Prices are extremely high on food and game cards. Token gifts are shady. Love seeing the kids have a good time, so we would go back, but again, it's extremely expensive and the gifts to choose are really under priced for such a high dollar token amount. Should be a higher reward on that end. Had issues with the machines - so be careful and make sure they are working.
We were celebrating my son's birthday with family from out of state. We got there early on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy yet, but there was only one server and as it picked up she was getting super busy. The food was good. We got appetizers the sample platter appetizer and the hot pretzel sticks, that sauce was amazing! I did the combo with the play card. Wings were very tasty. The games we played were all working, no problems there. An all around fun time. We are looking forward to the D&B op
I've been here numerous times and never had an experience like this, I am here now and I stood at the register in front for 15 mins finally a manager came over I thought he was helping me cause I was paying with cash and can't get cards off the machine, he said I'm helping someone else I'll be right with you and never came back , so kids were impatient so I used 2 cards to get them all 3 a card plus mine and then went to the bar to order my food and sat there another 10 minutes before anyone tried to help m
Great waitress and staff. Our boys had a ton of fun and we had a nice dinner and drinks. Would def recommend
Great place to spend time with the family, games for kids and grown-ups,
So good, gotta try it. Great for sharing.
We went here on a double date and had a great time. The music made it a bit hard to communicate but we still enjoyed it. The food was better than I expected and we can't wait to come back.
Food was horrible and they didn't have important menu items. Staff was great and service was good. Games were fun just really disappointed in the quality and cooking of the food. Spent way too much money during our visit should?ve eaten elsewhere.
Service was great! Very personable. Thanks Emma! Food was good. Fried pickles had a nice flare. Loved everything! Will be back. Server made us feel like family??
Upton entering, no one was available to give directions on gaming card . Once I figured out the gaming card and purchases made on a machine. The gaming was fun. Sat at the bar for 5 minutes, the young lady bar tender wasn't so attentive.
We enjoyed this place. Happy hour was good. Service was great. Nice location. I would definitely recommend this place.
They're attempting to go cashless for the arcade side, and apparently run a skeleton crew of a whopping 3 employees on the floor with only ONE to run the whole arcade and prize exchange counter! It's pitiful when prior to the slight redesign the place has received it was NEVER so understaffed, as my family and I frequent this specific location quite often (it's the closest location to us). We only went for the arcade this time, so we didn't order food and I can't comment on the service of that part, but 2 o
Our waitress was absolutely amazing!! Very attentive. Brought out a birthday ice cream and sang Happy Birthday with me to my hubby. I love that they give a discount to veterans, first responders, etc. We'll be returning!!
Me and my fiance went here for a date night to play some games and have dinner. The games and atmosphere was fun but we will not be returning for dinner. I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta but substituted chicken for the shrimp. My meal tasted like it was just thrown together and the chicken looked like it was frozen chicken from the grocery store. I also ordered a drink and it tasted like cleaning products. My fiance ordered the chicken tenders because he didn't see anything else he wanted and even those wer
I did not eat this time I just stopped in to update my cards and play some games the 3 people I talked to that worked there super nice and very helpful great time
I had a lot of fun great memories..
Lots of family fun, good food, and food service here. Would have given 5 stars but was a little pricey for what you get and this D&B location is not very big compared to others I have visited. I highly recommend the steak salad and chicken strips.
Kid had fun. Good was good. Little confusing if you don't go there ever week. Only 2nd time there.
Great food and drinks! Great service and just a fun time for a night out with your friends and family!
Food was ok smaller portions then I'd like. Games were great and servers were great. Cost about 90 for 2 people not bad.
It was really busy when we got there! Still were seated in a timely manner. We love race games so we always go towards them! I got spicy cauliflower it was really good! Husband got a burger and he said it was the best he's had in a while so must of been impressive. Server was great! Very punctual! Games on every TV. We really enjoyed it.
First time at a dave and busters. Some of the games weren't ready for a playing and I really wanted to play them! But the food was great, and the people were very nice!
Great food! Play while you wait take drinks to games with you!
First time I've ever been to a Dave and Busters! My kid and I went with my best friend and her kids. We got a table to eat. The food was INCREDIBLE! But we only saw the waiter maybe twice the entire time there. We had to ask other employees for straws, more drinks, etc. He had no idea what he was doing. Couldn't answer the questions we had. I STILL don't understand the cards. You pay all that money to play games to NOT receive tokens for prizes. You only get the tokens that come with the card purchased. So
Went to Canton location of Dave & Buster's for a birthday celebration for my daughter. We had a group of 7 adults and 7 children(aged 3 weeks to 6 yrs old)and the staff was very accommodating for our group. They sat us at a high top table with a booth right behind it so that the kiddos were all comfortable. Our waitress, Brittney, was absolutely fabulous and very attentive. We never had to wait for refills, and she kept up with our group magnificently!! The bar drinks were great tasting and not watered down
Fun place to take the kids. Half price wednesday is the way to go. Often super crowded, so prepare for that! Attached to the mall so plenty of food options if you dont want to eat there.
