamont roach at Twin Peaks. The food was great. The service was good.
The food was delicious! I wouldn't have expected an arcade to serve such great food, but I was pleasantly surprised on both of my visits. I ordered the wings, sliders, and pretzel dogs?all of which were fantastic and deserving of five stars.
Came to this location for the first time and I thought I was so much better. Love the big tv screens, love that there's a lot of games, and love the staff and service. Plus the whole restaurant part was bigger than any other Dave and busters I've been too. Definitely wanna come back to this location
Waited for 10 minutes at the hostess stand for anyone to greet us. The hostess seated us and we sat for 20 minutes and no wait staff came to the table. As we were waiting I was observing wait staff either on their cell phones or yucking it up with the teenage boys in the restaurant. We got up from the table leaving the sparsely crowded seating area and not one of the staff noticed. We had 4 patrons including two under the age of 12. Way to go Dave, you Busted.
Food was amazing and we had so much fun with the games! Our waitress was so friendly! We will definitely be back! Great way to spend an afternoon!
We were there on Saturday night, it was our first time there, starting from the hostess when she sat us with a very bad attitude, we were the only table with Hispanic people at that time and we felt rejected in every aspect, the waiter never checked on us, they didn't bring us napkins, our drinks ran out and the refill never arrived, the managers on duty didn't even ask if we were okay when we clearly and notoriously weren't, the waiter was only nice when it was time to pay and leave the tip, I'm a waitress
Dave & Buster?s is like the adult version of a playground?with better food and way more flashing lights. The games are addictive (in the best way), the prizes are hilariously overpriced, and the vibe is all about letting loose. Whether you're crushing skee-ball, sipping on a giant cocktail, or watching the game on one of their zillion screens, it's the perfect spot for a chaotic good time with friends or teens who still want to beat you at Mario Kart.
First timers, the food was great and the drinks were super!! But be sure to check your bill before paying. We were overcharged $15.99 for one drink, as well as for one food item. Service was just okay. They could have checked on us more than once. Had fun playing games.
What a fun adventure!!! From the many food items to the sporting events and then there are the games, so many games! Dave and Buster's is a funtastic adventure, beginning to end.
The last two times that I have visited there the food was cold and the bar was out of tonic. Chelsea the bartender is absolutely amazing. It's not her fault the bar has no tonic, however, the last time I visited they cashed my tab out and forgot to give me my card. They only gave me the receipt. I realized it when I got home, now I have to go back and get it. Customer service was just not up to par. Don't know if I will go back. I would rather go to the strip and play.
Huge arcade! Took the kiddos- got some food, burgers, flat bread pizza, and barbacoa quesadilla- it was all good! Kids played for about an hour in the arcade on a 450 point card and got some pretty good prizes.
We went for a little family fun night. My husband and I and our daughter had dinner. Which was lovely. Our server was amazing and fortunately I cannot remember her name. That service was quick and efficient and she was great with her suggestions. The restaurant was very clean lots of TV's everywhere and then we went to go play some games. My husband was shooting some basketball and his wedding ring flew off his finger and somehow got inside of the game. The security was helpful but the staff even more. He
When me and my friends first arrived we went to the host the host sent us to someone else who sent us right back to the host, and they made us wait a good 30mins to get our food orders, then when we after we made our orders they brought us dirty absolutely dirty cups, my friend literally had someone?s lipstick on her cup, then they offered to get us new cups and brought us back more dirty cups, we asked to speak to the manger she absolutely ignored the fact that her staff kept giving us dirty cups and still
Me and my family decided to have a beer in the parking lot, before going in. I hate spending too much on a beer. So pregame you know. I know it's a bad thing. But Dave and busters security made me feel really unsafe when they came out with guns and told us we can come in but we can't drink. There were security guards that met me, and my family in the front with guns at the ready. We had kids! A "family friendly" establishment.... Ook.
Loud?like the big screen TV?s during football ?? and the food was good once they figured out my order. Not a bad price for game card & food package.
we love this place! the staff is great, the food is great..drinks are reasonable! it's got something for everyone when you're out with the family.
I've taken my ex, my sister, my best friends, and plenty of others here. I give it 4 stars because there were a plethora of machines that weren't working a couple of times we went. Still a great time though!
