Had an awesome time tonight! Definitely a must-visit in Bloomington. From Alex (events), to Riley our server/host to Jason (floor attendant/game master LOL) our night was amazing and a ton of fun. Jason made sure our group (the Indiana University Women's Basketball team) had an awesome night and showed our ladies (twice!) Very exciting to have an arcade in Bloomington! The layout of this Dave and busters is very open, making the whole experience feel like one big party. The wall of TVs and giant bar are impressive in the restaurant area. All of the food and drinks we tried were excellent: pizza, Buffalo chicken sliders, pretzel dogs, even salmon with Brussel sprouts! They have lots of games that are sure to keep everyone in your party entertained. Another cool features were these rooms slightly separated from the restaurant

Fun for the whole family! We were greeted by the hostess as soon as we walked in. We didn't get food but the dining area looked nice and spacious. This was our first Dave & Busters visit so we spent some time walking around and looking at all the games. Jason, one of the game technicians, was very helpful explaining some of the games and how the points work. We did have one issue later scanning our card at a game and Jason was quickly able to resolve that too. We will definitely be back!

The only reason to come here is the good staff. I bought an arena ticket and we had 3 people in our group. We've never played before and picked a game meant for 2 or 4 people so we tried to go back and it was not allowing us to go back and pick a different game. We hit quick reset because we thought that would take us to the menu to pick another game but it took away our token. We came here to try the arena and it sucks that it is having technical issues. Great place for kids and adults that want to be kids! Food was good, games were good, and the atmosphere was great. We met one of the game tech, Jason, and he was amazing at helping us navigate all the games in the place. We have two children under 5 and they both were having a good time, that is until the youngest got sleepy. Overall a 5 star experience. We will be back!

We were there last Saturday and the gaming tech Jason was amazing!!! He was so helpful and friendly to my kids, and didn't get annoyed by my neurodivergent teenager who asked him everything and kept bothering him, she even left her card laying on a game and someone took it so he helped go get her card transferred to a new card w all her tickets and money on it. I love how friendly he was and made everyone feel comfortable and was so helpful when games went down.

Had a great time at Dave & Buster?s! The atmosphere was fun and there were tons of games to choose from. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Shout out to Jason keeping the machines running smoothly. Definitely a solid spot for a night out with friends or kids.

Food was very good, waiter was extremely nice. Girlfriend definitely liked the waiter but unfortunately he was not on the menu. We had a lot of fun playing the games as well and it created a very memorable experience.

Just got back from taking our family here for the first time. Our three boys have been wanting to try it since opening. We had a great time! Service was really friendly, food was great, and there was a good variety of games. While we were playing, the games manager Jason came out to check on us and find out if there was anything they could do to get better. Love seeing a new business in Bloomington with management already focused on improvement. It was a really good couple hours of fun for the family.

I was out on a date with my girlfriend and we had a blast at Dave and Busters! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Jason, one of the game techs, helped us out on which games to play for the most tickets and made our night even more enjoyable. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Oh my gosh I loved coming here with my friends for a nice little fun adventure. The food was spectacular and the drink menu was magnificent. But what made the experience so much better was the Game Tech, Jason he was by far the highlight of the trip by making our fast and furious game that much more thrilling and he killed it in the service area. Fantastic is how I would describe the visit in one word. Absolutely Divine.

One of my friends celebrated his birthday here. Alex was a great manager/waiter; he is a very nice person. All of the servers were extremely helpful. $20 gets you dinner and 53 tokens at the arcade which is 6-8 games. Pretty great evening if you ask me.

Family of 5 we came to eat and play. Our server, Ryli, was fantastic. Her recommendations on ordering and gaming was very helpful and her drink suggestions were, all though a little pricey, perfect. Although the gaming area was quite warm we would definitely visit again because of the wonderful service.

Jason went above and beyond to make sure my babies had a good time while we were there! We won lots of prizes and the prizes for tickets weren't too bad either! I think Dave and Buster's has improved dramatically since I've been to one a couple of years ago. The games are a little high, but they do have it on Wednesday where it's half off on games. The desserts are excellent and pretty to look at.. They have new cocktails and new food. I had the fried pickles as an appetizer. Delicious . Service was slow

Disappointing Service, Decent Food, and an Expensive Arcade I was excited to try the new Dave & Buster's location in Bloomington, IN, with my girlfriend the day before Valentine?s Day. We went for our son?s birthday on a Wednesday. It was the perfect crowd, not too many people so there were no lines. The staff was very accommodating and friendly! Jason was extremely helpful when we were having an issue with a game . Highly recommend for a fun family night.

