In town for a concert and to visit my Husband?s family so we had down time and decided to have a little impromptu fun. I haven't been to D&B in yeeeears! It was great to experience it again. Let's dive right into the food. We ordered the chicken nachos for appetizer. It was decent. The flavor was on point but the queso was a bit runny. We both ordered the salmon bowl and it was great. The salmon was perfectly cooked and all of the flavors of the sides worked well with it. The drinks however, ugh, I ordered

The people who work here are super friendly and so sweet. The bartender was amazing despite us going up there with several orders and being very difficult. Then the lady Bree over in the gift shop was absolutely amazing. She was so welcoming and was just so friendly!!! The best place in Columbia. Very fun and friendly.

We loved the new layout, it may have took them a while to finish it but I think it was worth it. The new games are awesome (definitely making up for the ones that were favored but lost). Also what they did with the layout gave them extra space so it no longer feels overcrowded and like a dead end.

Bar staff was great! Clean n tidy. She went out of her way to make 3 yr granddaughters birthday special!! DB has always held a special place as our teenage boys had fun growing up playing the games. However. As a grandmother I would like to see 2 or 3 games geared towards younger kids. DB has ALOT of younger type toys in the shop. Even chunky cheese is geared towards kids but have a handful of games for parents n older kids. There must have been 10 kids under 8 yrs old in the restaurant.

The games that did actually work were fun. We had many that just took our points and didn't operate correctly. Don't order the draft beer! The lines are so old and dirty! Gross! First time visiting and had a great time! It was my niece springbreak, and to give her a nice outing for being on AB Honor Roll. We both had a great time playing in the game room. Our experience was an unforgettable experience when we met Mike to redeem our points for gifts. He was very delightful, helpful, and upbeat. He provided great customer service and was awesome. Did not know that Dave?s & Buster?s had a variety of food options on the menu until my family and I went to this location for dinner. We were very pleased with the service and overall hospitality that our waitress, Bethany (Beth), gave us! We found out that she was one of the newest servers, which we would have never guessed based on how well she did! She was patient, but also checked in at the right amount of times. I spent close to $400 in there on Wednesday May 21. The fries were super cold, the foods came to the table 20 to 30 increments. The waitress was nice and friendly though. That's only reason I gave her a good tip.

Went to this location this Friday and had a wonderful time. My little sister has been begging me to come here and I'm glad I did. Our server Tami took great care of us. The food came out in a timely manner and tasted delicious. We also had lots of fun playing games together. Will definitely be coming again!

Keeanna was my server and I was amazed she was so nice enjoyable and incredibly helpful she was very cheerful and I LOVED that. She made the atmosphere in there FANTASTIC. My boyfriend took my 3 kids and I out to dinner at this location and it was my kids and I first time ever visiting a Dave and busters. Charm is absolutely amazing!!! In the restaurant area!!! So sweet and was so welcoming as soon as we sat down and food is so good. And obviously we love the arcade:)

I'd like to acknowledge, Keith, an exceptional employee who was working in the arcade during our trip to Dave and Busters. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and truly seemed to care about his job and customer satisfaction. When we left, even my children commented that they had "the best time ever" at Dave and Busters because of him. I'll gladly patron a business that hires quality employees!

Hosted my son's 15th birthday party. The kids all had a great time with the games and our server was great. The only complaint was the food wasn't great.

The food was super greasy! To the point of soggy nasty. The new hire in the arcade was a complete jerk. (A Gen Z kid that gives you no hope for the future). The manager was nice. She tried to fix the issue and apologize on behalf of the new hire. That was extremely nice of her. But I will not be returning to this venue ever again. It's a hard pass.

We were visiting from Oregon to watch our son graduate boot camp at Fort Jackson. The place was warm and welcoming. The game selections were amazing and the prices were very fair. We meet up with a bunch of new people and really enjoyed the drinks and the staff while we were there. My husband and I was sitting at the bar Saturday night and had the pleasure of having Tami as our bartender. It was Extremely Busy especially at the bar. Tami did an amazing job. After a forty five minute for a table for four we played some games which was enjoyable. Food was great. Service was non-existent and when it did arrive, it was not good. We waited 30 minutes to be seen and waited 1.5 hours for a burger. An amazing selection of games to play. Gameplay for tickets and prizes or just to play. A good selection of food and drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Gameplay and food can be paired together. Never had a party there but apparently party packages are available.

Loved, loved, loved D&B! My husband and I had so much fun. We make it a point to visit at opening during the weekday. We want to avoid the crowds. Unfortunately, there was a church group with tons of kids Thursday. At first, we thought it may be difficult to play, but it wasn't. There were enough games to go around. Food was good but was not worth the 2 hour wait. Took us an hour to even order drinks, even when there was a total of 3 other tables. Finally got our food after 2 hours and took us 30 minutes to even get the check or a box. Asked for a box to put leftover food in but took forever and then got hungry again and ate it, the box was pointless then. Never coming back again.

I have been to a few different D & B?s and honestly haven't been impressed for the price of everything and quality. Here at Columbia?s D & B, we were greeted right away, sat promptly, and the food quality was delicious. My boys had a wonderful time playing the games and it was very clean! We were impressed!

Dave and Buster has a great atmosphere but a lot of the machines are not in working order. Some of the machine took my credits and but didnt work. No signs saying that it wasnt working.

My waitress took 35 minutes before coming to our table to get our order. I was brought a sweet tea in an obvious dirty cup. Our appetizer came promptly but our waitress didn't bring our food 36 minutes afterwards. She then brought me the ticket that had the wrong order with an extra hamburger charge. The resturant decor is OUSTANDING. Multiple tv's and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your meal. As for the food....It was pretty good. It was hot...I'll give them that. Customer service....Our waitress bailed on us for no reason. So when I finally went to the bar to ask where she was, no one knew. So we ended up with a replacement waitresses who was very nice and polite. She also removed the drinks from our ticket for the inconvenience. Which was kinda nice.

A great place to celebrate ?? New's Years Eve!! I've been going to Dave and Buster's on 12/31 for 5 years now.. I always have fun. A safe place for the kids. With the unlimited play card it keeps them busy all night. The adults have time for themselves and we are all under the same roof at midnight!! Great service for a great price!!! It is an excellent place for family fun. My grandsons didn't want to leave, nor did my SIL. We did the game portion but not the food for clarity. I loved watching their excitement. Appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms. It's not an inexpensive place, but worth saving up for.

This was the worst experience. Do not go here. Went went on a Friday night. Should have known it was bad when we saw the empty parking lot. Very few customers but still took a while to be seated.
