Dave & Buster?s is a fun and energetic spot that combines dining, drinking, and gaming all under one roof. Whether you're there with friends, family, or on a date, it's easy to spend hours playing arcade games, grabbing food, and enjoying the lively atmosphere. The game area is definitely the main attraction. From classics like skee-ball and basketball hoops to modern VR and racing games, there's something for every age and interest. You collect tickets as you play, which adds a nostalgic Chuck E. Cheese-s
We have been to this Dave and Busters many times. They now just have large machines to add funds to your card. I tried to use my previous card but it wasn't working. There was a spot for an attendant but none could be found. So, I was forced to pay another $3 fee to get a new card, not cool. We decided to have some drinks while the kids? played games. They were out of two beers we wanted on tap, cold snap and Yuengling. I had the Stella and you could taste the lines needed to be cleaned. Yasmin at the bar w
Awesome place to take the kids for a fun night out. The atmosphere was all about a good time. Food was great and the order was correct and delicious. The place is huge so there is no shortage of things to do. They also have a section to host birthday parties as well. All around very fun experience. 10/10 definitely would recommend!
Got a toy for my kid after we were done playing it smells like mold and is dirty. it looks like one of the screws is either wrapped or rusted. Looks like a coffee stain. You can see it in the pictures. It feels cheaply made. It was over 300 tickets. Not rating food because we did not eat there.
Went with our boys we did the eat and unlimited play for 90 minutes. $60 per person for a plate and play afterwards. Our kids had a blast and picked out some nice rewards with tickets! Will go again
Fantastic! Sooo much fun. Great games, great prizes too! Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly! We drove 5.5 hrs for this place specifically and it didn't disappoint! Also 5$ wine!! Definitely will be back ?? Can not comment on the food, we did not eat there.
Just renovated location adding in a DvLed tv wall, darts bays, shuffleboard, new menu items
My first time here. Came with my better half. He ordered the Bacon Burger that apparently doesn't have bacon on it. He got one little sliver on a stick. I ordered the Chicken Bacon club with truffle fries. Server took forever to come over and just take the drink order. At that point we knew what we wanted. The truffle fries came out cold and the club barely warm. I had to ask for new fries, so they were at least warm. The best part about my experience was my drink. Tried the D&B Teamonade. This was to die
The elevator invasion game and Luigi ghost game doesnt work well. The gun you use either doesn't line up on the screen or won't move sometimes. Other than that the staff are excellent and the food was wonderful. They have the best cheese sticks. We got the keep it cheesy, and the boneless wings with the honey Sriracha.
We only visited the playgrounds. They were already pretty worn out and it was time to update them.
A basic Wednesday evening... service was slow especially during happy hour. We went to the bar for our own drinks. One of our orders was wrong and it took 45 minutes to bring out (I had to get up and go ask for it because our waitress was MIA). Skipped the dessert because we ran out of time. The manager did not respond at all. We were over charged for 2 cocktails. Mandatory 20% tip for our very expensive very unacceptable experience. 1 /10 recommend and the 1 is only because games were discounted this
Ok, so D&B is a fun place, no denying that. But for the cost... there was some to be desired. ? Our menus were sticky and covered in food. ? The drink specials menu was covered in something. Guessing splashed soda or drink. ? Our table was very uneven. ? My wife's soda had no syrup and when we mentioned it the waitress (who was polite), she wanted to know what we wanted to do (the obvious answer would be to replace it). Took almost 10 minutes for the soda to he replaced. ? The poor host looked like a deer i
Hostess was horrible. We waited with one other family for over 20 minutes to be seated. The dining area was barely at 50 percent capacity. She was too busy chatting to help customers in a timely manner. We were finally sat at a table, and the server was super sweet but overrun with tables. Service was extremely slow, and items were forgotten. Drinks were not refilled until requested and even then took at least 10 to 15 minutes to get to us. Quesadilla came out burnt. They made a new one, but it came out to
The arcade side was great had a good time with my girlfriend. The restaurant was a terrible experience. Our waiter Jazz took over 10 minutes to offer us drinks. We ordered our food at the same time and proceeded to wait 30min for the appetizer. We both ordered wings and they only brought out one order of wings after another 30minute wait. They didn't bring our side of vegetables with our meal... Terrible experience will not be going again.
