I been coming here for months. They changed the prices of the tickets for the items. The rude girl in the front said they changed it last night. But still has it on display as 7,500 tickets for the owl. If you changed the ticket price last night you should have changed it this morning not waiting until 330pm! And she was so rude thinking that we the customer she obviously know about it. She threw the card the card down, not handed back to him threw it down! What kind of customer service is that? She

We celebrate our daughter?s 11th birthday here this past Sunday. And I definitely want to say that this place has a 10 out of 10 in all categories. The staff was incredible the facility was clean and the food was amazing. Thank you to all the staff for making our day so special.

Not the most attentive service, kitchen forgot a few things. The sliders and corn dog bites are good, great sauces. Nacho appetizer a little small. I'm not one to write a bad review ,but it was a big bill for the quality of food. Other than the food everything else was great. Clean gaming area.

I brought my family to this location, and I have to say the structure was an impressive layout. Also, the food was tasteful and enjoyable. I would like to see more service interaction when needing a helping hand with gaming cards showing errors or a system not working as it should. But all in all I will be paying another visit.

My girlfriend and I brought our daughter there... we were there for 5 hours. Played multiple games multiple times. We ate there the food was good and fresh. My daughter had a blast and so did my girlfriend and I. The deals on the play cards are great.

I when to my granddaughter birthday party there , and I love it. Is a very nice place where the kids can play a lot and win something after.

The food here is surprisingly good, and there's a lot to do?though a few machines were out of order, this didn't impact our experience. Service could be better. We chose the ?eat & play? option with the unlimited card (3 total), but weren't told it only lasts 90 minutes from the first scan. My family and I love coming here. The atmosphere is great but the service at the bar and restaurant is not the best. Unless I get lucky and have a server/bar tender that is happy to be there everyone else walks by with no smiles and I always have to holler at them to get there attention and I'm always patiently waiting. I wouldn't mention this part if this didn't happen every time I visit Dave and busters. Other than this small issue we love this place!

Fun Place to go to if you have a group and want to play games. Can get absurdly busy/loud. Great place for kids or a date.

We have been here numerous times and today was very disappointing! What the heck happened here?!? Bunch of games broke with no signage so it wasted a bunch of our chips (one of the clown games, the wheel, air hockey table, another game I forgot name of, and even hungry hungry hippos the balls were not coming out as fast as they used to plus I always remember kids getting credits on that but not this time around). This place used to be amazing a few years ago. I'm not sure what happened. I was told I couldn't sit in the booths (none of them) and they were all empty. So I had gotten seated in the bar but on a dirty table with a dirty chair and it is so crowded even though they have space. Then I get a waitress 10 minutes later, which is already way too long to wait. She also tells me they dont serve chicken bites even though they have it on the menu and I've had it in previous Dave and Busters. The waitress barely

Always a great time for the whole family, food and drinks were on point. Tons to do....Wednesday?s are good for half price games! Best part is they are open till 1am and 2am on weekends! Didn't love their stucky ribs but everything else we ordered was delicious!

This was a super fun date with my wife. We played a couple games and had dinner. Food was good and service was fast. We went on a Tuesday at about 6pm and it wasn't very busy at all.

Fun place to spend a few hours. The play cards are a bit expensive and the environment is extremely loud. Food was very good, waitress was really nice but service was a bit slow.

I have gone to this Dave and Busters several times. Food is always great. This time we went, I tried their boneless wings for the first time and they were amazing. They had the right amount of crunchiness and the honey bbq sauce was so good; I heavily enjoyed it. We went around a slow time and the service was a bit slow as well. Our family decided to go to Dave & Buster?s to celebrate my birthday (yes, I'm a big kid). We went on a rainy day and it was somewhat busy. No one ever came to the front desk so we sat at a table. Our waitress was very nice. However, half the games for younger kids were broken, or not working, or missing balls. Anyone walking by could have noticed.

Dante is one of the best servers I've had anywhere. So fun, so attentive, so likeable. I will keep coming back just for him. I'm a sever as well and I love coming here with my coworkers after work, love the appetizers, love the drinks, love the games, love Dante. Came back today (05/21/25/ set at the bar. It's a really nice place for kids. Food was terrible though. Chicken wings served cold, nachos were so greasy that was dripping.

I absolutely have no complaints about this place other than the fact that their prices are through the roof. Other than that, I have a lot of good fun and enjoy all of the new games you can play. I will come back, and I will definitely recommend this place!

Food prices are pricey but our waitress, Amanda is always great! We were so relieved to have her again, as our server. We went on half price in games on Wednesday. I'm being fair and giving this place 3 stars. Unfortunately, almost half of the store was closed due to a water leak or something similar, so we couldn't enjoy the bar or try some of the food. We had planned to watch the football game while the little ones played, but the water issue made that impossible. Hopefully, they have fixed it by now. On the positive side, the location is great, and there's plenty of parking.

Nina is the best bartender ever!!! We come in she knows what we like dont even have to ask! Others have tried to make my drinks but they do not compare to her! Her smiling face and her jokes and sports knowledge will keep us coming back

Came in on a Monday waited 20 minutes before someone even came to bring us a menu and another 20 before they came and even asked us for our drinks. Food was fine took forever to come out and killed the whole vibe.

Anastasia was extremely helpful with me asking questions during a busy hour, I was asking about prizes which if you've ever been you know the prizes are all in the back and she checked for me. So so kind!! I didn't get the man?s name that answered and put her on the phone but he was also extremely kind and helpful!! DB is the perfect place for family fun. The food is good and the staff is friendly. We go a lot during football season so we can watch the game while my son also gets to do something fun and racks up tickets. We even won their Halloween contest one year!

Ugh! Horrible experience! Sat in the bar at a high top at 8:20. Server finally came to us at 8:35 and took drink order. It then took another ten minutes to get drinks. Server disappeared and came back to take order at 8:45 and took food order. She did not stop by again until 9:10 to take another drink order. Food came out at 9:25! We brought the kids here and they loved the games. The upscale game room is immaculately clean and well maintained. The price structure for games is confusing, which may be intentional on D&B's part. Went here to have some fun with my girlfriend. We planned on staying here for 1-2h max. Ended up staying 5hours there without realizing. It was so much fun, i'll defenitly come again

The hostess was extremely rude when we asked for a table. She begrudgingly sat us in a quieter section and walked off without saying a word. The server was very friendly though. A lot of the games were broken which was disappointing. I know this is targeted to older kids & adults, but it would be nice to have a small section with games for kids maybe 5 and under so they have options too.

A good way to kill time! We were there on a Saturday night. Place was packed but we only had to wait 20mins for a table which isn't a big deal at this place because you can just play arcade games while you wait! The food was pretty good, pretzel was awesome and the cheese sauce is really good too. The bacon cheeseburger was amazing, cooked to perfect temp. Only complaint to be had was my friends wings were overcooked and dry and the service was lacking but I think they're also running with a skeleton crew.

The place is good for the younger crowd. It is very noisy inside but lots of t.v's, arcade games gallore but the food price is a little high.

We stopped here for date night for drinks and some food. We got the pretzel dogs and the strawberry shortcake which were both delicious! It was way too crowded to play games but we enjoyed ourselves. The bathrooms could of used more attention but like I said it was very busy and with the staff shortages I understood. Next time we go back hopefully it's less busy.

Do not go when kids are out of school, the parents let's them run wild and do not care. The kids made it terrible for me and my wife, us thinking it's an adult arcade went to have fun but ruined when kids push you out of the game your playing while the parents watch.
