Dave & Buster's Euless

The steak I had and the pasta dish my wife had were awesome. I did not expect that high quality of food from a gaming place. My 10 year old grandson had a blast there. It's his new favorite place. The pictures are Me, my son and grandson playing the Halo game. We spent about an hour on that one.

My family went for appetizers on Father?s Day, 6/15/25. We had 6 adults and a 2-year-old. The waitperson Sarah did a phenomenal job of keeping drink glasses filled, bringing condiments, clearing used dishes ? and she got all our orders right the first time. She was so friendly and attentive ? the best! The manager Amy stopped by to ask if our food was delicious (it was!) and our service was good (it was stellar!) I recently visited Dave & Buster?s in Euless, and while the experience was fun overall, there were some mixed aspects to note. Waited at the empty winners circle for 20min, no help because there was no worker. Floor manager and I made eye contact from across the way and I waved him over. He ignored me and walked off. I may as well make the drive to the Dallas location? at least their people take care of their customers. Edit: A manager apologized and gave us credits as compensation for having to wait so long.

Great place for a day date! Wasn't too crowded in the middle of a Saturday. We were able to get drinks at the bar and walk around to play the different games. Reasonable priced games and we left spending less than $80 for the two of us including drinks (without food).

This is one of the BEST locations, by far! Amazing staff, great food prepared fresh! The points systems are very rewarding! Games are almost always in service, very few interruptions or downtimes for broken machines awaiting service. We love coming here vs. Dallas!

We always enjoy coming to play games no matter how much money we spend. The expectation of food and service is never high because we understand they are always understaffed and super busy! I wouldn't recommend the food, any of it. In our party of 5, not one had a good experience with the food. Cold, greasy, not tasty. Our server seemed new and a little lost. Missing food, long wait on food, not all out at the same time, no refill offer on drinks. Bar drinks were good and consistent, but service at the bar was not welcoming, at least from one bartender in particular. Seemed more interested in local patrons. The game area was good. The attendant was very friendly and helpful.

I was very surprised! This place was so nice! Between 2 people and $33, we were there for an hour! We expected to play for 20 minutes before running out of money! Every game was fun and functional except the air hockey table haha! Other than that, wonderful time! We didn't eat so I can't talk about the food. Food was, for the most part good. Couple items missed, but generally good. Service was a bit slow, but they were clearly short staffed and there was a large group beside us that needed extra help. Games were great, prizes were good, amd half price games night was a huge hit with our kids. Loved our evening and look forward to coming back when we are in Texas again.

Remodel is amazing! Looks great. However, their food is still not good and you better not want to order anything, there is never anyone working during the day. You have to literally track them down. So very sad. Management needs own this and take some accountability and start walking the floor to help out.

Update: as per instructions from D&B below, I told the narrative on their online form?? and (not-surprisingly) crickets. Obviously they just want to act like they care on google reviews. Then again, if they stay busy, then no reason to worry about bad experiences. It's just business. Entree was never delivered and it became a hassle to get it removed from ticket. Dave and Busters is a great place to have a great time! The food they serve here is restaurant quality! Everything we had was delicious, and hot. I was surprised the food was so good. I also think that the amount of games you can play for tokens is great! I always feel like we get our money worth when we come here. It's always clean and smells good as well. Some places with a lot of kids smell like a lot of kids lol. I also like how you can track your tokens and tickets in the D&B app! Makes everything easy

This location is fairly new and really nice inside. They have really good games , food and drinks. Staff here are welcoming and attentive to make sure your time here is going good. I will definitely be back with the family again.

This is a great place for a parent to takes the kids, or to watch a football game. It is a fun atmosphere with activity, rather than just sitting down with food on the table (but you can do that too). Happy hour. The food is a good value. So many drinks to choose from. Great first date place to break the ice.

Went to play virtual darts, which is a lot of fun. Staff was non existent for us. Eight servers congregated by the bar but didn't bother to help us at all. Finally after 20 minutes we asked the bartender if we could order with her. She was awesome but it defeats the purpose of having your own bay and tables if you have to keep going to the bar for drinks and food. One of the darts broke and they took it to fix and told us to reuse one of the 2 left because they didn't have any more. Kind of ruined the rest

LONG POST! This is one of our favorite D&B locations. We love coming here for games and prizes, and we usually spend around $50-$100 per person on games each time, as we enjoy it so much. This time, we didn't play games because we went to the dining area to have dinner with some friends. We typically come to this location since it is newly remodeled - they charge you $.59 for a an extra sauce, for marinara? but what's worse is they messed up my husbands order by bringing bbq wings versus buffalo. Clean! Air Conditioner on perfect setting! William was very welcoming and showed us around. Love the colors they went with. Games are amazing! The Dodge Ball one was fun. My favorite is Super Trivia, I like learning something new. Glad they have a family restroom!

This place isn't very fun if im being honest. Atleast not for adults. So yourself a favor and go to main event 3 miles down the road

What a fun Saturday me and my family had at this location? The remodeling looks amazing? The staff was on top of it and made sure we had one of the greatest times ever? We visited this location on a Tuesday afternoon of a busy day where we visited three different Dave & Buster's after having visited D&B headquarters. Food here was actually solid! This was a great place to have our corporate outing of 10 people. We ordered a lot of appetizers, but the standouts to me were the fries, boneless chicken wings, and bbq chicken flatbread. Customer service was friendly, bathrooms were clean, and there is a lot of parking available.

Cost is what you would expect for a arcade. They acknowledge issues with machines pretty quickly. It is overall a fun place for both children and adults.

