At this Dave and Buster's location, we always had a great time. When compared to some other places, the arcade offers a large selection of games, and the staff is great. To check the balance and points, they have several kiosks. Although there are occasionally malfunctioning equipment, the staff is excellent.
We had such an amazing time! The food was way better than I expected ??. The cheese pull was real!! Grace took care of us, and was so nice. She set the expectation extremely high!
Food was actually really good. Service was great too! Lost my daughter's card and a manager went way above and beyond getting her tickets back.
We've visited 3 times in the past few weeks with our 10, 8, and 6 year old. They love it. We get to sit in a booth, have a cocktail and junk food and relax. It's been great. They have a summer pass that lets the kids play unlimited games. Will ?pay for itself? if you go about five times. Staff has been friendly, waiters are responsive and foods not amazing but is ok for the price. Bathrooms are clean, etc.
Was a first time experience and definitely a last for this location. Mike and a rather pierced young lady working the prize counter were the only employees here who had any sort of customer service, everyone else had a lack luster attitude and acted like we were a bother. The bar was slightly dirty when we sat, pretty much every other seat looked sticky so it a was a choose your best situation for bar seating. The bartender, Chicago, was dry, not welcoming. We got a keg to share because we were told the ke
It was our first time at Dave & Buster?s.. We went on black Friday as they had unlimited games for $10 an hour. It was awesome ? seeing this mini arcade games.. Kids were excited and we extended our one hour to two hours .. and still kids wanted to stay there.. The virtual reality games are just awesome ? it's not only for kids even adults will enjoy so much? The food was good too, but the only thing was it was so crowded that was taking time for the service to come and help ? They had huge screens and
I've been twice now and always friendly and willing to help us, and explain all the options. Avery and Danny were also very great and treated my daughter very well! I typically stay away from places like this due to the noise but wasn't as bad for some reason, and I ended up playing just as many games as my kids!
Came by during my road trip from Georgia to Winston Salem. Awesome variety of games compared to other D&B locations. 10/10!
Had a great time at a birthday party at Dave and Busters. Service, food was all really good. Big selection of games to choose from to play. They have a full bar for the adults, with some draft, can, and bottle beer.
We had Lexi tonight as our waitress who mentioned she was new but was very unprofessional when we arrived. She immediately tried to be flirty and butter up the person she THOUGHT was paying. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Never brought us the waters we asked for , even put them on the bill but we never got them. Then just as our food came out, she closed out our check early even though we weren't ready to be cashed out, she didn't even ask just brought the bill stating she was leaving. Then after bringing
It's a fantastic spot for team building activities?plenty of space, a welcoming atmosphere, and opportunities to collaborate and have fun together.
Frequent flyers to Dave & Busters but our first time at the Cary location. First impression: Looking to be seated to eat. Server no where to be found. When she came back over a few minutes later, she had a terrible attitude. Grumpy, no eye contact. Appeared to hate her job. Not a great first impression?? It did get better. Food was good. Server was super sweet and did a great job(Grace). Overall good, but suggest putting a friendlier face on the frontline. It would have made our experience so much better!
Great outing for both kids, teens and adults. Food and drinks were ok, not mind blowing, could have been better on the trio.
Very fun location, food was delicious and games were a blast. Thank you for a fun day!
We had an absolutely amazing time. The food the service and the atmosphere was great. Our bartender Toni was phenomenal. I enjoyed playing some of the games. This is definitely a family friendly spot in the triangle! I'll definitely be going back very soon. Wings were 10/10! The Fries were not my favorite.
I feel this Dave & Busters is a hit or miss. Wednesdays are definitely the days to go to get more for your dollar. The times I have ordered food, either the orders take a while to come out, if not the food served is not what we originally ordered, or we are waiting for someone to take our order but no one has come around and we just walk away to the arcade area. Even though it looks like there would be enough staff members, it's been difficult getting someone to talk to or even order a drink. Last time
Stayed for hours had some wine played some games and the service was great food was fantastic. The manager was very friendly and the place was immaculate.
