5 Stars ? A Fantastic Experience! I had such an amazing time at Dave & Buster?s! The games were an absolute blast ? so much fun and variety to choose from. Afterward, we headed to the restaurant, and it was just as enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, and the waitresses were incredibly sweet and attentive. Even though it was getting close to closing time, they made sure we got our drinks and still took great care of us. We also ordered the cake fries ? and wow, they were absolutely delicious! A must-try f
It is a great place to play video games & eat and enjoy. There is a BAR ?? available as well. You can also watch live sports games and enjoy food with friends and family It's a very good experience i must say very kids friendly but little bit expensive. Yes, they need more people for customers' assistance for gaming zone But recommended for family and friends fun time . Food is delicious as well ?? We order a few things, and it's worth it, but again, u have to have good pocket.
Attended birthday celebrations here. The food was good and came quickly, and the prices were decent. Our server (Asher) was attentive and very helpful, and the manager on duty (Justin) really helped everything go very smoothly. They have a great variety of games, and have updated the interior to incude walls of large screen TVs that will help you keep up with the score of your favorite teams.?? The only negative for me was that the interior was just a tad bit too dark when you are trying to keep track o
This specific location for Dave & Busters has been the most unprofessional, problematic and ridiculous out of any other Dave and Busters I've attended. 1. Their kiosk doesn't work, and it charged me $150 without proving a receipt, or a new card. Essentially I got robbed by D&B and wasn't provided any reimbursement/refund. It took over 25 minutes to find a manager, and even with that it was unsatisfactory - forget the $150 charge on my card? Who says that? Literally can't make this up. 2. Decided to get a bi
I loved the experience, the games were so much fun, the motorcycle was especially my favorite and the Jet one because the jet one it would move as you could look as you can see what you're doing and you can feel it cuz it's actually moves, the food was delicious so warm so delicious the drinks are so cool delicious oh my God I recommended people. go
My boys had a blast as always. I visited with my oldest for his graduation and was greeted by the manager. Ran into the manager again today who remembered us. Friendly people, lots of activities for the children and good food.
The atmosphere was great with several large screens to watch live matches. Music was also just right. The games were for all ages. I had a blast playing the Star wars game and car racing games. We had lots of fun
Visited with my son for a birthday party. The atmosphere is great! This is is a great spot to host a kids birthday. There is a section to sit and have a meal or a few drinks while the kids play. The gaming area is vast with an ample variety of games to engage kids of all ages.
Great service. We had a big group, and the service was great. We had a problem with the meal plan, and it was quickly resolved.
We celebrated my Granddaughters birthday here at the beginning of April. D&B @ Gateway in Brooklyn. They are accommodating and made sure everything and everyone was to our satisfaction. The service and food were wonderful. The manager Mike H. Was extremely helpful and very professional. Our server Shana was also wonderful and polite. I will definitely have another event there. The place was very clean and well kept. Couldn't stop thanking the Manager Mike for checking on our party and making this day
I work at a nearby school and we brought nearly 200 8th graders here for a field trip. The manager Mike was excellent. He was attentive, helpful, welcoming, and kind. He was approachable for the students to come to and was able to handle any of our questions or requests quickly and efficiently. Us teachers were given a great spot and had coffee available to us, as well as a few trays of food. The teachers and students all had a blast and we will definitely be visiting again!
Hi everyone, welcome back to my experiences and rants. I'll keep it short and sweet. The employees are awesome ?? and have great attitudes. Now as for the company as a whole this is what you can expect to experience. CARD READERS on the games that read your card and happily take the usage points off but somehow don't start the game.???So you spend a lot of time chasing down employees to fix the machines. And if you want the usage points put back on your card you have to go to the prize area and wait throug
Everything was stellar at the place. I've been to many Dave and Busters and this is definitely one of the nicest and largest I've been too. It has a full bartop with good food and all the sports games are playing so you have a good opportunity to unwind from games. Me and my friends thoroughly enjoyed and definitely will be back.
Celebrated my daughters birthday here. It was an amazing experience. Mike the assistant manager made our event seamless and special. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our server Allan was so attentive and helpful. He provided quick and efficient service. Overall, it was a great time. The prices were also very reasonable. I would 100% book another party at Gateway Dave and Busters.
a great place for both children and adults. a good bar and cafe where you can buy drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and something to eat. the games will also be interesting not only for children but also for adults. a great place for family recreation as well as for a group of friends.
