Dropped in here with the kids for an evening of dinner and games. The punchline here is that this restaurant area is so loud and deafening. It's like being at a rock concert. Speaking to the serving staff, they were kind and turned the music down, but it was still so loud from all the games. The music was simply masking that noise. If you've been into any of the newer casinos and seen the slot machines that are super loud, that's pretty much what it's like . The food looked good tasted good serving staf

A bit small, but big fun. Food was great, service was great, and the first claw machines I've seen that don't feel like a scam, my girlfriend won five different prizes from them. Would recommend, and will return.

Everything was 5 star except our dine in. The server was very nice and polite but when our appetizer came i had to go to the bar to ask for appetizer plates. Then after we began eating i realized we didn't have napkins either and had to go ask for those. This was my only issue.

Games are fun. Way understaffed. Staff they do have is mid at doing anything outside of their basic job. Everything takes a manager to figure out. TVs almost always showing a sporting event from the past day or so.

Great food..we had an awesome time playing games!

What a great experience. We had so much fun!

D&B is great for the kids they had a ball I do pop up parties for my kids B-Day the GM Antwan was very helpful he and kind he went over and beyond and the??child the coleslaw was very refreshing light but very flavorful I think ?? I was tasting green onions ok D&B ??

Pretty cool place for kids and adults.

I never dreamed that there could be such good food in a ?game? place. I was expecting cheap pizza and thin burgers. No. The food was delicious and unexpected. The server was attentive and of course the atmosphere loud?but that's expected! Will defiantly go to Dave and Busters just for the food! Pics: Steak Salad Side salad Nashville hot wings.

The whole experience was wonderful. Dinner and the Arcade! Nicole was our waitress and she did an amazing job!

Went here with my family last night. This was our first time at this location as we are from Michigan. It was a great experience. We were seated, ordered and had food within 15 minutes. Our waitress, Shae, was very helpful and nice. We bought their deal, Eat n Play. She then let us know the manager was going to give us unlimited simulation games after our cards were used up. So we ended up playing for about 2 hours. Games are a lot of fun. They range from 2.4 points to 9 points for each game I believe. Rest

Drinks were great, bar staff was friendly, the place was too packed. I wish it was larger so you were t bumped to bumper with people. Had to wait 15 minutes to get my prize at check out because the manager keeps it in the back and did not show up for so long. But the guy Jeff who fixes machines and ran the check out was great and so was the same haired girl with him. They did great! The parking was TERRIBLE on a bush Saturday, had to drive four lanes away and down at the end because it was so packed.

Played all the games and had so much fun. When my coins didn't work for a game they supplied me extra. Food is more so on the expensive side but the quality is worth it and they do have deals going on.

Besides this one Bartender named Nicole who ignored me for 45 minutes before coming to ask what I wanted with a snarky attitude, which I've been to so many Dave and Busters and never have I ever had such a terrible experience with any bartender and always tip 22%-25% but left her $0 unfortunately for the terrible service. She didn't check on for 30 minutes after I got my food and still gave me attitude and made me feel like she didn't want me there. Unless she is addressed or fired, I shall not return to th

This is our first Dave and busters outside of Arizona. We were a little disappointed with how small it was. It was nice to see very few games out of order and not working right. We were hoping they had bowling but didn't. Next time we will have to do some research online to verify prior to visiting. Overall we had a good experience and will come back.

Good food, good fun, and good company. You really can't go wrong. Not as big as I would have imagined a D&B, but still made the best of what games were available. For the first time visiting, I'd say it was a success.

This is a nice place to a first date. Activities while you fumble around each other! Prices could be better. Drinks could be a little less diluted.

A great Dave&Buster. Came here for all you can eat wings and play deals. Their chicken wings tasted good, but they served really slow due to another catering simultaneously. At least, they apologized and added some credits on our cards. There are a variety of game machines and a lot of fun.

Second year in a row hosting my teams holidays party here and they never disappoint! The food is always great, the staff is so helpful and kind and we always leave with memories! It's such a fun place for adults.

I always wonder eat before you play games OR play before you eat. What do you think? Great experience everytime. Fun games, delicious food, awesome drinks. Clean environment, great services. Price is okay. Amazing gift at gift shop. People safety is a priority. Covid guildlines enforced. Some games are closed to ensure safe distancing. Love it! Love it!! Love it!

sam was amazing she was our server today and she had amazing energy , she was soo sweet and she made sure we had a good time will be coming back and asking for her !!!!

Just ate here for the first time on Easter Sunday. Staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere is a perfect mix of fun and elegant. I kept it simple and had their golden fingers and my husband a burger. Both were great! The French fries were really, really good (I dont normally like French fries). This would be an ideal place to have a family event with kids, but was also nice for our adult party of two.

