????? We had an amazing time at Dave & Buster?s! The food was delicious, fresh, and came out quickly. Our waitress, Ianna, was fantastic?super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She really went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We'll definitely be coming back!
We had my son's graduation party here. Everyone had a great time. The staff was attentive and very friendly. There was a lot of food ordered and sampled by the family. Pizza, fried fish, wings, and fries were delicious! There were other plates ordered, but they were gone before I could try, lol. Fun games and good food!
I had a good experience at Dave and Buster?s. The place was clean and organized and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Manager Mike was professional and checked in to make sure everything was going well which I appreciated. Our server Kimberly was polite and efficient. She got our orders right and made sure we had what we needed throughout the visit. The food and games were enjoyable and everything ran smoothly. Overall it was a pleasant visit and I would consider coming back. Thank you to Mike and Kimberly for
Recently went to D&B for a birthday party on Monday evening. We had an issue with our app and previous purchased cards. The managers Mike and John went above and beyond to pull our game play history and make the mishap correct. We valued their time and understanding!!! As far as dining there, Leo was efficient, very polite with our entire party, very knowledgeable and recommended our dishes and with great surprise we enjoyed every plate we ordered. As far as the arcade area, it was clean, well lit and Alber
It's an awesome experience for the family for friends night or a date. There's a wide range of games good choices and drinks are exceptional. Management team is always making sure the guest are taken care of. Rhonda the manager made sure me and my friends had a great experience with it being our first time there. Thank you for such an amazing time.
I really loved getting to go this place with my group of 10. It seemed like it was really busy but these guys were able to make sure that our needs were met and they were friendly and courteous. An order got messed up from the kitchen, but these guys were quick to make it right for us and even offered us a free game card for our trouble. What highly recommend 10 out of 10!
Hector was awesome in getting my drinks quickly and staying on top of things. He also helped me decide on what to order for dinner and his idea was spot on. He's friendly, courteous and kept up with checking on the table. Only problem I had is that I had to hunt down my own silverware and salt & pepper shakers. Steak was superb! So glad I followed Hector's suggestion.
Dave and Busters was great! We went for the games but we're surprised how good the beer specials were at the bar ($2.00 16 OZ), and the food.....the food really wowed us. The food was amazing, nachos are awesome and the wings were really good as well. We didn't expect such good prices and such good food. It's on our list of places to go back to. I MUST SAY THAT SOPHIE WHO WAS WORKING THE BAR IS THEIR GREATEST ASSET, she was friendly, inviting, offered us the specials, but always said thank you and your
The staff is really what makes this place great, IMO. A large group of us (7 adults and 4 young kids, all under age 5) went on a Tuesday night. It was very quiet, but the service was still fantastic. The food was just mediocre bar food, though with more variety, I guess. Nobody had any complaints about getting poorly cooked or wrong orders, it's just a very standardized national menu, like what you'd find at Denny's. I had a shot called the Scooby Snack which was very good, though, and I will absolutely or
Came out for a family game night to have dinner and play some games. We were able to take advantage of happy hour and half off Wednesdays for gameplay, which resulted in an amazing family date night. Special shout out to Gaby, our server, who was absolutely amazing. She was super kind and an all around amazing server!! We will definitely be back!
I have made the trip twice here from Las Cruces. This last time for my son's birthday. No party, but we enjoyed the second time just as much. No problem with game access or availability. The unlimited play is a very nice touch, but it would be nice with some sort of ticket access other than separate purchases. However, I appreciate the service I get, and the food has been great.
The Parm Chicken was surprisingly good. I wasn't expecting much from an amusement establishment, but the food by far exceeded my expectations. My lunch companions have been there before and said that the food and service are generally very good. The atmosphere is very noisy, especially in the gaming area. The dining area is a bit less noisy. I suppose that the meeting rooms are quiet.
Went to location on 12/27 , promotion offers a season pass for $100, specifically ask the associate if pass is valid for same day use and was told yes, the pass is not in fact valid and is in a black out period. Request for refund and advised by the manager on site they will not refund and then they attempted to state they recommended the purchase and not guaranteed the use same date , manager advised they would not do anything at all about this, was rude, and short when questioned why we would be told this
I am a cheer coach at Elfida Chavez elementary and we held our Cheer Banquet here and it was such a great experience. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The food was good and the service was GREAT! The game area was a blast ? from classic arcade games to newer, high-tech options, there was no shortage of fun. I loved how the digital card system made it easy to play without carrying coins or tokens. The prize section had a lot of variety, and it was excit
Dave and Busters is always a good time, also the new 1942 Gold Dust drink was delicious! The games were mostly well maintained and the one that wasnt we received a refund for! The only downside to the visit was the time between arriving and our sever taking orders which was between 20-30min and the same when trying to cash out. During a low traffic time. Three was an accident was supposed to be 4
The food here is delicious. Definitely recommend the barbacoa loaded fries & fish and chips. Games and prizes are great too!