Regarding the games, I had fun with a $45 card, my 3-year-old son, my husband and I played for a while and it was good! I don't complain in that aspect now the attention of the restaurant and the food was PATHETIC!! It was 7 pm when my husband ordered a dish that contained mashed potatoes and meat, if the kitchen did not have the capacity to do it for the time they would have told us and we did not ask for that if not something else! It wasn't like that from the time the food was ordered until nine o'clock
This was an awesome experience. There were so many games to try and I found the ones I did try to be fun. I would definitely go back. You even get rewards in extra ticket money on your card when you do well on games. Had a great time! I didn't buy any food there so I didn't rate the food.
Game night was fun! The food was tasty. Our server Tre was great! Attentive and timely. Took one star due to some of the games being out of service. Will definitely return.
We came during spring break and the food was really good. The restaurant section was pretty empty. The arcade had more people.
Had a great time. Went here for my niece 5th birthday. The waiter Darin was awesome! Darin was patient, understanding and assisted all our needs with a positive attitude. I thanked him for his service. The managers Justin and Mike went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best, even giving my niece a awesome birthday shout out that her day very special. I definitely will be returning and recommending this place for all occasions. I've been to 2 locations and both locations staff made sure cu
July 2023: I've been back a plenty of times just updating photos ************* First time visiting the Brooklyn location and tbh its worth it. Everything tasted amazingly good and fresh, be careful when ordering the pretzel because it's a pretty big pretzel too (pause). drinks were little light on the buzz but got to drink responsibly anyway. All in all I have no complaints on the eats. The location is actually very spacious and I'm satisfied with the redemption center. Would like more electronics selec
My daughter 7 years old forced me to write this review. Her and her little brother love it here. She said give it a five star because we love the games, fried pickles, fries & the salmon. lol. It's always great vibes and as a parent I love that I can seat off on the side and enjoy my food and drink & watch them play.
I was impressed with the arcade games they have here. The variety of old favorites and new updated games are awesome. It brings out the kid in me. The food and drinks are nice. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. They are knowledgeable about the place. Thanks for a memorable first time for me. God bless you all. ???? ??
Lots of games and deals on food. The kids had a great time. Food was ok as well as drinks ok. I ordered food and waited a while. Then I saw a bag on the counter and had to ask the bar tender if that was my food. It was but she had just left it there instead of asking if this was anyone's food waiting. So it was cold by the time we got it.
No booth, all tall chairs. They do not accommodate for children. I asked if the back booths were open they told me no, they did not want the extra work. How you expect 3 year olds to sit on tall chairs. Highly would not recommend this place.Barely no seating, prefer the one in manhattan.
My grandson 3 rd Birthday celebration was at Dave&Buster?s this year. We had one of the private room and it was clean . They set it up. All you have to do is bring your table cloths the cake. You are not allowed to bring decorations that taped on the wall. There is a capacity for the rooms. You choose your package deal. Our host was excellent. She is very nice and attentive to our needs. So sorry I forgot her name. Our party was on June 19th 11am. That can help find who the server was maybe. The kids and ad
Only came here to eat and was impressed by the food. The prices could have been better but eh, at least the food made up for it. My wings were very tasty and the truffle fries were nice and crunchy. The fries also came with two sauces. No idea what either of them were but they were good. I feel like the best thing to eat with truffle fries is ketchup though cause the acidity of the ketchup helps cut through the strong flavor of truffle oil. The blue raspberry lemonade was like a 5/10 though cause it was to
Attended this location for a birthday party. Food was delivered that we did not order after a 30min wait. Took 10mins to find, the waitress in order ti address the issue. Once our food did arrive it was cold. Did not see the waitress again for another 40mins No utensils were provided nor napkins Drinks are over prices for what tasted like a cup of juice. Facility was clean. Location is rather small.
We celebrated our daughter?s 17th birthday on a Sunday. Mike was the manager and Asher was our server. Their service was amazing! We got to our party space early to set up. The space was clean. The food came out on time and hot. The beverage kept flowing. This party was money well spent.
Dave & Buster's exceeded our expectations, and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Matthew! He was a tremendous help?friendly, professional, and full of enthusiasm. From start to finish, Matthew went above and beyond to make our night feel like an exclusive and extravagant experience. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. We couldn't have asked for better service! If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for Matthew?you won't regret it! Thank you for an unfor
It was cool, the drinks could have been stronger however the taste was delicious. The Wings were very good as well. Fried nice and crispy.
