I had fun with the new hot wheels game but I couldn't play the other games I almost cried I tried every game with my sister. I was almost heartbroken like the new look of Crusin blast but i might go on the typhoon next time

This one has two levels. The arcade is down stairs. There is an elevator. We sat down in arcade area but no one came to take our order. We finally had to go find someone to order our food. Great menu. Lots of options. We ordered burgers and they were absolutely marvelous. While waiting for food you can buy a token package and start play. There is a wide variety of games. There are family games, young adult games , kids games...just all the games and all the lights. The music was not always kid friendly. It

This location is super nice esp for a mall attachment. It's multi-level and has a giant claw machine *card/cash only*, pool tables, bars on 2 floors and arcade. It can get crowded pretty quick. Parking is shared with the mall.

First time visiting with my kids, THEY LOVED IT!!!! We went on a Saturday, I was expecting it to be crowded- it was not. I was so happy for that. My kids got to play the games and as you will see in the videos, you win a lot of tickets. We hit the jackpot on a couple of the games. The food was good. Our server wasn't very good but it worked out.

Everything was great we had a good time!! Except when we ordered food!! Chicken nachos literally had 5 little cut up cubes of chicken!! Overpriced for cheap nachos other then that amazing time

I spent about 4 or so hours here on a Sunday, and most of that was upstairs at the bar and in the dining area. They have huge projector screens for games, which was great. Very clean, including the bathrooms. There are two reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. First is the consistency of the food. I ordered pot stickers and they were amazing, but a couple hours later I ordered them again and they were just okay. Second was the service at the bar and a dining table. They were both very nice, but I would have ord

We had such an amazing experience at Dave & Buster?s in Stonebriar Mall! The food was delicious. My kids had a great time playing games . Our server Willie was very professional , efficient and friendly. He checked in on us often without being intrusive, gave great menu recommendations, and made sure our orders were perfect. His positive attitude and warm personality made us feel welcome and taken care of from the moment we sat down. Highly recommend

Exactly what you expect. Great way to kill time or just enjoy a couple of hours of game play. Most of the food is pretty good but not great. Games are pricey and the prizes are cheap unless you have thousands of points to spend. Definitely better than similar businesses.

I ordered boneless wings. Those are not even cooked and just buffalo sauce poured on it. Not worth coming here. I told to waiter as well. I will not come again and this is my first and last visit here. Worst food.

I came here for the first time to buy a gift card for my nephew. It's big, so I started with the gift shop, he said, ?did you try the front desk, we don't sell them here?? Okay fine, up the stairs and 2 turns later we find the Front Desk and waited 5 minutes. Nobody here so we called the main number, ?nobody is working the front desk right now, but you can go to the bar.? Okay fine. Bartender spends 30 seconds finishing up a casual conversation with a co-worker then moseys on over and explains she doesn't k

It's fun to take the kids. During summer the downstairs arcade is warm. Service for drinks is decent with decent prices. Going to an all kiosk system is annoying.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Dave & Buster?s, and it was all thanks to Britney! She went above and beyond to make sure my daughters had the best experience, from helping them with games to making sure they felt special the entire time. Her energy, kindness, and attentiveness truly stood out. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about creating a fun and memorable experience, and Britney did just that. We'll definitely be back, and we hope to see her again! Thank you, Britney!

It was the first time I went with my family. We enjoyed really good food that was a little on the pricey side, but it was tasty the portion was more than enough to keep us full for the rest of the day. The waiter was nice and courteous. The games were pretty good. There was a huge variety of games. A lot of games were kid friendly. The only thing I wish they had more of was the air hockey table since it was hard to find it empty the few hours we were there. Overall it's a nice place to enjoy with the family

We went on a Sunday afternoon, was worried it would be crazy busy. To my surprise, it wasn't too bad. Busy, but not overwhelming. The tables were clean, ladies bathroom was clean, staff were attentive. We had the pleasure of meeting the head of operations, and he was very pleasant! Food was hot and delicious! We had a great time!