My son wanted to come here for his birthday, and it was our first time ever coming. The lady at the counter named Aleea was awesome. She was so friendly and helpful. Our waitress named Italy was friendly and great with my kids. The food on the other hand was not good. It took for ever for us to receive our food and it was not worth the wait. I order one slice of chocolate cake for my son and it took about 20 minutes. My son even told me to forget about the cake because it was taking too long. Italy did pu
I had been going here many years ago with my girls when they were younger and when we had visitors but hadn't gone in years. Now I started going again because they are hosting a Salsa Dancing Social every Thursday night. This was my week 4 and I am loving it. So thank you to D&B for letting this happen here. Great space, and Ricky Z who is putting on the social is great. Good DJs, great music, good food and drink, and fast and kind service by the D&B team make it a perfect package. ??
I love this place simply because it is the best atmosphere for fun!! Me and my son love coming here on Saturdays around 11am and sometimes 12 noon. We play games, win some prizes and just have loads of fun and rack up on rewards for food. My ONLY problem with this location is the service from the restaurant side. Barry who is their hostess has one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen for a hostess. We requested a booth because my mother has back problems and he wanted to sit us at a high table. He begins
We had so much fun it was my Son girl friends Birthday. They drove 5 hours to come see us for her birthday. This place made her day so special by giving her cake and singing to her, it was awesome! Thank you so much Dave and Buster you made her birthday.
We had the unlimited Eat & Play. They had a great time playing the games, but when it came to getting some food, that was a different story. No one was available. I was there with two nieces and a nephew. I had to find someone to seat us and then find someone to take our order. I was so disappointed. Once I located someone out in the lobby, she came, seated us, and took our orders.
This place was awesome! This was my first time going to Dave and busters and it was so fun! Really good prices and we were here for over three hours, so money well spent! While I was hoping they had the transformers VR they still had godzilla and that was so cool!
I have been a long-time and frequent customer of Dave and Busters, but my recent visits have been consistently disappointing, particularly with the Cali Avo Caesar Salad. During my visit yesterday, I ordered the Cali Avo Caesar Salad with blackened shrimp. The first time it was delivered, it was missing chicken and the avocado. The shrimp barely looked cooked. I expressed my concerns to the manager, who promised to rectify the situation. However, when my salad arrived 15 minutes later, it had chicken this
My kids enjoy the video games. Can't beat 50% off Wednesdays. Burgers are decent. Atmosphere is good if you enjoy huge jumbo sports screens and hundreds of videos games. I went to a DB years ago and thought the food was bad. Food was pretty good this time. Of course this isn't 3 star Michelin dining.
Waited over 30 minutes just to put food in, restaurant wasn't even that busy, all the service staff was just waiting in the window for food to be ready or crowding around the POS computers. We moved from a table to the bar after waiting 15 minutes without even being greeted by a staff member. There were several tables around us who were waiting the same time if not even longer. When we finally moved to the bar, we finally were noticed by a staff member who gave us waters, then proceeded to ignore us for ano
After church, I took my cuzo and her daughter to D&B. I was very pleased with not just the service but the food as well. I've had that "Buster's bacon smashed burger" on my mind since that Sunday. Money well spent!
Spent some much needed time with the grandkids, oh what fun! Food was good but overpriced. The service was slow, my granddaughters meal came, then the appetizers and wayyy later the rest of our meals came. The drinks we ordered were also slow to come and came at different times. Had to go to the bar to reorder drinks and that took even more time. But the main objective to spend time with the kids was accomplished. But next time we will NOT do Dave and Busters. I will spend my $$$$ somewhere that appreciates
Games are fun as always. Really went downhill when we decided to sit at the bar for a snack. Took awhile for a bartender to come over to us and when she did, she was not at all pleasant. Got us some drinks and took our order. They were out of something we wanted but that's no big deal.. sometimes you run out of stuff. It happens. So we went with the pickles and the nachos. Both were incredibly underwhelming. The pickles were the tiniest portion I've ever seen, and for $10 it was not worth the money at all.
The staff was nice who fixed the games but we had to have a little wait for the staff to come up. In the restaurant the , staff was really nice as well. And food was amazing love this restaurant games were a bit overpriced, but they were fun. This place was great.
Been taking my 9-13 year old niece and nephew here. I'm an old school gamer and have been happy with the different games they've incorporated at this Dave and busters compared to others in the past. It's got a lot of different content. 30-40 bucks will last for about an hour or two of play for one person so it's not cheap but the experience is pretty good. It's nice you can sit down for a restaurant experience after that doesn't break the bank and considering we're at an arcade, the food was pretty decent.
