Dave & Buster's Canton

Prices are extremely high on food and game cards. Token gifts are shady. Love seeing the kids have a good time, so we would go back, but again, it's extremely expensive and the gifts to choose are really under priced for such a high dollar token amount. Should be a higher reward on that end. Had issues with the machines - so be careful and make sure they are working.

We were celebrating my son's birthday with family from out of state. We got there early on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy yet, but there was only one server and as it picked up she was getting super busy. The food was good. I've been here numerous times and never had an experience like this, I am here now and I stood at the register in front for 15 mins finally a manager came over I thought he was helping me cause I was paying with cash and can't get cards off the machine, he said I'm helping someone else I'll be right with you and never came back , so kids were impatient so I used 2 cards to get them all 3 a card plus mine and then went to the bar to order my food and sat there another 10 minutes before anyone tried to help m

Upton entering, no one was available to give directions on gaming card . Once I figured out the gaming card and purchases made on a machine. The gaming was fun. Sat at the bar for 5 minutes, the young lady bar tender wasn't so attentive.

They're attempting to go cashless for the arcade side, and apparently run a skeleton crew of a whopping 3 employees on the floor with only ONE to run the whole arcade and prize exchange counter! Lots of family fun, good food, and food service here. Would have given 5 stars but was a little pricey for what you get and this D&B location is not very big compared to others I have visited. I highly recommend the steak salad and chicken strips.

Went to Canton location of Dave & Buster's for a birthday celebration for my daughter. We had a group of 7 adults and 7 children(aged 3 weeks to 6 yrs old)and the staff was very accommodating for our group. They sat us at a high top table with a booth right behind it so that the kiddos were all comfortable. Our waitress, Brittney, was absolutely fabulous and very attentive. We never had to wait for refills, and she kept up with our group magnificently!! The bar drinks were great tasting and not watered down

Had a reservation for 10 at 6:30. Did not get sat until 7:10. The table we sat at was available when we walked in. The server was very nice but it took forever to get food from the kitchen. The manager and assistant manager were nice enough to help us set a birthday party up last minute for our son?s 16th birthday!! As a reward for four semesters of incredible report cards, we took our son and one of his friends to Dave & Buster's in Canton last night. They had a great time! Our server, Maddy was very helpful, kind, and attentive. She did a fantastic job. When we had questions about the summer pass the rest of the staff was really helpful as well. It can get pricey pretty quickly, but we managed the chips aspect of it the pretty well. We will definitely go back!

My in laws reserved a room. While we all sat and waited to be served for over 30 minutes, another family was sat in the room directly next to us. They were served and welcomed within minutes. When you walk in from the parking lot, there's no signage telling you where to go. Been waiting here for 30 minutes for 2 appetizers with only one other party sitting down. Edit: food came at minute 35, 5 min after the couple that sat down after us had theirs. It was not cooked to order, (why ask what condiments if you're just going to do your own thing?). At no time was a discount offered, as it would have been in my restaurant, at no time did the staff seem genuinely concerned about their failures. Staff like this are why minimum wage is a bad idea.

Our company had our end of the year party here today. The manager Jason and and our server, Julianna were exceptional. They gave us our space to conduct our business while simultaneously providing excellent service. The food came out hot and promptly. The room was neat clean and organized, and they even fulfilled a couple special requests that they didn't have to. All in all, it was fantastic service a friendly atmosphere and our company will be back next year. Thank you D&B staff Canton, Oh!!

Awful food and service. I ordered the chicken pasta, the chicken was not real and tasted artificial. My husband ordered what they call a rib eye medium rare and someone else in our party ordered same thing told manager and she came back with another way over cooked steak and even said we shouldn't be cooking these like this ?? but still got charged. Brussel sprouts were awful. The best thing was the drinks. Waitress seemed bothered and definitely not worth the ?service charge? she got.

Great atmosphere and incredible food. This is the first time I've ever eaten here and I'm really glad I got hungry while I was playing games. Took over an hour to get our food. Waiter disappeared after first bringing out someone else?s meal to our table. We got a chicken sandwich, a side Caesar salad, and a bbq chicken pizza. Pizza was soggy and gross, salad was wilted and half the lettuce was brown, and the chicken sandwich bun was hard as a rock as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Kids and I were there before noon.It was a little loud for the 5 and 7yr. I typically end up leaving and getting food else where. But the games are great especially when you go on Wednesday which is half price game day. Although it feels like the games should be priced that way to begin with.

I just spent $60.00 on 2 pepperoni flatbread pizzas and 2 sides of plain wings only for Dave and Busters to send me there damn leftovers I'm beyond pissed smh on top of that the wings were wet and disgusting and everything was cold shame on you people and this is just how it came I put my order in at 10:48 pm there is no way my food should have been delivered like this.

How fun ?? Are waiter was amazing. Not only did he handle our table with care he handled our separate teens/kids table with care. He treated the teenagers the same way he did the adults. It really made the kids feel grown. Go him The atmosphere was so fun it just made you want to get up and play.

Customer Service is non existent. We normally go to Westlake, but they were closed for a private event. We were told Canton was open and we could go there. When we arrived, we were turned away. When I tried to speak with a manager, they said that is not an option. Worst customer service ever! We will not be back. No wonder they have so many negative reviews.

This place was amazing, very friendly people, clean and they don't let it get too over packed. Had tons of games to play. The food and drinks were also amazing. I would recommend. Great service and food was good. Got the Manchego Chicken and truffle fries You may not know but I am a truffle fry connoisseur? Dave n Busters in LA had the best truffle fries I've ever had in my life. You would think they would be the same at every location, but this is not the case. Tried them here last night and they unfortunately didn't not meet the high standards set. Still very good with the dipping sauce but in LA the fries were good on their own. Definitely one of the smallest Dave and Busters that I have been too. I feel like they tried to cram as much as they could into a small space here. We came in the middle of the day on a weekday so it wasn't too busy but I can't imagine a weekend at this location being enjoyable. Overall the experience was ok. Most likely will return to other D&Bs instead of this one.

The latest and greatest in arcade games and a great sports bar with good bar food. I would suggest using the app to purchase a power card ect for your first visit to take advantage of the discount. Really great deals on a Wednesday after noon. Games are half off and happy hour was 4-7 at the bar, saved tons of money and had a blast on date night. Games were fun, food was great and the backwood lemonade was amazing. Even the ticket prizes were pretty fair and easy to get. The only thing I wish there was more of was food options and more games to play.
