This place is so amazing! Phil is such a great server! Along with Chad and Shelby! Micheal(the floor manager) went to my table multiple times and asked how my experience was, and let me just say. It was stellar!

A fun place to kill a few hours. Decent grub, fun games and the staff is incredible. The managers obviously care here as they are involved in almost everything and try to engage every guest in the building. Nate, and the Midway crew are the best in the business! We had a great experience for our friends birthday from start to finish. We started with an appetizer, the garlic truffle fries. I had parm chicken, one friend had fish and chips, and my other friend had wings. We all had nice size portions for the money, and all of our food was exceptional in every way. We next moved to games where we had a blast playing for hours. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend. We found our inner child with all the newer versions of classic games they have.

I took my children to Dave & Busters during a staycation. Great games - we enjoyed that a lot. Horrible dining experience - waiting 17 mins to even be acknowledged by a server, without drinks or anything, is awful. Despite the negative reviews we read we decided to give D&B a try. I'm here to say everything was phenomenal! The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, the service was above and beyond! The arcade was super fun as well - there was sanitizer wipe stations all around for those who are scared of germs. It was a great experience, we will definitely come back!!

The food is great and covers a wide array of tastes, they have the best mixed drinks of any restaurant of its sort in the city. Pretty overpriced for what it has to offer. They charge for activating the game cards as well as charge you tax at the diner if you can't use the card kiosk. Things were very dirty. Plates weren't clean. Our server has a body odor that was very strong. When you have that many people running around hands on there should be more cleaning and sanitizing. Food was ok...ish.

Showed up and waited for longer than 15 minutes. There was a couple in front of us with a baby in a carseat waiting and two waiters just smiled and walked by. They left and we waited another 5 minutes and still nothing so we walked out. Understand being busy but waiting 20 minutes is unacceptable.

I had the worst experience tonight. There was one waitress working and she was new so it isn't her fault. She had no help. We were one of three tables there. I had to ask for service after waiting ten minutes. We ordered right away. One meal came out 10 mins before the second meal came out. The second meal came with fries and they were cold and hard. Wasn't worth the hype. Food was expensive for what you get. The service rating should be a 5, but when I went there was a group that refused to pay and delayed everyone from getting service. For being a game place, the food is actually good. Definitely go with the truffle fries. The game selection is really good, the Kong VR game was the biggest dud. Space invaders gives you solid game time! There's a good mix of ticket games & video games. I really felt like we got better value for the game credits than many other places. I definitely expect we'll be back.

Went to Dave and buster for the first time. Our friends Wanted to come here to play games and drink some beers. Overall, I think it is a fun place for all ages. I ordered a burger and it didn't look that good. The burger looked like it has been on a warmer for some time. We ordered wings also and I thought the wings were on point. The service was okay because I think they were short on staff that night. Our waitress was awesome and she made sure we had all what we needed before she went on to another table.

Coming from Cedar Rapids and 1st night we had Becca. Wonderful waitress. We chatted and she was the best we have seen anywhere in awhile. John was at the front seting people and he was fin. Energetic. And went out of his way to make our experience great. Both were amazing. We will be back when we come to town. 2nd night. We brought our basketball team back. Again John was great. We had a good time got food and played games. The food was ok we ordered corn dogs for appetizers they were way over salted and while the chicken was perfectly cooked it did not have much flavor! I visited as a group event. The atmosphere is a definite sensory overload. I'm not a big gamer. They have enormous TV screens which played different sports games. ?? It reminded me of an upper scaled Chucky Cheese. You receive tickets for your scores on the games. There is a small trinket shop to redeem your tickets. The food prices seemed a bit high for what you get. The food was average. Just my opinion but I know you don't go to D&B for the food.

The staff here is exemplary. Jon, the host/manager, is very welcoming to every guest. He also goes above and beyond in extenuating circumstances. I lost my eyeglasses there and Jon did everything he could to help me. The staff ended up finding them wedged behind a machine. I profusely thanked the staff member who turned them in. I also thanked Jon, but I hope upper management fully understands what a gem he is.

An absolute waste of money. Almost nothing but rigged ticket games that are way overpriced. The food was decent, but also very expensive. There's a better arcade at the bowling alley down the street and Putts and Pins is on the other side of the mall. Gameday is further away, but more affordable and at least has pinball. Me and my family have been waiting for Dave and Busters to come to Iowa so we're excited to come tonight for opening weekend! Environment is clean and service is friendly. However, food was pretty mediocre, drinks were small and extremely overpriced. On top of that, they sneak in an added gratuity of 18% without you knowing as we paid via an electronic board with the waitress. In a matter of 2 hours the facility lost power 5 times.
