My son and I visited while in town for a men's conference at the Ark Encounter. We had fun playing games before eating. We got to try out their new game, The Arena, for free that they were promoting. This game entails dodging objects on a screen floor. It was really fun. The guy running it was very nice and informative about the game. Now for the meal, this was one of the best meals we've had in a while. My son got the flatbread pizza and mozzarella sticks. He love them both. I got a smash burger on a bed o
This place continues to decrease in value and enjoyment. It is like visiting a place as an adult you loved as a child, but now it is just not the same. Games are very pricey and the area is congested with machines. I did see they were remodeling and I will update my review after the changes but if you are looking for an indoor activity with the kids or a date that will cost about $50 per person, then this will do. Needs to find more value to be sustainable.
Had an amazing time here with my family?we had so much fun! The staff were really helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. I enjoyed every minute of it.
November 2024, they've stepped out up which is great, great service at the bar, food was on point also, good job management... September 2023 visit so I'll change this review from a 1 star as we only had food and drinks before... This time took the family and we did good and drinks first and then hours of video games and trying to accumulate tickets... Food was great and priced fair, drinks were good, service again at the bar was hit and miss the few times we came to the bar to get drinks... Tons of games
Beware of the Eat and Play offers. All information was not disclosed prior to purchase. First game played found out not all the games are included in the unlimited 90 minute play package. Ended up buying more cards to allow play at "purple" games. Might have been less expensive to skip the deals.
We were there for the grand reopening and this was our 8th d and b grand reopening and by far youall blew away all of the other d and b we have attended. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you soooo much from Dave T. We will be back when we're in Cincinnati area. Go Florence d and b.
We typically go for the games, never really super impressed with their food personally but there are many options for different people. We love going on wednesdays for half price games. Great place for entertainment, and to enjoy with your little ones; my son loves coming to this place!
Went for a nephew's birthday. They had seating set aside for the group. My gal ordered a Sprite and I had one Stella beer. For food, my gal ordered the pretzel stick appetizer, and I had a spicy burger with fries. The food wasn't anything special or outstanding in any way. It was an ok burger, fries that in no way stood out or tasted anything beyond mediocre. The pretzel sticks were ok with the cheese dip, but whatever the caramel/chive(?) stuff was ...neither of us recommend it. So 1 appetizer, 1 bu
What can I say other than Delicious. The service was great quick. We did go at 12pm though ??. The Barbacoa loaded fries we amazing. The Buster bacon burgers were perfect. Thank you morning team. Annie you were amazing.
A few months ago, I stopped in with my son after a terrible/long day to enjoy some dinner. I still think of this experience. Once we were sat, we were introduced to our server, Izzy. Her warmth and charisma was so refreshing to have, especially with the day I was having. She was so informative, patient and just an overall positive presence. I never experienced someone who loves their job like that, but with Izzy, you could tell she just has a passion for people. While my son and I were playing games, we ret
Wednesday is half price games and there is a $5 apps and drink menu after 9pm. You can order the eat and play combo at the restaurant and it includes a play card for the arcade.
We were visiting from out of town and could not have been happier. The games were all working and very clean. The game area manager I believe his name was Bob was great. He was so nice to my kids when they had questions about all of the games. Thank you, Bob for going above and beyond for my family!
Went out of town and stop by and had a great time, food was great, service was great
Waiter was friendly and quick with our drinks. Food took a little long but was hot and everything was correct. Love the games, I'd never been to Dave and Busters only Malibu Jacks. Dave and Busters is definitely a cut above Jacks.
I was amazed how great the food was. Not at all what I was expecting. I would come back here just for the food again in a heartbeat!! My son loved the games and had a blast. Those hearing impaired it is difficult to hear in there.
