This specific location for Dave & Busters has been the most unprofessional, problematic and ridiculous out of any other Dave and Busters I've attended. 1. Their kiosk doesn't work, and it charged me $150 without proving a receipt, or a new card. Essentially I got robbed by D&B and wasn't provided any reimbursement/refund. We celebrated my Granddaughters birthday here at the beginning of April. D&B @ Gateway in Brooklyn. They are accommodating and made sure everything and everyone was to our satisfaction. I work at a nearby school and we brought nearly 200 8th graders here for a field trip. The manager Mike was excellent. He was attentive, helpful, welcoming, and kind. He was approachable for the students to come to and was able to handle any of our questions or requests quickly and efficiently. Us teachers were given a great spot and had coffee available to us, as well as a few trays of food. The teachers and students all had a blast and we will definitely be visiting again!

Everything was stellar at the place. I've been to many Dave and Busters and this is definitely one of the nicest and largest I've been too. It has a full bartop with good food and all the sports games are playing so you have a good opportunity to unwind from games. Me and my friends thoroughly enjoyed and definitely will be back.

Celebrated my daughters birthday here. It was an amazing experience. Mike the assistant manager made our event seamless and special. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our server Allan was so attentive and helpful. He provided quick and efficient service. Overall, it was a great time. The prices were also very reasonable. Regarding the games, I had fun with a $45 card, my 3-year-old son, my husband and I played for a while and it was good! I don't complain in that aspect now the attention of the restaurant and the food was PATHETIC!! It was 7 pm when my husband ordered a dish that contained mashed potatoes and meat, if the kitchen did not have the capacity to do it for the time they would have told us and we did not ask for that if not something else! This was an awesome experience. There were so many games to try and I found the ones I did try to be fun. I would definitely go back. You even get rewards in extra ticket money on your card when you do well on games. Had a great time! I didn't buy any food there so I didn't rate the food.

Lots of games and deals on food. The kids had a great time. Food was ok as well as drinks ok. I ordered food and waited a while. Then I saw a bag on the counter and had to ask the bar tender if that was my food. It was but she had just left it there instead of asking if this was anyone's food waiting. Attended this location for a birthday party. Food was delivered that we did not order after a 30min wait. Took 10mins to find, the waitress in order ti address the issue. I hosted my daughters birthday party here as this is her favorite party place in the world. I had attended parties at this location before but I had no idea how top notch the service was behind the scenes. We made a major blunder with the date of the party and the amazing staff was able to accommodate us despite our mistake. The food was plenty and the kids were super happy. Thank you so much in particular to Justin Oliver, Ben and Jamari for making our experience so top tier.

This place needs some work when it comes to costumer service. On a Wednesday?s night, it took the server 20 minutes to approach our table and take our order. We didn't order any appetizers, but the food arrived first than the drinks. I had to walk to the host and ask her for utensils and napkins. My kid had a great time playing game. Restaurant was another story. Reservation was for 5pm, seated at 4.45 pm and at 5.15 pm I got inpatient because we still did not have a waitress. A kind young man took over and did his thing. Food and drink were on fire.

Surprisingly it wasn't too loud here. A baby could sleep in this place. Food does take a minute but they serve good chicken options. The sliders are good just make sure you ask for a side of the sauce you would like for it.

He's an experienced bartender that provides prompt service and great drinks. Definitely told my friends and family about coming here as long as he's working. I was surprisingly impressed by the layout. The dining area is nice and away from the play area. It has huge screens for game day. The menu was extensive so you'll find something for everyone. I was very disappointed that they do not serve coffee. I went on a Friday night and it was very crowded. The place is fun for adults and kids. One of the best locations I've found. The food came out very quickly and everything was hot and fresh. Our server Stevens (I believe that was his name) was amazing. He was fun and friendly and still incredibly professional. I will def make this one my go to location. Pro tip Wednesdays are half off games and it's quieter so your chips will go a lot further.

My son??????, nephews ????, and grand nephews ?? always have a "ball" when we visit. What I really love as well is my ability to participate in the fun. I am not in the best of health, but I am able to play many of the games. It's a great place for family. A note to all my vegetarians out there, I was stunned at this chimichurri veggie bowl option. The flavors on this plate were incredible, I would go back just for this dish. We waited for 25 min and asked for help 3 times before we had to make the decision to move to an open space at the bar. Beers, shots, and apps like truffle fries are always a hot at Dave and Busters. I hope this was not the service they always have here otherwise I will continue to travel to Manhattan.