Great food and great staff especially Manger Leon and waitress Paige, they took great care of us and made things right with out any issues! The games were clean and all working would recommend this location to anyone!

My family and I absolutely love this location. The employees are always so welcoming and kind. I was in absolute disbelief to what I witnessed this past weekend. As I was getting a drink from the bar, a customer came to the bartender and started to get very aggressive, he was belligerent, (might I add the man was acting this way in front all the children as this is a family establishment) the bartender asked him to stop, the man then pulled a fake gun on the bartender as a joke!!! I'm not sure what world th

Today I attended a business meeting at this location and I am very impressed with the food selection and quality. But more than just a great venue with great accommodations, what really exceeded my expectations was the service, specially from Sarah, she was amazing, Super friendly, and professional. If you are doing an event at the Frisco Dave & Busters ask for Sarah, she is Amazing, her service was second to none!!! Thank you Sarah!!!

Has a better selection of games than the Dallas location.

Really good food. Server was a bit slow. Refills for drinks was very slow. Good was really good and place was clean

Place is what you expect it to be. Has a lot of games but enough space for you and your friends to hang out. The downstairs bartenders are also really quick with getting drinks in and out.

Great place for sure to take the family to, no arguments there Food was okay we ordered wings and the smashed burger, the burger was so oily and salty. Took a while for the server just to bring the menus and bring the food back which makes me believe they don't have enough servers Only other thing was their merchandise store where you trade in your tickets for a prize There selection wasn't so great at all, we spent about 120 dollars on play points and we accumulated about 3900 tickets which mostly all we w

My husband and I decided to go to Dave & Buster?s for the first time in years! (First time ever at the Frisco location) It was such a nice evening! The upstairs dining service was excellent! Our server was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and was delicious! And the arcade games were a lot of fun! We will definitely be back sooner than later!

I like Dave & Buster's. The food comes in huge portion sizes, so be prepared to take home leftovers. They have a wide variety of arcade games, too.

Fun! Wednesdays are half price on the games! It wasn't too crowded around 3pm but maybe earlier could be better so there's more games available to play. Hand sanitizers everywhere! Nice! Friendly stuff and clean restrooms.

Saw the WWE Royal Rumble there. The service was great our host sat us in the best seats to be able to watch our match. There were many children birthday parties but our server didn't allow that to slow them down. We played the arcade games downstairs and ordered yummy alcoholic drinks at their bar.

What an amazing night! We had our Baseball Banquet at Dave and Busters! What an amazing experience! The staff was amazing and so helpful! When it comes to party planning, leave it to the professionals at Dave and Busters! They made it stress free for two moms that wanted the boys to have a banquet that they will always remember! Thank you to the management, event planning, and servers! It was PERFECT!

A good pub with gaming arcade on the lower levels. We were with kids and limited to the Arcade. Kids had a blast. They have eat out area amongst the machines and the family can feast while kids enjoy. The music is a bit loud though but kids will have a blast at this place.

John the manager was super cool came by and checked on us. Very cool time there was 8 of us and a baby

Great area. Clean place. Great food. Exceptional customer service. Clean restrooms. Great food. Plenty of games and they we clean as well. Lost of fun for a family night out and private event

Asked 5 different servers to clean a table I was sitting at so we could order food and stay a while. After 20 minutes no one helped us. I'm at this location every week and the service keeps going down hill. I guess I will look into other places I can take my girlfriends son. They kept saying they were busy and would be right over, however they helped other people around me and kept avoiding me. Went upstairs and Hannah took great care of us even though she was working solo. If you want good service don't g

Totally impressed! I was totally impressed with the Dave and Busters at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco. The only reason Dave and Busters didn't get 5 stars was simply because I dont have and children. Let me explain:) If I had children, it would have been an perfect experience. The food was amazing. The Salmon was mouth watering good and the sides made you want to order a second serving. The menu has tons of options. If have children and want to enjoy a good food and tons of arcade games, Dave and Buster

My family and I won't be back to this location. On Saturday May 10th I watched something very disturbing take place at this location. There was a family at the prize counter. They were picking out prizes for their little ones. Some how a heated discussion started taking place. Instead of the employee going to get his manger. He decided to throw a ladder at this man in front of several kids and people standing around. That was very unsafe, uncalled, and inappropriate. A fight broke out and the cops were call

It was my first time there. I loved it! I had the 12 oz ribeye. It was perfection. I played games with the kids and grandkids and we had a blast! Ages ranged from 3 yrs to 50+ yr old.

