Reviews Summary

Dave & Busters offers a mixed experience with generally fun games and entertainment, especially for families and groups. Service varies widely—some staff receive high praise for attentiveness, while others face criticism for slow or neglectful service. Food quality is inconsistent, with some dishes praised but others criticized as overpriced, dry, or poorly prepared. Drinks and atmosphere are often highlighted positively, though some find them underwhelming. Renovations and game maintenance occasionally disrupt the experience. Overall, it’s a popular spot for casual fun, but food and service can be hit-or-miss.

Service was a little slow for a Sunday @5. My kids waited over 20 minutes for their drinks, but we loved our food. If you're getting a new card, they do charge a fee of $5.

Service was good very attentive to refilling and making sure everything was ok and had what we needed. Got the 12oz ribeye medium rare had green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. Ribeye was low grade meat if I didn't get it prepared medium rare it probably would of been tough. Garlic mashed potatoes was ok green beans was alright very dry. Chicken pasta was good was a lil too greasy due to it also having bacon in it. Burger was ok. Meat was dry frys taste like basic frys nun special. Strawberry cake was

We had a great time! service was fast and very friendly thank you! Only thing that was a bother to my kids was that it was way too loud inside even in the dinning area. The restaurant was very clean very large lots of games but kinda pricey!!! Gunna spend more then $100 easy....

Me and my friends came to this location for the first time , I purchased my tickets on line and my friends purchased theirs on the kiosk . It took 1 Hour to get our food !! They over charged my brother thinking he didn't pay when he paid for the Eat , Drink , Play combo!! Also took a while to get our game cards !!! Once we ate we played the games it was pretty fun I like the ticket store ! Other than that the experience was overall MID AND ID RATHER GO TO JOHNS FOR BETTER SERVICE ! Had a cool time on the

The other day we visited Dave & Buster's to celebrate a couple Birthdays ??There was plenty of games for the children, enough TV's for the adults, and a pretty good food selection ?? On the contrary, we didn't like the fact that we couldn't spilt up the credits on the cards??Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves ??This isn't our first visit and it won't be our last?? If you have one close to you or you're traveling, stop at a Dave & Buster's near your??

It was my family and I first time there and it was Amazing the stuff was super helpful and Manager Lazarus did such an amazing Job getting us a table and helping us with the cards ? Im we came stop in to Try it out !!! If you ever have any questions or help please ask for Manager Lazarus awesome Manager and Staff !

Walked in and was greeted and sat down quickly. Ordered food and came out in a timely manner while sipping on our drinks. We ordered the $30 sampler platter and chicken nacho. Chicken wings was over cooked and dry and the burger sliders was a bit cold. Nacho was more like a fiesta style. It was ok. Took my son to play some games afterwards.

3.5 star max. 1st time here, no one out front to guide you, we have no idea what we are doing. Walk around til we found someone in the back of the arcade. We found a waiter, and got seated. Now we are going somewhere after 5mins. This place is big and nice. Arcades are great with good times of play for the price. The foods. This is the downfall for me. We got ribs, buffalo wings and a kid pizza. Foods are not freshly made. These are either yesterday's food or microwave to order food. Dried, so dried. Not j

Definitely a fun place! We went in for dinner, got seated at the bar. Its not a place for a romantic, quiet dinner, but it's just fun! All kinds of sports channels, helpful staff and the food was great. The salmon was really good. Perfect place to entertain larger groups. Visit 2023: great food, and fun entertainment for kids. It's a bit loud but worth a visit. Up from 4 to 5 stars ???? Visit 2024: same fun but stay away from dry rub chicken wings! Rating down from 5 to 3

This isn't just the worst Dave & Busters I've been to, this is the absolute worst restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life. We waited 15 minutes at the front for someone to seat us. When someone came out, he didn't seem to know what he was doing, asked us why we were there (to eat and play games) and sat us at a booth finally. We waited another 20 minutes and nobody bothered to come over. It didn't seem like that was a single server in the entire building plus, the bathroom was a hepatitis breeding gr

Mixed review. Games are great and they keep up on the maintenance of them. Food service needs some serious help. We ordered appetizer first then ordered dinner. Appetizer came out then our server gave us the check with just the appetizer and not even our drink were on it or the other food. We still had not gotten our dinner. When we asked about our food our server had no memory of us ordering food and then blamed the system for losing our order. We had to order again. Only the kids food came out after

My wife was out of town and I wanted to take our 3 boys somewhere fun. Dave and Buster's was the choice and the kids loved every minute of it. My boys are ages 9, 6, and 3 and there were age appropriate entertainment for all of them. Dave and Buster's is fun entertainment for all ages, a feat that is not easy to accomplish. This was our first visit since the remodel and its pretty amazing. The layout is open and there are numerous new games. We will be back again soon.

