At this Dave and Buster's location, we always had a great time. When compared to some other places, the arcade offers a large selection of games, and the staff is great. To check the balance and points, they have several kiosks. Although there are occasionally malfunctioning equipment, the staff is excellent.

We had such an amazing time! The food was way better than I expected ??. The cheese pull was real!! Grace took care of us, and was so nice. She set the expectation extremely high!

Food was actually really good. Service was great too! Lost my daughter's card and a manager went way above and beyond getting her tickets back.

We've visited 3 times in the past few weeks with our 10, 8, and 6 year old. They love it. We get to sit in a booth, have a cocktail and junk food and relax. It's been great. They have a summer pass that lets the kids play unlimited games. Will ?pay for itself? if you go about five times. Staff has been friendly, waiters are responsive and foods not amazing but is ok for the price. Bathrooms are clean, etc.

I've been twice now and always friendly and willing to help us, and explain all the options. Avery and Danny were also very great and treated my daughter very well! I typically stay away from places like this due to the noise but wasn't as bad for some reason, and I ended up playing just as many games as my kids!

Frequent flyers to Dave & Busters but our first time at the Cary location. First impression: Looking to be seated to eat. Server no where to be found. When she came back over a few minutes later, she had a terrible attitude. Grumpy, no eye contact. Appeared to hate her job. Not a great first impression?? It did get better. Food was good. Server was super sweet and did a great job(Grace). Overall good, but suggest putting a friendlier face on the frontline. It would have made our experience so much better!

We had the unlimited Eat & Play. They had a great time playing the games, but when it came to getting some food, that was a different story. No one was available. I was there with two nieces and a nephew. I had to find someone to seat us and then find someone to take our order. I was so disappointed. Games are fun as always. Really went downhill when we decided to sit at the bar for a snack. Took awhile for a bartender to come over to us and when she did, she was not at all pleasant. Got us some drinks and took our order. They were out of something we wanted but that's no big deal.. sometimes you run out of stuff. It happens. So we went with the pickles and the nachos. Been taking my 9-13 year old niece and nephew here. I'm an old school gamer and have been happy with the different games they've incorporated at this Dave and busters compared to others in the past. It's got a lot of different content. 30-40 bucks will last for about an hour or two of play for one person so it's not cheap but the experience is pretty good. It's nice you can sit down for a restaurant experience after that doesn't break the bank and considering we're at an arcade, the food was pretty decent.

Dave and Busters is a great place for both kids and adults to have fun. When my daughter and I come here, we always have a great time. I like the fact that we can load money onto the power card. The games and food are fantastic! The drinks at the bar are delicious! The bartenders are unfriendly, but the waitresses are pleasant. Overall, my daughter and I always have a good time at Dave and Busters.

This is a great place to come and watch sports and let your kids run around and have fun. Food is not bad and I really enjoy the Korean sticky ribs. Good place for some easy fun. Worth a stop if you have never been to one, but not to different from any other Dave and busters.

I'm leaving this review for Bryan. He was able to help us out many times during our time there. He was able to quickly figure out the problem and happy to have small talk. We paid for a card for $50 and no one told us that 6-7 of our favorite games were not working. When I approached to manager to ask about this he basically just wanted to argue with me saying plenty of games were fine and working at other locations. I think it should have been mentioned when we purchased the card as we were here to play the games and not interested in driving to another location to use the points we just purchased. I thought this was a very rude and unreasonable response from a manager.

The food and service is alright. The food is average American food and the service is just okay. The atmosphere is excellent though because of all the arcade machines. The reason I'm giving this a 2 star review is because I spent $100 here, but it didn't give me the credit. I complained to the staff but they didn't give me any credit. The other times I've been here though, it's been good and a wonderful experience.

D&B's is my fav place wherever we travel but this one seems to struggle on the service front. Our server took our order and did not return until we requested the check from someone else. The chicken for our Voodoo pasta was super dry. There were also a couple of games not working including the zombie game that wasn't showing the pucks once the sunk. I hate that the VR game only had 1 working headset. Food was alright. The server had his fingers like right in the plate, so I def didn't eat anywhere near that. I like the new location. I would not come here if not for kids but it is a great place to come where the kids can play games while I enjoy a beer (kids over 12 who can have some freedom). My latest experience was at the new (as of May 2022) on a Sunday night when it was pretty calm. Server was attentive, food was good and came out in a timely manner.

First time here. I really enjoyed myself. Pretty cool games, good food. A great time with the family! They have Salsa night on Thursdays which appeared to be pretty awesome as well.

It wasn't bad overall. There were quite a few games that weren't working properly and wouldn't register the scores we were getting, or wouldn't give us enough balls and rings to complete the game. So we wasted a fair amount of game coins and didn't get credit for at least 1000 tickets. There was nobody around to ask for help or to report the issues to so we just rolled with it and made due with what worked. We had enough fun but it's too expensive to have those kinds of issues and we won't be going back.

More interactive games added however, the basketball connect four and axe throw weren't working properly and one game had a broken VR headset which was a bummer..... especially traveling with 5 kids! We made the best of it but I think my children may be outgrowing it.

We waited for a table for an hour and a half. The tables were open, there was plenty of room for us to sit. Then we waited for someone to come over and serve us while we were seated at our table for quite a while. After we ate, we waited again for too long for our waiter to come back and ask if we needed anything else and or give us a check. The environment is extremely noisy and crowded. No matter where you sit in the hall, the space is filled with the noise from the gaming area. We didn't enjoy our meal at all. Not a lot of positive things to say about this place and it falls far behind other Dave & Buster's I have visited. The food is ok. The service is consistently terrible. It takes forever. It is always dirty. For the money you spend, they should do a lot better. The game area is fun and as expected. It is nice they have a lot of TVs, but in general this location is just a bad representation of the brand.