Visited this location for the first time today. Was impressed with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff! The food was excellent! Julianna was on her game! We had a large birthday group and we were never looking for her! The Cantinas Chicken Nachos were delicious! Same with the Salmon with Asparagus and mashed potatoes! Cheeseburger fries and Chicken Fingers fantastic!

My god I love this place. Dave and Busters is the perfect combination. I love how big the arcade is and the ticket redeem section. They have so many arcade games with so many prizes you can win if you redeem your tickets. Tastes for tickets is also cleverly smart, you can cash out your tickets for food and it's pretty much free (aside from tip). The food is also surprisingly good. The pepperoni flatbread was almost like a pizza but 10x better. This whole establishment gets a 10/10.

Great food and drinks, friendly and helpful staff, overall lots of fun. Played for an hour or two and took home a bunch of fun prizes from the shop and claw machine. Definitely will be back!

Came down to Columbus for the evening and stopped in this Dave & Buster's to play some games. The location was convenient and easy to find. Very clean and was surprised it wasn't very busy, however we were a bit early before dinnertime. Kyle had a great time playing games and it was nice that it wasn't busy or crowded. Kyle likes to run around and just press all the buttons, so I didn't have to keep apologizing for my crazy child??. We probably could have just did that, but we actually put some tickets on o

I had to come here and leave a review! The food and drinks are so good. One of my undergrad degrees include Culinary Arts so I know food. Out appetizer was queso with chips. I had the smash burger with jalape?os and fries. For dessert we had a chocolate cheesecake with the toasted marshmallow. Then we played games. We have been here before but this time we went on a Thursday night and it was not crowded. We also like our server who was very kind and accommodating. He was a light skin fella with long braids.

Food was very expensive and not very good. Go to the Hilliard D&B instead. The food and service was somehow better quality there and they have better games. The layout is also better as well. Staff was friendly, but our food took a long time and didn't taste very good.

A little pricey but worth every penny. Fun for whole family. Will be returning. Great service, friendly waiter. Clean safe and beautiful decor.. Must try five out of five star

The girl with long brown hair working the ticket area was awful. She snatched the cards out of my hand and slammed her hand down on them and seemed insanely bothered to have to do her job. She was more interested in playing on her phone under the register in that cubby. Just an overall nasty attitude. Juniper, I believe was her name, was very pleasant and nice however!

I was there for my grandsons birthday/graduation party we had a blast and the atmosphere was awesome my waitress name was Hannah and she was great ?? it was a beautiful day ??

The food was very gross and me nor my son ate anything off our plate but a couple mushrooms and bites of steak. We stood for 45 minutes waiting on a table while there was plenty of tables open for two and a toddler. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Amazing food, especially the burgers!!!??

Absolutely disgusting place to eat and try to have fun with your family. Our food came out wrong, no one knew how to use the card reader, the black guy who sells the prizes just looked at me like I was interfering with his phone call. The manager wasn't helpful and just as scummy as the food. I honestly don't see how they're still in business. Makes me want to open one and just hire junky?s to run it and retire.

Also just realized i was overcharged for my drink**** Definitely request a receipt. This was our first time here. The games were fun and clean the workers were attentive in the arcade, but the restaurant was awful. Our server brought out our apps but no plates, so we had to all dig from the big plates and use napkins as plates. My long Island tasted like watered down coke, absolutely no alcohol. We were never given an option of refills or checked on again. My family left and I asked for a box to go and

Went on a Wednesday during their half off day. Severely understaffed. Took awhile to get order out. Took even longer to pay bill. Server told us she was the only server for all tables. Which I fail to see how that's my problem? Kind of a weird response and all we wanted to do was pay the bill. Which took over 20 minutes to do. If you don't got the staff, why open? Honestly just go to the Hilliard location. It's larger. And I've never had an issue there order or anything there.

Good food, fun atmosphere, and the kids had a blast playing games!

It was a good time! Excellent food and service. I'll go back. Unrealistic expectations of winning enough tickets to get prizes. Clean environment.

They gotta tighten up on the way they cook the food. The manager was rude . On Thursday that seated us 05/22/2025. It was a lady and she was heavy set.

The food was terrible we ordered appetizers but 2 of our friends meals came first followed by 1 appetizer at a time and then halfway through the appetizers the waitess came to tell us they didn't have what 1 of our friends ordered so when our food did come he had to wait for his until we were almost done eating. I had to send mine back it was inedible, the bun was so stale it was chewy and the burger was burnt and ashy in my mouth, my husband's fries were ice cold and no one loved any of their food. Out in

All the food was AMAZING!! We ordered the pretzel sticks, traditional wings and hamburger sliders everything was SO good! Customer service was excellent no complaints. The games weren't a very good value and the drinks are very expensive that's the only reason I didn't give a 5 star review.