Everything was great. We had our order slightly messed up. Unsure of the reason. My belief would be the incredibly loud music preventing the waitress from hearing us properly. I don't like having to yell while eating with my fiance. Aside from that, everything was absolutely fun and worth my first time going.
This was my first time coming to this place. It was so much fun! The whole place was super clean, which is a big plus! The tables, booths, games, floors, bathroom,.everything was clean. Our service was great ?? the server was attentive. The food was fantastic! I got the Chimichurri Bowl with Salmon and a blue lemonade to drink. Absolutely delicious ?? The game selection was great and all of the machines worked. No out of order signs on any of them. Staff was going around cleaning the machines. Great selecti
Decided to visit for some food and fun. I spoke to a server who said sit anywhere you'd like. After that we sat at a dirty booth waiting for a server. Took about 15 minutes for her to tell us she will be back. She came back 10 minutes later to get drinks. Meanwhile, we had to take menus from an abandoned table. And later we received our plates with no flatware. We once again took from the other table. The Service is terrible but the food was very good. Lucky for the server that my minimum tip is 15%. I bo
Huge place, so it's rare not to be seated right away, or take more than 30 minutes. The games are cool and fun, and there's a lot to do. Bar, games, the mall it's connected to, TVs, private sitting. It's a fun place, and the food is not terrible.
The worst experience I've had. It took 1 hour for us to get a table, understandably because it was a busy night. But even when we confirmed we were still dining there, as we were wait listed, the hostess wasn't able to find our "reservation". After arriving to our table it took an additional 30+ minutes to even get acknowledged by one of the servers which never even took out drink order. I've worked in fast food and food service for a good part of my adult life and I just cannot understand why it was so dif
Went there tonight with my boyfriend and we were hungry so we decided to get some food here. Our server takes our drink order then we order appetizers. She comes back with our drinks and take our entree?s order which was a pasta that could come with a bread if you'd like (for me) and bone in wings (for my boyfriend). About 10-15 mins later we get our appetizer which were nachos and fried pickles and she said our food should be out in a bit. Our food comes out but instead of a pasta it was a pizza. She did a
Lili was our waitress. We ordered the chicken cantina nachos she was not very attentive but was very kind when she was at our table. The quantity of the nachos was not worth the price on the menu as an appetizer. The nachos were delicious, though overall.
This place was lively, plates looked very good, and the wait staff was very nice. It's always good to see have some enjoyment with food and games. I didn't have much myself but I did get a chance to try a bit of the appetizers and walk around the see the games. The nachos needed a bit more seasoning and the fries had a strong rich truffle/garlic smell even with the aioli was a nice touch. I appreciate when businesses give love military and the manager did come by to speak and that's always a nice touch.
Look, you've probably been to D&B before so I'm not telling you nothing new. Yet Google wants me to leave you a review. Here it goes: The the food sucks! You can't charge me $15 for wings + tax + tip + $3 for a drink of Dr Pepper & it be 8 wings with no fries that are just mid. I mean charge me the $15 but give me 12 wings or 10 wings & a drink or fries. Your prices were over priced pre-pandemic. Now you're just getting ridiculous. Furthermore, the food doesn't taste that good. I've tried the burgers & noth
This was our first time at this location, we were seated promptly. I appreciate how they handled covid regulations. The server was attentive. Food was good they had a very limited menu. Our food came out moderately quick, My fiance received his order first he had the New York Steak w/ mashed potatoes instead of veggies he substituted it for mac & cheese. Sadly when my fianc?s New York steak came out he tasted it & verified that it was burnt it upset his stomach from that one bite. We had to send it back the
Dave & Buster's is located inside Basset Center off Gateway or accessible through Montana. It has mall and outside entrances, both are handicap accessible with parking. This location has several sections. When you initially walk in it's a party. A loud, game filled arcade with coin machines, fun games both big and small. There are all kinds of activities for all ages. Giant claw machines, virtual reality rides, old school skill games, team games like air hockey and constantly new things. Great for parties
We brought my grandchildren for their birthday and graduating from 4th grade and getting some awesome grades. The food, service, atmosphere and overall experience were all GREAT. I am a wish granter through MAWF and everytime we have a wish kid that wants to come to Dave & Buster, they always go out of their way; to make their experience a very unique and unforgettable one. THANK You to Dave & Buster, Management and every staff member working there for making that place, unique not only for our wish kid
The food wasn't the best tbh. Our servers have been wonderful though every time. Great staff. So fun getting to just play games all night like a kid.
