We came here about a week ago and ordered food for four adults and three children. The food, portions and service were decent. Not great, but decent. We visited again and this time our waiter, Mike, immediately told us we will be paying a 20% service charge due to the number of guests. That's understandable. We always have a great time at D&B! Last time we went they accidentally charged us twice for our pizza and I didn't realize until after we paid. So instead of a refund of the $10, the manager gave us a $50 gift card that we could use on food or games! That was amazing. We came back last night and used our gift card to play games! Haven't been here in a while, was pretty packed for a holiday this evening. Prices aren't bad, claw machine looks rigged or needs fixed.... deff miss the stuffed animals they used to have in it. Think they could use some better prizes or more options.... some of the prizes are slightly overpriced (opinion) but overall game wise, not bad for the kiddos. Money deff goes quick when a game last less than a minute at times ?? pick your games wisely to obtain most tickets. ??

Very mediocre arcade with a decent amount of machines broken. It is obviously overpriced but that's just how arcades go, what I didn't like was having to anticipate every machine being broken when activating it. The game selection was pretty nice but definitely could be improved. The prizes cost a ridiculous amount of tickets and the cheap ones feel like a joke with how low quality and garbage they look and feel.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, me and my wife had a fun date night and spent a good bit of money. Good food and drinks and we played games for a few hours. Unfortunately this is where I will have to give a one star after such a nice evening we became very ill and have been in bed the past 2 days with food poisoning. My daughter and I have been coming here every Sunday morning for the past 4 years. My server Ashley is amazing and always greets us when we arrive. She's very attentive and helpful. My daughter loves the games and we always have a great time. Sunday mornings are usually not crowded so she gets to play to her hearts content.

I was so surprised by how amazing the mushroom burger was! My husband and I both got it and were very happy with our choices. The cocktails kinda seemed like 99% sugar with a thimble of alcohol, and the wings were just okay (kinda reminded me of oversized wings from dominos) so just lost one star for those things collectively. If I could give ZERO stars I would... Never known a bar to mess up a vodka soda, twice. Sat forever waiting, poor service. Poor bartender (also way too old for that establishment). Poor food. We just had the worst experience this evening. We purchased a game card on one of the kiosk, which shorted out and did not give us the game card with points on it. We checked the bank and it's noted as a pending by D&B though in the kiosk it was not reflected. The SHORTED OUT kiosk which obviously wasnt reliable to begin with. Let's start off with the food. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and the honey mustard sauce had a unique flavor that the stomach didn't like so much. The service, well, we asked a few times for sugar, and when we were getting ready to leave, we finally got it. The service was ok, the food was bland, definitely missing something on the burger, the nachos were dry and difficult to eat, more plain that had a topping. Requested the missing bacon jam for the burger, and it came out tasteless, looked like a greasy gray blob, and all together the entire burger was visually unappealing. I had to request BBQ sauce to pep it up.

Amazing lol gets pretty busy so I recommend going in the early part of the day or when they open if u have kids. Half price Wednesday on recharging your power cards. Make sure you download the app to get rewards.

The cooks @ D&B's make the best burgers in the area, not burger-fi, not five guys OR chilis. Dave & Buster's has the entertainment and the food.

This place is really nice. The bar area is cool. They have big screens all of da place. You can watch all kinds of sports. Drinks are superb, prices are good. Food is really good. Especially the Buffalo wings with parmesan sauce.

For a late Friday this place was pretty empty. Overall the place was clean and the games were great for families and date night. The drinks made at the bar were tasty. I liked the stawberry lemonade ice cubes. The cajun wings were also a hit and seasoned well. I would come back at a earlier time on the weekend with family.

There food is never good. I ordered quac and chips and it was not mixed well and the "chips" were terrible. I had their kids tenders and they were bad also. They have good soda and fries. Only time we go is on 1/2 off games day. Gave it three tries and that's plenty for us.

