Liz is by far one of the best servers I've had. If you're a regular she remembers you and what you like to drink. Service is always top notch. I'm pretty patient on busy night but she always gets to me. She holds fantastic conversation and very relatable and understanding of people in general. We had an amazing time there. Katrina the manager got us seated within 20 minutes. We had a group of 20. We had been waiting a long time to eat at cheesecake factory next door. they told us it was going to be a 4-Hour wait to be seated at cheesecake factory. I would give more stars, but... The server we had was great! We were a party of 8, our food came out for the 7 of us but our daughters food buffalo boneless wings (probably the easiest of all) did not come out until after we had all finished our food and we had to ask for them to bring it. About another 10 mins. So all in all we waited over an hr for out food and then hers didn't come. Also it is hot has heck in here. For spending over $800+ I probably wouldn't come back soon.

Food took about 18 minutes to get to our table, and we had very easy items. Nachos were cold when we got them. We asked for them to be sent back and re-made. Came out a second time, about 10 minutes later and they were colder than the previous ones. We were so surprised but really should not have been. The message on the wall stated that Dave and Buster like to have fun and eat great food. I had Grilled Salmon and my Wife had Fish and Chips. Super fun place for parents who want to watch sports and entertain the kids. The service was fantastic and there were plenty of games for all ages.

This is the first time I reserved a table at Dave and Busters for the Super Bowl. I didn't know what section to pick for my table so I called and asked. We came to celebrate a new championship belt and had so much fun! The drinks were amazing, and the grilled Atlantic salmon was perfectly prepared with Cajun spices and jasmine rice. This is definitely the spot in Happy Valley. The bar is high energy and very reasonably priced for a good pour. Our group also enjoyed generously portioned fries and burgers. We could not have had a better after-party.

It may be an arcade but the food there is next level. Lots of options, delicious and doesn't dissapoint. Its one of our favorite spots to eat. The dining area has a half wall all the way around it so you can eat in peace without children running past you but if you happen to have some with you you can still keep an eye on them from your table.

First time being back to this Dave & Buster's in over 4 years, and the food is much better than I remember. The food was very delicious, exploding with flavor and more upscale than what I was expecting to see. It wasn't very busy so we didn't have to wait long for food or entertainment either.

A lot of games are broken anymore. The food is mid tier or lower. We bought 2 game cards and played equal maamount if games and one card drained almost instantly and they said we used it all up. In 10minutes? Seems impossible when the other card had 85% of its credit left. Service staff told us we used it and wasn't helpful. $100 wasted. Just go anywhere else at this point. It's dirty, run down and not a fun place anymore.

Unless you are going to stay for a while the points cards are way too many points. It is a loud fun environment that is great for kids. Food prices are way too much for what you get. Seems more like a special occasion place than a lets go have fun place. Fun place just be prepared to pay for it. They should call the steak and lobster linguini spicy steak and shrimp linguini.

Let me say I'm giving this rating simply because I feel it is super expensive. The games, staff, and cleanliness all rank 5 stars. When you arrive you pay for a card and put your coins on the card that counts your tickets. I took two boys (ages 10 and 12) they LOVED it, it is a super fun place for them. Both boys used $40 dollars worth of coins each (a total of $80) up in about an hour and a half. I thought they had a very nice large selection of games. I wouldn't recommend trying to eat here on a Saturday. It's way too busy and hard to get a table, and don't expect to see your waiter/ waitress and they probably won't get your order right if you do. Best experience at Dave N? Busters! When we first walked in Hannah at this location was so sweet with such a great personality!! She made sure we was taking care with our chips and card for the games. I would most definitely recommend coming here for some fun!

We never experienced eating there due to the long wait to even get a table that there was when we went there, so we mainly went to the arcade. The place looks pretty cool and has a variety of games including some 3 d experiences. My son likes the clawing machine games (they have 2, one is big and one is small ) but most the surprises are not great besides some balls. This place is so much fun. This is an awesome venue to let loose and have a good time. It was a very fun date night. The food and drink was actually very tasty. The restaurant and kitchen are understaffed and the games are overpriced. I shouldn't have to wait over half an hour to get the wrong order. The values to reload your card are all intentionally made to be confusing so you can't quickly figure out what kind of "deal" you're getting while in line. Also, 19 credits for a game ($4.75) is ludacris, and the bathrooms smell so bad. Do they even have fans to circulate air in there? For $22 you can go to Next Level in Hillsboro and get a bracelet for unlimited play

Came in with toddlers and there was alcohol drinks EVERYWHERE out on the floor with kids. Had to take two away from a 5 inter old. Bathrooms had no toilet paper or towels. Dirty dishes everywhere in the bar railing. Definitely needs more or better staff.

A but light on games when it comes to Dave and busters as a whole franchise but as a single place it's super great and the customer service is impeccable. Lost my wallet and they kept it for me without anything missing for 2 days till I could go back and grab it.

Fun place to go to with family but pretty speedy if u wanna eat and play arcades my daughter wanted to win some tickets to buy some small things with them at the shop but it costs like 175$ in coins and tickets on card just to have enough to buy a phone case definitely not worth it so if ur just going to play I wouldn't spend more then 50$ on arcade card and its 5$ just to be able to use a card to play arcades so save ur card foe next time cause u won't have to pay the 5$ FEE ANYMORE. Food order was wrong. Also, how are they calling these smash burgers? Smash burgers are smashed, not an inch thick with zero skirt or crust. Food also was very bland and the burger fell apart just trying to hold it. Not worth the money. The place was clean and empty. Food was just not good at all. I love D&B but this location, there's so many games not working. Those that appear to be working half the time are not. Had to call over assistance multiple times for credits. I'd love to come back when most games are working.

Great concept but horribly execution. Everything is way overpriced for what you get and the service is horrible. Had to find out own silverware after we waited so long the food got cold. One meal never even showed up till everyone was done eating.

I always wanted to go to Dave and Buster's to check it out, and I'm glad I did while visiting Portland. It's a place where an adult can feel like a big kid. The games were fun and the food was good, great fare. Check out the drinks menu: some of the drinks glow, and there was one where you got a little plastic sea monster in your drink that you got to keep (sadly they were out of stock on those though). If you like to have fun, you'll find a few hours will fly by here.

The wife and I sat down for 20 minutes before we were even helped in the bar to put to Miller lite beers. There was 4 bartenders and only one was pouring beers. Went on a Saturday night around 4:30pm. The wait for a table was about 1.5hrs. That's where the games come in handy! Had a good time, felt safe, and food was surprisingly good. Still find the whole experience slightly too pricey but not expensive enough to deter.

I absolutely love this place! Games work majority of the time, half price Wednesday is the best, awesome prize area, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Only issue is traveling between different locations which caused my card to lose all its credits and tickets, but the management took care of the issue immediately. 100% customer satisfaction!!

I guess they dont have enough money to fix the games. Bummer! Half the games were broken. Rockem Sockem game cost 20 chips to play and it was missing its arms and did not fully work. Update as of 8-21-24 If you want to stay in business as an arcade, you have to keep everything up and running. 1/2 of everything was broken or not working correctly. That was lame... Spent a few hours playing games recently with my kids. Been going here since it has opened. There is obviously a change in management over the last year. This place has changed dramatically for the better. Runs much more smooth than before. This was the best experience we have had since we started coming to this Dave & Busters. Great dining experience! The staff is friendly, efficient & helpful. My order was exactly as I ordered and it was served quickly. They have new food and drink items. Only thing I can think of that wasn't that great was the kids pizza I don't recommend. But all in all great food & service experience.