The main reason I'm reviewing at 3 stars is food potion was not good for the price my son 14 got chicken parm and pasta ands basically like he ate nothing , also I was very unhappy that we paid for multiple games high priced that didn't work. We didn't know till after paid. Godzilla at 16 ticket or points to not work?? several games didn't work but that was the worst one, on and the connect 4 basketball on kept saying made baskets in wrong place which ended our game In 6 shots . Mind u I was playing a 10yo
The customer service was great, the managers were very attentive and touched the tables. Overall, great atmosphere, food, and service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Have been to the El Paso Bassett Place location 3 times now and the service has always been great. I also had an event where I took a group of about 100 people to this location and they did a great job of giving us the proper attention. Today I went for lunch and it was very quiet for a Wednesday lunch hour. Service was fast and our waiter was very attentive. Food was really good, just maybe a bit too pricey for a lunch. Overall good experience every time.
The wings we had ordered were cold had to be sent back. Saw another customer telling the bartender that she saw that they weren't cleaning the glasses that were used only just rinsed them and they we're going back and forth not wanting to admit it their wrong doing even though I too saw it happen. Also restrooms had a down stall not working and one of the sinks not working.
Went on a Tuesday night. It wasn't very crowded which was perfect for us. The food was good, we loved our server (So sorry I cannot remember his name, vampire nails!!), the games were fun and drinks tasty. We will come back for sure. The menu even has gluten friendly options available!
Great games, fun for family.. Our server was amazing!! There was an issue with the food, however the manager quickly responded and addressed immediately!! Very clean restrooms, clean facility (no dust on games??) P.S. you have to try the Star Wars game!!! Amazing, surround viewing, Xbox seat for game pleasure, totally awesome game experience!!! MUST TRY!
We did not eat here, and came only for the games with family. This is a smaller D&B location, but they still had a good variety of games. Some to win tickets and others to play for fun. The faux axe throwing game was really cool. They have giant basketball hoops, and a lot of different games for littles. They have a lot of different prizes if you are going to win tickets. Staff members are pretty friendly even on a super busy Friday.
Our server was Zay and he was phenomenal ngl i just came for a few drinks with some co-workers and we had a great time highly recommend ????????????
Our waitress was terrible! Didn't take our drink order and the manager had to. Once the waitress took our food order she forgot to give it to the cooks. After waiting for 30 minutes we talked to the manager and she had to put in the order and told us that the waitress was feeling ?overwhelmed? but yet other tables after us were getting their orders. Same waitress!!!! If it wasn't for the manager we would have left but she was helpful and gave us a discount and a free dessert. Never eating there again food w
The waitress wasn't helping us too much, I wasn't able to find her, so I asked another waitress to help me and my order was overcharged by 12 dlls for a drink. Need better customer service. This was around 6 30 PM
Very poor service and a rude staff. 20 mins for a server, 10 mins for drinks, and another 35 for food. Kids' pizza was not fully cooked. Kids' food came first, then the nachos. Cold nachos that were terrible and very sparce with toppings. Way too overpriced for what you get. Even worse, while waiting to pay, we witnessed a server stealing. After not being able to locate a manager for both issues, we gave up and left. The arcade area smells bad, and the game costs are not par with the rest of the entertainme
We've always enjoyed bringing our family here. The food is great and the kids have a fun time with the games!
Don't waste your money here. I arrived with my son and husband, it was ungodly packed which is typical for a Saturday. We needed up deciding to stay so my son could play games and the wait for a table was a little over an hour. That's not what was the problem though, a long wait is understandable on a Saturday. The problem was even after waiting over an hour to be sat, once we were texted about our table being ready and got back to the host they had no record of us even being on the waitlist. They proceeded
Not impressed it took our waitress 20 min to come order drinks. Then I had a party of 5 ... each of our plates came out one at a time 15 min apart. I was pissed food was dry as he'll. Waitress doesn't belong working this type of job
DISCLAIMER: read in a recent post that THE UNLIMITED GAMING SPRING PASS DID NOT COME WITH A WARNING THAT TICKETS WOULD NOT BE SAVED.... the owner responded to pass the message onto the staff and they did make me aware. I will advocate that the way they describe how the pointing system works, was really confusing for me to understand... which at first I bought the $55 thinking I could supercharge any time after that for the super charge price and get a different amount. It's not only the way it was explaine
Food was good... anticipate waiting a bit for service and food during the weekend rush at night.. always packed.