Good fun place to take kids or have a beer and watch a game. Food is decent, burgers are good, got the wrong fries and still a good meal in all. Lots of games and entertainment
The food took forever to get to us . It was cold and the manger and staff kept coming to us saying there were big parties keeping us from getting our orders . We spent $200. On games and food and will never NEVER eat there again ! If there was a way to not put a star I would . Waitress was not good a refilling our drinks . We ordered cheese burger and fries . Fried pickles COLD , quesadillas cold and burnt , cold pretzels not good! , cold mozzarella cheese sticks and chips with queso COLD . Game room was hi
We've gone to this place for years to celebrate birthdays. Usually 8-12 of us, dinner and games of course. We've always taken a birthday cake and even shared it with the staff. This evening we added ice cream to our cake and were promptly scolded by the very rude manager, informing us that is not permitted. We were spending hundreds of dollars there. With only two families in the entire place you would think they'd be happy we were there. Now we know why the place was empty. Business goes where it's invite
Great food and fun games. We decided to make the trip to have a little afternoon fun. Directions were spot on. Not too busy. The only challenge was paying. You could do it on your phone, but we struggled. Nachos were the best thing we ate. My daughter won so many games she won a sweatshirt.
Nice place to come for games & food. Like an adult Chuck E. Cheese. Plenty of parking, area to charge your phone if your battery is dying but it'll cost you. You can reload your game card and purchase one from the kiosk if you don't have one. Plenty of restrooms and are usually clean. The women's restroom has probably 15 - 20 stalls, and about 6 areas to wash your hands. For the men's there's urinals & stalls per my husband "there's a lot" and the restroom is also usually clean. There will be kids here dep
We had our sons birthday party here, and could not be happier about the results. Booking the party was a breeze, and everything went smoothly. I had a little sticker shock at the initial price for the party, but it was well worth it. There was so much food, we had a lot of left overs. Speaking of the food, it was outstanding. I was not expecting much to be honest, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality and taste. The kids had so much fun. Everything was easy, and went very smoothly. The staff was very
Eh service, decent food. The margaritas were pretty good. If you order the pretzel be aware that it's humongous. The fish and chips was good the Hawaiian chicken was good and the salad was wilted.
Going to the busy bartender to get help with cards or customer service is not a great idea. She wanted nothing to do with me, and had poor skills in this area. I get it. Bartending is her thing and she wants nothing to do with a mom and her kids. Yet, this place markets to families. It would be nice to have at least one Customer Service rep available for help, or the person in the prizes able to assist, but no, that's the bartenders job. ???
So, the coin push took $35 ish from our game card because we swiped our card 3x... took the points off our card but dispensed 0 coins to play the game. We told the girl up front and she said she will take care of it bur it was taking too long and we left she said to mention it when we come back but this was a special occasion we dont get the opportunity to come to these places often so it will probably just be money lost. The atmosphere was good, the staff was nice but the machines are broken down and appar
Boy oh boy, what a mess. I heard from the grapevine that Dave and Busters ?relaunched? on the 21st of March. If that's the case, I am just beside myself with how bad the dining experience was. Our server seemed to be what I assumed was the manager and she was the only person there. She was absolutely slammed at all times and watching her run around made me feel extremely bad. The service really suffered because of this, the kitchen felt incompetent because the food was just not up to standard and the poor s
Great experience, other than the gentleman (white, larger gentleman, spherical shape, dark hair) running the prize booth was absolutely rude. He was very unpleasant & overly nite picky. Not a great ending to our daughters birthday experience.
Great fun and a much needed addition to the Florence area. I went here last night with my girlfriend and enjoyed a few hours of games and drinks. We purchased a card with 170 credits and ended up refilling it with another 170. Be advised, there is a $3 activation charge for a new card. The selection of games were great, from air hockey to basketball to The Walking Dead shooting game. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is due to price. It is very expensive and can add up quickly.
Great place to have fun w friends and family, enjoyed a great deal of the games for play here. Giant Space Invaders and riding a Unicorn in one of the motorcycle games was cool. Axe game needs a lil help returning the axes and Hungry Hippo doesn't shoot enough marbles to grab.
I really enjoyed my time there? but the drinks truly felt like they were virgin drinks. I'm not a tall person so I should?ve felt something. I had a Bloody Mary and felt like I just had a V8 juice so I ordered their version of a Long Island Ice Tea. It was delicious but felt absolutely nothing. Others in our group had the same comments so I kinda feel something is going on there.
I booked a party for my team. I booked for 13, they gave us seating for 12. I asked for another table or chair. They brought a folding table and said that was the best they could do because they had a large group the next day and didn't want to mess up the set up. We were customers too. They didn't provide the space for what I booked. 1 person sat by themselves behind the rest of us.