Im giving this 1 star review with the hopes that something changes. This location has several broken games that have been broken for months, and I know the techs are aware of it because Ive reported them broken on multiple occasions and they've seen the issues. To their credit they always make it up to me, either refunding credits or giving me swipes on other games or whatever. But they keep the games running knowing they're broken? We did not eat or drink while we were here. We did get to play the games. The venue was located on the 2nd floor of the mall up the escalators above the Macy's furniture store. It was very easy to get to. We also had fun playing all the games that were working. We have been to arcades where most of the games were broken . We appreciated the staff for their kind efficient efforts. We had no problems there. We all had fun and enjoyed ourselves.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon to celebrate my grandsons graduation. We reserved but didn't need to;the place was practically empty. The manager, Mason, directed us to the high tables which the kids and grandkids loved but took me a minute to get on (I'm a tall 5' 2"). Games were fun to play, so we had a good time. Food wasn't so great. My bacon burger had old tasting and rubbery bacon and wilted looking lettuce. Tomato and the burger itself was good. Fries were stiff and semi warm. My burger wonderfully had 4 slices of bacon I was thrilled to see until I tasted it. I'll eat next door at Buffalo Wild Wings and come to play. I'll definitely spend my money playing games. It was my 1st time at Dave and Busters and I was impressed by the games. Staff was friendly also. :-)

This types of places always have a problem with cleanliness. At first glance you can't help but notice the fade dirty carpet so no need to check the play area and toys.

This is the worst Dave & Buster?s I have been to. The food is sub par, service in restaurant is horrible, disrespectful, and down right racist. There are a few good apples but they get over shadowed by the bad apples. D&B management you need a better training and hiring of personnel in your hat restaurant and bar.

Spent a pretty penny here. For all 3 boys to play it was $31 each then the food for the 3 of them plus 2 adults was around $110. Was a great time- we came when they first opened the doors. Not very busy THANK GOD . I've been here on a Saturday night and it's so busy. Truly was a great time. Just make sure you got the funds to be spending!

We actually went during lunch time in weekday. It was nice. The server who served us was very polite and gave us time to decide on our food item.

Ashley served the gentleman, whom I support, and myself. We come to play the arcade games daily and eat here at lest once a week. She is always professional, friendly, and courteous. The staff are all excellent.

I am appalled at the service in this place. It's New Year's Eve and not even that crowded. The last 2 times was bad, but this trip. I'm never coming back. I only come for my kids to play games. This place is a hot mess the games were fun and our son had fun but teenagers were playing one on one basketball like we was at the Rucker and then the waitress says take a seat so we pick the booth not only did it smell like pee but she comes over and says it's only for 4 people ....well I just seen two people sitting at the booth having a romantic dinner but u wanna put my 6 year old on a barstool chair. I so badly wanted to love it here. I think the staff was pushy and rude. The line was long to enter and while we were waiting to buy play cards, I was told by 4 staff members that drinks weren't allowed. I told them fair enough I just bought my coffee I was going to drink it while in line and I'll dump it when finished. Once I got to the register, the cashier was drinking her own Starbucks! It was just a poor attitude. On top of that the staff keep trying to divert the crowd to the machines to buy play card

Way to many kids running around and being disruptive and rude. All else was great. Food was awesome and the service was good.

It wasn't very crowded, but it still took forever to get service. Everything was sticky and gross. We bailed after one drink, so the food might be great for all i know.

Slow service, Good atmosphere, not so good food. My family and I usually like this place. This time service was slow and they burned both my kids pizza. I don't like to complain so we asked for to-go boxes, paid and left. Food was thrown away when we got home.

The kids really enjoyed themselves so I'm happy. The food wasn't bad either, but service can be kinda weird. You're better off scanning the QR code on the table and placing your order online than waiting for someone to come and take your order. Also, it can get a little pricey. Do the food and game combo if you plan on eating there. They have some type of combo special.

Best DnB I've been to EVER! The staff were very accommodating when we had a problem with one of the games and they even gave us a free game play. 10/10 we will visit again

My daughter reserved a table for 6 in advance. When we arrived, we were informed that none were available. We played the games and went elsewhere to eat.

The server was super nice but the food quality I didn't like I ordered some buffalo wings and I couldn't eat them because they tasty weird i order pizza for my kid and they couldn't eat it the pizza tasted old for the pice i pay i was expecting better

Clean facility. A ton of games that seem to be working well. Two separate entrances; mall and street. Very crowded and it seems it's always crowded according to the cashiers. Didn't sit down to eat this time, but will update post on service and food if ever we do.

Had my daughter's birthday party here during covid-19. It was pretty sanitary and distant but full. My kids had a great time. The drinks were horrible tho, wasn't strong at all..mainly watered!!! The chicken is amazing.

I went with a small group on a weekday night. It was almost empty, but it took a long time for us to get our food. Honestly since they got the armed security this place has been so so much better. Went on Saturday night at like 10pm and it was actually very chill no kids acting out and was a great environment completely different then a few years ago so good on management for trying and keeping the bad kids out

Huge Arcade/Sports Bar/Restaurant with a ton of brand new games. Lots of huge TVs in the bar and seating area. Food was good, and had pretty sweet happy hour deals for Food/gaming cards. Very clean and a lot of prizes to pick from once you spend a fortune playing games haha

My previous review was work of phone pocket. We went there for a party and the party service was good. The room was a good size as well. The venue isn't as large as Arundel Mills but it certainly has plenty of games to keep kids occupied. The party menu food was good as well. We would return with kids but would likely opt but Arundel Mills for an adult outing.

