Service was a little slow for a Sunday @5. My kids waited over 20 minutes for their drinks, but we loved our food. If you're getting a new card, they do charge a fee of $5.

Service was good very attentive to refilling and making sure everything was ok and had what we needed. Got the 12oz ribeye medium rare had green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. Ribeye was low grade meat if I didn't get it prepared medium rare it probably would of been tough. Garlic mashed potatoes was ok green beans was alright very dry. Me and my friends came to this location for the first time , I purchased my tickets on line and my friends purchased theirs on the kiosk . It took 1 Hour to get our food !! They over charged my brother thinking he didn't pay when he paid for the Eat , Drink , Play combo!! Also took a while to get our game cards !!! Walked in and was greeted and sat down quickly. Ordered food and came out in a timely manner while sipping on our drinks. We ordered the $30 sampler platter and chicken nacho. Chicken wings was over cooked and dry and the burger sliders was a bit cold. Nacho was more like a fiesta style. It was ok. Took my son to play some games afterwards.

This isn't just the worst Dave & Busters I've been to, this is the absolute worst restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life. We waited 15 minutes at the front for someone to seat us. My wife was out of town and I wanted to take our 3 boys somewhere fun. Dave and Buster's was the choice and the kids loved every minute of it. My boys are ages 9, 6, and 3 and there were age appropriate entertainment for all of them. Dave and Buster's is fun entertainment for all ages, a feat that is not easy to accomplish. This was our first visit since the remodel and its pretty amazing. The layout is open and there are numerous new games. We will be back again soon.

Cute spontaneous date with the hubby. We were hungry and had some time to kill, and this did it for us. Our server was great, seem like she was holding down the bar and the dine in! So kudos to her. Dave is busters is the best place in fresno to experience high-quality new games!! I really wish it was more then half a restaurant and what used to be a place for games. Dave n busters should really focus on the entertainment factor of their business and stop worry about selling boneless wings. Food was pretty good. Boneless wings were soft and tender. Service was very slow, but when the food came out it was delish. Big screen tv's everywhere! Perfect place to watch the Tyson fight ????. One of the ladies had jello shots in giant syringes which was fun! We had a shift change and our next waitress didn't come for a very long time- to the point we had to ask for one. Staff looks miserable. Shorter woman, seems to be a manager, saw yelling at poor bartender. Never in my life have I seen someone this micromanaging. Got word that the management at this place has gone downhill but I never imagined it was this bad. Shame on this establishment. I'm never coming back until this attitude is fixed.

Putting bag lettuce from a store on your hamburgers is never good. The salads are also the same lettuce. My lettuce was definitely not fresh. Pink edges and very dry. The food runner was great. The food was good. Service was kinda slow but our waiter was very nice. It just took a very long time to get our food and when the food was brought out we got no silverware. We booked a private room tonight for my daughter's 21st bday! Manager was AMAZING. We were given 2 servers who did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond for my daughter, friends and family. I went to this Dave and Busters on my spring break the place is amazing what caught my attention was the Dance Dance Revolution machine because my friend got me into it. The manager Mike is so nice they should add another machine because everybody loves it also the bartenders are very friendly.

We waited over 20 minutes to get someone to get our drink order. Super loud and wasn't able to have a conversation with others at my table, the waitress had to come up really close to us to take our order, super uncomfortable.

Micheal and Serena took absolute care of us! I could not ask for better customer service. Even with Serena being swamped she was sooo attentive and clear also we were a difficult a table that also a lot of alcohol and she was on top of it. This place is awesome!!!! Has some of the best games I have played and plenty to choose from. Great prizes as well none of that cheap stuff that other arcade places have. I did not eat there but took a peak at the menu and the food look good and reasonably priced. If you want to have fun with kids, family, friends or just by yourself this is a great choice.

staff cut my 18th birthday cake in the kitchen and served it to another party without confirming with either party ?? genuinely ruined my birthday and had me in tears, not to mention that the waitress serving our party repeatedly forgot and misplaced orders and had us waiting almost 2 hours just to get everything sorted out. normally i can be empathetic with waitresses and staff but honestly the entire experience was draining and ruined my day.

Really like this place. Went there with my son. Food was great even on a busy night. Service was amazing. And my son thinks they have good options for thinks to shop with his points. We plan to go back. We hit 3 jackpots so it was fun. We went most recently on a Friday night only thing I recommend is that they are 21 and older after 10 pm.

It was very busy on July 10 Saturday afternoon, service great, we sat at the bar and than went into the game room. A lot of games are for younger kids. All in all it was a good to get out the heat.

The worst experience that I have ever had visiting a dave and Busters. From the start we had problems. There was a booth open that split the restaurant and the arcade when I requested that booth, I was told no, that the booth is only available for parties of 7 we were only 5. I offered to pay for 7 dinners so we could have the booth told no again. I asked for one of the booths at the front of the restaurant and was told that section was closed. Food was great. A little of renovating going on. I was overcharged with kid drinks (4.49 each twice). First of all my husband lost his debit card on the Pacman game, it was turned in to security right away. They did bring our drinks and food to the table (although bar would have been faster for drinks) then the check asked for a tip. Yesterday I went to eat and play and I ordered a hamburger which took more than 30 minutes to get to my table and it was soggy, but the worst part was that the meat was red! I'd actually give D&B like a 4.5. it would be a 5 is all the games were up and running,but like around 6 or 7 we're out of order. The game day grub is my favorite starter on the menu it comes with sliders wings and pretzel dogs all of which were delicious, warm and tasted freshly made.
