Common complaints include inconsistent service, high prices, broken games, and long wait times. Families enjoy the kid-friendly options, though some note the noise level can be overwhelming. Food quality is hit-or-miss, with some dishes praised while others disappoint. The arcade experience is the main draw, but value for money is frequently questioned, especially on busy days. Nice place to bring the kids. Food is good but a little pricey. Kids love to play while we eat so its worth it. It's cool that they have packages to get game play tokens along with your food. Then you can just have it on one tab.

I have been here 3 times. Each time they have been very accommodating to large groups last minute. Most recently I called to book a group between 35-40 people. YMCA gymnastics Nationals was going on, and we wanted to go last minute as a team. I called to see what they could do to help us. Heather Holland in customer service was amazing and helped us get set up. No one could really put down a card for a party, so she helped us get reservations for this number of people. It was on a Thursday night, so not inc

Our first visit to D&Bs, but very underwhelming overall. The food tasted really good and was a pretty reasonable price for the serving. I'd recommend the fire grilled salmon and the manchengo chicken. However...we had issues with no real opportunity to advise anyone of them. Our server was only seen 4x. To take order, bring drinks, bring one refill after 25 minutes, and then for the bill. We all had the impression he wasn't interested in serving us as he came to other tables around us 8-10x vs our 4. We a

I love this place. Finding this place was a highlight of my life. I can't go more than a few days till I need a spike of the good stuff - Basketball, ball drop, all the circus games. If I could go higher then 10 I would in a heart beat, even if it meant sacrificing my ability to have kids (I did have a vasectomy). True ballers knows game when they see it. Respect!

We came in as a big group, but the restaurant wasn't busy. We were seated at 12:51 PM. It's 3:26 PM and our bills still aren't figured out so we can go. Took forever to even order drinks. Took close to an hour to get our food. Nobody was offered refills on drinks. Game passes were all screwed up for the kids. Food was good. Atmosphere was okay. 2 hours and 45 minutes for just meals and one drink?. Nobody bothered to ask for dessert. Not worth it in my opinion.

Oh man. I was visiting Green Bay for a vacation to visit some friends and just have a good time. Had never been to a Dave and Busters. We don't have them back home in West Virginia. What an amazing time though. I had great food and then played so many fun games. It's really terrific all around. Excellent at making you feel like a kid again. Love it. Highly recommend.

My husband and I went for a date on May 19th. Several of their games didn't work, but didn't have signs so they allowed you to swipe your card even though you can't play them. We brought this to a managers attention, he came out of the kitchen when the manager out front was busy. This guy was extremely rude and extremely inconvenienced by us, though it was their lack of notifying customers of their games not working. Very unprofessional and made that interaction very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The barte

Food was decent, service could have been a little better. A little more attentive and quicker. The entire Dave and Busters experience here was enjoyable and not bad, but could have had more people working, and the prices were on the higher side.

food is always fantastic. i?m a picky eater but their burger is my favorite. it falls apart in your mouth and juice ends up all over your hands. such a great burger that's very filling. the fries are also in a large portion and are very delicious. all together it costs 13.50 which is crazy for the amount of food and the quality. workers are always friendly and timely.

Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Food was good needed a little salt but over all good. Lots of games to play. Plenty of parking. 3 or 4 blocks from Green Bay Packers stadium.

I ordered the quesadilla burger as in the pic on the menu however I received sliders which were all bread and extremely thin flat hamburger discs. The waitress offered to put in the correct order. I declined that and ate the sliders due to having to wait while everyone else in our party would be eating. I asked for a 2nd Corona beer. Our waitress came back and said they were out of Corona. What? Someone didn't manage keeping the bar stocked. I expected a better first experience which in the end cost $230.0

Highly disappointed, I haven't been to a D&B in a few years so I was excited to have a date night out. I should have known what I was in for the minute I walked thru the doors. We went on a Friday night (May 2nd) and We were greeted with kindness by the staff when we walked in and he had helped us to purchase tokens on our card to play the games. What I didn't know is more than half of the games are either out of order, shut off, or are just plain broken. We tried Mario Kart first, I couldn't even select my

This is the biggest arcade I have ever been in. The food was awesome. Wait staff was excellent. The bartender we had was really slow and had kinda a chip on her shoulder I have had nicer bartenders than her. Drinks were kinda expensive and they didn't have the alcohol that I drink..

Food came out quickly and correct. Drinks never got refilled. Fish and chips was crispy and light. Chicken sandwich was decent but more spiracha than Hulu Hulu seasoning. Kids meal was fried correctly and Burger not pictured was devoured. Short ribs also tasty just not much meat for the price.