Manny in the Dave and Busters eat-in area is genuinely the sweetest server I've ever had! My coworker and I come here after our late closing shifts occasionally and never leave disappointed! He is on top of service, never drops his joyous attitude, and always cracks a good joke with us! We're never taken care of when we go out like we are when we get Manny as our server he deserves all the praise in the world! I am never disappointed when he pops around the corner as our server!! Would also like to shout o
They just raised their play card price by a minimum of 10%. That's a huge jump. It's the only reason to go there. The management is always nice but the food is subpar at best.
We had a great event in the private room. Great staff. Perfect location. Close enough to Las Vegas but far enough from the strip
Always a good time, first time at the Henderson location. Felt a little smaller than others. Food and drinks were good, our server was nice. Love that they have the Pump it Up machine, it's my favorite.
So much fun!! It's really beautiful inside, not so busy and clean. John, the bartender who likes golf, was awesome. He has great conversation skills and is friendly.
This is now my favorite Dave and Busters to visit. The games are fun, the food and service are amazing. Gone a few night for MNF, and the extra trivia and games the restaurant plays are such a pleasant surprise. Definitely our family fun spot.
Food was aight, real slow on the service and multiple times on asking for our drinks and confusion on why they were not already served. Other then that, not one employee was wiping any games down after plays and it wasn't that busy. At least have the wipes at the games "filled" instead of empty and no one replaced them after alerting them. My boys both got flu a and this was the only place we had been. Please fill up your wipes for the games especially the virtual ones.
I ordered a couple of dinners to go and the food was excellent. The service was great too. They have large TV's to watch sports on. The atmosphere at the bar was great, that's where I had to order the to-go food and the diet coke was great too. I will be back sometime to enjoy the dining and spirits. The female bartender was very helpful in ordering my food. She was most excellent.
Food was mediocre at best. We paid 80 dollars for an all American burger with some cold fries. Service was horrible couldn't even get napkins with my food. Games were okay a lot of them were out of service. For a family of 3 we ended up paying 160 dollars that's ridiculous.
Today my 8 year old daughter and I recently visited the Dave & Buster's location in Henderson,Nv at approximately 5:50-6:00pm and unfortunately had an experience that left me feeling extremely disappointed and uneasy. After arriving and being seated, I waited over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from my designated server. During this time, I observed this server attending to other tables multiple times at least 4-5 times each while I attempted to get her attention. Despite my efforts, I received no ac
This place gets a 1 of 10. Horrible pricing and ticket exchange rate.... go to green valley casino for a better experience
For you Dads, Moms, Grandparents, PLEASE go to Dave N Buster at Wednesday for your kids. At Wednesday, the Arcades prices is Half-off prices. It is a game changed prices to save your kids credits arcade. You should try the price is right Plinko to get more tickets. Wednesday Half off price is an absolute Game Change.
This D&B atmosphere is Great. Great food, games, Drinks. Clean good 4Da kids.
My son absolutely loves it here. The food was good, their fries and pepperoni pizza flatbread are his favorite.
Literally sat and waited for our check for 35 minutes. It had an open tab on our check before us and the service was not great. Could not get our check straight at all. Food was horrible and so expensive because check was so messed up. Save your self the time and money!
Dave & Buster?s in Henderson, Nevada, is a fantastic spot for family fun! The place is clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to fixing any broken games. The food is great, making it a perfect all-around experience. My son loves it here, and it has quickly become his favorite spot whenever we visit Vegas. Highly recommended!
Haven't been to a D&B in years, food good, staff friendly and attentive, but skee ball is gone hahahahaha
Food was mediocre, service at food was rough, went here for my son's birthday and the entire table needed drinks and we finished our food without them because we didn't get anyone to check on us. Waiting for the ticket I sent the kids to the arcade without me because they wanted to play but I hadn't paid. I had to go find the server. She apologized and was very kind but they must be severely understaffed because I waited for about 15 minutes after saying we were ready to go to the arcade, without a check, b
Every time I visit this location the food is hot and delicious. The customer service is awesome and attentive.
