Customer Reviews

We had a great time!!!! Everyone was so nice. Our waitress was attentive and professional. We had a fantastic time. All went great!!! My brother came from Montreal and was very impressed. Best family gathering.

Excellent experience. Was here a few years ago and it was a poor experience but this time was great. Staff was personable and attentive, food was expensive but very flavorful. Needs more air conditioning in the game area but lots of good working games and such a blast! Can't wait to come back!

I just had a horrible experience at Dave and buster?s establishment. I was here on work and I ordered chicken parm to go but after several minutes my food was not ready. I asked the hostess about my order she went to check and said it would be ready in a few minutes which gave me the indication it wouldn't be ready for a longggg time and it wasn't I stood in the front waiting on my food the hostess said someone would bring it to me but after several minutes no one came. I saw a man who looked like the manag

My bartender was kind and attentive. However, I felt conflicted about the food. The boneless lemon pepper wings were what I ordered. as the image illustrates. These wings are terrible; TLC had nothing to do with their creation. The day was salvaged by the Buster's Bacon Mashed Burger. The flavors blend flawlessly, and the burger is enormous. The only negative was the amount of onions. If you woman has low standards, or you are a teen. Bring your date to this location.

The food was excellent! The Buffalo wings and sliders especially! I got some kind of light blue alcoholic beverage and it was delicious. The games and atmosphere were on point as well. The only issue I had was with our server Josh. He told my wife that she was beautiful, which was fine, until he just kept emphasizing how gorgeous she was. It made everyone uncomfortable and he didn't know how to take a hint until we ended giving him the cold shoulder completely. Compliments are cool, gawking over someone's w

In comparison to the Philly Dave & Buster's, this was a LOUD experience for dining. It is wide open between dining and the arcade with a very modern design. The dining space is surrounded by TVs, much more so than Philly. The food and service were good, the staff in the arcade were great. My granddaughter enjoyed it very much, but it was difficult to have a conversation at dinner. If you don't mind the noise, it's probably a good experience at a convenient South Jersey location. But I think I will head to

I love D&B, although it can be a little pricey, (dependent on what you feel is pricey) There are so many different games that there's something for everyone there. They use a card system(or your phone card) to scan to play games-that's also where all your tickets you've won go. In the back is a decent size gift shop where you can trade in "tickets" for prizes. There's also a huge bar and restaurant up from with pretty good food, huge tvs playing sports, and great staff. Just be warned, it is extremely loud

Who doesn't love to have good bar food, play video games and have a beer?!?! If that sounds good then this is your place!!

Went here for a good time but got great food too! I didn't even know they have a real menu but was satisfied. Food good. Had lots of fun. Service was nice!

So much fun with the family great wait staff food was excellent we ordered a bunch of appetizers soft pretzels nachos and flat breads all were really good i had a burger very tasty and the kids had a blast playing all the games hours of fun and good times we had a reservation at 11am when they opened so it wasn't too busy

We went there, mainly to eat at the restaurant because I remember going to Philadelphia at the Dave & Buster?s, They had great food so we were coming to this location for the first time. When we arrive, there were three or four employees standing just to the right of the entrance where you can be seated in the dining room area or you can be seated to the left where the big screen TVs are and we were seated right away. Our server that took our order was obviously new but she was working hard, very nice. Serv

Very nice atmosphere. Service is pretty good. The customer service is very nice upfront and the game attendants have a nice demeanor as well. The food has always been good. Can't wait to go back.

Rodney at the bar is an awesome guy, very friendly! The food isn't bad.. It's what you would expect from an entertainment/restaurant spot.. Place is clean and well kept, lots of tvs.

From Philadelphia- Best dave & buster's my family has been to. Very clean, employees very helpful and polite. Open space so even when there's alot of people you don't feel crowded in. Lots of games for all different ages, consistently good location.

Food great. Service ok. Clientele (besides the kids) not good.

I think everything is awesome there. It's a really great place to bring the kids to have fun. The only thing missing is pool tables.

Place is clean with very nice attentive servers! The food was pretty good too.

Went for a worm event with dinner. The food was really good, we had wings, tacos, chips, and a bunch of other items. Definitely need a reservation for the large rooms they have.

