Had a great (1st) experience with the event planning crew! They made everything a breeze planning my husband's bday party. The room itself was really nice and easy to add my own decorations. But the staff and food took it over the top!

We celebrated my godsons 6th birthday. The service was wonderful. Our waitress Khyra was very attentive without being too busy. The food was good and when we didn't like a drink it was swapped with no issue. This is definitely one of the better experiences here!

Today is my son?s 6th birthday and all he wanted was to come to D&B to play games. When we got in he told the manager Mike it was his birthday and from there Mike made sure we had an amazing experience. 10/10 will definitely come back again.

My kids absolutely love this D&B location more than any other in the DMV area. It's never too crowded, and most of the games are in great shape with very few out of order. The space is small enough to give your kids some independence while still being easy to keep an eye on?no need to hunt them down! Their points system and summer passes are fair and definitely worth the money and visits. The food is pretty much like any bar/franchise chain, but it's actually good, and the drinks aren't too shabby either ;)

James and Nelly was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My food came out fast. It was hot and tasty. For a holiday weekend I was skeptical about coming after 9pm on a Saturday, but I was well taken care off by the team. I recommend this location and definitely ask for James.

I went on a Friday night, and it was pretty chill. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of kids at the time we were there (around 10pm), of course no fault of D&B, I just would have enjoyed even more if there weren't kids running around near the bar area. But the food was great, the drinks were on point and all of the games we played were working fine. I would definitely go back. One suggestion, maybe having a cutoff time on Fridays and Saturdays for kids, regardless of an adult is accompanying them.

This was mine and my daughter?s first time at a Dave and Busters and I'm so happy with the experience. The food came out extremely quick, the atmosphere is inviting, the table was clean and we had the sweetest server, Khyra! She made sure we had a great time, our food was up to par and she was super accommodating! A good server can make or break your dining experience and she made ours amazing. 5 star dining experience!

Nelly is a great host very accommodating and personable. We came in with a decent size party with questions on game cards. She fielded the questions with no problem gave us the best solution and are night could not have started any better.

This location is great! There was a woman who took care of us from start to finish. She even told us about a meal deal that wasn't being promoted. I do have two issues. 1.) We got there at at 11:21am and the doors were still locked. They open at 11am. We had to wait until about 11:26am to get in. 2.) They need to hire more waiters and more people to fix the games. I visited the capital heights location on Sunday (4/14/25) and was serviced by Elle and Bri. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was fun. They were both so kind and knowledgeable about the food, drinks, and different gaming experiences available. Our food and drinks were delicious and our son enjoyed his unlimited game time. I have been to Dave and Buster before and during the pandemic. I will say after the pandemic my experience there is ok. Given that they are trying their best to make sure all customer are happy. I went there because my daughter after school program had an event there. It was great timing for us because there weren't a lot of people there so most kids got to play games as many times as the card will allow. The food was good. Except the fries were cold. A lot of games are geared for multiple players, and they still have old favorites like Skiball, Air hockey, and the claw machines. 75 tokens runs about $15 and the cheapest game I found was 4.5 tokens. We were a little disappointed with some of the games and arcade machines because they were not working properly. Like the guitar hero, the left guitar wasn't playing and the sound was off. My mom and I went to the location in Capitol Heights, MD. I was a little disappointed because the service was very slow. We sat at the table for twenty minutes before learning who our server was. The alcohol drink wasn't good until I had it replaced. The entire visit we never seen a Manager at all, and that was very strange to me. In most restaurants the Manager goes around and make sure the customers are enjoying themselves. I was celebrating my birthday, but next time I'll pick another place to go.

Most of the games are broken in some way, managers are unhelpful and treat customers as if they are scamming them. Several times I've won big pots for them to just blink out and go offline. The winter pass is a waste of time because no staff knew how to work it. And when it was finally working, most games were broken or missing pieces to play. Just no. We went on Saturday evening, 1/4. I ordered buffalo wings with blue cheese and was served ranch. We told the waitress and it took 20 minutes just to get the blue cheese. By then, my wings were cold. I ordered a dirty martini and it tasted like nothing but vermouth. Ordered a long Island island tea, didn't taste like anything but lemon water. The bartender needs training or only serve beers.

Service was great, clean place, great bathrooms. However wearing a mask did not seem to be a rule they enforced. There were plenty of younger people not wearing masks, and I was uncomfortable.