The activities are fun, but I would HIGHLY recommend eating somewhere else before hand. The service we received was extremely disappointing. We had 2 waitresses, both in which were not attentive, nor friendly. We ordered a cocktail and never received it, then were charged for an extra soda when we only ordered 1; the waitress then argued with us saying we did get 2 sodas. We spent about $200 in food alone so it was extremely frustrating to get treated like we were an inconvenience. Rae was our main waitress
The food and service was good. The reason I took away a star is that all but 1 of their lower card machines had cards to dispense and it felt like 1/3 of all of their games were broken. The kids had to find games that were working. For being open for 2-3 weeks you would think everything was new and working well. We did enjoy our dinner and service was great. The gaming experience could be improved. We had a DnB by our house in San Jose and the food and service there wasn't as good, but their games and disp
Food is overpriced and just mediocre. There is not much value for your money. There are other places with better food and more fun.
Though I'd give this a try to watch the hockey game and eat and play games.Wasn't enjoyable the game had no sound you had loud music from trivia playing. The restaurant side kind of a miss. The only ones with urgency and very attentive were the managers although it wasn't even busy. The games where enjoyable that's about it this isn't really a place to watch sports.
Games were fun but I was rushed to pay the bill and when reviewing the receipt, I was double charged for food I didn't order, double charged for soft drinks and charged a $45 service fee for what?? Never eating there again!!
Give Iris a raise!!! That lad did the impossible and got the pump it up machine updated to the October 31st 2024 edition of the game. Any piu player should come check the machine out. I'm hopeful will get it online someday but at least we got the selection!!! Update: Iris figured out how to get the game online fully now. Anybody who has an actually am pass for the game will now be able to use it.
Service was awesome, our waitress Elaine rocked!! We placed our order and got our food so fast, and the Cheeseburger/Fries & Chicken Sandwiches were surprisingly delicious too. Way beyond expectations, especially for a fun place. Wife and I went here with our toddler and he had fun just walking around, watching people play games. We went for him, but I'd go back just for the food.
Kids had fun, we didn't get food so can't tell you if it is good or not. Bunch of different games for everyone to play!
I had no idea D&B was in Henderson. I haven't been in years since my kids were young but it's still the same. Food is consistent and as delicious as it always has been. We were there for a networking event and it was a good time overall.
I came here on this 16th of November 2024 to sit at the bar and have something to eat and have a drink! But they're showing a UFC fight and they are charging a cover to everyone! Mind you I don't even like the sport ! I am a local I was here yesterday and bring my family and friends all the time ! And they want to charge me a cover ! For a fight that I'm not even interested on! Not that I'm being cheap! It's just not right what they are doing!
I was here for my grandson's kindergarten graduation we had a good time with family.
It was my first time here, great place for a date night. The food was good and the drinks were amazing. Our server Brittany was phenomenal, because of her I'll definitely come back.
A big shout out to Manny and this establishment for giving us great service. We had a large party on fight night and they took care of us. It was a great atmosphere and great set up for the viewing. Thank you guys for the great experience!
We thought it would be fun to go there and watch the LV Aces game. The restaurant was empty. The game was not on (even though you would think that they would be showing a local team.) When we asked to have it turned on they said it was blocked out. We ate the mediocre food anyway. When we got out we found out the game was on the local Fox 5 station! They totally lied to us!!! It would have been nice if they played it without being asked but it's even worse that they made no effort and lied. I will never g
The service was great! Pretzel breadsticks were really good. I think the boneless wings were over battered. Burger was OK.. Thanks, Mr. Stone.. I liked how we had a good main server and several others helping with delivering food and drink.. D&B needs to update the website!! We came for VR Experience as a main point, but we're disappointed because the advertising was not correct or team members were unable to properly explain about promoting Top Gun Maverick. Overall, it was a good and fun dining experien
My gf and I have been here plenty of times. We mostly like to come for the arcade games but we usually always stop by the bar also. Every time we go it takes the bartender a while to take our order but this last time we went it was ridiculous. We were sitting there for 25 minutes and not a single time were we ever acknowledged by anybody. A manager was behind the bar also helping and nothing. I understand it was busy but having people wait for anything more than 5 minutes without a simple ?hey I'll be right
Absolutely terrible service terrible food all around a terrible experience. I didn't get no wet naps, or any napkins at all and my order was messed up every time. All three times all three were completely and utterly incorrect. I do not recommend this place for much to anybody unless you want a one star bar service dottys has better service. The food was terrible and I don't even think it was all the way cooked. Such a sad experience.