Amazing spot to go when you want to have lots of arcades great food and spot to have some drinks with friends came here on a friends bday thank you ????
I hosted my daughters birthday party here as this is her favorite party place in the world. I had attended parties at this location before but I had no idea how top notch the service was behind the scenes. We made a major blunder with the date of the party and the amazing staff was able to accommodate us despite our mistake. The food was plenty and the kids were super happy. Thank you so much in particular to Justin Oliver, Ben and Jamari for making our experience so top tier.
This place needs some work when it comes to costumer service. On a Wednesday?s night, it took the server 20 minutes to approach our table and take our order. We didn't order any appetizers, but the food arrived first than the drinks. I had to walk to the host and ask her for utensils and napkins. The sever had great energy, so I guess they are understaffed. I ordered a second beer and it took 25 minutes for them to bring it to the table. Prices are high for what they offer. I think there are better option f
The sliders I had were good. The kids pizza my buddy had looked pretty lame. But as a pizza for kids I guess it would be fine for a younger child.
We had my son's 10th birthday party here in the party room. Everyone had a wonderful time. The food and service was great. The games were fun. The prizes were very generous (to exchange the tickets earned for gifts). The guests had a great time. Well organized. Prices were fair. Would definitely recommend.
Clean and friendly atmosphere. Went before 12pm and the place was not crowded. Easy to refill cards and play games. Fun place for all ages, but caters to older kids/young adults
This review is for the restaurant portion of this establishment only. To begin, we were given a "20-30 minute" wait time for a table for 2. 30 minutes turned into an hour, and the hostess still had to look for a table to seat us. Once we were seated, we looked over the menu and waited. A server approached our table and began to place meals in front of us before I informed him that we hadn't ordered anything as yet. 10 minutes later, a family of 3 was seated at the table next to us. Within 5 minutes, they we
We called in advance and asked. We wanted to see the Champions League final. They told us that they were showing it. We booked a table. We arrived. It had already started. They made us wait. Then the manager came out and couldn't turn it on. He wasted our time. He lied to us and kept lying to us. There were advertisements on many TVs. None of the monitors had the league final on.
The games and entertainment were great! We went to get food and sat nearly 30 minutes before we had to call someone to acknowledge us. Very poor service. Drinks were good. The food, blah. The truffle fries were disgusting ??. Went to another location 4 years ago and the food was excellent, with more choices. I dont know what happened here.
My kid had a great time playing game. Restaurant was another story. Reservation was for 5pm, seated at 4.45 pm and at 5.15 pm I got inpatient because we still did not have a waitress. A kind young man took over and did his thing. Food and drink were on fire.
Surprisingly it wasn't too loud here. A baby could sleep in this place. Food does take a minute but they serve good chicken options. The sliders are good just make sure you ask for a side of the sauce you would like for it.
Never really thought I would be a regular at Dave & Busters but I am here to proudly say I am. I come for the great attentive service that Cairo offers. He's an experienced bartender that provides prompt service and great drinks. Definitely told my friends and family about coming here as long as he's working. I hope D&B knows a gem when they see one.
I was invited to this Dave and Buster?s July 10th 2022. It was my first and best Dave n Buster?s I've been to. Pricing is reasonable, friendly staff and never to crowded. They have a wide selection of drinks to choose from, with the help of the bartender?s advising the best category to choose from
I was surprisingly impressed by the layout. The dining area is nice and away from the play area. It has huge screens for game day. The menu was extensive so you'll find something for everyone. I was very disappointed that they do not serve coffee. I went on a Friday night and it was very crowded. The place is fun for adults and kids. The only downside is that it'll get expensive pretty fasted ( to be expected really). Parking is available
Came to try their new menu which they recently changed. Also, they offered 50% off food which was a great deal. I think they still have the deal so definitely try their new menu during this promo. The ribeye was tender and flavorful, although they gave me a very fatty piece of beef. The double pepperoni flatbread pizza never disappoints and tastes great. The pretzel dogs were a bit dry but had a good portion size. The bacon cheeseburger was huge and plentiful for one person. Also tried the Korean and Srira
It a nice arcade. They even had some of the classic like Pac-Man and some of the old Starship Atari game. The kids are having a great time and so am I. They're a very smart business. They're only seating is for eating and at the bar. There's no seating for lounging where the games are for parents. They want everyone to play okay?