Cute spontaneous date with the hubby. We were hungry and had some time to kill, and this did it for us. Our server was great, seem like she was holding down the bar and the dine in! So kudos to her. Food was OK. But we both had salads so there's that. I haven't been to this location in a while , and I noticed a lot of new games. Nice letting your inner child out once in a while!

Celebrated my birthday there, and it was such a fun time. The atmosphere and service were great. The food and drinks were on point and we were very satisfied! We will definitely be back again!

Dave is busters is the best place in fresno to experience high-quality new games!! I really wish it was more then half a restaurant and what used to be a place for games. Dave n busters should really focus on the entertainment factor of their business and stop worry about selling boneless wings. Loved the service I received from Gerardo and he should deserve more recognition for being the only person fixing all these games

Food was pretty good. Boneless wings were soft and tender. Service was very slow, but when the food came out it was delish. Big screen tv's everywhere! Perfect place to watch the Tyson fight ????. They ran out of a certain flavored drink. Manager came over and offered a replacement for free! Great way to take care of your customers!

One of the ladies had jello shots in giant syringes which was fun! We had a shift change and our next waitress didn't come for a very long time- to the point we had to ask for one. After she took our order, she seemed to be pretty stuck on helping one table in particular and wouldn't make eye contact with us when walking by. My man had to get up and find the silverware box to get it for us himself because we were sitting for a while with none after being served our food and couldn't get her attention. One

i?ve been to dave & buster?s a few times now with friends and family. but in recent months, a lot of the staff have either looked stressed out or somber, as though they'd rather be anywhere else. i was there a few days ago at the bar and saw a manager (shorter mexican lady) yelling my bartender?s name from across the bar to get off her phone when she had only just picked it up. i believe she was looking up a drink, which happens all the time at any bar you go to bc sometimes people order crazy drinks. i jus

Greta service always on fast food service always a great hospitality gaming employees always helped out 100 let's go Dave and busters!

Staff looks miserable. Shorter woman, seems to be a manager, saw yelling at poor bartender. Never in my life have I seen someone this micromanaging. Got word that the management at this place has gone downhill but I never imagined it was this bad. Shame on this establishment. I'm never coming back until this attitude is fixed.

Food was just warm, not hot. They forgot to put in the order for one of our meals so he got his food when we were almost done. Manager stopped by and did comp the meal they forgot. Service is bad (other than the manager) and food is mediocre. Games are fun though!

Putting bag lettuce from a store on your hamburgers is never good. The salads are also the same lettuce. My lettuce was definitely not fresh. Pink edges and very dry. The food runner was great. Only seen our server once when ordering and at the end when we asked for our check. No refills were given. We didn't know if we seat ourselves. We had to walk into the bar and ask if we seat ourselves since the host was nowhere to be found. We stopped going since all your fights then we seen you were having a grand r

The food was good. Service was kinda slow but our waiter was very nice. It just took a very long time to get our food and when the food was brought out we got no silverware. We got the eat, play drink combo but never recieved our sodas. I had gotten a margarita on the side and my fianc? got a beer so we had t noticed until we left. We also never got out free dessert. We had a good time so I didn't notice until we left but I was a little disappointed about that. The food was good. The games were really fun.

A little loud between the t.v.s music and games. Conversation is good to have but everyone else can hear it as well. Service was good the food was decent for the price.

Pretty loud and busy when I was there, as normal, but their service was still very quick and pleasant. The wait for games wasn't bad and only a couple of them were down for maintenance. Overall was really happy with my experience.

Service wasn't great. I asked one of the servers for a beer, and she rolled her eyes and acted like she was doing me a favor, but it is a good place to go watch a game and at the same time allow the kids to go play.