Wren was one of the best servers ever!! They were super communicative and we couldn't even tell it was their first day!! They are a real natural and we hope to get them as our server next time we stop by!! If yall give raises I think they deserve the biggest!!

The atmosphere in here used to be so cool and cozy, like an old billiard room. The gray painted brick looks like a prison, the old solid dark wood painted black looks cheesy, the orange HVAC vent on the ceiling looks horrible, whose idea was this?? Please remove all this awful paint and restore D&Bs to what it used to be.

Dave and Buster are usually a dime a dozen with all the same offerings. The difference was the effort that the staff goes to help you. Like every avid Dave and Buster goer I ended up losing my card with more credit/tickets then I care to admit. However, the bar staff and the manager were great in the entire process of helping me. I wish I would have taken down her name to put it in the review but c'est la vie. We weren't able to recover my card but it speaks mountains of the effort they made to try and rec

We had my kid's birthday party there and there was a slight mistake that was made, but they quickly fixed that and gave us a much better spot. They also let us get our original server, Bryce, who was so fantastic and on top of everything making sure our service was priority and the best. He knew when to show up, what we needed and just amazing. I think it was the party manager, Mark, was also fantastic, making sure everything else ran smooth and to totally understanding. After everything the kids went down

The staff is great and friendly but the food is mediocre. I ordered medium well steak and it came out dry and hard to chew. My husband ordered fish and chips and the fish was heavily battered and bitter. The fries are great though

Midday lunch. Easy to walk up and be seated. My husband got the steak. He said it was was fatty and Not much taste. He didn't like it. The kids ordered wings. They really liked them because they were gone! I ordered some type of chicken avocado salad it was ok. The server was friendly. Played games downstairs. It was fun for my husband and me and the kids to where they could do their own thing. Overall it was fun.

I have been here a few times over the years. My most recent visit was June 3. I ordered food in the downstairs dining area with 2 guests. I enjoyed the parmesan chicken, a bourbon milkshake, and a danger water cocktail. My guests enjoyed their meals too. Table service was good late on a Saturday morning. Prices were respectable. My party of 3 enjoyed several games in the arcade zone. Gift shop ticket prices are steep for some items. Years ago, I watched a livestream of the Game of Thrones season finale a

Very good place spend time with kids and friends. Good games. Food and drinks are good

It was really cool, leaderboard machines were not working, but management gave us 100 extra credits for the inconvenience. Will go back soon.

This location is attached to the mall and is two stories. The top floor is for dining and the bottom floor is the arcade, which has some limited space for seating/dining as well. The environment is clean and there are plenty of prize and competitive games for all ages.

This was our first trip to Dallas and this was our first stop on this trip, and it was special to say the least. We arrived near opening time and the GM, Zach, was on duty and waiting for us because he was notified of our trip beforehand. He's such a nice guy, it's clear he cares about his position, the company, and the guest experience. It's a good example that you can tell he's a great manager because his staff all seem to be outstanding. This location is attached to a mall; I guess the main entrance is

I would not get service at the bar there was only a couple of people there (it was not busy) got wings they were ok! Vive was not what I expected even for a playoff game. I guess if you just want to grab a beer in peace that's where to go.

Not overly impressed and few employees ignored me i asked several times for a Dr. Pepper no helped me but after 10 minutes finely someone helped me. I was set on having a steak but we're out. Not a fun time again wasn't impressed at all overall terrible.

Food was great! I love how the games are all downstairs. Sebastian was an AMAZING server. He was fun, great to talk to, and very helpful with recommendations. We had a large group and he tended to us very well. Thanks again. Will be back.