Everything as far as the food was really good. I'm just super disappointed that they got rid of the option to purchase a game card with your meal. This location was condensed inside and bowling was removed which was disappointing. Also, the cost of 3.00 per card and then to have to pay the astronomical fee for the coins on the cards. In today's economy I find it ridiculous. Other than the expense of everything this place is always fun. But there's way less expensive things to do that are fun as well.
My boyfriend and I had dinner here last night and played some games. Our server was Josh and he was amazing, I am not one to typically make google reviews but I was very pleased with the service he provided. He was so attentive, funny, and kind. He really made us want to go back again. Thank you Josh for the amazing service! We will be back. :)
If you go when it's not busy it's great. But when it's busy it's a mad house. Parents do not watch their kids at all, kids will run up and steal your games when you scan your card. If you ask for help or need a manager plan to wait 15 to 20 minutes for somebody to address you. The games keep getting more expensive, you are better off buying a pass when they are available.
5 Guys is a better dining experience than Dave & Busters. Absolutely no service. Waited 30 min to have our order taken. Once our food came out, We had to find our own silverware and take our glasses to the bar to get water and soda refills. 1/3 of the games were inoperable. You are better off going to Chuckie Cheeze for less money for the same quality.
I really love the selection of games that they have avaliable to play. And honestly compared to some places. Actually enjoyed the prize selection. It wasn't junk like most places. And love the option that you can pay extra to get better prizes. Always have a blast there. And me and my daughter love the harpoon game and the deep sea fishing game. Are definitely two of our favorites
Atmosphere was great. Service was terrible. Waitress was terrible. EVERY single entree was messed up, wanted to argue with our table and just over all I felt was having a bad day and was clearly taking it out on her tables. Food showed up at all different times, and she blamed her manager because 'they don't want to overwhelm the kitchen' so she 'delays the ticket entrees in our group'. First set of meals were practically done by the time by the time the rest of our group got their meals. Tables all a
We noticed they remodeled and sadly, it doesn't change the many facts below. It's terribly cold walking into the front and there are no longer people there to help, sitting at the bar with the doors blowing in cold air is terrible; poor hostess / new machines do not accept previous purchased cards full of tickets and money; the price of playing the games is ridiculous along with their so called prizes / you have to go to the winners circle and stand in a ridiculous line forever to get taken care of when you
Great spot to entertain your kids, you can have good fun and grab a meal. Large updated arcade games, many to explore and enjoy! If you are not local and using Apple Maps to get to this place you are totally lost :)
Games are crazy expensive unless you come on Wednesday. No training of staff to know about offers or rewards from the loyalty app. Also never showed me a detailed check- just brought a machine to take my credit card.
Awesome Dave & Buster's location! Tons of games... almost twice as big as my hometown location. We went on Wednesday where games are half price and was surprised by how busy this location was. Food was great and overall we had a great experience. My only hiccup was trying to get a beer at the bar. My first stop, a barback pointed me out to a server where I wasn't even greeted or spoken to. I literally ordered a beer and payed without a word said to me. This happened not only once, but on my 2nd visit to the
I get it. It's Valentine's Day and we decided to come here. No the wait didn't bother me is was the fact I was told and hour and a half. Then when I checked in they told me she didn't know when we would get a table. Now it has been 2 and 1/2 hours And nothing. Finally after waiting my name was no longer on the list. Are you kidding me. She did make it happen and I appreciate it. But I want to know why I had to come and find out that I was no longer on the list for a table. Not to mention the food I came here
We had fun and that was the point... Just a few notes on the experience. The restaurant side isn't ready for customers. Construction looks like more than simple renovations. Building materials on all 4 sides of our table with paths to leave the restaurant area blocked off (leaving 1 narrow ramp). They said an hour wait, but it was a little over 2 hours. There isn't enough tables ready to be able to handle the demand. The games were as expected, only they removed the paper tickets so when you win nothing
Lots of games, grandkids had a great time. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Very loud and flashy; I worried about one autistic grandkid but he handled it no problem.
Came here for my son?s birthday. We come here to various locations several times a year. Many machines not working. No refund for credits wasted. Sat at table for over an hour. Food items we ordered were not available. Food arrives cold.
One of the executive assistants at our company ended up planning a company meeting there at 6:30pm and I thought the location was pretty interesting, and I didn't know what to expect. It completely blew anything I had in mind out of the water! The food was unbelievable from the cauliflower to the asparagus to the potatoes to the most tender beef I've had in forever, amazing chicken covered with cheese and bacon, and salmon that people were talking about days later. She also arranged a dessert that was like
If I could give it a 0 star rating, I would. The customer service was horrendous. Waited over 30 minutes to get two simple drinks at the bar. Bar tender was rude and miserable. Our dinner was even worse, the waitress couldn't be bothered to bring silverware, napkins or anything. Or food was put down at the wrong table and got cold before they realized it was supposed to go to us. The customer service alone was so bad that it would make me never want to go back again.