The food wasn't very good.. the wings were very delicious. We only had 1 napkin. We had to ask for more silverware and napkins. When we got our food, I asked for ketchup and ranch. It never came. My husband ended up asking a gentleman who was not a waiter if he could bring us some.. he got it there fast. My husband said the Philly cheesesteak sandwish he got was wired.. The pork belly on my burger was not porkbelly, looked like the ends of a porkchops.. The bacon jam looked like saut? onions with raw bacon

We stopped by Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised! Our server Chansey in the bar area was exceptional?attentive, kind, and genuinely went out of his way to make everything perfect. You've got a real gem on your team. Huge kudos to the managers as well, who stopped by and checked in on us ? it shows you have a great team on your hands. Thanks again Chansey for making it a great night!!

We booked a private room tonight for my daughter's 21st bday! Manager was AMAZING. We were given 2 servers who did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond for my daughter, friends and family. Drinks, food and games were a ton of fun. The price wasn't cheap at all but it was definitely worth it. We will definitely book again!

everything here was chill but one server. said she's been serving for 8 years but it was her first day at this job so I can understand to a certain extent but she was just extremely rude. friend ordered a drink and showed his id and she said ?this is not you? and proceeded to bring and manager over. Again, since it was her first day I understood. However, she begins to take our order and my friend orders something which I guess she may have missed but an hour passes and we call her back over to check on the

Dave & Buster?s is great gateway store for kids and adult to have fun , I usually come during sports ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? Events and that's because of its great entertainment and fun environment, Giselle is one of the staff who's delighted to help you and definitely at point . The food , I personally need a quite environment but others love actions when they eat . They have all kind of games and even gift shop . I don't drink ?? to comment on their drinks . Highly recommend it for kids to have fun ?? for adult to

Expect to pay more for less, the atmosphere is great but for what you're being charged you would expect the service to match which it does not. Getting a response about deals is insulting to the customer so better.

I went to this Dave and Busters on my spring break the place is amazing what caught my attention was the Dance Dance Revolution machine because my friend got me into it. The manager Mike is so nice they should add another machine because everybody loves it also the bartenders are very friendly.

My boyfriend took me to eat lunch at Dave and Busters. I soooo loved the atmosphere & the wait staff was friendly & helpful with any questions we may have had. I had the Chimichurri bowl & my boyfriend had the full rack of ribs with fries. After lunch we got to go and play on the arcade floor the different games they had. We had so much fun. Not just for kids but adults as well. Pleasant & fun first time experience at this place. Will definitely go back.

When this place first opened it was fun and we were always greeted never really waited and this time we brought our family and it's under going some construction but we had to go the bar to ask someone to seat us. No one was in the eating section either, an employee comes to us and we are a large party she has to go speak with someone else on where to sit us? We finally get seated and the waiter was friendly and took our order and got everything to us but it is overpriced for what's on the menu and it was o

Food is good and the service is great. The sound level is WAY too loud! You can't talk to the people at your table.

We waited over 20 minutes to get someone to get our drink order. Super loud and wasn't able to have a conversation with others at my table, the waitress had to come up really close to us to take our order, super uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I came for the drinks and food. I was really impressed with the food! If I could, I'd eat here daily. The customer service by our bartender (Kyle) was great, too.

First time not being completely impressed by the service ?? Arrived and sat ourselves, it took a long time for anyone to walk over and fill our drink order. The drink from the bar took so long to arrive, we ended up just ordering dessert even though someone at the table was hungry.

Micheal and Serena took absolute care of us! I could not ask for better customer service. Even with Serena being swamped she was sooo attentive and clear also we were a difficult a table that also a lot of alcohol and she was on top of it. Also, Micheal was so incredibly attentive and went beyond for my boyfriend. I also had a menu change and Serena made it happen. Extra kudos!!!

Micheal and Serena took amazing care of my group and myself. Even with us ordering alot off food and alcohol they took care and made sure we didn't do without. 10 out of 10 will go back again

The staff are amazing. Everyone there is so nice and personable, yet professional. I love the fun vibe. The games are awesome and the food and drinks are the best in town!!! Great place for a party, a date, or just chilling and having fun. I love D&B!

Employees are fun and friendly. Thank you Moe for jello jello shots. Another sussesful trip ?? Shout out to Amethyst for great customer service. Group of 8 an was on top of making sure everything was perfect for us. There are of games for all ages ?? Family fun environment. I for sure will be going back.

To the Staff and Management of Dave&Busters, Los angeles Rams Club of the Central Valley want to thank each and everyone of you for doing a great job on providing great service. The families had a great time and enjoyed the delicious food. Looking foward to being here next season. Go Rams!!