Really good experience if you go with a small group. You're gonna end up spending quite a bit of money per person for tokens. On the other hand, the food is great and filled us up nicely.
I use to bring my mom here a lot she loves to play skiball and they have the game here. It became a weekly thing sometimes we eat sometimes she just plaid skiball. The problem with this place is service is non existent. 1 time we came to est left 30 minutes later Noone even asked us if we wanted a drink after we were seated. And today June 8th 2025 we are seated 25 minutes passed before we were asked if we wanted a drink we just asked for water and a soda. And ordered starter and a entree. 15 minutes for th
One of the best locations I've found. The food came out very quickly and everything was hot and fresh. Our server Stevens (I believe that was his name) was amazing. He was fun and friendly and still incredibly professional. I will def make this one my go to location. Pro tip Wednesdays are half off games and it's quieter so your chips will go a lot further.
I wish they had deal or no deal! Other than that I had a great time. Some machines were defective. The bowling game (family guy themed) doesn't have a 1v1 option. Overall it needs more 1v1 games but it was nice.
My son??????, nephews ????, and grand nephews ?? always have a "ball" when we visit. What I really love as well is my ability to participate in the fun. I am not in the best of health, but I am able to play many of the games. It's a great place for family. I have never eaten there, only because ?I am a picky eater and ? my diet contains a lot of foods I can't consume.
A note to all my vegetarians out there, I was stunned at this chimichurri veggie bowl option. The flavors on this plate were incredible, I would go back just for this dish. In a world where the usual only veggie option is a grill cheese or mozzarella sticks, this plate made me so happy. My 8 year old also loved his meal, kids cheeseburger meal. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, in the restaurant and the play area. Thank you for a great experience!
We waited for 25 min and asked for help 3 times before we had to make the decision to move to an open space at the bar. Beers, shots, and apps like truffle fries are always a hot at Dave and Busters. I hope this was not the service they always have here otherwise I will continue to travel to Manhattan.
Drinks are a lil weak. But kids had fun. Would definitely come back.
I give 4 stars because start was not good I sat at the bar kids at a table had to wait 25 minutes for a server. Zavar provide excellent service even though he wasn't my waiter. Because my bartender did not provide so good service. while I'm waited ,kishona my waiter provided excellent customer always keep a smile on her face and a very good worker I would give her a 5 star for customer service and the manger burrel also provided excellent service
If im being honest Dave and busters Is fine but only for awhile... after about an hour I was ready to dip.. I noticed how most of the game are these lil coin ones that are basically cash grabs.. the motorcycle game was where i spent most of my time. I wanted to do the new vr thing while I'm thinking I can swipe my little card nope you gotta pay separately for that which honestly is beyond me.. The prize counter also blew my mind a little because i just wonder how much do you have to spend to even have enoug
We used the digital wallet via the app was able to scan through digital Wallet. A variety of games and my son loved them. Was able to purchase from the gift store with tickets nice options helpful staff.
Great Spot for the kids to play. Food was great and it was not too crowded. Bathroom and Resturant was very clean! Will go again!!
Mike the manager is awesome and Matthew was a great server. Definitely will be coming back
Nachos are my favorite I think I have eaten them a lot. Drinks are well made.
It's smaller than the one in Long Island, but for a new local spot, it's fun. I love that they have the kiosks to make it easy to refill cards and the like. I wish there were better options at the store, though. Now, the food: I first ordered a kids mac and cheese, and there was a hair on the plate, and it was obviously boxed Kraft with yellow slices thrown in there. We let them know, and they didn't charge us for it, but it put me off, so I ordered their mozzarella sticks, which were good. My mom had nach
I did the New Years Eve party at 9pm and it was amazing. The service and food was great. Shelly was a great server and so friendly and Yesenia the manager made everything go so smoothly and answered all our questions..very clean and very nice staff. I will be back with the kids.