We have been to Dave and Buster's in different states over the years. This location is the newest built that we have visited. It is very clean, and the staff does its best to deal with unhappy and sometimes very unruly customers. Corporate has made significant changes over the years, and our opinion is that the food is decent. Nothing really noteworthy, but for the most part, isn't bland. There are plenty of fun games to play, but they are not cheap. Your best bet is to subscribe to their emails and watch f

Stopped in just for a couple of burgers for dinner. Not to play any games. No reservations available online and not taking any when we called, but the place was only half full and they couldn't tell us that when we called. Burgers are usually very good when we come and prepared to the correct temperature we requested. ??

Cleaner and lot better than other Dave and busters in the area. Good food, good service and cleaner. Game area wasn't crowded and no wait.

I was very happily surprised. The first time I had eaten here and the food was very well prepared. I had fish and chips, which were crispy and delicious. My friend had wings with a side of pasta and was very happy. It is very loud but it is supposed to be. Even got in some skeet ball after lunch.

Great place for fun and some good food and drinks... Kids enjoyed thoroughly while adults had options to hit the bar watch games on big/huge/humongous screens in the restaurant area... Overall just a perfect evening outing for families!

Incredible Service from Patrick ? Dave & Buster?s I had an amazing experience at the Dave & Buster?s located at 200 Premium Outlets Dr, Blackwood, NJ (next to Gloucester Premium Outlets), thanks to an outstanding bartender named Patrick. Patrick is a rare gem in the service industry. As a former bar owner, he brings an unmatched level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine hospitality. He doesn't just serve drinks?he creates an atmosphere that makes guests feel truly welcomed and taken care of. In a

The food came out backwards from the dessert to our main course but over all great experience.

My kids and I love this place and the food and service is always great

love this location it's close to home & shopping! i just wish they had bowling but overall always a great experience food is always fresh & yummy & never overly packed !

First impression was extremely clean and spacious venue. The restaurant/bar area has many large screens to watch games. The food was great (Bacon Cheeseburger pictured) and the service was friendly and attentive. The game area was great because it was not cramped, the games were all new and functional, and there was a wide section to choose from.

Awesome and clean place. The family had a good time.

The food was good, but the portions have gotten so small. I ordered the new chips and queso app it was barely enough for 1 person and cane with like chips. I'm very disappointed. Got the spicy crispy chicken pasta. It used to be huge with so many veggies in the sauce.bot it's so small. Look at the picture attached.. Barely any mushrooms. We spent a lot there that day on 3 of us.

First time at a Dave & Buster?s and we had a great experience. We just came here to eat and the food was delicious and service was quick. Great place to go after shopping at the outlets! The honey BBQ tenders were my favorite, I'll definitely be returning.

Very nice atmosphere for families to enjoy latest games eat a meal have drinks alcohol and non fir kids, wheelchair accessible

Great place to fun with kids or friends. They got plenty of games great food. This location is great since it's locate the to the GT OUTLETS puts cherry on top

I come here a lot! For ufc events, Wednesdays for half off games and food. Always a great time. Food is always on point & all the workers including managers, servers & bartenders are always on point! Love this place.

Went on a date there, strongly recommend reserving a table well in advance if you plan to eat there. Was told 2 to 3 hours wait time, ended up going to a local bar for food and returned after to continue gaming

Had a birthday get together and we had a great time. Food was good, beer was cold, bathroom was clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Very loud inside but clean and staff is very helpful. Food was better then expected.

Great place to let loose. Food is good.

First time at this Dave and Busters. Large bar with friendly service. Val took very good care of us. The food was hit or miss. The salmon was delicious, the wings were okay.

Loud and busy. Food service took nearly an hour and eventually they gave our food to another table. When they realized the error, they tried to serve the same plates back to us, after the other table sat and picked on it for ten minutes. Insanely poor experience. The games are mostly fine. But it's also getting too crowded for its size.

Had a good family outing here. About an hour drive from my house, this is the closest Dave and busters to me. It's nice that it is by the outlets as well. Food was good, service was spotty, our waiter was MIA most of the time, but someone else came and picked up the slack. Go on Wednesday, those are the half off games, which you will need. These games cost lots of chips now, you will burn through them quickly if you have kids. The endless play they have would be better if they didn't have a restriction on h

The waiter was awesome, I was celebrating my 82nd birthday, acting like a kid again LOL, he put a birthday candle on my dessert ??