This place is awesome!!!! Has some of the best games I have played and plenty to choose from. Great prizes as well none of that cheap stuff that other arcade places have. I did not eat there but took a peak at the menu and the food look good and reasonably priced. If you want to have fun with kids, family, friends or just by yourself this is a great choice.

Lazoras was amazing lost my son's card and he took care of my son for his birthday ???? very understanding and attentive! amazing worker! Made my son's birthday deserves a promotion for this! Will be back because of him!

If I could give it negative stars, I would it doesn't even deserve one star we went checked on our seating and they forgot to even sign us in, never asked for her name then finally asked for a name check us in. We still never got to be seated sat at the bar for almost an hour calling over servers and everything trying to get attention to even get one drink couldn't even get that my sister finally got a hold of one person. They got her card and got a drink. Then we wake up this morning and my sister?s card i

Had our grandsons birthday party there. The staff was amazing. We rented a room and everything was taken care. The adults and kids had a great time!

Service is great. I discussed with Randy and Jason the managers on duty about holding my Fantasy Football draft there I think we're gonna pencil that in as our spot.

Great experience, not too much of a change since renovation, but would definitely come back. Great deals for food and games!

staff cut my 18th birthday cake in the kitchen and served it to another party without confirming with either party ?? genuinely ruined my birthday and had me in tears, not to mention that the waitress serving our party repeatedly forgot and misplaced orders and had us waiting almost 2 hours just to get everything sorted out. normally i can be empathetic with waitresses and staff but honestly the entire experience was draining and ruined my day.

The kids had a blast. Great bar area and tons of televisions to watch any sport available.

Over priced food and the winter pass is a rip off for $100. My daughter was only allowed to play her allotted 1000 tickets. After that, i would need to spend more money for her to keep playing.

Really like this place. Went there with my son. Food was great even on a busy night. Service was amazing. And my son thinks they have good options for thinks to shop with his points. We plan to go back. We hit 3 jackpots so it was fun. We went most recently on a Friday night only thing I recommend is that they are 21 and older after 10 pm.

It was very busy on July 10 Saturday afternoon, service great, we sat at the bar and than went into the game room. A lot of games are for younger kids. All in all it was a good to get out the heat.

Good atmosphere fun for adults if you still have the kid in you.took my son for his 15th BIRTHDAY with friends and it came out reasonable price for the package we got... will be back again

Claire' is absolutely amazing she made the experience and absolute 10 out of 10 experience she decorated beautifly and the bunny breakfast was so fun thank you Dave and busters to all the amazing managers and staff that make it a extra special experience everyone go check out the events or make your own event for lasting memories!!!!!

Everything was fantastic. The drinks were good really peaceful during the day and will be back for lunch again.

Games are fun. Food is overpriced and not that good. And the drinks aren't the best Olive Gardens mix drinks are better, and you taste a tiny alcohol. But not worth the price.

100% from service and food omg best time me and my mom had in a while we went for our first time it was amazing returned for a second time and it was still like it felt when we first went there 100% recommend food was great sizing amazing for prices couple of games were broken but the vr with dark Vader was fun all games were great thx Dave and busters crew for showing us a good time highly recommend the pretzels ??????

The worst experience that I have ever had visiting a dave and Busters. From the start we had problems. There was a booth open that split the restaurant and the arcade when I requested that booth, I was told no, that the booth is only available for parties of 7 we were only 5. I offered to pay for 7 dinners so we could have the booth told no again. I asked for one of the booths at the front of the restaurant and was told that section was closed. The only table they had available was under the tvs in the corn

My boyfriend and I have been to several dave and busters one in Tennessee and Virginia. Fresno beats the one in Virginia .love going to place and eating food and having some drinks. The staff are always very friendly with us

NO STARS. No services. The wait was long and when we were seated, we didn't even get any service at all. We sat and waited for over 30 minutes. The waiters were walking by and did not even acknowledged us.

This place is really awesome.Has a great vibe!prize shop people were great!! Whole palace was awesome.

Great place, easy parking, and service was good. Food is just ok and very small portions.

Food was great. A little of renovating going on. I was overcharged with kid drinks (4.49 each twice). Asked for the lemonade upgrade for 50 cents more on the kid menu but was brought with the lemonade drinks made from the bar. So full price was charge on the drink and the kids meals was just the meal without the drinks.

Took my daughter and a few of her friends. Games were fun, only problem was a bunch were broke and one took credits but didn't play. Food was good for bar food. I don't know if waiter was having bad night but seemed annoyed at serving us. Other than that we had fun.

