Dave & Buster's Birmingham

Half priced games on Wednesday is a great deal. I had a minor issue with some credits I wanted to purchase with a special I received as a new Dave and Buster app user but the manager was sweet and took care of me. If you come across a game that doesn't work, let someone know. They want you to enjoy your time there so they will address it ASAP and, once fixed, give you a free credit for that game.

Always a great place to visit, great, shop and get fresh flowers, vegetables and homemade Alabama products during peak season. Be sure to stop by Son Of A butcher and buy some daily, fresh cuts meats! Highly recommend a visit every Saturday in peak season.

Food was good. The service was severely impacted by the number of people there. The atmosphere was good but I eventually left because I couldn't play any of the games I wanted after walking around for almost 40 minutes. There were crowds of teens hording the games as a group and the sheer number of people in the building was overwhelming. Tbh I was worried I wouldn't get seating for the 6 of us. I hadn't been to a D&B in 20 years and was visiting Birmingham for a funeral. We were able to get a seat quickly. It was busy! I am a 65 year old great grandmother and I felt like a kid at Dave & Busters!! The food was not the best but our server was very friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was great for having our grandsons birthday party at Dave & Busters! I would recommend it for a family party for children. My children really enjoyed the games.

Multi-generational family fun with never a dull moment. Food was fabulous, venue clean (including bathrooms), service excellent with servers who seemed happy to be there, and great games. The VR Godzilla game was great, especially. Brava, team!

Had a great time at this location. I ordered the Gold Dust drink which is about $31, and it was amazing. If you choose to try it, dump the ampersand in the drink, it will dissolve. I doubt I am alone in saying this, but the adult drinks and game play prices at D&B are too high. I enjoyed my food, but the menu to me lacked variety. It's no big deal to me, I personally go for the games and entertainment, not the food. In my opinion, the game selection is decent, but again, the cost to play many of them is steep. And I can't help but notice that bord kids/teens tend to just sit at the arcade games, many of which are playing on theirs cellphones and not the game itself. That's annoying.

Dave and Buster's Birmingham is a great location for all group sizes! Fun, engaging atmosphere and proximity to the Hoover Galleria Mall are great perks to visiting here. We had a large group of over 100 high school students and teachers, and the staff handled our reservation with grace and ease. The food was good and the buffet location perfect for a group our size. The atmosphere was great!!! The staff was so nice Ashley, Jaleel, and David were amazing!! Ashley is one of the best servers I've ever had and David made sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed. Dave and busters. Well the games and claw machines are the best thing ever. Our family goes a lot. They have tickets for food or you can get prizes from the game room. The have half price Weds. This was my first time there. We had my Grandson's birthday party and the atmosphere was really great. We had a amazing waitress, she was very nice and thorough. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as it needed to be. Trust me that's no easy task when it comes to the Johnson crew.. lol. The service was horrible. The staff were extremely rude and talked about the customers in front of them. The manager was very childish as well. He didn't fix the behavior of his staff but encouraged it. It took us 3 hours to get seated and they weren't accommodating at all.

We have been here a couple weeks in a row and I have to say that the customer service is next level. From the front to the servers. We had some issues with getting our unlimited cards but we were treated very respectfully and everyone went above and beyond. We went in for a birthday party and from the time we stepped foot in the door the team was rude. We were told 1.5 hr wait. After 2 hours we found they canceled our table with out telling us and wee unwilling to do a thing about it. We were all starving. We left and went somewhere else. Been to several Dave & Busters locations over the years. This location is the best. Huge game room. One of the biggest I've seen yet. Amazing selection of games. Sports bar tv areas are awesome too. Food very good. Friendly staff.

No direct connection to the Mall is a shame. There is not even a walkway from any of the Mall entrances. When we found our way to DB, one of the automatic doors didn't work and the security guy on the inside just smiled while watching me. 4 employees in the entrance area but no explanation, no greetings, just intimidating stares. What do you have to do to play? Where is the line to be seated. Why are there so many screaming kids? What is the ticket counter for? Why can't I get a beverage? I might try again

The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is always great, and the food is great. However, I ordered a side dish once, and when I returned a week or two later, it was no longer available. The rest of the menu was the same, but they were kind enough to try to make it for me, which was really nice.

The burger was so dry, I only ate what I did because I was starving from waiting over an hour & it was hardly warm. Could have got a better burger at Wendy's. Disappointed. It's definitely not worth the cost.

Ok bar food, took awhile to Get drinks, they were ready for us to leave because it was close to closing time. I liked the dry ranch run chicken wings.

It was my 1st time there in a long time, and I wish I had stayed home. No one would acknowledge us. We had to speak and ask if I could ask a question because they were so busy. No care to help us or acknowledge us. I will never go here again!

It was $80 for two of us to eat and we didn't get expensive food or drinks. The waitress was not attentive, and we had dirty plates and silverware brought to our table multiple times. It was digusting. It's not like they just didn't get clean enough. There were still dirty napkins between the plates and food in the tines of the silverware. I also got violently ill after finishing my meal. I had to turn on my flashlight to look at the chicken to ensure it was cooked due to a funny taste.

Thought it would be a nice evening out, but we get there and it takes forever for our server to get to our table. Then it takes 20 minutes just for him to return to even take our drink order. Fortunately we gave our food order, but then we sat and waited another 45 minutes for our meal to arrive. We only had a burger and a chicken sandwich. The server never returned. We actually waved down another server so we could get water.

Garbage, garbage food, service, and got order wrong 3 times. After filling out your questionnaire, all I got was that we will try and do better. No acknowledgment of their faults. It's our go to place on Wednesday for half price games. As a rewards member, I've utilized all the freebies I've got. The ticket ratio is better than regular arcades as I usually leave with great prizes. The food is actually decent, only downside if you're gonna eat there you can't be in a hurry. Service is always super slow, and hostess/waitresses/waiters always seem disinterested in helping on the food side. Other than that we have blast every visit.