Our bartender was amazing and very friendly. Kids had a fantastic time. We got a power card with 550 chips on it and that lasted the two of us for roughly 2 1/2-3 hours. There were some unruly kids at this one, trying to steal your cards. We will be back again.
The customer service was great. But the food was trash. Expect for the chicken egg rolls, even though they was cold.. spending $50.00 plus dollars on tasteless food is very disappointing.. we could have gotten a better pizza from Costco for the price. The food as extremely cold due to the fact they leave your food out on the counter and not in a warmer. Our pick was quick since we was staying across the street at the hotel, so it was not reasonable to receive cold food.
Ashley is a very hard working employee and made sure all of her tables had what they wanted and needed in that moment with fast skills and great customer service!!
The place was fantastic! Went there with family members and had a great time. The drinks were excellent and made with top shelf liquor! I would highly recommend their Long Island Iced Tea made with Jameson! All of our food was fantastic! I just wished they had never changed their Philly steak and cheese to using a cheese sauce instead of real cheese like a real Philly cheese steak is made!! However they did replace with provolone cheese on my Philly steak and cheese! I am from the East Coast and no restaura
The food and beverages are the only things that should be included in the tip. You all trick people into tipping way more than they should by adding card purchases for games onto the tip percentage amount. That is super misleading and deceptive. Why would I tip on anything other than the food and beverages I ordered. People beware of this when you pay. We are very good tippers, but that is borderline shady AF.
Dirty silver wear!!!! Can't even enjoy a $30 steak. Had to ask for plastic utensils! Terrible!!! Management didn't give 1 F!!! Disgusting!
Had a pretty great time here, my son had a blast. Food was pretty good too and the staff were all very friendly. Also, the social media team is very responsive. Accidentally left a three star review and they asked me how they could help before I got around to changing it.
Restaurant was not busy at all. We were seated and no one ever came to take our order. Lack of attentiveness. We left.
Customer service was superb and servers were on point. Food was amazing as well as the entertainment. I highly recommend going, I will be returning!
Celebrated daughter Jennifer' s ? 19th BD. Food was delicious. Place is very family-friendly. Great service . Our waiter Joey was exceptional. Thank you Joey for helping make Jenny's evening great.
Always a great place to take my grandkids. Great service and delicious food. We really enjoy the desserts.
Our family always enjoyed eating here, but they've changed the menu recently. Our family always enjoyed eating the Voodoo Pasta, but they removed that menu item, so I'm giving them a 1 star until they bring it back.
This Dave & Busters is one of the best I've visited. The food and drinks were bomb, and to top our visit; I lost my phone and couldn't remember where. I asked an employee where I could see if it was turned in, and he asked me for my phone color and let me know he had picked it up and taken it to the front desk. He was picking up empty cups from all over and was so kind enough to pay attention to lost property. I couldn't say thank you enough, so I had to leave a review to show my appreciation.
Cleanliness was so so the menu, salt, pepper shakers and glasses needed to be cleaned, service was good and the grilled food tasted like the grill was very hot and they cleaned it with water and a dirty/used dish rag, atmosphere was very loud we had to yell at the servers while ordering. I know it's a fun and loud place but this was over the top, we've been to other venues that weren't as loud.
Nice place, restaurant( loved the stake salad), bar, games all in one kids had fun for hours most games are around 7c/game, pretty cool!
Very Fun venue for the entire family. Food was really good as well. To bad all you can play and all you can eat wing special is gone. Also it was really nice the little flyer calendar with monthly specials and events.
Absolute worst meal I ever had in my entire life. Do not eat here! Even if you go there for the games. Leave, go somewhere else and eat, and then come back. The chicken was extremely dry, the "garlic mashed potatoes" Ended up being powdered mashed potatoes that they slapped a bunch of garlic and onion powder on, and served. The salad was wilted & obviously had been frozen prior. We only could stand to eat a portion of our meals. Left more then half. However, the boneless Garlic Parm wings weren't bad. The s
As far as an arcade is concerned it does the job. We didn't eat so we couldn't talk about food but we did wish there was a bowling alley which many other ones do.
I love this place. The management, the atmosphere, and the food are top notch. My kids love it there.
Kids love coming here and playing all the games. Especially the claw machine to win the huge amount of tickets!