Fun games, good drinks and food!! Dave and Busters is always the place to go for people of all ages to have fun. If you order any food or drinks, it may take a while depending on how busy it is, but thankfully you can play games while you wait. Friendly service as well!!!

Expensive and nasty drinks. Food is basic. Bar tenders are always rushed and in a bad mood. Servers are alright.pre game and play games

My daughter wanted to go for her birthday. It was amazing the food was great and had the best time playing the games the staff was wonderful we had a lot of fun??

Kool place to take the kids for some grub and have fun

Came here to celebrate my league's fantasy football award ceremony. Made reservations for 10. Waiter had no name badge, food took forever, even the appetizers took long. Waiter wasn't able to refill our waters until passing us the 5th time. Bathrooms were disgusting and the sinks had disturbing mold build up. Worst of all, they had no beer towers or a regular pitchers of beer. This is a dave and busters with a full bar and they only serve canned beers on GameDay. We left before halftime, not coming here to

Took forever for me to get my food because of a mistake with my customization, but I appreciate that they caught it before they brought it out. So I was famished by the time it came out. Food was good but it seems like it was a bit overpriced. Entree and beverage will easily start around $25, maybe it's reasonable...idk... I'll need to try them again and I'll update later. Game area was expectedly crowded. But they did have some decent games. I'd suggest you go with a group... the fun is when you have someo

Was very fun, great was to pass time during the day, wasn't very busy at the time we went do we had the run of the place and won so many tickets!!

First of all my husband lost his debit card on the Pacman game, it was turned in to security right away. Secondly the drink service off to the side on the right hand side had the best customer service ever. She was very friendly, fun and I would definitely go back just for her service. She took a video of me and my friend. Love it

Been here an hour no one has come by to ask what we wanted to drink or eat had to go to bar and order our own drinks and it's a Sunday afternoon not busy at all won't be coming here again

The new update isn't really much of an excitement, the grand opening was on a terrible time to do that because everyone was at work or school. Idk who the person in charge of this place is but you and I need to have a serious conversation about how to run a business

The price for the food was not worth it. The games and the fun the family had makes up for it.

Barely started coming here a few weeks ago. The food is amazing! I recommend the salmon. Unfortunately, I do not have pictures of our food just my drink. It was a tropical paradise i believe, it's delicious! The games are really fun and you can buy cool stuff with the tickets you earn from playing games. Great vibe!

Always a fun place. Good enough bar food. Sat in the dining area last time and found it weird. We sat ourselves. Ordered on our phones. They did bring our drinks and food to the table (although bar would have been faster for drinks) then the check asked for a tip. Considering we did about half on our own, full tip didn't seem...right. Idk sign of the times I guess.

Was actually here for a wedding and they have a beautiful room for events. Also, the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

They Took off a bunch of menu items and deals. The customer service isnt great at all. Workers dont even want to be here. I dont see thisbplace lasting another 2 years if management doesn't chance. They said 45 minute wait to be seated. Look at the Money they're missing out on.

Very bad food experience, fun games! Yesterday I went to eat and play and I ordered a hamburger which took more than 30 minutes to get to my table and it was soggy, but the worst part was that the meat was red! I ordered medium, not medium rare. The manager was very nice and brought us a new one in less than 10 minutes. The games were fun! I will come back because of the games, but I won't spend my money on food in Dave & Buster's again.

I have a blast every time I come here. The games are great, and the food is very delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I'd actually give D&B like a 4.5. it would be a 5 is all the games were up and running, but like around 6 or 7 we're out of order. That's besides the ones they had turned off to help social distance (which is perfectly fine). Still though they have tons of games to play, it's still tons of fun. All the employees we're super nice and helpful. The only issue was that my son's wrist band that came with the birthday package didn't work, and I had to have them swap it for a new one twice which wasted about 30 minu

The foods always amazing! The staff is way beyond courteous. They got a zillion tv's to watch.

Came in with my family and really enjoyed our time. The food here never disappoints and the service was excellent. The game day grub is my favorite starter on the menu it comes with sliders wings and pretzel dogs all of which were delicious, warm and tasted freshly made. And of course the game area was also fun, very clean and none of the games were out of order, all of which made my family?s and I experience a very delightful one.

That was one good, HUGE, pretzel.. We got the queso to dip it in too... the voodoo pasta was good, we asked for extra Cajun seasoning and it was even better.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