The best place to eat and have fun and awesome staff...
Had a reservation for 10 at 6:30. Did not get sat until 7:10. The table we sat at was available when we walked in. The server was very nice but it took forever to get food from the kitchen. Half of our party got their orders about 8:15. The food runner made up an excuse that ?that's how the kitchen puts out large parties?. The rest of the food took another 15 minutes to come out. We did not finish meals until 9:00. No manager visit to check and see how we were. The food was sub par for the cost. I wasn't go
The manager and assistant manager were nice enough to help us set a birthday party up last minute for our son?s 16th birthday!! They made sure we had all we needed and ensured we all had a great time! What an amazing group of people!! They truly care about the customers!! I give D&B a 20 on a 10 scale!! You guys and gals are too notch!! We thank you!! Can't wait to revisit!!
As a reward for four semesters of incredible report cards, we took our son and one of his friends to Dave & Buster's in Canton last night. They had a great time! Our server, Maddy was very helpful, kind, and attentive. She did a fantastic job. When we had questions about the summer pass the rest of the staff was really helpful as well. It can get pricey pretty quickly, but we managed the chips aspect of it the pretty well. We will definitely go back!
My in laws reserved a room. While we all sat and waited to be served for over 30 minutes, another family was sat in the room directly next to us. They were served and welcomed within minutes. They got their food and drink order before we could even order drinks. The waitress had an attitude with every single one of us like we were a ?burden? to be there. I caught her rolling her eyes multiple times at us for asking questions. We didn't get our food until over an hour of us being there. My children still did
Can't speak for the food, we ate before we came. But the games sure kept the kids busy!
Good times, good vibes. The human claw machine was fun. However, more of a selection for prizes would be nice, especially for the price and the limit of 1 prize per game. Other than that I'd definitely recommend
When you walk in from the parking lot, there's no signage telling you where to go. We had never been to this location before, and it had been years since we last went, so we were completely lost on where to even begin. Once we figured it out, we had a blast! There are so many different things to do here! Prize redemption was okay. The employee working the counter kept our card that still had tickets on it. We had multiple cards and several kids with us, so we chalked that up to a simple mistake. He was sti
Very nice place, areas were clean and not messy. Great customer service and the food with drinks great too! Will be coming back again!!!
Been waiting here for 30 minutes for 2 appetizers with only one other party sitting down. Edit: food came at minute 35, 5 min after the couple that sat down after us had theirs. It was not cooked to order, (why ask what condiments if you're just going to do your own thing?). At no time was a discount offered, as it would have been in my restaurant, at no time did the staff seem genuinely concerned about their failures. Staff like this are why minimum wage is a bad idea.
Was a great time, especially on half price Wednesdays.
Our company had our end of the year party here today. The manager Jason and and our server, Julianna were exceptional. They gave us our space to conduct our business while simultaneously providing excellent service. The food came out hot and promptly. The room was neat clean and organized, and they even fulfilled a couple special requests that they didn't have to. All in all, it was fantastic service a friendly atmosphere and our company will be back next year. Thank you D&B staff Canton, Oh!!
It was fun,if you go ask if the blue games are free,it will stretch out your money.
Awful food and service. I ordered the chicken pasta, the chicken was not real and tasted artificial. My husband ordered what they call a rib eye medium rare and someone else in our party ordered same thing told manager and she came back with another way over cooked steak and even said we shouldn't be cooking these like this ?? but still got charged. Brussel sprouts were awful. The best thing was the drinks. Waitress seemed bothered and definitely not worth the ?service charge? she got.