Worst Dave and Busters ever!!! Worst restaurant ever. I waited for over 20 mins to be seated while my family played at the arcade. Finally I just seated myself and went to the bar to ask for menus. The server took another 15 mins to come over. She was not pleasant at all. I ordered my husband a beer. And sat and sat and sat. He showed up to the table and I told him still no beer, lat alone even being asked if I wanted to order food. We went to the bar to get the beer. It had floaties in it. Had to get a
The new dart area is so fun! manager very enthusiastically taught us how to operate it. we had a great time and will.be back soon
2nd time we have taken the boy here to play games & grabbed some food. Both times the service was non existent. This time we sat down after waiting 10 minutes and sat ourselves. Ordered 3 drinks after waiting another 10 minutes at the table before even being helped. Finally got our drinks 29 minutes after we sat down & they messed up my wife's drink and it took another 20 minutes to get it fixed. They were not busy at all and it was 4 pm when we arrived on a Tuesday. Never ever will I give my bussiness to t
Great drinks! Great food! And the BEST customer service experience ever! Staff is always friendly and accommodating for my autistic son.
Packed. The waitress was really great despite her employer and work atmosphere kids running around fighting screaming yelling. Hard to enjoy your food when your worried someone might literally be pushed into you and their parents are literally just watching the televisions... This was supposed to be an ADULT ARCADE place I thought??? And if you're going to bring your family you should act like adults and watch your children!! This was just during the meal. Now try to play a few games..... oH BOY HAVE YOU G
I can't rate the food as my wife and I had come to play games. I was always told and under the impression that Dave & Busters was an adults only bar&grill with arcade games, and that you had to buy a drink to play. So this was obviously wrong ,not sure if it was ever that way. BUT IT DEFINITELY SHOULD BE. The place crawled with thousands of unattended children that simply would bump , walk or stand in your way. With 10 mins someone stepped on my foot, no apologies, they didn't even notice. The staff were ok
Buffalo location is our families favorite! They are so personable. Managers are always available if needed for help understanding new promotions happening.
I took my daughter and grand baby on Bills game day and the service was terrible. When we first walked in the girl was rude. We asked for a booth (one was available). We were told no because it was three of us. My grand baby is 5. There was enough room in the booth. We were seated at a dirty table. Servers walked by us for 20mins. I had to ask someone twice to take our order. We didn't get our drinks until well after our food came. I went to the bar a girl looked at me several times and continued to study a
Terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes for no waiters to come to our table. We made a reservation for 5:30. Asked a waiter when someone would be over to take our order and he told us he had no idea then left. Do not eat dinner here, terrible staff.
Lowering to 1 star based on the lack of customer service from Dave and Busters. They post a response saying to reach out to them, which I did over a week ago with 0 response back! They simply posted this to look engaged but obviously do not care! Went on Sat to Dave and Busters Walden Galleria. We used to frequent the one just outside Toronto very often and it is much better in Toronto. The reason for the low score and if this was just based on the restaurant it would have been 1 star - I gave 3 since
Worst experience came in on the 3rd of January with myself and 3 kids paid at the kiosk for eat and play we went to eat sat at a table waited for what seemed like a long time no one came to take our order after talking to a few workers who all went about doing nothing so i finally went back to two workers asking for a manager who came out took my receipt went to register then came back asked for my bank card took pictures on his personal phone of the front and back of it and then handed me my card and the o
There seems to be no one ensuring the food is made properly. Ive ordered multiple times and have had some times that it was good, but more often it's bad and just money wasted. I asked for this steak medium rare. It came to me grey. It had the lightest tint of grill marks. Completely raw and cold in the middle. Even a blue rare eater would pass on this one. Save your money for the games instead
First and last time at this location. Started off with the hostess had a bit of a attitude, waitress was seldom seen and food was subpar at best. Restrooms were disgusting, broken latches on the doors. Not the D & B standards
They recently updated this location with larger TV screens, new games, and different experiences! It's a great place to have a couple of domestic beers and play same games with friends
Dave & Busters had terrible customer service. No one wanted to clean the table after asking 3 different employees.