First time at Dave & Busters and had an awesome time. Games are definitely my favorite part. It's definitely an older crowd vibe, even though kids are allowed I wouldn't suggest it for family's like chuck e cheese. Wednesdays half off on games! Food did take a bit but they just opened & it was hot & fresh. Churros were super good.

This a a fun place to go if you wanna burn through some dollars. The games are a blast and it is actually a cool place to go with a group and drink, hangout, and have fun. The food is definitely overpriced and I honestly have to say not worth it. The wings were very slimey to a point where we didn't even eat them. The fries were as plain as it gets but that's fine, the burger was pretty dressed up and appealing but the flavor just wasn't there. The cauliflower was a cool menu item, you don't see that too of

It's my son's birthday. We like going to Dave a busters here and there. We got there at 1:50 waited for 15 mins for someone to greet us finally We ordered right away cause could tell it was busy. It was a long wait for the food but still service sucked. Normally long wait for my food my bar tab is higher than my food. But nobody came back. Screwed up our food then when asked to take the French fries off to bills. She took the frys off and ate some on the way back to kitchen it was weird. Then I paid in cash

Reminded me of Shakey's Pizza or funset boulevard back in the day but way more technological and easier. Plus more adult friendly. Absolutely had a blast! Highly recommend and they have pretty good prizes to cash in tickets for. Even have an Air Fryer toaster oven. Update: Still a blast. Food is excellent and customer service is perfect. Didn't have a wait for a table when we walked in.

Not sure what went bad, but the food WAS NOT IT. the fries, are very very salty, too salty to eat. The wings weren't deep fried? They were basically thrown into the microwave, they were soggy and gross, no taste. The waitress was bad too, she stood behind the bar 95% of the time, my boyfriend waited for his drink and she never brought him a new one, she also looked like she didn't wanna do anything. Also the orange Fanta taste really bad. They seemed to have blamed "short staff" for shortening their menu,

Half the games we came across took our credits and didn't allow us to play. Many others were broken/ out of order.. hardly any workers to tell of the broken ones that took our money. The VR experiences are so blurry that you can't see anything. I used to come here often when they first opened and it was pretty fun. Now it's a disappointment. It's not really fun here anymore. The price outweighs the quality for sure.

Great selection of games but expensive vs comparable sized arcades. Food is decent, service was sub par. Most of the waiting staff just hangs out by service area vs checking tables?

To start off, I had my son's birthday party here last weekend, and all I can say is you guys rock! Our server "Rue" was phenomenal, and her energy was enlightening. The managers that were working with us were so helpful with whatever we needed, and accommodating! We can't forget about the kitchen crew either! The kids loved the spread! And the adults really enjoyed the bread sticks. ?? Thank you for making my son's 12th birthday a huge success! We have definitely found our favorite "Fun Date" place. Keeping

The food was great. However, with the, "eat drink and play" moto I assumed you got tokens with a meal. Nope, that doesn't exist yet it should. Would be a great business model. Our waiter was friendly but had a huge hickey on his neck. I would have thought they would send him home until it was gone and save needless explaining to children. Asked for a birthday cupcake but they don't do that... What??? Lastly, as expected, the token prices are expensive. I was told machines take 4-8 tokens... Good luck with t

The place seems very new on the inside and the games work great. It's an impressive adult and child friendly arcade with a full bar which even has Guinness on tap. Drinks are allowed everywhere. The staff is helpful, and there are quite a few available throughout. The prizes are pretty decent too.

Play dont dine. This was our first visit. We entered through the exterior entrance and were directed to the hostess station, weird entrance setup. Seated right away, waited 10 minutes for a server that came only after we had to ask. Trainee server w/ a trainer with her. You can buy game cards at the table which is cool. They have a one sided paper menu, smallest restaurant menu ive ever seen. Food took about 40 minutes. Chicken club was nothing special, wings were awesome and huge and 2 triple bacon burgers

Fantastic!! I would recommend this Dave & Busters to everyone!! A lot of fun! Very clean! Awesome food and games!

Part of a business trip. Waitress was outstanding!! Did a wonderful job. Food was serviced cold. But still eatable. Wings would have been much better, deep fried. Or at least hot. Sauce was very good, though. Had frys with meat and stuff lol was very good!!

Awesome addition to the burgeoning entertainment district around the stadium. Like Las Vegas without the 4 hr planeride or horse killing hangovers. Stop by, have fun, drink some local beer and relax! Staff is friendly and games are really fresh. Corp team building is really cool too, check it out!