Great atmosphere and incredible food. This is the first time I've ever eaten here and I'm really glad I got hungry while I was playing games. We got garlic parmesan truffle fries for our starter, and a chicken avocado club sandwich for my fiancee and I got the all-American burger. Everything was perfect@
It's definitely a fun place but they did not have the pin ball bowling game where the ball is rolled and goes into a number for points
Really enjoyed this Dave and Buster Only comparison is the NY and Rhody one, prefer this one. Feels less clustered, bigger/fancier, need to try the food. First one i see with a elevator as well (on a secpnd floor). People were also very nice. Open later then the one in Prov on a Sunday, they close at 6 while here was 12/midnight. Ample parking, free Good location, theres a Asian Buffet on the first floor
Took over an hour to get our food. Waiter disappeared after first bringing out someone else?s meal to our table. We got a chicken sandwich, a side Caesar salad, and a bbq chicken pizza. Pizza was soggy and gross, salad was wilted and half the lettuce was brown, and the chicken sandwich bun was hard as a rock as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The niles location is much better Nothing was offered to us, barely a half hearted apology. Whole meal still cost 50$!!
Kids and I were there before noon.It was a little loud for the 5 and 7yr. Olds but they loved it just the same it was just hard to yell loud enough to get their attention. They especially loved the shooting games, the cars and cycles and the bowling game. They were ready to go after about an hour and 1/2 due to the noise but we had a great time!
The food was amazing. The server was awesome she was very energetic she talked with us a bit the chef even came out and asked us how we like the food and five stars all around for me. Me and my family had a great time playing the games and we even walked them all afterwards all in all I will definitely be making another trip to Canton for this specific Dave & Buster's which I enjoy opening my 2024 New Year's with. I enjoyed the chicken parmesan with linguine angel noodles which was amazing. My brother had t
It was Dave and busters. I had a great time. It was also clean. The food area I don't really recommend. The food has not been the best anytime I order. I typically end up leaving and getting food else where. But the games are great especially when you go on Wednesday which is half price game day. Although it feels like the games should be priced that way to begin with.
I just spent $60.00 on 2 pepperoni flatbread pizzas and 2 sides of plain wings only for Dave and Busters to send me there damn leftovers I'm beyond pissed smh on top of that the wings were wet and disgusting and everything was cold shame on you people and this is just how it came I put my order in at 10:48 pm there is no way my food should have been delivered like this.
How fun ?? Are waiter was amazing. Not only did he handle our table with care he handled our separate teens/kids table with care. He treated the teenagers the same way he did the adults. It really made the kids feel grown. Go him The atmosphere was so fun it just made you want to get up and play.
Fun place to enjoy video games and food
Awesome place! Have a very good server! She was on top of taking orders and keeping the drinks filled! Clean!
Great place to go for a night out. They have great food and tons of options for games. They have a large bar menu as well. Service was exceptional.
Our server Kenzie was so nice. We had drinks and mozzarella sticks, pretzel sticks and the barbacoa quesadilla. Everything was perfect! Cold drinks, delicious food, great service. We loved it here.
Took the kids for new years and we had a great time. Def recommend if needing to go somewhere with the kids for new years eve
I had one of the best waiters her name was Emma. She was quick, friendly and made the experience better. The atmosphere was fun and comfortable. The food tasted SO good, the flavor was to die for.
Customer Service is non existent. We normally go to Westlake, but they were closed for a private event. We were told Canton was open and we could go there. When we arrived, we were turned away. When I tried to speak with a manager, they said that is not an option. Worst customer service ever! We will not be back. No wonder they have so many negative reviews.
Food was good and we had fun on the games but the service was not good.
Such a fun time to get together with friends to let off some steam.... however the service of the employees could be better. The only one that was pretty spot on was an older gentleman behind the bar who took a few to talk football.
Love this place !! Fun for kids and adults. Watch the game and play some really fun arcade games.
My first time here. I thought it was an adult venue. It was not. The guac was the best I have ever had.
It's always a wonderful time going to dave and busters in canton!
It was a great bar to chill drink and watch sports
If you're looking for a fun family place to getaway for 2-4 hours, definitely check this place out. It's an escape, and made us feel like we were on vacay. We were impressed with the wide selection of games for all ages, as well as all the food/drink options. Speaking about the food/drink, WOW, we were blown away. Some of the best food and drinks around! The prize selection is vast as well, with items for all ages, some of which include Roomba's, Air Pods, Video camera drone, Funko Pops, stuffed animals, fi
We brought our friends and family to celebrate our daughter's 25th birthday. Our meal was delicious! The handmaid cocktails were very yummy. our server and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. There are so many games her and fun everywhere. Bring your friends and play together.
The food was good. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food took a long time to get to our table. I received my meal almost 10 minutes before everyone else did. I wanted to wait to eat it until everyone else got their meal, but my food was getting cold, so I ate by myself and when the rest of the meals came I sat and watched them eat just like they watched me earlier. It was loud because of the arcade, which we knew would be a possibility. It would be nice if there was a little more separatio
Went here with my family only a few hours ago, I loved it!