Love the food atmosphere service is awesome! Must go you will have fun. Had some chicken dumplings. Yum!

had not been in a long time new items on the food menu enjoy the salad with the grilled salmon. My son thought the burger with the bacon was awesome.

We really enjoyed the food and games! The wings and guacamole are amazing.

Pretty rude. The lady just threw the coupons which I received from my Christmas party even before showing me they are no longer valid. Plus manager give me those typical excuse its our company policy. At least they should take some effort explaining customer why they cant do something ?? Never coming back here again. Or given me the proof that its how it was written on these coupons?

Service was awesome, food was the best. We really enjoyed our visit ?? Atmosphere was one of the reasons we chose this place and we weren't disappointed.

Had a great time here. The environment is great. It is under ground in a way so it has a unique feel. The area is very big and lots to do. We got game cards that give us a lot of playtime for less money than I would have thought for a franchise. We stopped going to Pinstack and started coming here more often.

Typically I dine in around happy hour during the week, it's usually pretty empty but the bartenders are constantly slow and dragging their feet (but they are nice). However, today 12/9 there was a private party. Upon walking in I realized this was a private event so I waited at the bar to ask a bartender if regular patrons could dine downstairs. The woman bartender (who knows exactly who I am) looked at me and along with the other bartender, continued to ignore me and served everyone else that walked up bes

Exceptional corporate event. Nicole Roberts and the day of Operations Manager blew my expectations out of the water! Their service was second to none and the space was well put together! I will definitely be using this Dave & Buster?s location for future team meetings!

We didn't eat there but the setup was good and the variety of games kept us busy for a few hours. We had lots of fun!

It was a little confusing on what part was open (the bottom level) but our server was great! We got fresh food fairly quickly. No complaints except on which level was open.

Absolutely loved coming to the Stonebriar Dave & Buster?s. We had Brandon helping us. He was great. Had a absolutely great time would definitely recommend

Been ages , but was awesome. Staff was nice. Games were fun. Hand a good time. Even had the new Star Trek V4 game....

Food was great as well as all the games. The only negative thing was there was one waitress for about 9 tables. The young lady tried her best to keep up but she just couldn't which led to mediocre service. If she had some help I'd give it 5 stars.

Clean facility, with lots of games. This is a very nice two story location, with the Arcade on the lower level. The food this visit was much improved from before. Very happy with this location and it is a regular place my family and myself will visit.

First time in a Dave and Busters in Texas, the service was very good as was the food. The have two floors, the top is for food and bollards and the bottom has a bar and arcade games.

Good food, worth picking the eat and play deals on the menu. Saves you a lot of money. Lots of fun if you love arcades....tickets have to save up to get anything worth while, so probably use the credits to play fun games versus trying to save for tickets. Give you an idea...games systems and roombas are there to win...but 100,000 pts. Most good prizes over 20,000....when you play $20 worth depending o skill you can get maybe 500 to 1000 pts. But like I said....lots of fun and that is what this place i

The food was great, and the grandkids acted like they were in heaven. Unfortunately, it was much too loud to enjoy for a guy like me wearing hearing aids.

Sat at the bar and had some drinks and food before seeing a movie. Staff was attentive and the food came out quickly. I particularly enjoyed the Philly Cheesesteak. I would give it a try if you are in the mood for a sandwich.

I haven't been to Dave and Busters for two years now. Wow. It has changed and they are currently under construction. I came here with a buddy to watch Thursday Night Football. Beer prices were good ($5 for craft beers and $4 for domestic beers), but the food was terrible. They have "football" bites. I ordered the pretzels. They were small and the cheese was watery. Yes. Watery. The cheese had no flavor. I'd pass (no pun intended) on that option. My buddy ordered the wonton bites. He said they were good, b

Slow service and had to ask for napkins multiple times . Server didn't brings drink from the bar that I waited almost 20 minutes for . I had to leave the table and get the drink myself and the drink was sitting at the counter the whole time . Margaritas were good though . Prefer Dallas location over frisco.

