We visited Dave & Buster?s on Saturday night, hoping for a nice meal followed by some games. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The restaurant was about two-thirds full, yet the gaming section was overwhelmingly crowded. Our drink and meal wait times were reasonable, but the service quickly went downhill. The management team is always top tier. That being said, everytime we go there's always a need for a word with management. We do tend to show up in large groups lol but someone is always missing their food. So I am planning to go with a smaller group of people and see if the service we get is better. The food is good and the menu is always improving.

I come here just for the duck ?? crane game. My favorite part is when I take the ducks and find cute places to hide them around my house. There needs to be more Dave and busters employees like the service managers here at this location.

This is a great place to take the whole family for fun and entertainment. It's convenient. We hosted our daughter's birthday here and found the experience to be easy and very professional. Niah was incredibly busy, but still took the time to take great care of us despite that. Hard workers and incredible restaurant, the arcade is also incredible. Incredibly nice to see the managers out talking with guests and making connections.

The atmosphere of the place was very off. The food looked & tasted bad as well. I don't recommend the food. Also, the arcade area has a lot of broken stuff, it's best you take your money somewhere else. Don't come here. Also, waiters will mess up your orders, too, so yeah.

Service was great games were great had an issue with one game and was immediately refunded my credits for the game tech so far better location then the one in providence by far the games broke but that's life tech breaks sometimes it's the fact that they got on it and refunded me right there that makes them great

Great place to watch a sports game. The arcade is in rough shape, I would like 50% chance that the arcade machine is broken, and it's always fun learning that after wasting your tokens on the game. Most of the shooter games are broken, between the riffle not working, screens being broken, to wheels and gas peddles not working.

It is sad to say but the quality of Dave and Busters has fallen quite drastically. A lot of the games need a lot of maintenance. And there was only really one person who helped with that. Went there tonight with my son and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They answered all of our questions in regards to the eat drink and play $19.99 special. The manager of the Braintree store was extremely attentive and kind and understanding. I will be going more frequently with my 11 year old and my boyfriend and would recommend this place to others

Great place to wind down and have some fun. Food is good as any other pub or bar. Service was a little slow to the table because nobody knew we were there and were told to sit anywhere we like. My sister had her wedding reception at Dave & Busters! The venue was incredible. The kids had fun playing games and dancing... and the parents had fun playing games and dancing! Been here twice and both times the atmosphere was great. Customer service is great. First time I went I ordered the all-american cheeseburger with grilled onions and truffle fries. It was one of the best burgers in my life and the fries were delicious!!! The second time I went I had the same burger with regular fries; again I was blown away by the flavors.

Arrived and was seated at 3:30pm, got our food at 4:30, finished eating at 5:00. Now it is 5:45 and still haven't received the itemized bill. The service is practically non existent. There is plenty of staff standing around talking but no one has been attentive. Had to go up several times to the waiter on the other side of the dining room to ask for things like water and condiments.

It is great place for children to spend their weekends and has been the good time with my nephews. They enjoyed a lot. You get the card and it's hard to use all credits of the cards in one time. That means it's worth each penny. After playing you get points which get collected in your card and you can redeem those points by getting toys and goodies from their store. After the good time with your family you can enjoy your dinner with full service dine in.

Not my first, second or third time there. We come here often and for the most part we just bring the kids to play and they usually have a good time. But whenever we eat there, it's a disaster. There's always an issue with the service and/or the food. Today I went to celebrate the day with my daughter, we placed our order and it too so long that the waiter offered to have the manager come to our table. He explained that they dropped our food and they had to make the order again and he forgot to let us know.

Love this place for watching sports. The food is good enough at a fair price, even though the service is a little slow. There are a lot of games to play, screens everywhere to watch whatever you want with plenty of seats. They also get all PPV for fighting events like boxing and UFC, staying open until late, so it's a great option if you are into that. Also, Wednesdays credits are worth twice

Nice arcade games. Smaller in size compared to other Dave and Busters but still a bunch of arcade. Needs an AR game setup like other D&V. Food selection is decent and staff is good too. Kids will love it.

Came in to meet a friend for a quick bite and sat at the bar and was served by Alex, Farrah and Justin and couldn't have had a better time. Each of the bar tenders were very attentive, I wouldn't be surprised if they told me they wrote the book on hospitality. Great food got the Cajun shrimp dish an wish they had my kid dishes like spaghetti ?? and not just noodles with marinara, and I'm pretty sure I had multiple malfunctions with the game card where I use it a few times it took credits and didn't let us play a game having at least five or six times where I didn't say anything because it was so crowded I didn't really want to bother the workers to get my credits back but how can I prove it anyways
