Dave & Buster?s never disappoints! The food was fantastic?crispy chicken tenders and perfectly seasoned fries, but the real star was the honey mustard. Seriously, do yourself a favor and get it! It's the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The smashed burger sliders with grilled onions were also incredible?juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Pair that with the fun atmosphere and great service, and you've got an awesome time. Can't wait to come back!

My brother and I have been coming to this location for 10+ years and can easily say this is the cleanest and best one we've ever been at. The games are rarely ever broken unlike other locations, employees are kind, food is eh mediocre?don't recommend that much. I recommend going during the early afternoon, always quiet and dead at that time.

I go here with friends it is pricey but expected for arcade. Food better than expected all though it's not that good but it is ok because it was very fun. One of the best arcade places in the area only thing I suggest is fix the bowling game because it's always out

Had fun playing pool. Loved the sweet strawberry lemonade and bacon smash burger. Look forward to trying the strawberry cheesecake.

Restaurant not busy but over half hour for food to arrive. Food quality was excellent. Waiter was awesome. Half price Wednesday for games is an awesome deal. Allows all day game play for about $135. Amount of tickets won was considerably less and harder to win than previous visits. Some games ticket were very difficult to win enough for prize redemption. Very warm in game room to participate in interactive game play. Especially for May.

We had our daughter's birthday party here. The service was great! We had the party in the VIP room. I was allowed to come an hour early to set up a balloon arch and my cake table. Update, came for another visit. Kids had fun on the games. Got a couple of appetizers, the nachos and the pretzel dogs. Food came out reasonably quick. It was hot and flavorful. Staff in the restaurant area were great. Nice assortment of games, staff did a good job of rebooting ones that had issues. They didn't stay down long. Clean with staff doing a good job keeping it clean.

My review is based on a bowling party that I just had at this location. Kayla Ellis was excellent and responsive. The process to book the party was super easy! During the party, our server Trent provided excellent customer service and the manager Damien also introduced himself and was very hands on during the entire party. No complaints at all, everything turned out perfect.

Over priced games. But it's something to do on a rainy day. But do yourself a favor eat somewhere else, the food is terrible. Nachos stunk, wings were soggy. Pretzels where greasy.

Stopped in on a Friday night. Our first time back in months and the place had an high tech upgrade! More interactive and immersive games, a bowling alley, new restaurant seating area. Its a pretty cool layout and much needed. The improvements have totally opened up the space. It was packed as expected. Spent $110 on 2 game cards which took kids about 1.5 hours to use up. Between exploring the different games and interacting with random gamers, the kids had so much fun. Did not buy food. Service was great

I would give 5 stars all around but the service in the lounge wasn't as good as the service in the bowling alley. The first waitress had a "I don't want to do anything" kind of attitude. But when I went to the bowling alley part, the waitress was overall amazing and I would give her more than a 5 star all over. Please get associates like you have in the bowling alley. Thanks.

I went there a yesterday and I try to call earlier to make reservations. The guy on the phone didn't want to help me and Then me and my partner get there. Update - Received rewards and went to use them but then was told I couldn't use them the same day I earned them. Couldn't find that in writing. No sense of purpose amongst the staff. Been here a few times now. Place is not terrible but it's not spectacular either. Took a while to find a table because many of them needed cleaned and setup. Service was ok. Some of the games / machines were not working (out of order) High wait time to get a table, people were occupying tables without food. Overall, the place is fun.

All I gotta say is this place isn't what it used to be it just doesn't seem as fun as it was 10 years ago it seems like they got rid of all the good games. Especially the claw machine machines. You used to be able to go here and win a bunch of stuffed animals from the claw machines, but they don't have them anymore. Never again!!!!!!! I was recently at this location and paid with my card just for a crappy manager to claim my transaction wasn't received and they had to charge me again. However this manger never voided the first transaction and got money from me twice. We came here for a birthday celebration yesterday. The waitress who took our order on the bowling side was very good. Other than that, the food was blah. The games ripped me off several times, and for how expensive they are, i was pissed. 3 games total. One air hockey, the puck missing, ping balls on the fish bowl game, no bean bags in the bean bag toss. And each game was about 8 points, which is probably 3$ each !! We only got half our drinks and never even had silverware brought to our table. We had to get our own drinks and silverware. My food never showed up and others at our table didn't receive parts of their orders. Our waitress never checked in at our table and managers did nothing to remedy the missing food or drinks. We were a big group so 20% gratuities were automatically added so that was probably part of the lack of regard for our concerns. It was my first time there and probably my last.

Absolutely unacceptable service from a bartender woman whose name started with a ?T.? No greeting, no check-in, nothing. I had to ask just to be acknowledged. Camille and her team were absolutely amazing to us Saturday. We walked in with seperate reservations of about 45 people (hockey team) and she took charge, got us a vip room so we could all be together, strong help to take orders, and really accommodated us beyond our expectations. They have changed quite a bit A lot of the new games were pretty fine but I still miss the old combat games like Tekken I was mad when they got rid of that but me and my family did enjoy ourselves. I honestly don't recommend this place for younger children because of the atmosphere I think they are best suited for Chuck e cheese this is more of teenagers to adults for them to enjoy a little bit more but it's the location for the kids

This place is always a bit on the fence for me. It's great for little kids to get out and run around can play some games, but adults typically don't watch them very well. I can't tell if it's constantly understaffed or if the service is bad, but every time I go here the service is essentially nonexistent. It can take 20-30 minutes to get a beer sometimes and I usually just end up pgoing to the bar. Food is always pretty decent. Can't really complain there!

super fun! had a galentine?s day with friends and it was the perfect place to go. definitely a little busy in the arcade part for a friday night, but we were SUPER surprised by the quality of the food!! so so good! our waitress kaya was super sweet and very patient!! we ordered the nachos and they were very tasty, the flavors were something i?d expect from an expensive restaurant. i ordered the mushroom stout burger and once again was so impressed by the quality of it. absolutely recommend dining here!!