Went for a work Christmas party. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food we had was way better than anticipated. Lots of games to play. Took me back to my childhood. I can't wait to go back with my kids. My only complaint would be the bathrooms. Not the cleanest and a few stalls had no toilet paper in them.

I haven't been to a Dave and Buster's in years and I've only ever been to the Philadelphia location. I had a great time. The food was good also but a lot of people keep on talking about how great the bruschetta was and hoping they will bring it back. 9 pm happy hour or half off drinks also

First time here. Had a good time. Food was good... Tickets go really really really fast :)

Love this place. This has been the 1st place we have been out as a family. After a long l????k at a lot of places we're I can take my family and feel safe, this is the spot. They have a promo every Wed. 50 percent off games for the family.Food, fun,and most of all safe and Clean.

Had grandson birthday party there, service was excellent and atmosphere was great, food rating could have been higher but we only had basic kids food. Excellent time

First time here. Came here for 2 older son's bday fun night out. Food & service were good. Had a fun time playing the games.

Very nice and clean. Very friendly atmosphere, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. I was visiting from out of state. When I am back in the area, I will definitely be back to visit. The bathrooms were very clean as well.

Good food and very clean. Some games had issues, but the staff fixed it quick and compensated us for the hassle. Definitely recommend this place.

Worst server ever. She walked away from the table after my friend said the coffee she served was cold and gave us an unwarranted hand gesture. Then told the manager the she felt uncomfortable serving the table. And my friend was asked to leave. Never did manage, Thaddeus ask what happened. NEVER go here!!

Crappy food . Restrooms are dirty . Everything is so expensive, game area is nice

Food made us sick, but my children loved the games and overall it was a good birthday for my 14 year old

Great experience, clean and good service at the bar.

Pat is a great bartender. Great conversation and service, I've been back several times because of him and of course the happy hour.

It's always a good time at the Dave & Busters! Games, drinks, fun . Food is good especially when you do the happy hour & the Eat & play combos. The games can be repetitive but it's still fun.

Absolutely ? here's a concise version you can use as a review: ? My family (a party of 14) recently visited Dave & Buster?s in Blackwood, NJ, and the experience was unacceptable. Our server was rude and dismissive from the start, with an attitude that felt completely unprovoked. She only took orders from one side of the long table and made the rest of us yell our orders across ? until my father asked her to come to our side. She rolled her eyes constantly and acted like we were a burden. It felt like, bec

Great Adult atmosphere, food, fun & drinks. Emily in the restaurant treated me amazing for my Bday

My experiences here are always good. I don't know what changed but my last visit was very disappointing. Kids meal took over an hour with missing celery sticks. Those took another ten minutes to receive. Manager showed no concern when spoken to and dismissed me with my check. Playing afterwards was not fun and my son and I had limited time as dinner took very long to receive. I will no longer recommend this location.

Prices in the menu didn't match my recipes on 2/3 items. Overcharged for both. Management fixed one item, didn't bother to argue over a $1.50 on another but def shady. My receipt should match the menu. Simple. Also don't give you the prices for liquor and anytime that's the case you know it's over priced. Food is alright but not great, only come because they play UFC ppv.

Great time, great customer experience! Workers at front desk were able to answer my questions, games were a great time, bartender was awesome! Great way to enjoy a few hours out!

Fun every time I go friendly and ?re very caring about there guest

I had a good time there. Took my fianc? nephew. He had a good time. The only thing I had a problem with was that he wanted to trade in his tickets, in which he had over a 1000 and still couldn't buy anything. Some of that sh&t you would have to spend a hell of a lot of money. I think that they should bring in somethings that these kids can buy with a certain amount, not 10,000 tickets worth.

Very loud and busy. Service was OK but food was good.

Went in with my family just to be ignored. Was seated and that was it. As I watched ppl stand around and talk and including the manager no one absolutely no one even came to take a drink order. After waiting 15 mins for nothing we left as I was leaving the same manager thanked me for coming smh I would never go back

Hadn't been to a D & B in many years but I loved the vibe and the incredible number of awesome games to play. There was something for every age group. We're already planning a birthday party here in the near future.