We didn't have reservations so the hostess told us it would be a 20 minute wait. She left the station, others came in and were seated, without reservations. A gentleman came and seated us. Lots of empty seats. Food was not good. Won't be going back.

Went here for a birthday party. Had a lot of issues with the balances on the cards used for playing games. Took them a while to get it straightened out but they went the extra mile to make it right. 10/10 recommend

Awesome place for Play with grandkids!!

Wasn't too bad, pretty busy food was good games were were fun not bad for being attached to a mall

I great time. I ordered my food well done just I like quick. My waitress was polite. I would recommend this place

Dave and busters food is so under rated. We'll worth the time to just get a meal there let alone all the great drink and game choices.

Took my kids, 12, 11 & 4, just for a new experience since they love playing games and they never experienced an arcade or game room. They had a blast! My Boyz said they wanted to have their birthday parties there. So I brought them back, 3 weeks after w/school friends as my Son turned 13. Baby girl loved it too!

Food was great! Not a super big Dave & Busters compared to others I've been to but still fun.

It was our first time at top golf & celebrating my daughter?s birthday. Everyone made us feel SO welcome from the moment we walked in. They were all so kind. Makayla (I'm sorry if I'm spelling her name incorrectly) was SO sweet to my daughter and took time to talk to her and get to know her. She offered to give her birthday donuts & boy was she a HAPPY little girl!!! Leah was also so kind & helped us so much, and Eric came to check on us as well and tell her happy birthday! We are new to Ohio and I am happi

We had a lot of fun here and had a lot of laughs. The workers were nice when we asked for some ice water after first arriving. I loved the atmosphere also. The only thing that I was bummed about is that they don't have the VR at this location.

Water mix orders but fixed them immediately, Family loved the food. Celebrating son Birthday ( ADULT)

Food is ok. The games is what makes it appealing but I was very surprised how expensive my bill was with game play.

Amazing place lots of family fun and games! Food was amazing highly recommend!

Food and drinks were very delicious. Got to play for a couple hours because of a Groupon discount!

It was a nice place. It was a little bit busy so it took longer than usual for the horse to get to.

This place is fine. Food and drinks at the bar were good enough and the gaming was great for the kids. The experience was mostly tarnished because we waited for 30 minutes in the restaurant without a server even stopping by after being sat by an enthusiastic hostess. Kind of a bummer to end the experience in that manner. We had to walk out and find dinner elsewhere.

Isn't just a place for have fun is also an amazing restaurant, and the food is amazing! Very familiar place you can share a very good time

I was very disappointed with my experience. My girlfriend and I were denied service. I had my id on me and she did not and were refused service as a whole and not allowed to dine at all. I would understand not being served alcoholic drinks to the table and only served regular beverages. But two adults under 25 are. Or even allowed in the building. How can they allow children in the same space yet two adults are not allowed to even eat this establishment. It seems rather illogical that they can refuse to ser

Great place for a birthday party. There are plenty of games for all

Thought the food was overpriced for what you were served. The games were fun. Even though it was crowded we could still mostly get around and didn't have to wait long for most games. Kids had fun which is what matters.

Great Location for family fun. Absolutely love this Location. Food was good too.

Food was good. Service could've been better. Fun games though and yummy long island iced tea!

I purchased some credits, and after a few games they disappeared. When I asked for help I was told that I had spent all my credits, which I had not.

very weird you need to bring an id to go to a arcade where multiple children are running around yet can go into top golf, scene 75, bowling, quite literally any other entertainment place and not need one. if 3/4 people have their ids, just let them in and not be rude about it. makes me never wanna go to a dave & busters again. was some of the most disrespectful staff i?ve ever dealt with in my life

Will say the food was great so big props to that. But unfortunately the service wasn't so much . Didn't catch our servers name but she had dark brown or just black hair . But anyways I get being in a bad mood but don't take it out towards your customers. The entire time she served us she didn't treat us nicely or welcoming but rather like we've done something awful to her . We tried cheering the mood by being nice and understanding to maybe her having a bad day but she remain rude and unwelcoming to us the

The food was ok. The service was slow even though the manager came to apologize. My boss paid so I didn't fuss to much. Mine was salty and warm. The games were pricy.

Had a blast. It was grandchild birthday. However, I enjoyed it as much as the Birthday Boy! Increase the menu, please. Can't wait to return soon.

Small and not many games. Of the games they are mostly ticket/skill games. Very limited on arcade selection. I would go to the one in Hillard instead for a better game selection

No Avengers coin pusher, no JJ Bot, no Willy Wonka coin pusher, no Baseball Pro. SpongeBob coin pushers don't work right. No Gary's. I sad.

