I had fun with the new hot wheels game but I couldn't play the other games I almost cried I tried every game with my sister. I was almost heartbroken like the new look of Crusin blast but i might go on the typhoon next time

This one has two levels. The arcade is down stairs. There is an elevator. We sat down in arcade area but no one came to take our order. We finally had to go find someone to order our food. Great menu. Lots of options. We ordered burgers and they were absolutely marvelous. While waiting for food you can buy a token package and start play. There is a wide variety of games. There are family games, young adult games , kids games...just all the games and all the lights. The music was not always kid friendly. It

This location is super nice esp for a mall attachment. It's multi-level and has a giant claw machine *card/cash only*, pool tables, bars on 2 floors and arcade. It can get crowded pretty quick. Parking is shared with the mall.

First time visiting with my kids, THEY LOVED IT!!!! We went on a Saturday, I was expecting it to be crowded- it was not. I was so happy for that. My kids got to play the games and as you will see in the videos, you win a lot of tickets. We hit the jackpot on a couple of the games. The food was good. I spent about 4 or so hours here on a Sunday, and most of that was upstairs at the bar and in the dining area. They have huge projector screens for games, which was great. We had such an amazing experience at Dave & Buster?s in Stonebriar Mall! The food was delicious. My kids had a great time playing games . Our server Willie was very professional , efficient and friendly.He checked in on us often without being intrusive, gave great menu recommendations, and made sure our orders were perfect. His positive attitude and warm personality made us feel welcome and taken care of from the moment we sat down. Highly recommend

Exactly what you expect. Great way to kill time or just enjoy a couple of hours of game play. Most of the food is pretty good but not great. Games are pricey and the prizes are cheap unless you have thousands of points to spend. Definitely better than similar businesses.

I ordered boneless wings. Those are not even cooked and just buffalo sauce poured on it. Not worth coming here. I told to waiter as well. I will not come again and this is my first and last visit here. Worst food.

I came here for the first time to buy a gift card for my nephew. It's big, so I started with the gift shop, he said, ?did you try the front desk, we don't sell them here?? It's fun to take the kids. During summer the downstairs arcade is warm. Service for drinks is decent with decent prices. Going to an all kiosk system is annoying.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Dave & Buster?s, and it was all thanks to Britney! She went above and beyond to make sure my daughters had the best experience, from helping them with games to making sure they felt special the entire time. Her energy, kindness, and attentiveness truly stood out. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about creating a fun and memorable experience, and Britney did just that. It was the first time I went with my family. We enjoyed really good food that was a little on the pricey side, but it was tasty the portion was more than enough to keep us full for the rest of the day. The waiter was nice and courteous. The games were pretty good. There was a huge variety of games. A lot of games were kid friendly. The only thing I wish they had more of was the air hockey table since it was hard to find it empty the few hours we were there. Overall it's a nice place to enjoy with the family

We went on a Sunday afternoon, was worried it would be crazy busy. To my surprise, it wasn't too bad. Busy, but not overwhelming. The tables were clean, ladies bathroom was clean, staff were attentive. We had the pleasure of meeting the head of operations, and he was very pleasant! Food was hot and delicious! Today I attended a business meeting at this location and I am very impressed with the food selection and quality. But more than just a great venue with great accommodations, what really exceeded my expectations was the service, specially from Sarah, she was amazing, Super friendly, and professional. Place is what you expect it to be. Has a lot of games but enough space for you and your friends to hang out. The downstairs bartenders are also really quick with getting drinks in and out.

My husband and I decided to go to Dave & Buster?s for the first time in years! (First time ever at the Frisco location) It was such a nice evening! The upstairs dining service was excellent! Our server was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and was delicious! And the arcade games were a lot of fun! We will definitely be back sooner than later!

I like Dave & Buster's. The food comes in huge portion sizes, so be prepared to take home leftovers. They have a wide variety of arcade games, too.

Saw the WWE Royal Rumble there. The service was great our host sat us in the best seats to be able to watch our match. There were many children birthday parties but our server didn't allow that to slow them down. We played the arcade games downstairs and ordered yummy alcoholic drinks at their bar.

What an amazing night! We had our Baseball Banquet at Dave and Busters! What an amazing experience! The staff was amazing and so helpful! A good pub with gaming arcade on the lower levels. We were with kids and limited to the Arcade. Kids had a blast. They have eat out area amongst the machines and the family can feast while kids enjoy. The music is a bit loud though but kids will have a blast at this place.

Totally impressed! I was totally impressed with the Dave and Busters at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco. The only reason Dave and Busters didn't get 5 stars was simply because I dont have and children. My family and I won't be back to this location. On Saturday May 10th I watched something very disturbing take place at this location. There was a family at the prize counter. The atmosphere in here used to be so cool and cozy, like an old billiard room. The gray painted brick looks like a prison, the old solid dark wood painted black looks cheesy, the orange HVAC vent on the ceiling looks horrible, whose idea was this?? Dave and Buster are usually a dime a dozen with all the same offerings. The difference was the effort that the staff goes to help you. Like every avid Dave and Buster goer I ended up losing my card with more credit/tickets then I care to admit. However, the bar staff and the manager were great in the entire process of helping me. We had my kid's birthday party there and there was a slight mistake that was made, but they quickly fixed that and gave us a much better spot. They also let us get our original server, Bryce, who was so fantastic and on top of everything making sure our service was priority and the best. Had a great time here. The environment is great. It is under ground in a way so it has a unique feel. The area is very big and lots to do. Went for a mid day date for our anniversary and we had a great time. We downloaded the app to use the scan from our phone to play the games. This was a little confusing but someone helped us and told us it has to be used through Apple Pay. Some of the readers took a while to read this way so some timed games we didn't get to play together since you have to scan both sides and their was a delay. Went for a party, but the staff wouldn't allow the parents to be in the room with the kids. We were supposed to get the big party room, but the manager moved us. However, there wasn't another party at the same time. Food wasn't that great and it's very expensive to play the games. This is for adults only now, which is sad.

After playing at the arcade, we sat upstairs and ordered a meal which our server went above and beyond for the experience. Our server delivered a "salad" (made out of paper) for my daughter's (8) sloth that she won from the toy store after playing at the arcade. ?? 6-25-2022: I ordered the pepperoni pizza Flatbread with a order of garlic truffle fries with a sweet tea to drink. The pizza was good and the garlic truffle fries were amazing especially with the dipping sauces. The arcade at Dave & Busters is amazing too with so many games to choose from.

I didn't expect it to be this clean and refined with a classic feel, especially at the front entrance with wooden work for the telephone booth et al. Food service and bar service is good. Limited games. Would be nice if they've had laser tag. Games are nice but very few selections. Main events entertainment seems to have more variety.