Went there for lunch and basically our drinks were ?ice? when we asked the bar tender why did he put so much ice in a small glass his response ? I'm just doing what they tell me to do? when the manager came with our food we asked him why would they tell the employees to fill the glasses up with ice , his response ? I do what the owner who pay my bills tell me to do?. Literally 6 sips and my drink was done I had to fight to push my straw through all that ice 45 pieces to be exact yes I counted. Facility is c
My recent visit to Dave and Buster's in Brooklyn was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the lively atmosphere and the wide variety of games and activities available. I started off by grabbing a drink and some food from the restaurant, which was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and attentive, and made sure that I had everything I needed. Next, I headed over to the arcade and was blown away by the selection of games available. From classic arcade games
Food was good and games are great. . However, this location gets 2 stars because of the HORRIBLE customer service at the bar. Some people just ruin everything.. smh.
Customer service was bad it was only 1 server they served me juice with ketchup on my cup and there with green hard clay stuff in my ranch we was seated and nobody came to take our order for 15-20 minutes we just sat there.
I always love coming into Dave and Buster?s. Especially this one. Now I can say a lot but I'll keep it brief to not ramble on. The atmosphere is what an arcade should feel like, Dave and Buster?s hits that mark really well. The food is amazing and worth its price and the service is excellent! From small requests like asking for a cup of water to even ordering dinner here, the staff is so friendly and welcoming that you would want to come back more and more! And finally the games! As a big arcade enthusiast
Yessenia was the manager at the time of the event. She was very pleasant and overall we had a great experience-staff were always available and helpful, attentive and everything was on time, which was important for me. In general no surprises, the only issue was someone ordered bottled waters even though we had water available in the room and we were charged $4 per each Poland spring bottle (the small ones you get at a deli for $1), so that was the only disappointing thing. Was a surprise because it wasn't e
It's a great place to be when it's not too many people around and it's not too busy . The food , drinks and games are pretty cool .
I have a very MIXED review, based on my mixed experience? Customer service by the hostess at the food service area? NOT GOOD. BUT she did clean our table (which we didn't sit at because it was bar seating while I have a toddler with me ????). Inside they said I would have to wait another hour even though I previously made a reservation & there were over 10 clean tables I could see with my own eyes. The place LOOKED cleanish but I was told by a family member they caught Covid in there. They need a mask polic
Food was honestly mid. Was hard to find my server the whole night. Was charged for someone else?s bill at the end of the night. Wouldn't come back for the food, only for the games.
Mark and Markeshea were amazing host. They made sure the birthday party was a success. They checked in frequently. The kids enjoyed the food. The adults enjoyed the bar drinks. We are looking forward to returning.
This place was nice not always welcoming people but never let 1 apple spoiled the bunch my host was amazing his name was tray as a men very respectful thank you for the experience my kids loved it so for the second experience I was not a fan of the good the Korean style wings is a 100 for me however every thing else had a funny left over taste like it was cooked in old old or something and as far as the atmosphere might I add it's a place for kids to have family time also and adults need better control over
Love to go here nice place to just have fun with friends and family. The manager and workers are pleasant and great attitude.
Great games good prices great food, but the pizza was decent, But still a great arcade I'm definitely coming back here soon
Went early on a Saturday morning with my grandkids. The establishment was clean and spacious. The food was decent.
Great place not too busy was very clean. Best service great food a lot of TVs to watch on.
This place is amazing for kids birthday party. Thanks to (tray) not sure if that's the correct spelling of his name, however he was very very helpful and patience with us.
I had a nice time, the food was good, dessert need some work. But I had a lovely mid afternoon break.
Jamarie was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing. He made sure our kids (ages 4 and 2) had a great time and got what they wanted. Food was delicious and came out fast. The only downfall was that there was only 1 person working at the prize registers.
We had so much fun there every times. The food was delicious, and the place is clear.
Birthday party was great my newly 15 year old and his friends had a blast.
The food service was very slow, they need more staff. The day we went was for Halloween, the manager was bussing tables and sweeping up as well as delivering orders. The location is fun for families, and we've been several times.
Nice place, big lots of games services was ok too I'm surprised that they have something good in BK
Had an awesome time with my sister celebrating her birthday! Burrel was very welcoming and came over to greet us. Our waiter, Antoine, was very helpful and friendly as well!
The only reason I gave Dave and busters a 3 stars is because we had a great time in the arcade and the food was good but utensils was soooo dirty I was disgusted!!!I also bought 3 Jell-O shots there was no jell-O in the shot and NO ALCOHOL was very disappointed
Excellent for sport ?? watching and finger foods, they also have a nice bar and over 20 large screen TVs ??
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