So we came on a Monday afternoon early evening and the little one had a great time. Our server, he was great very nice, my only issue was the 3 women who were supposed to seat people the hostess but there were 3 for whatever reason we're all so rude like we asked to be seated cause they wouldn't seat us like you'd expect, They were incredibly rude and nasty. We won't be coming back we prefer Round 1 in deptford much better

This is a great location for Dave & Buster. The problem in his Gloucester Premium Outlet is there are no restaurants. This is it! Your one stop for food, drinks and playtime. This location is huge. Large dining area and their weekday drinks special has a perfect time of 4-7pm. I highly recommend coming on a Wednesday for half off games. The game card will last longer for the kids. They also have great selection of toys in the gift game. Keep your game card so you don't have to pay 3.00 for activation each

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. The food and employees were good but a school was visiting and the kids were WILD and extremely rude. I had my 7 year old daughter with me and it felt VERY unsafe. I didn't see any chaperones in the gaming area. The kids were throwing footballs and basketballs from the games in the walking area. They hit random customers and almost hit my daughter. I had to tell them to stop multiple times. A literal fight broke out between multiple kids. At that point, we had to leav

I almost had a disappointing experience tonight, but Jess, the supervisor, turned it all around! I truly wish there were more people like her in customer service. Thank you so much, Jess!

The front desk staff have a lot of opportunity to enhance the experience. They are the first impression that makes a lasting impression and right now this component of their business needs attention.

Had a great experience and we will definitely be back again! Drinks were amazing and server was pleasant!

Very loud. We sat in a booth, the seat was completely ripped up and cracked. I asked for water and didn't get it until I finished my food. They were not busy. The food was good.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Just a lot of games that were out of order.

Slow service even when the restaurant was quite empty at opening. Drinks were alright. Then the chicken wings. They were raw in the middle!! If you don't want to get sick, don't eat here. At the very least, look at your meat and make sure it's cooked!! ????

This is probably the 10th different Dave and Buster's I've been to. Nice and big location like always. Definitely set up for food and drinks just as much as the games. We had a party here with coworkers, and it was a fun night. The food was pretty good and the drinks were good. Service was a little slow but they seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of people there. Most of the machines were operating fine and everyone was enjoying themselves. I will say the bar area floor was so wet and sticky it

Blackwood i believe is the best location 30 mins away, the building is prestine...Patrick was our bartender and he was phenomenal, gave us the best recommendations i strongly recommend yall make him a manager his character is a cut above the rest..

The food was not hot, french fries were soggy - absolutely not impressed

Always a fun time for the kid, good place for a hangout.

Amazing! Staff were so helpful and polite! My family has a blast every time we go, great food and drinks ! Worth it !

Was pleasantly surprised how much the food quality passed me expectations! Had a great time!

Decided to take my daughter to D&B's for her birthday on Christmas Eve. I wasn't 100% sure if they would be open but they were. It wasn't crowded. Our appetizer was delicious, my entree was ok, I ordered the Parmesan Chicken: chicken was good, noodles were cold. My husband and kids ordered burgers they all said tasted good. Our cocktails were good. My kids enjoyed them selves playing games. It was pretty cold inside. Otherwise a great night celebrating my daughter's birthday.

Awesome food, drinks, and service in the very awesome environment. And a lots of screen, big one.

Had a great time eating food and playing games. Service was awesome. Will be back for more.

Place is very nice, but it can be expensive really quick. You might find yourself Watching a lot because it's very pricey to play, drink, and eat!

Food was good..I had full rack of ribs, others had , chicken strips, hot wings, steak. ?? Individual alcoholic beverages were good. Made the mistake and ordered the tower, waste of money, nothing but juice ??..games were fun..I kicked butt??????. Plenty of TVs all had sports on.Group of 4.. easy to overspend . Service was good, quick & friendly. Great place for a 1st date/meeting. FYI..it won't be cheap??

The worst food that I ever had they robbed me without a gun

I have everything you need for a great family outing just like everything else that you need to have a lot of pesos/money. come prepared to spend.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