Made a reservation just in case it got busy. Arrived, got sat after a wait, no problems. That's when the lack of service became apparent. It took almost 20 minutes for a server to even come to the table. (They were not even close to busy. Most tables were empty or had dirty dishes on them). By the time we got our drinks we had been there over a half hour. Without going on and on, it is very apparent that that this place is in desperate need of new management. All of the bartenders/ servers were more worried

The food that came out look good, but wasn't very good at all. Everything was cold the ribs had a lot of fat in it and small bones. The wings were rubbery and the pepperoni flatbed pizza was undercooked. They weren't even that busy. Told my sever he didn't care. The games are about the only thing great about this place I recommend not getting any food they do have a nice bar setup

I didn't eat here, but I had some old cards from 2020 before, you know...The games were great, and there's some awesome new ones here!

The place was fun to be in, especially all the arcade games there were, and good prizes you can get with all your tickets. In the small restaurant next to the arcade games, the food there is delicious, and it's pretty big that can make your stomach full just by a few bites. The services there take a while but make sense considering how loud it is in the arcade room. You can't hear much, but it's all right. They do their best and are very nice.

Ordered two burgers using the eat and play. 1st the eat and play in misleading and false after you pay 19.99 or whatever you choose you still have to pay for the food an extra $4-30 bucks depending what you choose. Most games are broken and you're paying 16 points per game for a few seconds if the game works. Over priced and over rated JUST GO TO MINESHAFT much better food prices and a lot of working games

Kids had a blast! (The adults did too) ?? Great place! Greatest time!!

Well?eat before you go. Service was good, bar is cool/great, food not so much. Game room was fun.

Food is very good. Love the sticky ribs and my wife loves the salmon. Good service as well. Do feel tho the games are a bit over priced but half price Wednesday is where it's at.

Disappointing My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday afternoon for date night, he spent $85 on points and every single machine we tried to play was broken or not working properly. It was incredibly frustrating and we definitely won't be back :(

Lately my go to has been the traditional Wings! Can't get enough of them. Good place to play some games.

While the food was okay, it took over an hour to even get our appetizer. In addition, our drinks took a while and also wasn't offered a refill until an hour after we got them. We watched table after table arrive after us and get food significantly before us. As a table of two, we certainly were not expecting to take so long in the restaurant.

We went there for my son's birthday and had a blast! It's great for all ages.! The food was great the game was fun and the bar was great too! I will be back soon

So my kids wanted to go....but the food choices for them were extremely limited. Chicken tenders for the win! They were ok. We did have the nachos and liked them. The service wasn't great but we enjoyed the experience for our 1st time.

Love that the games are designed for kids and adults. We've taken our four year old there a few times now and he loves it! He has earned enough tickets (with only the tiniest bit of help) to get things he actually wants from the prize section, showing how well thought out the ticket/token/reward/cost structure actually is. I am also a huge fan of the fact the tokens never expire. We live an hour away so don't go very often. It makes it so much more worth it for us that no matter how long it's been since we

I went here yesterday, and there were no tables, short staff, and all tables were dirty. Had to wait 20 minutes to get a table and another 15 minutes to get the table cleaned. I ordered the Korean ribs and I suggest not ordering them because, it was the worst ribs I ever ate. They were dry and tasted old. I hope they get a better cook. It's best you eat somewhere else if you have a large family because you will be waiting a while just to sit down... What a GROSS meal. The games are fun and that's about it.

Needs more Anime ?? jk but just feels like it's missing something compared to other arcades I've been to. Can't exactly figure out what though. Still a great place to have fun and kill time!

Visited on a Saturday evening and had a good time. We came to celebrate an adult?s birthday - would love to see some sort of separation for adult only and family friendly areas. The games are a little pricey but appropriate - typical cost for a high ticket yielding game is 10.6 tokens & entertainment only games averaged around 7 tokens, lowest I saw was around 4 tokens. 140 tokens lasted about 40 mins between 2 adults. The food and drink selection are great for a casual night out, specialty drinks are delic

Absolutely love the manager he always come around and check on us he's very kind and his personality is very contagious and the food come out hot and delicious

I always love coming here. Food is always really good. My favorite is their korean sticky ribs off the appetizer menu.

My wife and I split 3 appetizers, and we loved all of them. Our waiter was very attentive and did a great job taking care of us. My wife had some of their signature cocktails, and very much enjoyed them. We also enjoyed playing the games. We'll be back for sure.

Only rated 4 stars as the food is sometimes inconsistent and yes, the waitstaff is always shortstaffed, but MAINLY it's because we LOVE this place and my 14 month old has been coming here since he was born. We're about at an age gap where it won't be fun for him and that's what I wish would change. Like an age-inclusive area (maybe interactive) for toddlers to enjoy ??