Today?s service was terrible. It wasn't our waiter?s fault; the bartender and other servers were late. It really shouldn't take 10 minutes to get a drink; every single time we needed a refill too. Generally pretty fun, but parking was *horrendous*. The service was ok, but the game room could definitely benefit from having a second bartender on a Friday night. Please fix the Connect Four setup. It's literally impossible to see the bottom of the board and the control panel is generally too close to the board. It's like sitting in the front row of the movie theater and you have to crank your neck all over the place to see what's going on. Does not make for a good time.

Just stopped by after some much needed updates to this location were done. The arcade feels more spacious even though there's more to do. There are a few new games to check out, and the dining area looks much nicer and cleaner. Definitely recommend checking out this location

As a seasoned casual gamer, I must say that Dave & Buster's is an excellent arcade venue that offers tons of entertainment and excitement. Located conveniently in the mall, it allows you to enjoy your favorite games and then wander the mall to mix up your activities. This location of Dave & Buster's is particularly impressive, with a broad range of fantastic games that cater to different preferences and skill levels. I love going to Dave & Buster's! The food is good and every now and then I'll eat there but I mainly go for the games and prizes because I could spend hours there playing all the games.

Wish I could give zero stars, got seated to eat and do then play some games, litterly half the games were broken, service was non-existent as in, we walked out after 25 minutes of waiting. We even talked to a "manager" but he said it wasn't his side, and he didn't help. Awful experience, not worth trying!!

We sat at the bar in the restaurant. Our bartender was great. Very helpful. We had the wings as an appetizer. The wings were small but not bad. My wife had the Chimichurri salad with chimichurri rice and grilled asparagus grilled tomato and onion with basil. Roasted cauliflower, avocado, red cabbage, and added grilled chicken. She liked everything but the tomatoes (she does not like basil) also did not come with the chimichurri rice or any form of chimichurri. I had the Beastmode bacon burger with fries.

As an introvert, this place is a nightmare. Too many people, too much noise, too much activity. This is a combo massive arcade, bar and restaurant. Lots of children and teens. Jumbo screen televisions everywhere with sports, lots of party rooms. Granted, we were there for my 14 year old niece?s birthday party so there's that. I'm sure they had fun. I would definitely not go back. Food was mediocre. Our server was great and attentive.

We hadnt been here in awhile. The food was mediocre at best. Service was not good especially considering there was an abundance of staff standing around. Order taken, drinks delivered was the last time we saw our waitress. Bus boy came to clear our table. We had a good time out with a few work colleagues. The price was almost right for what we got (bowling and arcade), but I couldn't imagine funding teens to play more than on a rare occasion. A couple of the lanes were defective, but we had really good service from the attendants, so no big issue. Only ordered drinks, but quite enjoyed the games. The game area was quite large and easy to maneuver with a good sized crowd. If something didn't work they were very responsive and quick to get it working again. The pool tables aren't great, but you can still have a good time and the service in that area was wonderful. Card only, no cash. I will definitely visit again.

Love the arcade. Very few games are ever broken and the workers are always super helpful if anything does mess up. Only downside to this place is the restaurant. This is the 2nd time in a few months that we have went and they do not have enough servers. We went tonight and after playing games for an hour, we were ready to eat. Went to the front and a worker told us they couldn't seat anyone else because they didn't have enough servers. There were only about 5-7 tables even seated! It was even Veteran?

Exciting time for our 9 yr old as we celebrate her birthday!! In once they opened and everything is a Go! We are playing games! Eating fresh food and the adult beverage was yummy as well. All of the servers and game attendants are super polite and helpful! Glad we beat the Friday evening rush!

The food was bad but the drinks from my favorite bartender Chuck were delicious, I wouldn't want anyone else serving me. He gets off around 5 so get here before then to have the best drinks of your life! My friend and I had the Cajun shrimp dip and that was the only thing we liked. The burger was over cooked and basically white, chewy and super dry. The French fries were not seasoned and when I had salt, for some reason it also had sugar in it making the fries taste even worse. I wish I could leave zero stars. Our server was pleasant enough but apparently she couldn't or didn't get our order put in. We would have left after an hour of not even receiving our appetizers but it was my daughter's birthday party and trying to go somewhere else on short notice would have been a challenge. After two talks with the manager, the first of four appetizers arrived 90 minutes after we were seated. Our meals took almost two hours. I doubt I'll be back to this place.

Hostess saved the night. They had a private event so we got to seat at the bowling area first then moved to the games area where no one came to take our order. I thought it was because they were understaffed or simply busy but then a saw a group of what looked like servers in the bar area just talking. Wonder if they were all taking a break at the same time or just didn't care about giving their costumers a good experience. Definitely not coming back here.

Staffing was short and it toook a while to purchase a Red Bull from the bar. I had to walk to every bar to get my order. The new claw machine is a waste of money. I'm sure it's more of the experience but the prices and experience didn't seem worth 22.00.

Since their grand reopening, the place feels big and less crowded. They keep up with the issues with the arcade games and claw machines. The bathroom is usually pretty clean.
