Dave & Buster's Auburn - King

Dave & Buster's Auburn - King

Reviews Summary

Dave & Busters offers a fun, lively atmosphere with a wide variety of arcade games, appealing to families and groups. Many praise the game selection and energetic vibe, while food quality is mixed—some dishes impress (like salmon bowls and burgers), but others disappoint (soggy fries, undercooked wings). Service varies greatly, from attentive and friendly to slow and indifferent. Technical issues with games frustrate some, while others enjoy smooth experiences. Military discounts and promotions (like half-price Wednesdays) add value. Overall, it’s a solid spot for entertainment, though food and service inconsistencies may detract.

Customer Reviews

We went on a very quiet Thursday evening. Several of the staff members were very helpful and attentive, but the waitress we had was pretty slow; our drinks were only refilled once (a small ding on the star rating). The restrooms were clean and in good order. The game variety was pretty great, but some more analog options would be appreciated in the future. Overall, it was a good value and we had a lot of fun. We'd be willing visit again!

Wife and I went for a date night. Played games, the selection and quality of the games is amazing. We got hungry and decided to eat there. The food was amazing, the server was great as well. Wish I remembered her name, but she was lovely. Wife and I enjoyed the night here, very much.

Cool place to chill with your family or friends. Lots of stuff to play. We don't go for the food though. It's okay but I would rather eat somewhere else. You can get help and get answers fast. Just go its fun.

We were shopping at the mall and decided to have a little fun at Dave and Busters. I bought the 90 minute unlimited play and it came with a meal and drink. Since I have 2 teenage boys I bought two and we enjoyed ourselves the full 90 minutes. At the end we ate at the restaurant which is quite large and enjoyed our meals while we watched the Mariners game on multiple screens. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We will be back.

My recent visit to Dave & Buster?s Auburn-King proved to be a seamless fusion of entertainment, culinary enjoyment, and modern hospitality. Nestled conveniently in Auburn, this location distinguishes itself through a well-balanced blend of energy, efficiency, and thoughtful design?appealing equally to casual guests and those with more discerning expectations. Upon entry, the venue impresses with its sleek layout and vibrant atmosphere. The service staff displayed consistent professionalism and attentivenes

Went for my birthday, and it was a great time! Most games are at least two-player, with lots of four-player racing and a few four-player shooting games. The food was good, and they offer unbeatable deals on food and games. We easily spent four hours there.

The family came here to celebrate a Birthday. We had fun! We like our games so that did not disappoint. Drink service was a little weird if you don't get a table. You order from the host and then just stand at the front for it, the process felt odd. My daughter wanted food court from the mall food, so we didn't sit down at a table. Axe throwing is broken, as in they do not stick anymore. The one in Portland is better in my opinion.

Employees are always busy, unfortunately, but it does flow really well (assuming you dont need help). We know what we're doing so its always fun for us! I love the app to keep my cards & points on. Easy!

Our yearly trip to Seattle. My youngest had never been to D&B, my older two had but it's been many years. We had great service by Ru, the food was delicious, and we had a blast!

So.... we get there purchase our play cards and go to the bar. After waiting about ten minutes patiently for our host I decided to go talk to the other staff about where I might find my bar keep. After about five minutes of searching she returned to say that she cant find her. About 30 seconds after that the bar keep returned. Food arrived SUPER quick! We were very happy about that. About half way though my meal I need a drink refill, guess who I couldn't find? Thats right the bar keep. Didn't get another d

Such a good time seeing all the animals, walking on the trail, and fishing. We bought some veggies for the animals (if you have a little one, I recommend that the adult carries the veggie bucket). They also clean and gut the fish you catch for a very small fee (worth it). Will most definitely be back!!!

4 of us stopped in for dinner and games on Halloween night. It was pretty quiet and easy to get in. We waited for a table for about 10 mins. Food was ok. Not sure if it was worth $100+. Ok it wasn't. Lots of games to play but we didn't finish all of our credits this night. The bowling game wasn't returning the balls so that game sucked. Had same issue at shuffle ball and basket ball. All in all, it was an ok time. I'll come back to finish off my credits and hopefully those games are working better!

The arcade games here are awesome!! The food here, not so much. Would recommend the nachos and flat breads, but the voodoo pasta was not good. Just tasted like bland pasta with tabasco sauce sprinkled over it. Also, our waitress didn't even care that we were there, she came so quickly and left as fast as she could, and it took forever to get out food out and she didn't come back to refill our waters.

We attended a birthday party at Dave & Buster?s Auburn - King and the games were a hit ? tons of variety and everything was clean and well-maintained. The kids had an amazing time. Food, however, was underwhelming. It took a while to arrive and didn't live up to the price. If you're going for the games, it's a great choice ? just don't expect too much from the menu.

When reading some of the reviews they were pretty mixed, how loud it is, the food. I would say 3 stars is a perfect rating if not better, the food was pretty pricy but still alright when you get certain food options, when I went on Saturday 5/17 it wasn't too loud but still pretty loud. My only concern is why make the game prices so expensive but when buying them you get so little. For me to enjoy my arcade experience I would like to spend my credits without worrying how much I have left. Spent $120 and got

This was my first time here. I absolutely loved it. The service was amazing, and the games were perfect. The food was good but not great, and it did not take away from the experience at all. 5 ?? all the way. We will definitely be back. It was a night to remember!