Great food and prices, sat at the bar as it was a busy Saturday night, staff was very nice and helpful. Prices are decent and the game area was hopping! Had a burger and fries and pretzel appetizer which was huge and tasted great!

Food was great..and the kids enjoyed all the games...

Me and my boyfriend drive almost 2 hours to check this place out today. Right away could tell they were under staffed. The awesome manager who was there to help out the store made our trip worth it. Food was ok. Staff please smile and make guests feel welcome !!!

Just went for gaming, dig the Wednesday 1/2 price deal for playing tons of fun games...the prizes are legit & winnable! Fun day with the kid!

We love Dave & Busters. We didn't eat but we played the heck out of some games!

Never again 1.5 hours to get food food came out cold staff would rather stand around talking than care about customers. Game room nothing to brag about and charge just to activate ply card rip off .will go to Mineshaft much better

Never ate there so I don't know about the food part of it but my grandkids had fun well my grandsons first time I think he was amazed by all the lights since he is only 1 yrs old

I liked the place there was just a little bit too many teenagers that couple times I've went and honestly I don't think it's too friendly for anyone under 14 because all the games are related to adult swim or they're just games for older children and there's barely any younger children gamesI'm not trying to say that we need more but it's just too overwhelming there with all the teenagers.

The worst service yet. We dont always get the most prompt service but i have never complained before. Tonight however we were in about 4 so it wasnt very busy. Took awhile for our server to get to us which i also didnt mind. However im 9 months pregnant and instead of walking to the die of the table i was on she mad eme scoot all the way to the other side to take my drink order. Still whatever we ordered 3 appetizers and 5 drinks for my family planning on actually ordering more however our waitress came and

This is connected to a mall witch makes it nice for everyone. It's next door to a food court so that makes it nice for those who don't like bar food

Was an amazing experience for my families first time going. I highly recommend this place. The menu has alot of good options, staff is super friendly and helpful and it is well kept up with.

I enjoyed Dave and Buster in Green Bay. The food was great Custer Service was even better and my family and I had a blast.

I do try to find the good in everything, but i was very disappointed. I ordered chicken tenders and for $11 I was expecting more than 3 small pieces. The fry?s were an extra $1.50 which was weird. The reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1, was because the games were fun. But the food was disappointing

Husband, kiddos, and myslef used to come here with the kiddos all the time but haven't for a while. Customer service has really gone downhill since being here last time. after a tiktok posted by a previous employee that supposedly worked at this location, My family will no longer support business that is selfish. She stood correct

It was okay. Some of the games were very carnival. I would really like to see more vintage games and pinballs machines. Personally. It's also very packed so they need more games to accommodate all the visitors.

Food is definitely yet to be tried, the only thing I hate about D&B's is their music is always so loud and I find it hard to enjoy myself unless I'm in a party mood.

Almost exactly what we expected for a Friday afternoon. The burger & fries & Caesar salad were all great. Games were fun but, not surprisingly, a little overpriced. They made a minor mistake on our order and remedied it almost instantaneously and with more grace than I expected. And the manager stopped by to apologize - not required but appreciated. Customer service feels like it is dying and I was surprised to stumble across a living example of it at a venue for kids. Strong work, staff. We'll be back.

Great for going out with friends or family. The games are fun. New games have been added!! Favorite game is the duck claw game.

I took a group of differently abled adults here today.None of us had ever been here. Now we know what to expect we look forward to going back. It was sad we couldn't eat or have a table . Luckily the food court in the mall was close. It also offered us a slight respite from the excess stimuli. They do offer a sensory bag that includes headphones. Thank you for that!!!

There was one person who made our entire trip to Green Bay unforgettable: Santana B. From the moment we arrived at Dave and Buster?s, Santana was the first friendly face to greet us. She took the time to explain how the cards worked and made us feel right at home with her warm, personable vibe. It was clear she truly cares about creating a great customer experience. After playing some games, we headed back to the bar to chat with Santana and grab a drink. My family, being diehard Packers fans, was thrille

Fun time for the family. Plenty of games. Most all were in working order while we were there. Staff was available when we had an issue with a game malfunction. We didn't eat there so can't remark on the food.

Wide variety of games suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities. Facilities are clean and well maintained

First time at Dave & Buster's and it was a ton of fun! Me and my girlfriend stopped here after dinner and spent over an hour playing games and hanging out. We bought $40 in game tokens and that was more than enough. Lots of games we could play against each other. Basketball Connect Four was a lot of fun. The staff was super friendly. The prizes are typical of any arcade. Super cheap or out of reach but we just saved our tickets for when we take the kids. Will definitely go back.

