We had a great time playing the games. Food was delicious. Creamy Chicken Pasta was tasty. I had SMASHED BURGER SLIDERS and side of ELOTES CAULIFLOWER. Service was great!

Service is good to great depending on your server. The taste and variety of food was excellent but some things were over priced. Signature drinks, don't bother! If there was any booze in there, I certainly couldn't taste it, so NOT worth the money. We went for trivia on Thursday for the past 2 weeks & had fun! Dave & Busters has definitely come a long way. We used to dread coming here because the food used to be terrible. They have made huge improvements to the food. Came to Dave and Buster's for our son's 9th birthday. When we walked in, there was a spill on the floor, trash or bones under each table, but no other tables seated. We walked in expecting a full size Dave & Buster's with 2 floors - restaurant on one floor and games on another. The game side was so claustrophobic with the games so close together you were literally bumping into people to walk through. I can't imagine coming here with someone in a wheelchair. This Monday night, they were extremely rude. The waitress was nasty and very rude to us. She had to be told on more than one occasion to watch her tone. She just had an attitude that was out of this world, we had to get the manager involved. The food was not at all decent and the alcoholic drinks were very weak. Most of the games are overgrown phone apps. But a good time if you go with others. Definitely not solo adventure friendly. The games are designed for co-op play. The waitress was wonderful; however, the overpriced Salmon Bowl was bland and to make it much worse, I got food poisoning. Three hours after making my ill-fated choice to order seafood at D & B's I was vomiting my guts out. That lasted off and on for two hours. It ruined my entire weekend. I had a great experience at this Dave and Busters today food was awesome they had a healthy option for me and the service was great. Trinity was our waitress she's awesome! The person who works the reward counter was very friendly. The front desk was closed, so I couldn't use gift cards. Prices for chips is a little much. A zombie snatcher wasn't jammed, and it was too while for someone to help and was given nothing for the inconvenience.

It's My grandsons Birthday, We got there @6:30 and it's 8:15pm. I've never waited this long for a table. People were coming in after we did and they we're being seated promptly..I won't be coming back to this establishment. No staff ever asked were we being helped. This is probably one of my favourite Dave & Buster's I have been to, and I have been to a number of them across the country. It's not the biggest or the flashiest. But it has alot of games. A large restaurant area and a good size bar with flat screen TVs overhead. The bartender's are always cheerful and happy to help you and give you recommendations. Recently visited this location. The food was mediocre. Our server was really nice and was patient with my children ordering their food. My order was messed up and I was over charged at first. The manager was able to assist swiftly. That was a plus. All of the games were working. But there are not enough options to cash out cards with toys under 250 points. My kids were sad that they had to save their points for next time.

I enjoy it here every time I visit here. My family and I love the food that Dave & Buster?s offers. For the longest time, it's always been decent quality food. They only have a few options available for coin pusher games. If you're looking for a bigger variety the Springfield location has those. Went on a Monday night and service was terrible. With two bartenders behind the bar and it being extremely slow, I'm not sure why it took me ten minutes to get greeted and that's only because I had to try and get their attention. Reply: To level up the other 2 stars, you need to at least have someone greeting customers as they walk in the door. There was a paper sign to help yourself at the self-serve kiosk, which your customers have to look for. Not as big as majority of the Dave and Buster's but still very fun. We won a total of 7 stuffed animals. 4 small and 3 large. Most families there had at least one which was great IMO. Wasn't very crowded so there wasn't a wait for any games. The limited time $5 add on appetizers are really good.

Made a reservation but you don't get seated until your whole party is present. The server was new but she did a great job! The food was really good.