Atmosphere: It's MADE for the sporting experience. THREE wall to floor screens and television all around the bar. The volumes you feel like you're in the stadium. The game side has games of skills and luck. You can purchase and upload your card to play games. Service: Great service. It took a moment to get seated. The server was attentive, responsive, and friendly. She completed every request with accuracy. The food: Monday and Thursday they have all you can eat wings for 23.99, I think after 4 pm. The wi
Dave and Busters is a great place for both kids and adults to have fun. When my daughter and I come here, we always have a great time. I like the fact that we can load money onto the power card. The games and food are fantastic! The drinks at the bar are delicious! The bartenders are unfriendly, but the waitresses are pleasant. Overall, my daughter and I always have a good time at Dave and Busters.
This is a great place to come and watch sports and let your kids run around and have fun. Food is not bad and I really enjoy the Korean sticky ribs. Good place for some easy fun. Worth a stop if you have never been to one, but not to different from any other Dave and busters.
I'm leaving this review for Bryan. He was able to help us out many times during our time there. He was able to quickly figure out the problem and happy to have small talk. He definitely made me and my wife?s birthday night out better!! Dave and Busters had alway been a place we go for a date night to have a great time together. Would be cool to find a time to go to a 21+ only night!! Thank you Bryan for an amazing night!!
We have been waiting for 20 minutes and counting just to have a drink order taken. Horrible speed of service at 1 PM on a Monday with no orders in their screen as Servers just stand there
We paid for a card for $50 and no one told us that 6-7 of our favorite games were not working. When I approached to manager to ask about this he basically just wanted to argue with me saying plenty of games were fine and working at other locations. I think it should have been mentioned when we purchased the card as we were here to play the games and not interested in driving to another location to use the points we just purchased. I thought this was a very rude and unreasonable response from a manager.
The food and service is alright. The food is average American food and the service is just okay. The atmosphere is excellent though because of all the arcade machines. The reason I'm giving this a 2 star review is because I spent $100 here, but it didn't give me the credit. I complained to the staff but they didn't give me any credit. The other times I've been here though, it's been good and a wonderful experience.
My Autism son loves this place. Take him early morning before it too busy for him. He can't wait for the next trip.
D&B's is my fav place wherever we travel but this one seems to struggle on the service front. Our server took our order and did not return until we requested the check from someone else. The chicken for our Voodoo pasta was super dry. There were also a couple of games not working including the zombie game that wasn't showing the pucks once the sunk. Lastly, the winners circle was disappointing. So much out of stock. I sincerely hope D&B's gets it together!
My husband and I had so much fun to enjoy the arcade games even though we needed to queue in some spot. Some people kept staying in the same arcades forever ?? The food was ok. Overall we had a good time there.
I hate that the VR game only had 1 working headset. Food was alright. The server had his fingers like right in the plate, so I def didn't eat anywhere near that. Drinks are more like juice so its like you're being ID for pricey juice. It took 20 mins just to get water. Another 20 on drinks. 10 to order and 20-30 to get the food. My son had fun though!
Initially, we were greeted and given menus, which was a promising start. However, after that, we were not acknowledged for another 15 minutes, although we made eye contact. This was disappointing as we were eager to place our order and start enjoying our time. This delay impacted our overall experience as it set a slow pace for the rest of the evening. It would be helpful if the staff could check in and acknowledge guest. On a positive note, once we were able to order, the food and atmosphere were enjoya
The place was fun and the bartender was awesome. I'm not a big drinker but I went to have drinks with my sister, brother in law, and cousin while they were visiting town. They have tons of great drink options. We spent around $300 on just drinks so about 4-5 drinks a person and yall?.I barely felt tipsy. Usually 2 drinks in and I'm feeling a lil woozy. We were only there for about 2 hours, didn't play games we just sat at the bar so imagine downing 4-5 drinks in that short time frame. If I went to a nightcl
Had to jump on here and say that the lead games technician, Bryan, is an absolute amazing person. Bryan displayed an act of tenderness, when assisting with fixing a game for my daughter, that was by far the sweetest thing my 10yo has experienced in her life thus far. He proved that their are still great people in this crazy world and made our daddy/daughter time unforgettable. I did inform the manager how awesome he was and I hope that someone in a position of power reads this and subsequently gives this ma
Favorite family place. Fun for all ages. Game specials all the time. Every Wed is 1/2 price games. Tons of perks through the app. Kid friendly bracelet and necklace for swiping games, prevents losing game cards. Jan thru Feb 28 incredible deal of unlimited game play for $59 during the week, $99 including weekends, other than a few black-out dates, and can't accumulate tickets with unlimited play. Also 30 second delay on the unlimited card swipe, but still well worth it. We can easily spend $99 within an h
Very nice dance floor but you can't feel the A/C and it's very hot for those dancing. Please add some big fans over the dance floor to alleviate this situation at your earliest. ??????????