Our server Hailey was absolutely amazing. She did a great job keeping our drinks full and made sure we had what we needed. Very helpful on food and drink options. She explained how to buy the playing cards and what the best options were.

Our Dave and Busters experience was great! We reserved a party space for 100 people with game cards included, and had a blast. Special shoutout to Jason and Alex for making the night run smoothly. From helping out with the machines to making sure we felt comfortable, those guys were awesome. They even brought one of our attendees an ice cream sundae for her birthday. Came in on a Thursday to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Got seated then nobody ever came back, not a single table got service for the 20 minutes we were sitting there. Decided to go play games and eat somewhere else. Reported to the manager on duty and their solution was to try and re-seat us. My fiancee and I came around 10 pm because of a busy day so food service wasn't great, kitchen doesn't know how to make a simple burger, BUT Makeyla our waitress was an Amazing and Wonderful Host and When we went to the fun section of the establishment we wanted to give a shout out to Jason who makes our experience there so much better every time we come in. The Arcade games are very fun 5/5 stars. However the dining was horribly slow.... we were the only people there and it took an hour to get our food and our appetizers were cold.

We had a disappointing experience at Dave & Buster?s. The staff seemed untrained and couldn't answer basic questions without tracking down a manager. We paid $25 for a 20-minute game that took over 8 minutes just to get set up?definitely not worth the price. The games are very expensive to play, with some costing weird numbers like 7.7 to 16.6 chips each, so you burn through them quickly and end up with odd amounts that can't be used on anything. This was my first experience with D&B and I have many thoughts. The process of getting your first card can be daunting and is a little pricey. The food is mediocre, with some highlights i.e. funnel cake fries and cheese stacks (mozz sticks). But where my experience with D&B soared into the stratosphere is with our server MaKayla. She thoroughly explained the Chips and Points system and was very patient with our questions and additions to our order. Like I mentioned, the mediocre food came when the Fires GPT

Sat down and waited for 15-20min. Moved to the bar to try to get attention. 2 buddies and I went solely for the all-you-can-eat wings on Mon & Thurs. we ordered and then the guy came back and informed us they no longer do that. So we left and spent less and Buffalo Wild Wings for wings and beer. Not going back.

The waitress overcharged the bill at our table for too many drinks and food. She still couldn't fix it after two hours. The manager who appeared impaired was not able to fix it either saying it's their system not her or the waitress. Our table left overcharged since neither person could rectify a correct bill. The games were fun though. I would not recommend the dining area as the service was mediocre and super slow. I do say the smash burger was delicious though!

Made a reservation for 6 pm on Open Table. Arrived 10 minutes early. The waiting area was packed full of dudes is camo jackets and Nascar hats (fine if that's your thing) with their buddies and/or families. It was chaos. More security than you would expect, suggesting trouble is more likely than it should be. When we checked in they told us they'd call us when our table was ready. I how long that might be since we had a reservation. The woman at the desk said at least an hour to an hour-and-a-half. I asked,

This was my first time here and very well might be my last. Food was good but was very expensive for what you get. Also it was super loud so to talk to someone you had to scream. Service for dinner was terrible. Not to mention everyone?s food did not come out at the same time. And you had to practically hunt your server down to get anything accomplished. We ordered 3 entries and two drinks, we also purchased tickets from the server. It's outrageous that the gratuity is added to the ticket cost. We left the lowest tip at 18 percent it was 35$ for a tip for very little food. Service was so bad I had to get silverware from another table and had to track down our server again since we waited 30 minutes for our check. It was one giant rip off at the end of the day. Never again.

We love visiting for half price game night on Wednesdays. Jason is the most wonderful game technician, was very helpful with all of the machines that were played.

Each area of staff was incompetent. Staff asked us to rectify the issue they caused ourselves with the management. Too much friction. it was alot of fun but definitely check your food bill. the little computer said an 18% tip on a $50 bill was $28. everything was great but i emailed the store to hopefully get some of that back because i definitely wouldn't of voluntarily left that much ??

We were sat at a table and sat there for almost 10 minutes and was not served no one came and even took our drink orders they just kept walking past us. We went later on spring break so the place was not busy it was us and 2 other tables. Food was expensive and we ended up leaving and still no one even noticed we had left.

Had a really great time. Server took way longer to come to our table than she should?ve because there was only one other table in there but other than that it was a fun time.

Garbage prices. Ive seen the same games in other arcade for 1/3rd the price. Games are anywhere from 7 to 13 dollars per play. Imagine spending 26$ bucks to pull a lever, and push a button. All for 80 tickets which is enough to get NOTHING at the shop.
