Left a sports bar in the area to come here and sit at their bar. As expected on a Saturday night, they had a big crowd. Able to snag two seats and were immediately greeted by our bartender. She was super friendly, efficient, and straight to the point. She even took the time to see if they had any sparkling wine in the back of the restaurant, which they did. I appreciated the effort. Went to Dave & Buster?s years ago with family. Customer Service was 5 star service and food service was excellent. TODAY ?2025? , Our meals were partly old and cold. The waitress was disrespectful by not asking me if we want any more drinks or not she just came and sat the water and the card reader on the table and left. What type of customer service is that? YOU ALL NEED TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER. NOT LIKE TRASH!!!!

I decided to treat my grandkids to a fun dinner at Dave and Busters and I am very disappointed! Not only were all of our fries cold but my grandsons chicken bites were burnt and crunchy . $15 for some mini Wingdings with sauce on half of them is ridiculous! 30 min waiting for food I can't even eat . I will never go again . Not to mention when I told the server she looked at me and said so what do you want me to do ? Please take it back and take it off my check . Was told 20-30 minutes for a table, and it took an hour and a half. Ordered chicken nachos as an appetizer and well see the pictures for yourself. The nachos also came out cold as could be. Ordered truffle fries with my burger and failed to get that as well. Overall, wouldn't come back here again.

I came here with my girlfriend for our anniversary and had a wonderful good time! The games were fun and the workers were nice overall! Great place for lunch with the kiddos. The food is decent and reasonably priced. Lots of options on the gaming floor. The staff was friendly, restrooms clean and plenty of parking here. This is a good option for a full day at Concord Mills. I like the prepaid cards because when it's gone, it's easier for the kids to detach. The reward center is a bit restrictive for kids with a handful of tickets. After the card was drained and we cashed in the few tickets, we were able to secure a lollipop ??. Have fun!

First time here this past weekend. We were told 30 minute wait ended up being roughly 50 minute wait, we had to prompt the hostess since we saw her seat 2 parties that got there after us. And we never got the text that it was our turn (like we were instructed). The food was good unfortunately they were very short staffed so everything just took forever to get. I went on Friday night, and it's not quite yet summer, so we will see how it goes when it's warmer and kids are out of school. Lots of games, menu items, however quite pricey, and the games are becoming more for the Gen X population. I still enjoy the games and have a lot of fun with them.

Staff was great. Otherwise, a disaster!! Games: instructions to fast/flashy/ busy to read, high percentage of machines are gambling types, of the percentage of the remaining machines are not working, not easy to follow, or are miscalibrated. This location is currently under construction which we didn't know until we arrived, which was fine but seemed like something that should be on the website. Due to the construction it seemed like things were just disorganized and every where. While we were bowling there was a ton of junk everywhere. Additionally not under construction the ladies room was really gross, many broken stalls. Smelled like mildew and over all not great. However everyone that worked there was very helpful, kind and genuine.

2months ago the manager asked how they could obtain the remaining 2 stars (my 1st rating was 3 stars). The issue regarding the tickets, my daughter had accidentally drop her card. Took a bit for manager to pull it up transfer it too a new card and already the person who found her card took all her tickets she won. She had about 775 tickets what I last saw and we had put at least 75 dollars worth of coins on there. First time visitors of any D&B. The TV screens and atmosphere were fun! Trying the games is a must. This D&B was short-staffed, but our waitress was trying hard to make her rounds. However, that made the service slow. Food was okay but not great, so it's not really worth the wait. I would suggest the game room but eating elsewhere.

I can't remember the last time I've been to D&B. This was a really good experience and my wings were great! Seemed like they tried to add to many games in it (which is understandable), so it is packed with arcade machines, too little space to walk or enjoy playing. Lots of games were down and I couldn't find any help. Also, the place wasn't too clean.