My husband and I have enjoyed this Dave and Buster's for the past couple of years. It's exciting to have one so close - before they built this one, the next closest one was more than half an hour away. The games are pretty fun and there are some pretty good game chip packages! The food is tastier than you might think - I had a super yummy pasta dish and my husband enjoys the chicken tenders! Their drinks are alright. The bill comes out kind of high unless it's happy hour, so shoot for that if you can. And t
Food was better than i expected. Was under major construction at the time but that is okay. We went at an off time. Did not like the wine i got but the waitress replaced with something else which was nice. Smaller game room than other places but tidy.
Definitely had fun the appetizer we ordered was pretty good. The games were another story a lot of them didn't work properly and couple didn't work at all
We went to D & B's for my nieces birthday. The guy that checked us in was so awesome. He was patient with me about adding cards to the app. The photo booth didn't work, so they sent over a game tech. That guy was so good. He fixed the photo booth and we got to try it again. Overall we had a great experience. We didnt eat anything, so I can't give a review on that.
We have always went to the D&B in Springdale Ohio, but thought we'd see if the one in Florence was worth switching to since we live closer to it now. It was a lot less crowded which we liked. We played games for hours and didn't have to wait on anyone really! The food was average, though. I imagined a place like this would have top quality ingredients, but it's possible most ppl do not eat here and just come for the games so they invest more into that aspect. The Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese was pretty
Didn't enjoy it. Service was almost non-existent, had to hunt down a waiter/bartender. Some of the games worked, some didn't. Couldn't find anyone to assist with this. The games aren't real good and you pay to much to play them.
Update: the inside and some games have been renovated or rebooted....looking forward to checking it out. Video games are quite expensive per play, disguised by a 'points to play' system whereby the $1.50-$3+ swipe per game is costly. Didn't help 2 games didn't work, and took 'points' without play.
The layout is setup to either eat in the restaurant or play in the arcade. If you have a family and the kids want to play while you have a bite the spaces are completely separated and you can't see from side to side. I've been to ones long ago that the tables where at the back of the arcade so you could see everything. Didn't care for this one.
It is a nice facility. It needs an out door makeover because you can literally see holes on the outside front door overhang, how unsightly. Food offering is good, no draft beer, and corporate made mixed drinks that are colorful but very alcoho-less. You come here honestly so that you can give your kids a way to draw out their energy. I find that they have an interesting point program that is more expensive than what it looks. But anyone who knows to come to Dave & Buster's is aware that they're going t
The food was great but a little pricey. Also, we planned on paying the premium to get the Unlimited Game Play combos but decided against it after learning that the games included in that deal were quite limited. Fortunately, it was Wednesday and my kids were able to take advantage of the 1/2 price games. Also, I enjoy the atmosphere but with the music being turned up to 11... 3/4 of our group ended up with a headache before finishing dinner... so some of us went out and waited in the car rather than opti
Had a great time. Manager Megan was very nice, food and drinks were fresh and tasty! Highly recommended go to for a great time for all ages
My wife and I brought our son today for his 4th birthday. During our time there, we found it a challenge to find a game we didn't have an issue with. Jackpot took our coins but was non working, bowling game never gave us a ball and charged us, hungry hippos charged us but didn't work?several games charged us double the listed amount?.when we brought the issues to the attention of the only worker we saw, we were told to wait and a technician would come out to help?.a technician never came. During the time w
We had a GREAT time! It was my first time actually. Great atmosphere, workers, food, music, games, and whatever else I am forgetting. Spacious so people aren't running into or all over each other. I felt as though everything was reasonably priced. The bartenders made some delicious drinks! I will be returning soon! I have some leftover tickets to spend, lol.
We usually do Springdale. It's smaller but has all the same games. Just missing the pool tables, and shuffle board stuff. Restaurant is smaller. It wad nice and staff wad helpful.
This is a teenage paradise. Younger kids not so much. My kid had trouble playing and on top of that teens/adults are stingy with games. My kid also earned a 1000 tickets, upon trying to purchase something from the 1000 ticket shelf it rang up as 2500. My kid was pretty upset considering they stuck to the section of the ticket prices we had. A really nice person gave us their card so we could purchase the stuffed animal. Spent $50 left with a $15 stuffed animal.
