This was our first visit here. Our party included 5 adults and two of them got playcards. Our waiter was very good at his job. Great upsale skills, very focused and friendly. Our party had 3 different checks. Everything was correct. Our visit was about 2 hrs. Not just the service but the atmosphere away from gaming was so cozy and we were doing a reunion of not seeing family over 22 yrs, so our table was towards the back, quiet and perfect for our meet up. We are D&B regulars in Maple Grove but decided to go to D&Bs in Edina yesterday?our Easter visit. The entire place has been remodeled and it's definitely a step up in atmosphere/ambiance and lighting. It has a much FRESHER vibe. Gone are the booths that wrapped around the bar with the walls so high wait staff can't see you. I never realized how dark and cave-like this place actually was until I saw the refresh. They just keep raising prices on everything. Now they drastically changed the tickets on redemption prizes. The PS5 went from 160k to 228k! Did they lower prices on games or on chips? No they did not. They got rid of the happy hour and now have a few drinks at $7. They're just too expensive across the board to come here frequently. Great bar staff.

Food was actually fairly decent and the pricing not as exorbitant as I expected and you get to play fun games with all your friends while drinking beers or cocktails(not at the same time I don't think). Overall great experience just the food is not the greatest and the beer list sucks. Service was inexperienced or maybe just not the highest caliber but the bartenders seemed decent from afar.

Had a blast! The remodels ad a nice scenery. Very clean, friendly and quality for service and staff. Oh, and the food was really good. Chicken wings were so crispy and tasty, with real Buffalo sauce and blue cheese. The sliders were delicious , so to sim it up...We will be back!

Nice family environment from the moment you step in, what not to like? It was great. Returning to the arcade, and first time trying the restaurant, food was delicious, Kat was very nice and took care of us. Arcade is very good. Redeeming the tickets was easy and the prizes were pretty good, the store has good selection of items and toys for both kids and adults. I found the phone charging station very useful, good price, fast charging and used it for three of our phones with low battery.

Dave & Buster?s was exactly what I thought it would be. A fun arcade experience with all the new games. It was cool to see the new machines they got and to walk around and play games on a date night. The service here is poor. We got drinks and the bartender was more interested in his friends drinking water at the end of the bar. A lot of games were broken and/or sticky as well. There was no waiter offering menus so we didn't get food . The quality of this company keeps getting lower and lower. Which is sad considering I used to come here all the time and still use my same old game card?

Really fun experience. Had a blast with my daughter for hours. Prices were reasonable also. Prices for the games allowed us to play a pretty long time for not too much money the food was a little expensive but not horrible.

For atmosphere, it's actually what you would expect in an arcade that happens to have a bar and food. It's a niche so 5/5 for that niche. First time to Dave & Busters, brought my family of six. Our waiter was great. Food was pretty good. This was a newly renovated location. Was very disappointed in the games. Many were off, and many others would let you swipe your card but then not work. There was one technician there and both he and another employee indicated there are constant problems with the machines. I had to get credits restored 6-7 times which was a hassle and I felt like I was imposing so I stopped asking after it happened more times

My daughter went for a birthday party. She had a blast. It was very loud and dark. It is very overstimulated and hard to have conversations. Kids has pizza with French fries which was a great combo for them.

I have had gift cards for months. Finally, I decided to use them with my daughter today. I had $50 in gift cards , but I still had to pay $15 extra. This, to me, makes no sense at all. They have really cleaned this location up. The remodel looks great and is a big improvement along with the entire southdale mall. The food is done well and affordable. We like to go on wednesdays when it's half price games and play a lot of them. The kids always enjoy it. I wish there was more staff to help when issues with the games arise but overall we love the remodel and the new games.

Came here for the $2 beers & $5 shot deal but they only had coors available which was disappointing. Aside from that, food was decent. Always a great experience here! My brothers and I used to go to this place every Wednesday to get the deal! They have free water available as we are always on the Pump it Up game. I do wish it was a little closer to me but always willing to make the trip out to have a good time here.

Well, firstly, the 3 appetizers and one side cost nearly $100. On top of that, the power up cards cost an additional $75. The VR headset was broken and wouldn't tighten. The food itself was fine, but pretty bland, the Cajun Shrimp pasta had hardly any heat. Overall, an overpriced cash grab. There are better restaurants and better arcades. Don't waste your money.

It was my hubby's first time and he loved. We got food which was delicious and our server was so nice and did a great job making the experience a good first one for him. The food was good but everything was slow slow to get water, slow to get order taken, slow for food to come out. We came here on a weekend to play some games and grab a bite to eat - and it was packed! There are a lot of games for all ages. The prizes aren't great, in my opinion. At least for adults. The apps we tried were pretty good. The pretzel I ordered was HUGE (probably larger than my face), so I definitely recommend splitting it with someone. The price for arcade chips bit expensive and the need to add few more varieties of prizes for lower points may be their strategy to purposefully keep more prize options for getting people return to their playing but would be nice if they add few more options to lower point accumulation

So this place has changed. It used to be a fun spot to hang out. Now it's all focused on games for tickets. And all the games are so expensive. Not worth the cost.

This place was amazing. Family loves it. Kids loved it. Very kid friend food and games. Fun for everyone. The ribs were well cooked and the bbq sauce was really good. Really like the scaled-down menu, nothing but the hits! Great place for a family trip, enough action to keep the kiddo busy but not too overwhelming. The cashier told us when we purchased the card the extra games would automatically be added....but they weren't. Also the bonus $20 credit when you register in the app wasn't working. I don't usually do places like this, but I was at the movies and I was hungry. The place was so loud I couldn't even eat my mediocre meal. Considering there weren't that many people there, the music was overwhelming and echoing throughout the restaurant. Sensory overload to the max. The service was great, but they had too many staff for too few customers.

This place is okay, not the best if you have any type of actual problem. K had a groupon not working and the manager just said "we cant do anything with that" and looked at me like I was scamming them. It worked after a while and the workers were ten times nicer about it. But I wouldnt suggest spending loads of money here without using a groupon or anything. Dont even try with the food, movie theater food at best.

My daughter was home from college and we decided to visit D&B today as we always loved going when she was a kid. It's sad how worn this place is nowadays. Delivers as expected. Went to watch some football and grad some lunch. Screens for days, they showed all the games playing at once and the main game on the very large screen. Food was delicious. I had the wings and a variety of sauces. A friend had a burger and only could say great things about it. The kids came later and played in the arcade and had to go find them after the games. I always go to this location over maple Grove if I can however. The one time I decided to visit over black Friday weekend. 60%of the machines don't work or make you scan twice tho the amount of tickets was already deducted from your account. Bartender seemed to not be in a good mood. The food was pretty sad looking for $13 I ordered chicken strip it was more like chicken chunks. Not a place I would recommend for food. I came to watch some NCAA Basketball. The rest was not very impressive.

My partner and I came in tonight just before close. The bartender Annie was so welcoming and hospitable! She crafted our drinks so nicely, they were delicious. We even had another staff member check on us while she was making our drinks. Highly recommend the bourbon milkshake and espresso martini! I would NOT recommend the Edina location for a corporate event. The food portions here were TINY (like child-size at best, which is insane at $30+ per person). Maybe someone there did their math wrong. We ran out almost immediately, some people didn't get to eat and almost everyone left hungry. It was beyond embarrassing.