I like the new location. I would not come here if not for kids but it is a great place to come where the kids can play games while I enjoy a beer (kids over 12 who can have some freedom). My latest experience was at the new (as of May 2022) on a Sunday night when it was pretty calm. Server was attentive, food was good and came out in a timely manner.
We love the new Dave and Busters! This isn't usually my type of scene but the service, cleanliness, and overall fun experience made we want to write a review! JD was our server and he was great! Friendly, fast, and made great suggestions! The black and blue flatbread was amazing, especially paired with beer and football!
First time here. I really enjoyed myself. Pretty cool games, good food. A great time with the family! They have Salsa night on Thursdays which appeared to be pretty awesome as well.
It wasn't bad overall. There were quite a few games that weren't working properly and wouldn't register the scores we were getting, or wouldn't give us enough balls and rings to complete the game. So we wasted a fair amount of game coins and didn't get credit for at least 1000 tickets. There was nobody around to ask for help or to report the issues to so we just rolled with it and made due with what worked. We had enough fun but it's too expensive to have those kinds of issues and we won't be going back.
More interactive games added however, the basketball connect four and axe throw weren't working properly and one game had a broken VR headset which was a bummer..... especially traveling with 5 kids! We made the best of it but I think my children may be outgrowing it.
We had a meeting here with NCREIA on the private Room and my children's had a lot of fun playing while Mommy was on a meeting????????. Good food and great customer service. My first time here and kid's indeed had a lot of fun spending time at Dave & Buster's. We definitely be back soon.
I visited here with my friend and my son about a month or so ago. We were going to the state fair but the line was too long. It was a Saturday night, so it was pretty busy. There was a long wait to sit at a table with a regular server, so we opted to find a seat in the bar area. Unfortunately, it took 30-45 min just to get a table! There were tables available but they were just dirty. We told staff several times but it seemed to not be a priority. I played games with my son while we waited. When we finally
Food and service were good. The one big downside is they quite literally had only 2 songs playing on repeat (i seriously mean only 2 songs). Hard to enjoy the atmosphere with that going on. Otherwise, decent time.
Nae the hostess should be taught some customer service manners. We asked if we sat in separate tables instead of one if the 2 hour wait would be different and she was just rude. Like if you don't like your job or if you don't know how to professionally communicate with clients you shouldn't be a hostess or work in the service industry. I hope management observes her interaction with clients and ask them and maybe she will start treating people with respect or quit and work somewhere more in line with her at
Just celebrated by sons 16 year old birthday and the place was magnificent. We couldn't book a party because it was only 7 of us so we got a table instead. Our waitress (Grace) was amazing and super attentive to our needs. We had a few issues with our order but was taken care of immediately .The food is amazing and customer service even better. Someone,( I'm not sure who) was able to guide me thru getting game cards for the kids; and at a discount (thank you Mr. ???) This was a great experience and couldn't
The staff was very patient with a deaf man and his son in front of us. I appreciated watching them take their time with them. They were also friendly and knowledgeable. I will return
We waited for a table for an hour and a half. The tables were open, there was plenty of room for us to sit. Then we waited for someone to come over and serve us while we were seated at our table for quite a while. After we ate, we waited again for too long for our waiter to come back and ask if we needed anything else and or give us a check. They don't have enough staff to serve the amount of people that come here on a Saturday.
It was fine, lots of great games. My son (6) enjoyed himself. We didn't eat there so I have no comment on food. Prize shop needs more staff, the checkout lines were outrageous.