Great time with my child, food was good and our server was great, but the games are ridiculously priced. My 20 dollars ?? fast
Service at the front wasn't the greatest. I know she's only doing her job, but when she called manager, it seemed like he didn't care about my concerns. Ways of money, over price games.
Went to dine in this past Saturday and a server or host yelled in front of us to our server. Poor girl, I was shocked by this behavior by worker Angel if I read the name tag correctly. I hope he doesn't treat all his employees like this. Sadly I had already ordered but this was very unprofessional. I hope the GM doesn't reflect this behavior.
Brand new menu and lots of new games for this upcoming summer. Some great deals online for points and food.
Seriously and uncomfortably overcrowded. Our bartender didn't know what a Moscow mule was. The Malibu and Coke was a horribly watered-down mess! Never going back there. Very different from the D&B in Houston.
I love this place! It's a lot of fun! The only problem is how expensive it is. The amount to play one game is so much. I only spend about 30 minutes here because I run out of chips so quickly. But it is still fun :)
I love this Dave & Busters after coming here, I'm a novice photographer and brought my camera with me here, everyone including employees were fine with me taking pictures and even got a couple compliments about my camera. I was mostly playing the coin pushers and won a ton of coins, and got like 1600 tickets, so I got a few things from the store, however I also played skee ball, basketball, bowling, etc. it was super fun and enjoyable just a little crowded, would love to see another location for it to hope
The music was too loud. I had a headache after I left. BUT the games were fun and the food was good!
Everything was cool until we had to use the restroom. One stall didn't have a latch, the one that did, was busted. One toilet had soiled toilet paper, another had wet toilet paper on the seat. We had to leave early to use the restroom elsewhere.
01/11/2025 @ 3:20pm We came as a family of 4.To enjoy my daughters 9th birthday. We purchased $50 card for games. My ordered some beer, but they could serve me because my ID had a crack, even tho the picture has clarity and is valid Texas ID.They refused to sell me.According to their stupid policy.Im 47years old.... so we finished up the card and took my money somewhere else to spend. We left else where to eat and drink,... pretty stupid over one beer cold have been over $100 dollar sale. And to top it off,the
Food was good, games are cool, I still think everything is a bit pricey.
Almost rated them with 3 stars cus the service is way slow every single time I go. However, their food and fun saves them. I was surprised to order food and actually like it, I assumed their forte are only games but I was wrong, their food is tasty, the shrimp mac and cheese with bacon and salmon dish good good. The drinks are ok but depends on the bar tender. Super fun place for everyone.
Went there with three kids. Food & atmosphere were good . Just that a few machines were not working but points were taken and hard to find staff to get back points. Overall it's fun place
Highly overpriced bar food. it is really just a teenage hanging out. better places in El Paso for adults
Lots of fun! They have plenty of drinks, can get points from appetizers, very modern and entertaining games, and the prizes are high quality and attainable. Great place to go on a date when you leave the kids with the sitter for the night!
My Family always have a great time here. It's always a win win.
One of my favorite spots to come eat and enjoy some drinks while the kids play. The food, the staff, the games... it's just the perfect place to unwind.
If you go ask for this guy, Adam! I been going to D&Bs as a franchise for more than 20+ years this the BEST waiter I've ever had, yall need to give this guy a raise, no ????. Heck of a job he did. Food was amazing too.
I won a meta quest 2 with 150000 points and was told it came with a warranty. It did not have a warranty under Meta. It died within a week. D&B refused to replace it. Meta told me D&B are not authorized dealers and are purchasing the equipment second hand knowing they are faulty with no coverage.
These places are hit and miss. If the waiters are in the mood, you'll get good service. Otherwise you might have to wait awhile. Food is so so.
Went for the $20 all you can eat and play promotion. The resturant, bar and game room looked pretty calm with open tables, for some reason we still had a 52 minute wait for our table. I figured since there was 7 of us maybe all the large tables were taken. Once we got a table we ordered a beer and nacho appetizer which took 25 minutes to get and the nachos were super crispy as if they were left under a heating lamp (see picture). Just like all great deals there's a few catches. The all you can eat wings com
We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food, the food was super greasy and cold we asked for the manager/supervisor he/she never went to our table, this was our first time and the last time in this place really bad experience!
Poor service. Had to wait 15 minutes until a server came and that was after we notified the hostess. Once a waiter finally arrived we tried to order beer but my grandma?yes my GRANDMOTHER, was refused due to lack of ID. That's understandable but once we got her ID we were again denied until we showed a US passport. I understand that standard government ID check but the waitress was rude and so was the manager. They further questioned my grandma, who mostly speaks Spanish, and furthered their attitude.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
