Dave & Buster's Gloucester

We had a great time!!!! Everyone was so nice. Our waitress was attentive and professional. We had a fantastic time. All went great!!! My brother came from Montreal and was very impressed. Best family gathering.

Excellent experience. Was here a few years ago and it was a poor experience but this time was great. Staff was personable and attentive, food was expensive but very flavorful. Needs more air conditioning in the game area but lots of good working games and such a blast! Can't wait to come back!

I just had a horrible experience at Dave and buster?s establishment. I was here on work and I ordered chicken parm to go but after several minutes my food was not ready. I asked the hostess about my order she went to check and said it would be ready in a few minutes which gave me the indication it wouldn't be ready for a longggg time and it wasn't I stood in the front waiting on my food the hostess said someone would bring it to me but after several minutes no one came. My bartender was kind and attentive. However, I felt conflicted about the food. The boneless lemon pepper wings were what I ordered. as the image illustrates. These wings are terrible; TLC had nothing to do with their creation. The day was salvaged by the Buster's Bacon Mashed Burger. The flavors blend flawlessly, and the burger is enormous. The only negative was the amount of onions. If you woman has low standards, or you are a teen. Bring your date to this location.

The food was excellent! The Buffalo wings and sliders especially! I got some kind of light blue alcoholic beverage and it was delicious. The games and atmosphere were on point as well. In comparison to the Philly Dave & Buster's, this was a LOUD experience for dining. It is wide open between dining and the arcade with a very modern design. The dining space is surrounded by TVs, much more so than Philly. The food and service were good, the staff in the arcade were great. My granddaughter enjoyed it very much, but it was difficult to have a conversation at dinner. If you don't mind the noise, it's probably a good experience at a convenient South Jersey location. I love D&B, although it can be a little pricey, (dependent on what you feel is pricey) There are so many different games that there's something for everyone there. They use a card system(or your phone card) to scan to play games-that's also where all your tickets you've won go. In the back is a decent size gift shop where you can trade in "tickets" for prizes. There's also a huge bar and restaurant up from with pretty good food, huge tvs playing sports, and great staff. Just be warned, it is extremely loud

We went there, mainly to eat at the restaurant because I remember going to Philadelphia at the Dave & Buster?s, They had great food so we were coming to this location for the first time. When we arrive, there were three or four employees standing just to the right of the entrance where you can be seated in the dining room area or you can be seated to the left where the big screen TVs are and we were seated right away. From Philadelphia- Best dave & buster's my family has been to. Very clean, employees very helpful and polite. Open space so even when there's alot of people you don't feel crowded in. Lots of games for all different ages, consistently good location.

Stopped in just for a couple of burgers for dinner. Not to play any games. No reservations available online and not taking any when we called, but the place was only half full and they couldn't tell us that when we called. Burgers are usually very good when we come and prepared to the correct temperature we requested. ??

I was very happily surprised. The first time I had eaten here and the food was very well prepared. I had fish and chips, which were crispy and delicious. My friend had wings with a side of pasta and was very happy. It is very loud but it is supposed to be. Even got in some skeet ball after lunch.

First impression was extremely clean and spacious venue. The restaurant/bar area has many large screens to watch games. The food was great (Bacon Cheeseburger pictured) and the service was friendly and attentive. The game area was great because it was not cramped, the games were all new and functional, and there was a wide section to choose from.

Went for a work Christmas party. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food we had was way better than anticipated. Lots of games to play. Took me back to my childhood. I can't wait to go back with my kids. My only complaint would be the bathrooms. Not the cleanest and a few stalls had no toilet paper in them.

My experiences here are always good. I don't know what changed but my last visit was very disappointing. Kids meal took over an hour with missing celery sticks. Those took another ten minutes to receive. Manager showed no concern when spoken to and dismissed me with my check. Playing afterwards was not fun and my son and I had limited time as dinner took very long to receive. I will no longer recommend this location.

Prices in the menu didn't match my recipes on 2/3 items. Overcharged for both. Management fixed one item, didn't bother to argue over a $1.50 on another but def shady. My receipt should match the menu. Simple. Also don't give you the prices for liquor and anytime that's the case you know it's over priced. I had a good time there. Took my fianc? nephew. He had a good time. The only thing I had a problem with was that he wanted to trade in his tickets, in which he had over a 1000 and still couldn't buy anything. Some of that sh&t you would have to spend a hell of a lot of money. I think that they should bring in somethings that these kids can buy with a certain amount, not 10,000 tickets worth.

This is a great location for Dave & Buster. The problem in his Gloucester Premium Outlet is there are no restaurants. This is it! Your one stop for food, drinks and playtime. This location is huge. Large dining area and their weekday drinks special has a perfect time of 4-7pm. I highly recommend coming on a Wednesday for half off games. The game card will last longer for the kids. They also have great selection of toys in the gift game. Keep your game card so you don't have to pay 3.00 for activation each

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. The food and employees were good but a school was visiting and the kids were WILD and extremely rude. I had my 7 year old daughter with me and it felt VERY unsafe. I didn't see any chaperones in the gaming area. The kids were throwing footballs and basketballs from the games in the walking area. Decided to take my daughter to D&B's for her birthday on Christmas Eve. I wasn't 100% sure if they would be open but they were. It wasn't crowded. Our appetizer was delicious, my entree was ok, I ordered the Parmesan Chicken: chicken was good,noodles were cold. My husband and kids ordered burgers they all said tasted good. Our cocktails were good. My kids enjoyed them selves playing games. It was pretty cold inside. Otherwise a great night celebrating my daughter's birthday.