The atmosphere was great, and the waiter was very tentative. The food was good, I had chicken fingers, fries, and funnel cake fries for dessert. All was really good

Went for a mid day date for our anniversary and we had a great time. We downloaded the app to use the scan from our phone to play the games. This was a little confusing but someone helped us and told us it has to be used through Apple Pay. Some of the readers took a while to read this way so some timed games we didn't get to play together since you have to scan both sides and their was a delay. I recommend getting an actual card to use instead. Other than this issue everything was fun. Plenty of games to pl

Service was very slow took literally around 20 minutes just to get the menus but the food was genuinely very good the salmon was beautifully cooked

Went for a party, but the staff wouldn't allow the parents to be in the room with the kids. We were supposed to get the big party room, but the manager moved us. However, there wasn't another party at the same time. Food wasn't that great and it's very expensive to play the games. This is for adults only now, which is sad.

Very nice place. Food is a lil pricey but worth it, you will spend at least 13$ a person on food. I got a jameson long island tea and it was awesome. The games downstairs is a massive space full of really cool games.

It's really fun and exciting. Didn't have to wait much for all the things we wanted to play. There are plenty of things to play, I would say that if you want to get a chance to play everything, you'd need more than the $31 chips. You'd spend a bit, but like I said, it's pretty fun. The food is great with more than enough options in terms of food and drinks.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dave & Buster's, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding, with each dish perfectly crafted and bursting with flavor. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into the preparation, and every bite was a delight. To top it all off, the entertainment was fantastic. The m

Lots to do. Adding that 5th Star due to the exceptional customer service provided by the floor staff. I must say that you better have some money to spend if you plan on buying since Food because it is expensive. But, the experience for the kids was worth it.

I gave a 4 star rating based on cleanliness and upkeep of the establishment. But all in all it was a fun time and staff was friendly.

Had a childs birthday , food was great service great, we had a wonderful time, the games are fun for the kids ??

Great drinks and great games! Our first stop was at the bar downstairs to get a couple of drinks before some arcade play. Our server Jess was very attentive and helped us out with any questions we had about the menu. The Patron margaritas were ?? and a great start to some gameplay. This is both a great place for a family or date environment for food, drinks, and fun! We will definitely have to come back for their Football Game Day specials!

A must try at Stonebriar Center in Frisco, Texas. Gluten Free Bun on Mushroom Stout Burger Vegetarian Style using Light life patty instead of beyond meat ?? This is by far a great compliment for an alternative healthy choice. And always ask for a freshly cooked to order fries ?? ?? De-lish ??

One of our favorite places to go with family. Me and wife can enjoy tome while kids are busy with games. Food is always good and they have happy hour which suits the pocket also.

Wednesdays are the ham with half price games. If you win 10,000 tickets, you can get a plastic spider!!

Went with a big party from work and the service was great! Food presentation was good and entrees and appetizers were all delicious.

The atmosphere, pricing and customer service was stellar. We visited on. A Friday night after 7p and were met with smiling faces from staff who ensured all our questions were answered. After playing at the arcade, we sat upstairs and ordered a meal which our server went above and beyond for the experience. Our server delivered a "salad" (made out of paper) for my daughter's (8) sloth that she won from the toy store after playing at the arcade. ?? Will definitely be returning to this Dave and Buster's again.

6-25-2022: I ordered the pepperoni pizza Flatbread with a order of garlic truffle fries with a sweet tea to drink. The pizza was good and the garlic truffle fries were amazing especially with the dipping sauces. The arcade at Dave & Busters is amazing too with so many games to choose from.

SUPER Cool D&B!! 2 floors of fun. really fun games and great service you would expect from the franchise. one of the more unique ones I have visited.

Such a great place for friends, family or a date! Great food choices, specialty drinks (non alcoholic too) and if you sign up for emails you get savings often to load your play card!

I didn't expect it to be this clean and refined with a classic feel, especially at the front entrance with wooden work for the telephone booth et al. Food service and bar service is good. Limited games. Would be nice if they've had laser tag. Games are nice but very few selections. Main events entertainment seems to have more variety.

30 minute wait for a server.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