We had a lot of fun with the grandkids! The food was better than expected. Food prices we fair for our market. The game play passes are very expensive! I bought 2 passes for $29 each which kept our Littles busy for about 50 minutes. The atmosphere was overly stimulating and extremely LOUD! Our waitress couldn't hear our orders and we could not have a conversation at the table. It was a fun experience but not one to repeat often.

Dave & Busters is truly one of a kind. It's a great place to go and have some drinks (from the best bartender Indica, of course) and play games. Prices are amazing during happy hour & it's a really fun atmosphere to hangout in. Indica was fantastic & had me sold by this drink. They have tons of great drink features so come check them out while you can!!! ??

By far the cleanest Dave and Busters I've ever been too. Drinks are amazing. Food is good. Pretty sure they're even pumping cotton candy scent in the vents and strawberry in the bathrooms. EVERYTHING IS SO CLEAN. But pay your servers a living wage. These posters are plastered everywhere I saw this one in the bathroom. Nobody should be accepting a job for under rhe minimum wage. Do better D&B. Oh yeah and tomb raider gun #3 wasn't working. Couldn't find anyone to tell before we left.

Usually it's a fun time if you don't mind every other game not working. But what I've recently learned is that if you go there for years, spend thousands of dollars, and finally get enough tickets to get a top prize like a ps5, they will NOT exchange it if they give you one that's faulty. I just got a ps5 from them that didn't work from the start, and when I told them this, all they said was ?sorry, once it leaves the store it's your problem.? 3 days after getting it, and 3 days of frustration of having a b

Fun place to go on occasion. Kids love it here but it's hard on the wallet. Many games take 10+ credits and with the cards you use, kids blow through them in no time. Expect to drop a couple hundred dollars to play games and eat a meal here. The vr is awesome too.

I didn't go inside tonight. I was driving for a group of people for a night out. They had a fun time and had ALOTE of good things to say about their experience.

Dave & Busted? The service was lackluster to put it mildly. Our server apparently could not hear us because we had to correct her several times while taking our order. Might not be her fault - we were next to the games and it could be a little loud. We placed out appetizer order upon sitting down and it took nearly 20 minutes for them so we were not anticipating getting our food very quickly. When our food came it was lukewarm at best. Bacon burger missing bacon and cheese. Margarita flatbread had good flav

Horrible service, and racist , discriminated us and said they needed my Id when paying w debit card because ?i could have stole it? because of my race

Food is Fantastic! Waitress was absolutely amazing and was very polite and helpful, refilled drinks without being asked was nice :) only thing is that it's really expensive but worth it

I have loved this place for years and I was super excited once I heard they were putting one in Green bay :). I was there a couple nights ago and the employees that were fixing some machines didn't seem very happy. I get that it's not the most fun job but I would really appreciate it if they had a smile on they're face. I also know that you guys probably don't control prices but this place is a bit expensive.

We have a blast playing games and collecting tickets! They adults enjoy themselves as much as the kids. The few times we've eaten here the food was better than you'd expect. Be aware, it is very loud in there.

When you go you have to ask for frank, he was such an amazing worker who took care of our every need without hesitation his customer service is out of the world, weather it's his contagious smile or upbeat attitude he was an all around friend like being they ran out of a few things and he was the first to apologize and offer alternatives and or refund will definitely be going back again THANK YOU -frank

We haven't even gotten home yet and I am writing this review. We are pretty displeased with how we were treated at this facility. I want to start with saying- the food was delicious. Our waitress was AMAZING. She was kind, speedy, kept checking in on us, and working hard. We had two major issues. Definitely first world problems, but we are both college kids with little to no money and saved up for a long time in order to come here. Issue one: The App lies. My boyfriend had gotten the app where it tells you

We gamed and ate/drank until late. Crowded on weekends but VIP-empty status on weekdays. Enjoy! And try the Boba in the Strawberry Mango Boba Punch with color changing straws, or the hibiscus rosemary giblet, altho they were out of gold salt for the rim last time I was there...

Dave and Busters is awesome! I mean who doesn't want to drink while playing skee ball? Also Indica was an great bartender, gave great drink suggestions and was all around fun to talk with at the bar. Happy hour deals were really good and drinks were fantastic!! #hooked #daveandb?s!

When you go here definitely ask for Frank. They had run out of babaqoa for the quesadilla and he went out of his way to make sure he told us and removed it from our bill. we ended up getting?credit? and ordered cauliflower and they also ran out of that he made sure to be a great server and make it right. what an amazing man. Definitely coming back here again! And we are asking for frank ofc! Thank you frank keep up the great work

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