Vegan food options! ???? Win! This facility is hopping! A lot arcades. Clean. Fun. Expensive. LOL. Unfortunately, the gift section is usually outrageous. The food is pretty good considering what you are getting. A 10" Philly cheese steak accompanied by a $20 play card for $26.99 so for two meals and two cards for $51 it makes for an affordable date/ play night.

Nostalgic, my daughter enjoyed our time here even though we didn't buy any tokens; seeing the lights and sounds was so enthusiastic.

Such a cool place to have an event. Staff is dialed in to be of assistance. Management picks the cream of the crop to work their events, and it shows. Attention to detail, yes sir, no ma'am, and polite all around. I'd love to hold an event there, myself!

Food is okay or decent on most days. Service is supposed to be mid but there is always someone that can assist you. Atmosphere will always be great. Plenty of games, nothing is really broke majority of the times. Generally clean too.

I am often here. It is a really nice place but always, as with any location, make sure your winnings from a game are loaded on your card. I've had a few instances over the years where I'll win but the machines don't log the game play or the win.

We love it here, the workers are professional and friendly, clean environment and bathrooms, great food and drinks. Fun, fun, fun!!!!! Our go to for arcade fun. We go for family fun with the children or for date night. Good place.

I lovedddddd it here Theres more than enough to do for everyone to enjoy. My grandmother enjoyed the games even down to my friends 3 yr old. Did my 9 yo son's b-day party. Atmosphere was great, food was decent. As part of the b-day package, my son got an unlimited play band. It works great on blue games, but does NOT work on green games (where you can earn prize tickets)...other kids got play cards that could be used on blue & green games...

I had a great time at the D&B in White Marsh. I went with my 6 year old son and my wife. There were plenty of games that all of us could enjoy and the food was good. I went as part of a large organization event, so I can't tell you how much things cost. It was a great event if you're looking to do some team building.

We came with a Groupon all day pass. It was only for the blue swipe games. That was no problem, (I recommend it) we had a great time. Try the Pac-Man air hockey it's a blast!!! (Although, it was missing the big puck) The food was ok... The girls didn't really like the seasoning on the pigs in a blanket. The chicken in my chicken tortilla/nacho appetizer seamed burned/overcooked. The bathrooms need Major, Frequent Attention!!!!! The flushing mechanism is not the best. ??

Kids birthday party buffet style. They love it. Also noticed game day specials. Very enticing to come back. Not crowded at all.

Smaller than other locations and the food was the worst part. Expensive and tasteless. I ordered a cheesesteak with everything and tomatoes on it. It took so long to get there that I didn't even bother to send it back when they brought me a roll with just dry steak and sliced tomatoes on it. Not even a dollop of ketchup. I'll stick to the Arundel Mills location.

My son had his 10th birthday here on September 16. The staff was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our party space the food was OK but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was amazing. And the children had a great time. I definitely recommend parties at Dave & Buster?s.

Food tastes great. Took about 40 minutes to pay our bill. Told blue moon is not domestic beer - it is.. so 2 beers at full price instead of half. Ordered a kids meal it never came but server didn't check on our table until we were done eating. Charged us for double fries when we only asked for one. Manager didn't bother to come over but was the one saying the beer is not domestic. Someone was vaping in the area.

I went for an outing for my Grandson's Birthday. It wasn't too crowded which was a plus. We enjoyed the food and had a fun time playing all the games. Overall, My Grandson had a Great Day so that's all that matters.

Great if you have a Groupon! All day gaming for 2 for half the original price. Other wise I probably wouldn't go. Our all day gaming card didn't work half the time and the games were very short. We had to swipe our card 5-10 times for games we liked just to play 10 min. If we didn't have the pass we probably would have sent a fortune. We started this morning with a fun NYE weekend of games and spending our tickets. We arrived when they opened, and it was not too crowded. Everything was clean including the restrooms. We finished the day the grabbing a quick lunch and I so wish I could recall our server's name. I thought I had it in mind for this review. She let us know how to select seats, made menu recommendations and was truly one of the hardest working there. Saw her bussing, running food, etc. and was so nice and attentive. Super fun