Food was cold and we didn't get one refill from our server the entire 2 hours we were there waiting on our food. Very poor experience for the proce we paid for the food and the games. Disappointed to say the least.
Our server Taylor was so absolutely kind to us, she brought us things that she absolutely did not need to under the impression that she was messing up even though she was doing absolutely amazing. She was so unnecessarily sweet and that's the kind of thing we love to see, thank you Taylor, not for the food you gave us but for the kindness you spread ( the food was amazing too)
We loved this place! The food is great and the games are beyond fun! You could literally spend all day here and make the best memories. Definitely coming back!
Loading cards for play got annoying when the technology wouldnt take at first, but overall my kiddo had fun. Wish ALL games earned u at least a couple "tickets" cuz the younger kids only want to play video games which earn nothing. Cost got super expensive, but an over all fun time.
We like to take our kids here about 1-2 a year if we can as a treat or reward. They love the food and the games. We like to see them happy. Occasionally, me and my wife will drop in on our own for lunch while we wait for the Costco crowd to relax. Good drinks and good apps!
Food is sub par at best. Overpriced bar food. Great to watch the game, play some games and drink a beer. Food was crazy expensive for what it is.
DO NOT EAT HERE. Worst dining experience I've had in years and this is the first negative google review I've ever done. 1) the server was extremely slow, they fingered the rims of our drinks and food plates. Dissapeared for 20 minutes at a time while we didn't have what we needed. Needed to ask for silverware, needed to ask for straws, needed to ask for napkins. Had to wait 30 minutes just to ask to get our check... Then the check came out 20 minutes AFTER that... 2) We were planning on a quick bite before
Its been awhile since I went to Dave&Buster's. I ordered the Voodoo pasta and it was worth every bite and the chicken was extra crispy just the way I like it.
The food was ok, service was good, and almost all of the games worked great. My family had a blast.
We didn't eat here it was my grandaughters birthday, and she chose this place because they love arcade games
Didn't play any games BUT, the food was absolutely delicious ?? ?? Our are waitress was amazing ?? too, very friendly and great service???? You made my stomach happy ?? The Beast Bacon ?? Burger ?? is AMAZING ?? Amazing job guys????
I didn't get food but the game selection was cool and I enjoyed some of them. It is not cheap, but it killed a few hours with my wife and niece.
Ordered the BBBBurger, it was a frozen patty not prepared in house taste was Terrible. Service was ok it did take about 20 min to get a server to see us sitting down. Very disappointed and would not recommend the food at all.
What a letdown! We usually enjoy the D&B in Springdale, but decided to try the newer Florence location after spotting it near Costco. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to expectations. Upon arrival, we were immediately puzzled by giant tarps hanging from the ceiling in different directions. It became clear that the location is under construction?something that wasn't mentioned on their website. At the entrance, we were greeted (or rather, not greeted) by a woman at the front podium who seemed v
The food was cold by the time it finally came for the prices we were charged. The service sucked. It was my grandson?s birthday and was ruined by the food and service. Half the orders were wrong
Took the boys to play. Place is a bit unorganized. Empty broken booths left for people to access, no seating near the games just random tables set up. Crowded. If you have any questions good luck the attendants have nasty attitudes and just point for you to walk to a kiosk. Spent a lot of money for the kids to play only to have four of the games charge and never work. So in attempting to let someone know they kept ushering me to the kiosk to check the remaining balance without listening to me twice! The gam
My son loves this place. Food is decent (not healthy, but tastes good) everyone is always nice and friendly.
My family and I have been here twice. We loved the food and the service. I had the fried dynamite shrimp. The drinks were good as well, the TNT Teas were so good we ordered four. All the games were in service and were clean. No complaints.
I really enjoyed myself. The pink margaritas are so good.......
Always fun, watch and look for deals. Our kids are 7,5, and 4 and love any games. Not particular. We found a all day for 2 only $25. Kids had a blast. Food is great but a tad pricey.