This location has been remodeled and new private bays and an arena for interactive games added. Service for the restaurant was slightly off. Cards are now tap to play with rfid instead of swipe. Could use some better prizes.

Overrated and Food was tasteless and very pricey for no reason ! Our waitress was ?? Take your family and friends to Alley cats instead !!!!!!!!! It was ridiculous there. First time and Last time ! So these guys run an UberEats ghost kitchen called "WINGS OUT". Frankly, calling the garlic parmesan truffle fries a disappointment would be a complement. $12 for limp, flavorless, COLD fries? Shameful! Especially when I could've ordered from another restaurant and gotten food that was so blazing hot when it left them it was still perfect when it got to me. Shameful!

We came right at opening and had the place to ourselves for a bit. We were impressed with the value of the "coins" for purchase. 70 dollars got us about 1.5hrs of playtime.

We came in a Wednesday, 1/2 price game day. Adults but still love fairway games and more! On Wednesday the Jurassic world VR was 3.50 per person instead of $5. So much fun! Lasts a few minutes. Last night, I had an issue using my virtual card from the D&B app to play games. We stopped by on our way home. Hubby wanted to shoot some pool($12 an hour). Perfect timing because it was not busy at all. Nice setup and clean facility.

Hyper/shrink-flation has hit the kitchen hard here. We paid $32 for 4 small wings, 3 sliders, and 4 pretzel dogs. The games and prizes are still worthwhile. The cost per game has gone up, too, but not awful. It was a good way to kill 2.5 hours, have lunch, and enjoy our time together as a family. I recommend getting there when they open to avoid the crowds. Good shopping nearby, too!

My wife, 3 year old daughter and I went there for dessert and games. The grape gummy worm drink was ok, but the ice cream brownies tower was awesomeness. Tons of game to play for adults and enough to keep our 3 year old entertained too. We won tickets and got prizes. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and very efficient. This Dave and Buster's in Euless is pretty amazing. Cool mix of games and activities. Lots of different there's inside as well. Great sports bar and dining area. Lots of variety for different options for foods. Definitely would be a great place for friends or family to destress. What's cool if that they do corporate meetings as well.

First, let me say the lady in the gift shop area was great and the games were fun. But the food service was absolutely horrendous. We came here for my husband's birthday. Got a table. Sat for almost 30 minutes, had to go find a server. Then the server took our drink and food order, then she just disappeared. After about 45 minutes I found another person and asked If they could help get us drinks. She couldn't even find out drink order and had to re-enter our food and drinks. It was great to go and have a little fun. It is a newer place and they have done a great job. Plenty of games and they are not all crowded in each other. If you are wanting to watch a televised sporting event they have plenty of TVs for you. The food was really good too.

We like to bring our son here for his birthday. A lot of video games for all of us to play and have fun with. Food is actually really great to. One thing they need though is a larger gluten free menu. With my son and wife having the gluten allergy this year we just ate before we came. Oh and another thing they had a strong smell of vanilla air freshener at the entrance, it was very pleasant.

Horrible experience. First from a game tech that could care less about my hard earn money but then from the servers. It wasnt crowded. All servers standing at the bar but no one came to assist me at the table so I then moved to the bar. If they wont come to me I go to them no problem. Especially for the large crowds that flood this location.

Absolutely love D&B. It's perfect for a date night or bringing your out-of-state best friend, as we did that night. It was Easter afternoon, so it wasn't crowded. Our bartender was superb. Stopped in on a very busy Wednesday night during a trip to TX. We were greeted by he manager, Chris, as we entered. The servers were very attentive, told us about the specials and took our orders right away. Wait time was reasonable considering how busy it was. The food was good. The manager checked in during the visit to make sure things were going smoothly. Good teamwork on a busy night.

Always the best place to come for birthdays! Love taking my kids here. A bit pricy but so worth it. The food here is pretty good too. Our server Ned was very attentive and gave us lots of recommendations what to order. The pasta was so yummy- Definitely coming back!!

Charge less please! This place is great BUT it'll cost you a good chunk of change. Wednesdays are half price on the games which about the only time the cost is more manageable. Tickets can be redeemed for coupons for appetizers and dessert. My son and his friends ate some serious quantities of appetizers!

Love this place. Our table had the bang bang chicken, the prime rib and Mac sandwich, and two different burgers. It was all good. One of the machines at some of our credits but the floor manager made it right. Will go back.

Haven't been to Dave and Busters in years and this place makes me want to return more often! Food was great, and the service went out of the way to accommodate us. Recommend reserving the shuffle board if you're on a date or with a group of adults.

Updated review on April 9, 2025. Although renovations have been made and it looks really nice. Service is terrible. I stood at the bar for about 10 minutes waiting to order a drink. Never did. So that sucked. A lot of the games did not work correctly. My kids would scan the play cards, the game would deduct game credits, and never start. And we could not find anyone to help. So that sucked. I'm not sure if I should go back. Reward for my kids when report cards are A & B's.

Great drinks, but the best time to go is when specials are happening. Food is priced a little high and nothing special to rave about.

We had a really good time. Took my daughter and her friend for her 13th birthday. Service was phenomenal, food was amazing, and games were so much fun! Oh, I have to add that this place is CLEAN, I mean really clean! There are masks,Clorox wipes, and hand sanitizer available everywhere throughout the restaurant should you meed them. We had a 5-star experience using one of their party rooms. Both managers were very attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed to set-up for our party. The food was so much better than expected. Never high-expectations with places like these but we were happily surprised. We will be using them again in the future.

Went and a few of us ordered drinks in the dining area, the waitress seemed confused the whole time and was waiting on the drinks to come and for her to come get our food order for 20-30 minutes.