Employees weren't professional. Had three at the counter and only one would help. Employees talking about how much they wanted to leave work early and date nights, that their personal conversations were more important than waiting customers. After driving an hour and a half to this location and being inside several hours while standing at a coin pusher, had two fleas jump on my leg, biting me in the process. Fleas shouldnt be in an arcade. Not a very large selection of ticket games, and only two, very rigge
I come here about once every two months and the service is terrible. No staff speak to you. Sitting here waiting over 20 minutes at the bar or a table and the staff don't even acknowledge your existence. Had to resort to ordering online to get our food bc every staff member just kept walking pass us. If this wasn't an every single time occurrence i wouldn't even leave a review but its ridiculous to be ignored every single time we come here. We watch other people get ignored too while the staff just stand in
Food extremely pricey. But hey it's Cary. The new margarita pizza was just okay... mozzarella sticks were perfect drink was very strong. 40 bucks pretty steep for very sub par food. But hey they have huge tvs
Came on a Monday night. Not too busy, around 9pm. Ordered the 5 dollar late night bites at 10 and didn't get the right order. Sent the nachos back three times and still was made to pay for them. Waitress was okay, though she was very slow. Kitchen staff wasn't very polite. Saw one kitchen staffer give me the middle finger. I've been to some really bad, really rude restaurants but this takes the cake. Idk if I'll come back
Burger was great! Love Dave and Busters!! They would get 5 stars if they weren't so expensive. Me, my wife and daughter ate we both got burgers and fries our daughter got chicken tenders. $52 before the tip. The games are way overpriced! The card is awesome I love the whole system I just wish the games weren't so expensive to play. Especially when they don't give out tickets. Every game you play should give you tickets not just the fluky ticket games. Otherwise they would get 5 stars
The arcade area was great. When it came to the restaurant side it was absolutely terrible. It was not busy at all very calm and not chaotic so therefore don't understand what happened. There was no host at the host stand waited there for a few minutes which is fine but the attitude and lack of urgency of her getting there was kind of negative and after the young lady sat us down we waited 30+ minutes and nobody has even stopped by and asked us for drinks yet or anything. 30 minutes for a place that's not bu
Sat at the bar for over 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. 4 people standing behind the bar and no one even thought to ask me if wanted to order a drink. I went back later and a different staff member created me and it was great.
The food wasn't that good. If I'm honest my burger tasted low budget. Had the smash one. Everyone there was awesome though and the game selection was decent. Not sure why there were so many scary games, but it was fine.
Service is AWFUL everytime I come here. Our bartender was decent this time, but he was obviously overwhelmed due to no one else helping to carry the weight of a busy Sunday afternoon. Hostess was on her phone, not trying to help us. Server disregarded us for 20 minutes, (she never did acknowledge us) so we sat at the bar with our 3 kids at a table and we just carried all of their stuff back and forth. Food was decent. Stayed here for about 2 hours, spent $250. (Kids $40 each in games, food, 2 alcohol
200 plus chips purchased for 42 dollars. My daughter was back to zero chips in less than 25 mins. This place is way too expensive. The food was good, however, and our bartender was very pleasant.
This location has greatly improved since the last time I visited. I went on a slower Wednesday night and the food was a pleasant surprise. Our server, Bri, was very nice to talk to, and the bartender Tony was hilarious. Management was nice and all of the games were in working condition.
We liked our quesadilla appetizer, but our friends got the margherita flatbread. The flatbread was too cheesy and ricotta is an odd choice for margherita. They didn't enjoy it. The kids cheeseburger came 5-10 minutes after the adults got their food. It might be best to eat before you go!
I know this is a chain but man the games and prizes are kind of expensive! Fun games, good atmosphere, VERY CLEAN! And the games were really well maintained! We had a blast big kids as we are. Just low pay outs for the cost of these games. But we would still come back once a year
Our server Carolyn was very friendly and helpful. A member of our party had a birthday and they made sure to make them feel special with an ice cream treat and candles.
I would only go to this Dave and Buster?s location for the arcade and bar; the restaurant experience was very unsatisfactory. We were a party of 12. Even after killing time at the arcade to wait for our table, we waited another 20 minutes at the host station before the table was ready. It took an hour from the time we ordered for the entrees to come. And when they came, two orders were still missing. The restaurant part was not crowded (see photo), though it was clear there was a staffing shortage because t
SLIVER MEMBERSHIPS CANT PLAY ON WEEKENDS!!!!! We bought two sliver passes when we walk Thur the door no signs was present that you can't play weekends. To be honest just go to the desk. Thank you to the lady's and gentlemen who help us out tonight and made a very happy 8th birthday experience.. Food was okay... wasn't worth the hype. Steak was amazing brussel sprouts were hard and still had the end piece left on them. Mash potatoes were delicious cat fish was dry and wasn't very enjoyable. The cheese piz
The environment is extremely noisy and crowded. No matter where you sit in the hall, the space is filled with the noise from the gaming area. We didn't enjoy our meal at all. The burger was delicious, but the fries and Caesar salad were overly salty. I ordered a burger and a Caesar salad, which cost $34.