Tried to get them to put on the USA soccer game and the manager said we were only watching the NFL pregame and the Vegas Knights game? so much for catering to your customers.
Fun place for employee appreciation events, the food was horrible in my opinion. The fried pickles were okay, the burger, the appetizers, the ribs, the chicken sandwich, and whatever else we had on our table were okay to edible according to everyone.
It gets more expensive every time we visit. My son loved the human claw machine.
First off it is great to see a Dave & Buster's in Henderson. The atmosphere is nice and you would expect with a new place. We made a reservation since it was a Friday night. There were several tables available near the bar; however, they put us all the way in the back and the table was dirty and no place settings. I had to steal them from another open table. The waitress was nice. And was prompt. Didn't know beers on tab. The food was horrible. We had the fish and chips. Stay away from. Cold and nasty. An
I was there almost an hour ago and I ordered the Brussel sprouts and quesadillas with light cheese. The Brussels are dry and the quesadillas have no cheese and are flimsy and limp. I will be getting my money back
Me and my family came in yesterday and Tabatha was our server. She was so attentive and nice to us and sugggested my kids get these light up drinks. It was best thing we ordered they were so happy. The wings were so fresh and perfect the buffalo sauce is so good. Honestly best service and food I had in awhile we will be back!
Had a delicious bacon burger with fries, it was cooked just the way I like it- medium. Sat at the bar and was waited on right away, I enjoyed the 50% off promo. Always a good time at Dave & Busters.
Carver and Maya made my granddaughters' birthday party special. Best food best party!!!
While sometimes Dave & Busters can get pretty hectic and busy, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! The service staff in the restaurant section is very kind and quick to get you what you need. The gaming staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining the cards and points needing to be added to your game, as well as helping with any machine difficulties. We really enjoy the Willy Wonka Coin Pusher game and the cards will get stuck fairly easily in the prize sl
Came here after hiking, got a sprite and the gentleman at the bar was really nice! Then we decided to play games, and that's when things started to go downhill. 2 employees barged in on Mario kart, we obviously didn't want to play with them. They then laughed after we wasted our points when they play for free. The whole time we were there they made eye contact & laughed after the game was done. We then decided to get some food, where our server was rude, ignored our questions about a request, then was upset
Absent server had to track her down after getting the attention of 3 co workers.food is over priced and portions on sandwiches are a joke.the games were fun but I'll never come back for anything other than the games.bad experience.my daughter's b day she ate while everyone else waited 20 more mins for dinner.what a joke you can see how much chicken was.on 1 half of the hoagie
Evelyn K. Worst server ever. Such a disappointment. Got everything wrong. Messed up our check. Put someone else?s order on ours. Took forever and a half to bring us some ranch. Mind you be, it wasn't busy. She had an attitude and seemed like she didn't want to help us. The manager Oliver was such a sweet heart and helped us fix everything. I really appreciate you being so wonderful and being a stand up manager ! Thank you !
Waited several minutes at the front with waitresses, waiters and the host walking by with no greeting at all. We were finally approached once again with someone saying ?will be right with you?, no eye contact and a swift walk away.?? After sitting down it was exactly 16 minutes because we timed it.?? When we were finally greeted and asked for our drink order. It was not busy with a precise head count of other patrons in the dining area of 29, amongst 6 tables.
A time was had at D&B. Good alcohol, food, games & staff. We'll be back ????????
I went to this Dave and Busters to have fun, not the case this time. I loaded money on to my card, ate dinner, then found out that my card had been deactivated. And it was apparent when I wasn't able to play games, check my balance, or load any more money on my card. So it was active when I arrived and added money to it, only to have it deactivated sometime during my meal, rendering the money I just spent useless. This place is still rather new, have been a few times before. And while there have always been
We took my son and his friends here recently and we really enjoyed it. The price is fair, food is great and all games are fun for everyone. We will definitely be returning.
I didn't eat or drink here so I can't speak to that but the gaming area was nice. Music was way too loud though.
Great staff, food is reasonable. Drinks are good. Location is subtle.
2 of the 3 meals were made incorrectly. They comped one. The waitress rarely visited our table. On the bright side, the dessert was fantastic.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