Food was good, waitress was very sweet, and the.games were awesome. Some useless waste of oxygen and her family stole my game card but I guess you can't blame that on the place itself. Would go again!
D&B is not well known for their cuisine, and this location did not break from this trend. The service was excellent and timely. It's D&B, so you're likely coming for an atmosphere, and this location was great for both the variety of games and functional options. I only observed two down games on the floor. Overall, it was an excellent experience for the family.
My first time there. Everything except service was good. The food, and games were great! The shrimp pasta had a good sauce, and the games were simply fun! I honestly don't complain much about service when I go out to eat, but it was so bad i had to write this review. I was actually surprised at how poor the bartender's effort to actually do his job on Sunday afternoon. His bar wasn't even half full. Whether it was him playing on his phone, drinking his juice box behind the bar, or being very unattentative
Y'all. This place. It is amazing. I did not know what to expect. The man at the front desk was so helpful. He explained everything to us. Our waitress was great. It was not SUPER busy, but definitely busy. Our food came out in a timely manner. It was hot and delicious. I could not have asked for a better experience!
We were visiting from out of town and stopped in to play games. We didn't order any food, but still had fun.
Little pricey - but the food was delicious and the service was great. Next time, we will check their specials and go at that time. ??
Typical Dave and Buster's. Games are fun. There is a bar with TV's if there is a game you want to watch. Some games are definitely more of a value than others. 3 games of ski ball are worth one person playing a newer game that may be lame. We spent about $45 playing games for 1 kid and 2 adults for a little over an hour and that seemed like enough time to do everything we wanted to.
Had amazing food. Kids enjoyed the games. Would gave 5 stars if the bathrooms were cleaner, the sinks were gross! They need replaced!
All the games are now extremely over crowded. You are almost standing on top of each other time even watch your kids play. Not much room to walk around. We probably won't go back to this location due to how close all the games are with little room to move around.
Service here is awful. Sat at the bar for half an hour waiting to be helped, had to yell out to get someone's attention just to be served. they helped a bunch of people that came to the bar after me. Really ruins the fun. UPDATE 3 years later- this place continues to be awful! It's still the absolute worst service. The bartender had an attitude. But maybe that's managments fault for having her run everything alone.
I usually prefer to write positive reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, this was our worst experience at this Dave & Buster's location, despite being regular visitors. I took my son here on 11/03, hoping for a fun outing, but right from the start, things felt off. The entrance was cluttered with construction, which, while understandable, set a disappointing tone. However, we were there to play games, so we tried to look past it.
Food was great and the games even better! We will definitely go back next time we are in the area! My 6 year old had a blast!
Food and service were great. It's everything else that cost an arm and leg lol. People who go already know this.
Great food and even better service. I usually order the spaghetti and I did it again and as usual, it was excellent.
We went for the games & the kids (&adults) had a blast!! And Mike at the front counter was so helpful & such a good sport!!
The attention is perfect! ?????? The food? Hmmmmmmm wasn't the best of the place, if you are not into spicy food do not get the voodoo pasta, is so so so so so so spicy? ???????
Great place to spend your evening. Food is great and there are a lot of games to play.
I'm not a big fan of spending money at Casinos an Dave and Busters but I took the wife out on a half off tickets day and I had a blast. It was entertaining with so many machines, the employees were very helpful, the atmosphere felt fun but not too kid-ish and most importantly it didn't smell like smoke unlike other places near by that I visited.. Overall extremely satisfied but STAY AWAY from the spongebob machine...it's super addictive ??
We didn't eat there ....played a few games ....poor variety....and expensive non
I was in the restaurant two weeks ago, sat down had food the bacon burger was particularly good, Latasha made sure I was well cared for and even rang my power card in all in all very happy with service highly recommend future visits my kids loved the games just ask my wallet ??
I stopped coming here years ago bc it was so bad! But took the kids today and gave it another shot! The place has turned around, my food was phenomenal and the variety of games was really cool. The kids loved all the games!
Love the place. Food is great but be prepared to pay a little extra. Too noisy for my liking. The games and stuff is pretty cool though. Kids had a blast and that's what matters.
The kids, husband and I loved this place, you do have to wear your masks but that was no inconvenience to us.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