The host and server were great. Really great environment to watch Bills game and the kids can play. Great family spot. Food really good too.
Made a reservation at 6 for my wife and kids and will not be coming back. We both asked for a sample of two different wing sauces and that alone took 15 minutes to get. My wife said she would like her wings in the sauce she tried and after 20 minutes when our food finally came out the server mentioned how the sauce must get darker when on the wings than in the little dish..she walked away and we tried one and it was not the same sauce. So there was that. By this time it was 7:15pm?.and my wings came out als
Every time I come into this establishment Imari is always making me feel at home. Very welcoming almost feels like family at this point. Amazing customer service and very down to earth. Definitely will be back!
They were so bad.took over 2 hours to get food.theygot orders wrong.kids were the once they forgot.not happy...not a good thing with kids birthday. Never have a party there again
Environment was really nice, but the food wasn't that good.chicken was burn so as the cheese on top the noodles were looking disgusting is like someone grab it with their hand and throw in the plate
Not bad for a Monday afternoon, not too busy, and feels like you have the whole place to yourself. Awesome time to bring your little ones to celebrate their birthdays ??
Great place to hangout in the winter months. Always clean. Food is okay and the staff could be a little more friendly but the games and atmosphere are always fun.
Ordered a small ceasar salad and I was brought an entire bowl of stems, only a few actual leaf parts ans those are wilted smh
We where there last week on Wednesday it was great as always we went today for happy hour and unlimited wings the bartender didn't tell us it was happy hour we had to ask and did even give us happy hour manus or gave us the especial
Dine in wasn't the best service. Don't like to complain but should expect minimum standards. Took son out for birthday lunch but not sure we will dine in again. One item of napkin and cutlery was dirty so requested another one. Did not receive any napkins until food was all finished. My son asked for a drink re-fill before food arrived. Did not receive another drink until food was finished and requested again. Asked for some plates with platter. Brought 2 and said would bring more but the other 2 never arri
Servers are really slow to come back and check on us. We've been flashing them down for over a half hour even after getting their attention we are still waiting. We were celebrating my daughter's 16 birthday. She was upset is taking so long for us to order ice cream to go with our cake. Not sure at this point if we even Want to wait anymore.
I went to this location yesterday, 4/24 during lunch and the food & service were absolutely horrible. We were seated right away but waited 15 minutes for the waiter to come over and take our drink order. There was 4 of us in total, 2 kids (6&9) and 2 adults. She came back 15 min later with 3 drinks ? and only one drink in a kids cup. Returned another 10 min later with my water and another kids cup and put our food order in. We ordered nachos, chicken tenders, a kids hamburger meal and the Philly cheesesteak
Fun environment, though the good food, customer service and overall experience may be overpriced. I had an experience more or less.
We had a great over all experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good.
I only like the games & only certain items in the food menu like the Asian sticky ribs that's no longer on the menu & it was the best. The other items is ok but not worth the price....Drinks are ok a lil sweet or water down like every other restaurant deceiving ppl puting mostly ice lol but I ordered a Pina colada &. It was the worst one I ever tasted! Pure blended ice & water down juice at the moment. Had NO coconut. No pineapple on the top of the cup lol It was so bad...the drinks are a hit n miss dependi
Service was outstanding, food was delicious and the games were fun! Clean and organized. Highly recommended ??
Came on black Friday. Got a table right away. The Kids food was good. Burgers and fries were good too. Salad was ok. I had some brown pieces in the lettuce. We must have waited 30 minutes for our check and she just handed us the thing to pay on and walked away. Kids had fun playing games but that was expensive.....$90 and that didn't even last an hour.
Overcrowded. Overpriced. Had a good time. Did not have a blast. Food was fine. Fairly priced for real.
We always are so welcomed when we walk in. Everyone is helpful and super nice. We enjoy the events they host
5 Stars! Always a great experience! Very good customer service ans very attentive. No attitudes! Very much fun vibes. Great for a date, friends night out, or just yourself! Either way it'll be great. 5/5 would recommend!
This is, without doubt, the best arcade I've been in. Great games, great operation, and easy ticket collection and prize selection. Some quality games that are perfect for an arcade; crossy road, temple run, angry birds, fruit ninja, etc cetera. All great fun.
Our Grandchildren are 5 and 6 and they got overestimated quickly. I believe children should be older. We will be back in a couple years.