Wasn't what I was expecting. I thought it was an adult place with arcades and games like I've seen advertised but there were only kids there. The choice of games were mostly for kids as well. The games were priced at like 9.8 tokens to play like why not just have a 9 to play why have the .8 I didn't get that. The food was fantastic though. I had the chicken sandwich with the grilled pineapple slaw it was delicious.

The food is above average, with large portions but a little pricey for the location. Expect to see a lot of kids when you come. They don't have a huge game selection compared to other D&B, but not bad.

Fun but expensive. Nice night out with my 5yr old. Only played video games. We both had a lot of fun. Went in a Friday night and started to get pretty busy. Wednesday night is a half off night.. So keep that in mind if you want a cheaper night.

Food was good. Our waiter(don't remember name) he was a little older and slightly bald did a very good job. We were a large group, several checks with different needs and wants and he did not mess anything up. Our orders came out timely and hot, and they were super busy.

Terrible service during night shift . I waited 40 mins for an order of fries . After someone who ordered after me received whole order! Remind you the place was empty! And act as if they were doing me a favor by adding time to my son?s card . I would like to be treated fairly !

We whent just to eat and they put us away from the games, which was nice. Food was great and service was good.

This is a fun, although a bit expensive, place to bring a family. I would not go here for food, the wait staff is not very attentive and the orders are not always right (no excuse for this especially when the servers refuse to write things down) so don't eat here. However the game side is great for older children and those who are young at heart!

About what you expect when you mix an arcade with a restaurant and bar together. If you are there to just try and get a drink or eat you have problems maintaining a conversation since it's quite loud (dependent on the time of day). I've been told the arcade area is nice and is usually pretty clean. Not much to dislike when you mix a bar with an arcade.

Half price play on Wednesdayssss, woooooo!!! Can't beat that! Kind of a small Dave & Buster's, but ... it does the job. Decent amount of games to choose from, and different variety of games. I like that the restaurant/bar area does happy hour, that's always a plus! We lost our card after only using a third of the amount on the card, so that was a bummer. BUT... to our surprise, the lady at the counter was able to deactivate our card based on the credit card we paid with and issue us a new one for the rem

My favorite game was broken, but other than that we had a great time. I was not a fan of the employee in the redemption area. It appeared that his cell phone had higher priority than his customers.

Got there mid day and must have been middle aged man day or something because there were about 30-40 guys drinking there, no families, women or kids. Very loud inside, would have liked to have seen more disinfectant and hand sanitizer stations but games were mostly working properly. Didn't eat or drink there

Jayma, the manager, is a Superstar! The team that served and helped us was professional and kind. Nicole was our server and she was great at checking on us, taking care of us, and seeing what we needed. Very attentive. Jayma and Nicole talked to us, even though it was a busy Friday night, and took care of our food, drinks, and fun time. We will definitely be back and it is because of these two!!

Rode the hippo and race car. There wasn't a lot to do, but it was fun. The ticket amounts for each activity was pricey.

Well, they remodeled the entire place. Old saying if u put lipstick on a pig it's still a pig. Yes, looks very nice, and it looks like they thinned out a lot of the games and added some interactive games. Food is still average and the service is slow so that didn't change. The hostess had no idea where to seat us, they put us in an area reserved for darts, they tried to put us at a high top that their seats looked like they were beyond at the beach, very uncomfortable. We decided to sit at the bar, but Two

I come here a lot because my siblings are younger and they like to spend weekends or birthdays here. For the most part, staff are lovely. But there's one particular bigger lady with glasses that stays by the prize area who is always so rude. Last time we were there, my siblings went up to get a sucker for my little brother and she threw it on the table causing it to break. Considering working at a game place, she should know how to talk to children instead of being rude for no reason. I understand people ha

I came with the family here today 06/20/18 for our first experience with Dave and Busters and could not have been happier. It was a very clean place with very friendly, attentive staff. We came in at 10:30 am and they were doing an amazing job cleaning the plane e but still taking time to ask if we were having fun. I wanted to give a special shout out to Jacob who was working today. He went above and beyond to make my sons job special. Thank you Jacob! I'm not sure if you do associate of the month but he ha

Good food, drinks, but not a single pinball machine. Very newschool video games. you won't see police trainer or street fighter, but smart phone ports of games like templerun, flappy bird etc.

Stopped in with my brothers, two nephews and my mother to enjoy some games and fun. We didn't eat anything but we did have a drink at the bar. The bartender was helpful even with rude customers. Her and the manager were very helpful with me trying to get a virtual card transferred to a physical card. The games were really fun and we enjoyed it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