If I could leave zero stars for the service I would. It was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in terms of service. The arcade area is fun and the bar is nice. But the restaurant needs to just fire the entire staff and start over.
From the moment I sat down, it took 45 minutes just to get a waitress. Then, after another 30mins. The waitress that was assigned to our table never came. Even though she waited on 2 other tables that were right beside our table. So, another waitress was assigned to our table. She was professional and quick. Got our orders and brought over our drinks and explained what games could and couldn't be played with the supposed to be Unlimited Card. I mean, if I'm paying for the Unlimited Play for 90 minutes, I sh
It was our second time and will never return again. The service and the food sucks big time. Ordered a beer, and it took the server 25 mins to bring me my beer. The restaurant was not busy. The server was busy on his phone and talking to other employees and kept forgetting my beer. The smash sliders had absolutely no flavor, the philly steak sandwich was cooked on a dirty flat top, had nad grease taste, and was inedible. The only thing I liked was the Ribeye steak. The server was polite and nice but busy on
The kids always love Dave & Busters for the games, but their food and bar are pretty solid, too. On this visit we sat at the bar. Liz was our bartender. She was very nice, but she didn't come by to check on us; I had to keep calling out to her to get her attention when we needed to order food, needed a drink, etc.
Food was great! We got the fried pickles, barbacoa quesadilla and cheese sticks for appetizers and it was real good! Aaron helped us out in the lost and found section, shoutout Aaron!!! Can't wait to come back for another date night!
Overall the worst D&B I've been to. Food was ordered at 5:15 didn't come till after 6:00pm. The server never got my husband his dipping sauces and forgot to get our drinks twice despite asking for them. Turns out his dipping sauces were in the servers pocket and were warm. Nothing like warm ranch and honey mustard. There were over 6 games that took my points that weren't labeled out of order. Besides another 4 machines that were labeled out of order. Then to top it off it was clear the bathrooms hadn't been
The game machines and arcade games are regularly disgusting and should have the operating controls wiped down more regularly by staff. With disinfecting wipes. The controls to all the games are greasy or sticky because no staff keep up with cleaning the controls. And so you have kids eating greasy food or sticky food with their hands - then running around touching everything. Theres not even sanitizer stations available. Always empty. I have started bringing disposable gloves and my own cleaning wipes since
Be warned .. your server will try to get you to get your game card with them so they can add it to the bill then guess what you are automatically tipping them not based on the food bill but the game bill too. Not to mention our server sucked, acted like she couldn't be bothered, tried waving her down multiple times only for her to stare right past us. Food is mediocre which is to be expected at places like this. Music is loud but in a poor quality way. Before the DJ started they kept playing 2 songs back to
Horrible experience. We had our sons party here and had to wait an hour for our food. Then the wrist band that he got was only good for 2 hours which was spent waiting for our food and our waitress to bring our checks after asking 3 separate times in 30 minutes. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY ENJOY YOUR LOVED ONES PARTY. $420 down the drain. So so mad. POOR MANAGEMENT TOO!!!!!!!!!
I visited Dave & Buster?s last night around 11 PM, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. While I understand it was the last hour before closing, it felt like the staff just didn't care. Our server asked if we were done every five minutes, clearly eager to clear the table instead of letting us enjoy our meal. The food didn't help either. My girlfriend?s pasta portion was tiny, and whatever herb they used was burnt, giving it an unpleasant flavor. The garlic toast wasn't even toasted. I
Not a lot of positive things to say about this place and it falls far behind other Dave & Buster's I have visited. The food is ok. The service is consistently terrible. It takes forever. It is always dirty. For the money you spend, they should do a lot better. The game area is fun and as expected. It is nice they have a lot of TVs, but in general this location is just a bad representation of the brand.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