We were seated at our table for 25 minutes I was patient, but not one server had even gotten our drink order! Terrible service we ended up leaving
It's a fun place. It's not a first date or fine, dining location, but the games are fun
Waitress was great she was prompt with everything and checked on us frequently. The food was delicious, and drinks were made well. Some of the games were in rough condition, but the one that gave us trouble they corrected immediately. All in all a fun place with great service and good food.
Anna was amazing ??, couldn't ask for a better bartender. Fun and a pleasure to be here. Definitely coming back.
When we walked in the door there was no one at the hostess station I had to literally walk to the bar and ask for the hostess when the hostess tried setting us at a high table with bar stools and I had a 4-year-old so I had to ask for a booth we ordered our food and when the food came out only my three kids got their food and I was still sitting there waiting for my food we had no silverware so the kids food was getting cold couldn't find our waitress so I had to go over and ask another waitress for the man
Dirty bathroom with no soap to wash hands. Manager said they were understaffed. Will not return. Also were out of steak
If you like feeling like you can't move this is it ! Wall to wall people an games lots of games did not work 2 working kiosks so lunes were long the man behind the main "store" area was ignoring everyone and after we waited in line was told to just go to another kiosk instead of helping Any of us he seemed more enthused with the crowds of dollar signs js several security guards were shouting outside the door an running back in and out we left very unprofessional dirty OMG dirty the gunk on all the hand sani
My first time having dinner at D&B. And I'm in love with this dish?Bang Bang Chicken. I'm looking forward to exploring more dishes here? ??Photo credit: jojozhou_photography (find me on IG)
Came here for the first time with a friend. Lots of kids here at the games and adults near the bar eating. As an adult trying to recapture my youth and try things I didn't do as a kid, Dave and Busters was really fun. $15 gets you a card with 75 tokens. Each game takes anywhere from 7-15/35 tokens (I can't remember the upper limit). I actually ended up refilling the card near the end, so we could enjoy the first game listed below for a bit. The most memorable games for me were: - kpop music "Pump It
We hadn't even gone in through the mall entrance before a security guard shoved us back mumbling and pointing to our bags and saying we needed to go outside of the mall to get inside of Dave and busters when there is an entrance in the mall. WE ARE IN THE MALL? ITS OPEN UNTIL 1AM? He didn't even explain anything to us, he just shoved us back before we could enter.
The atmosphere is cool. Can be frustrating if it's crowded. Lack of supervision is the biggest. Zachary was extremely helpful with the VR which was a cool experience. This was our 2nd visit since the first was a disastrous nightmare. Almost all the of the games worked. What was somewhat disappointing is the cost for length of game play on some. You would swipe your card for 9 tokens, 30 seconds later you were dead. Ticket prices for even simple prizes are a bit high. Overall we had fun compared to the fir
A little loud for conversation but an awesome place for kids to play and enjoy! Food was amazing!
Had a super fun time on Halloween here! It wasn't overly busy and there were tons of fun games to play. As per all such venues the tickets you earn barely buy you anything (until you save them a long time from multiple visits) but that's pretty common!
Bartender needs to be fired from 12/15/2024 night shift because she never checked on us the whole time we was here. She just dropped off our food and never said a word to us. She didn't ask us if the food was ok or how we are doing. We was sitting their with a stack of dirty plates and no refills. I probably won't be coming back because of her.
Great! Very fun because the games weren't just for kids
Never had a bad experience here. Games are always fun, & the food is on point!
Went for the first time 3 weeks ago with my wife. We were loving our teenage years again! There was so many games new and retro! Life size rockem sockem robots! 4 player Halo game place, Mario kart! And the best thing of all is that they have 4D virtual reality with 3 different games you can play. Would bring my kids there for sure
Came for the bills game and it was an excellent experience. The service was fast and easy. Food was good. And the energy from bills fans was exciting!!!
Brought my son and his friend here for my son's birthday and we all had a blast... Even my wife who hates video games had a blast and said she would return there... Food was great also.
The place looks nice at first glance but once you settle in you start to see the flaws. Lots of broken games and card readers taking you credits but non functional games. Pretty dirty and grimy. Trash and dirty dish all over. Found a lost sweater and when i went to return it to an employee they looked at me like I was crazy and scoffed when i handed it to them. Sever at the table was nice enough but the table and bench were pretty dirty, as well as the menus. Not a lot of care put into the cleaning of this
Food was cold and not good quality. Reminds me of TV dinner. Adult drinks taste like juice lol. Kids had fun playing games but they were expensive tokens went super fast. Go to game NOT to eat!!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