Hats off to the Chef! That was one of the best tasting pieces of salmon I have had. So good I made sure tip the Chef directly. She did an amazing job on my dinner and my coworkers as well.
Ok, so let me start with Corey Bobby A had made the end to my Special (B) day a freaking blast. The food was amazing the blue raspberry lemonade delicious. I couldn't have picked a better group of employees to make it better. LOL THANKS for trying the fried cauliflower ??
Fun games, decent food but really a bit pricey. If you know that going in and plan accordingly you'll be fine.
This place was amazing, very friendly people, clean and they don't let it get too over packed. Had tons of games to play. The food and drinks were also amazing. I would recommend. They didn't have the souvenir mug so our waitress made my fianc? an origami swan that said Dave & busters on it because it was his birthday!! Grace was an amazing waitress.
Great service and food was good. Got the Manchego Chicken and truffle fries You may not know but I am a truffle fry connoisseur? Dave n Busters in LA had the best truffle fries I've ever had in my life. You would think they would be the same at every location, but this is not the case. Tried them here last night and they unfortunately didn't not meet the high standards set. Still very good with the dipping sauce but in LA the fries were good on their own. I hope to one day have this experience again? ??
Definitely one of the smallest Dave and Busters that I have been too. I feel like they tried to cram as much as they could into a small space here. We came in the middle of the day on a weekday so it wasn't too busy but I can't imagine a weekend at this location being enjoyable. Overall the experience was ok. Most likely will return to other D&Bs instead of this one.
1st time here, was not that impressed. I thought it would have been nice for the family, went at about 6pm a lot of just random kids unsupervised,it's connected to the canton mall, there was an hour and a half wait for food, ordered the pretzel and cheese, it was HUGE, got Hawaiian chicken sandwich good but spicy, chicken parm wasn't good at all hard chicken and pasta was hard and seemed microwaved, waitress was apologetic and replaced with bbq chicken wings, also got the Philly dipper with truffle frys ve
Fair prices decent games good for kids good food drinks a little more expensive than i hoped for
This place is amazing, food is delicious, staff is very nice, games are fun to play and it's next to the mall. It is a really cool place to play or bring your kids to play, drink, watch the games. I highly recommend for any occasion, even if u want to book a party
The latest and greatest in arcade games and a great sports bar with good bar food. I would suggest using the app to purchase a power card ect for your first visit to take advantage of the discount. I spent 55 on a power card and 75 on food. That was enough for my family of four to play games for about 3 hours. We had 2 regular entrees two kids meals an appetizer and 4 adult beverages during happy hour for 75 bucks before the tip and the food was really good. They have revamped classic arcade, ticket games a
My 8 yr old son loved the games. The prize selection is nice too. Clean bathroom. Didn't eat any of their food.
Always great! Want tickets?? Play the Star Trek game... collect a set. Half price on Wednesday... see you there!
Really great deals on a Wednesday after noon. Games are half off and happy hour was 4-7 at the bar, saved tons of money and had a blast on date night. Games were fun, food was great and the backwood lemonade was amazing. Even the ticket prizes were pretty fair and easy to get. The only thing I wish there was more of was food options and more games to play.
Much smaller than I expected but still enjoyable can probably experience most if not all of the games in under a couple hours
Daughter had fun she's 7 the place is more made for 10 year old and up , but we still had fun will probably go back.
A great fun place to eat and play games with your family!!! The staff is friendly, the food is great and the games are fun!!! It is a little pricey for what it is but what isn't!!! We love half price games Wednesday!!!!
We had so much fun as always at D&B?s Saturday night! Both Joe our server and the manager Corey were both fabulous, making sure we were taken care of and having a good time. It's a great place to unwind with friends and embrace into your inner child no matter your age!
The service was impecable! I went yesterday with my friends and we had a great time. The food was amazing!
Was a 3 hour wait for food so we didn't stay for dinner.
Great food and service BUT half the games are broken every trip I know it's been awhile since I've beeen there but that would be 1 of the only reasons I wouldn't go back as much other then that great atmosphere !
I got the 'Dangerous waters' and the drink tasted delicious and not much like alcohol at all like some other places I have been. Someone else got the Cantina Nachos and loved them! The music wasn't too loud for me and the color scheme was very pleasing. The Hostess was nice and seated us though I was confused and just wanted to go play games. The waitress explained everything to our table since none of us had been to a Dave & Buster's before and wished me a Happy birthday. The games range from carnival styl
Great Environment for fun. Love this Belden Village location. The staff was great with the food and adult beverages were delicious. Very clean all around and not crowded at all.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
