Joe was our waiter last weekend and his service was fantastic! Very friendly, polite and patient. The dishes were delicious and very tasty! I highly recommend the honey bbq ribs, definitely coming back for them. We also enjoyed ourself playing games for 2 hrs and didn't even know that much time had passed, so it was very fun! Thanks to Joe for making our first experience here wonderful!

Customer service is always awesome no complaints here. All staff is friendly and attentive. We are regulars because of them always making us feel special. Food ordered was a burger, pasta and chicken tenders, food was not that great, pasta Alfredo tasteless, burger big and grease, chicken was ok, the atmosphere is great, service great too and arcade and games ??, the bar looked nice, probably a place to take kids to play, or go with friends and drink.

We went on a friday afternoon and it was mildly busy. We played arcade games first it was a lot of fun they have many different types of games and its very easy to win tickets. The prizes arent too bad either. Then we went to eat. The dining area seemed sort of understaffed and very packed with customers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They apologized for the wait times and were very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and the prices are good. I will definitely be back.

Went in around lunch time to have a quick beer and something quick to eat. No one was at the bar and only 1 couple having a meal. It took half an hour for a bartender to show up and take my drink (which was only a beer) and that took another 10 minutes to serve. Our 1st time coming here to watch a football game on a Sunday. The wait time was about 30 min to get seated. The seats are comfortable and there's enough elbow room on the tables. I love the fact that no matter where you sit for dining, you can see the games! The food was good. We will definitely be back!

Had a perfectly cooked ribeye today?absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch as always, with the entire staff contributing to a great visit. Food was excellent. However as a new person who reserved a table a few months back, it was very confusing. I never been to a Dave & Busters before and nobody was around to help. The sound is pretty chaotic it's hard to hear anything there. The music of the machines are echoing very loudly. The roof just echos everything back :(

Music was too loud! Can't hear conversations across the table. Took 15 mins before getting asked what to drink. 4 food orders were given over a 15 min span...food looked good but didnt taste that great...was not worth the price. This place is fun fun! It is new to Bakersfield but we definitely needed this place here. I've been Dave and Buster's in other cities and it was equally as great. Although it can be a bit pricey it is a good place to stop by once in awhile and have a blast especially with a group. The service was fantastic and I was accommodated rather quickly even for a party of 30.

We had a party of 20 for a birthday celebration, cannot make reservations so we came in and placed our name on the list. Our table was ready as promised, our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was very good and the watermelon strawberry margarita was delicious. The food isn't anything crazy, the games are cool, but does seem to look smaller on the inside than the outside. Also, the prizes are few some decent some absurd prices, only thing I would say is to add more games. Overall cool spot to hang out.

I'm here on a Friday at 2 p.m, no one else here eating just me and my son, ordered wings and fried pickles for me and crispy chicken bites for him, it took 45 minutes after ordering to get our food, food was ok, not the best but not too bad. I've been here twice since they opened. It does have the brand new feel which is great. Eating there was okay, they didn't have the dishes i wanted each time that i went, probably because they had barely been open a week or two, I'm not sure. What i have ordered so far has been great. Today was the first time going there with my family I was excited I did like the ambiance I will say our waitress was very nice polite and patient. Super slow service. There were several tables with dirty dishes and the bus boy was no where to be seen. Finally showed up, he picked up 4 cups and took his cell phone and started texting, he put it back in his pocket, picked up a few dishes, took out his cell again, he texted and left leaving the tables still amess.

If you are wanting chicken strips, do not get them from Dave and Busters. They shouldn't even call them chicken strips?they were more like chicken strings ?? very hard and chewy. They gave me one drop of ranch and on Uber eats the menu says carrots and celery are included, but I did not receive any veggies with my chicken shoe lace strings. Better off going to Wingstop if you are craving good quality chicken strips.

Horrible management. I was waiting, standing up by the entrance for 20 minutes. Nobody would even acknowledge our presence. Once somebody finally took us to our seat, they had us waiting for 30 minutes, they did not even give us our drinks. The place was mildly packed but they looked like they were extremely understaffed and disorganized. Seriously, management needs to improve. It is not the first time this happens at this location either. Do not come here unless you are willing to wait 2 hours to eat.

We went on a Thursday at noon. No crowds. I think there was 12 people in total there, including staff. Staff was friendly and attentive. I had the Salmon bowl (cooked perfectly) and an appetizer od chicken potstickers ( a little kick with the chili oil). My husband had the grilled chicken club with fries. My family took me to dinner at D&B for my birthday. We immediately got a table, and we were able to order drinks and appetizers. Our waitress was very attentive and accommodating. Do not spend your time and money here. First time going and it will be my last. They had my group waiting 20 minutes to be seated. After we were seated our server disappeared and we did not get helped for 40 minutes. We were not even served water. Our group had enough of being ignored and we left. Also, did not appreciate a staff member giving us judgmental looks when we were being seated. This is by far the worst first experience I have ever had.

Ordered Lemon Pepper wings. Received plain wings with a small amount of flavor. Asked the waitress if they could be remade. The waitress then took the wings, the cook refried the SAME wings then added more flavoring on top. When the bill came, the waitress said "both orders of wings were comped by my manager". Now remember, the first order was taken back and then just reseasoned. The wings were NOT taken off the bill. And infact I was charged for two orders of wings.