Good food and great time! We frequent D&B. One of our favs

We recently celebrated our kiddo's birthday here, and it was great! The service was good. As soon as I walked in, the staff notified the party specialist, and from there, it was, for the most part, smooth sailing. While I would recommend this place for booking a party, I would highly suggest choosing the time frame between 1-3pm. The time we chose was too crowded, and it was hard to keep track of all the kiddos (4-6pm). Also, regardless of whether you bring a regular cake or ice cream cake, this place will

The food presentation was great, but sadly most of the items were not that great. My fish was soggy, falling apart and flavorless i could not finish it. Our service was even worst! Our waiter brought our food and never came back, in need of refills and condiments that never made it to us, I had to get up and go look for someone at the bar. I might be back just for the games, but I don't think I'll get food again.

Great food! Service want as great though, takes FOREVER for someone to come check on your table to take orders. Also took even longer before they came back to see if we needed anything. There's no easy or convenient way to get hold of wait staff.

The food was as expected for American Fare. We had a large group, my first time going there, we couldn't be seated at the table as you had to reserve them online before coming, so we stood around really until someone left, once they did it took forever it seemed to get someone to bus the table, I would?ve done it myself had I found the supplies it took that long. The games are great, the lights and tv and all the commotion makes it feel like you were in the commercial but honestly I would probably just go w

What a fun place! Bright fun loud, perfect place to party! We also ate the food was good and our server was great!! Kyle! He was so attentive and very friendly. Best of all the gratuity was suggested not included! I gave him all 18% because he was worth it!

Came to celebrate a birthday party. It wasn't too crowded. Must show proof of a new test or vaccination card. I enjoyed a drink at the bar while the kids played. Update 11/24/24 We came in and ate at the bar. Jake was our server. Very attentive, friendly and made our visit truly enjoyable. The garlic fries and the garlic aioli is AMAZING!

Worst dining experience of my life. Went in the middle of the day so it was nearly empty. It was my wife's and I anniversary. We ordered wings and a flatbread. Took 40 minutes for food to be delivered, only for the server to drop the flatbread on the floor. Ordered 2 Heineken 0.0 and after we finished the 1st, the server brought alcoholic Heineken to the table. I do plan on trying the establishment again and hope it's better. In which case, I will update my review. Please do better, because this was our 1st

Customer service is a joke. Had an issue with their card system. They didn't even offer help, they didn't comp anything. I wasted money on a card and didn't play any games. Now, there is some sort of block on the account with over 300 chips. They didn't know what was wrong, but said it "might" be because I transfered chips to another card. Never happened. And they don't even know. Calling customer service, never dealing with that staff of morons again.

The food is more like fast food than a sit down restaurant. Its ok for something while you are there, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Service is great!

Look, ratings are based on the place. I'm not judging this like a real restaurant. I am here to watch dudes punch each other in the face then spend some quality time with the kids. That being said, the food was okay. which is honestly more than anyone should expect. Drinks? Good tasting cocktails but...Like, can I drink more here than other places, or is that just the D&B illusion? Came for the UFC fights, then played all night with adult kids. Yeah, it's loud as hell, but way better once most of the kid

Today June 8Th we celebrated my son?s 6th Birthday at Dave and busters. After the whole party spent over $1000 on games and food and we spent 4 hours there. We had a small group that sat down for some icees and lemonades. We ordered 3 deserts that we all shared and we drank our drinks. When served the check it said $70 total plus tax and a $15 gratuity. I told the waitress after everyone had already paid a couple hundred I didn't think we should have to pay for gratuity for a couple?drinks and deserts. She

Has to be the worst experience i have ever had in my life. The bartenders have been helping every guest for the past 30 minutes, purposely avoiding me and my girlfriend. The bartenders had glanced at us countless times and have not yet served us. They served everybody else, along with those that came in after us. WE HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR NEARLY 40 MINUTES, and they have yet to assist us and rather assisted those near our seats. Whoever is the lady walking around and helping all these other customers ha

Personal Experience: My recent visit to Dave and Buster?s was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. As I settled into my seat, I couldn't wait to dive into the menu and explore the culinary delights on offer. Each dish surpassed my expectations, from the perfectly cooked burgers to the mouthwatering appetizers. The service was impeccable, with attentive servers ensuring that my needs were met every step of the way. Whether it

We have been here a few times. This time around, we were here for a kids' birthday party. I thought it turned out well and it was a good place to have a birthday. This place does get busy, especially on the weekends. I think the prizes are easy over priced. You have to get thousands of tickets just to get anything decent. I think that may be the only thing the kids were pretty bummed out about. Go on Wednesdays when the games are half off! And if you get their emails regularly, you'll see they offer othe

For me, this place felt like a casino, get hooked on trying to win a ticket game and the money goes fast. My oldest played 1 game that gave a marvel card out for 4 minutes, went through $45 in credits. I won't be back

I love this Dave and Busters. Good place to take the wife and kid for an evening or afternoon. Very clean and the gm, Carl, is a pretty great guy.

I like the food here and usually receive good portions. Wait staff has always been friendly and caring. I had the shrooms burger. It was good. The bar is stocked with typical liquors and has alot of TV's if you're trying to keep up on a game The gaming experience can be a crap shot as often times there is more than one machine malfunctioning. It's a hassle to find an attendant. They've brought in some newer games which has been a nice change. My kids always like the variety in the prize redemption area.

First time ever going here and came for my son's 5th birthday. We had a blast. Plenty of opportunities for winning tickets! He loved the duck claw machine best but we played a little bit of everything! He had a good time. We also had some dinner there too after games. Everything was hot and delicious! I don't recommend the fries. Tasteless.

The arcade center with its attached restaurant was a perfect mix of fun and food! The arcade had a wide variety of games, from nostalgic classics to modern favorites, so there was something for everyone. The atmosphere was lively, with bright lights and exciting sounds creating a great vibe. After gaming, the restaurant was a real treat. The menu had plenty of options, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The service was quick, so we didn't have to wait long to get back to the games. It's a

I came here to kick back after a long week but it made me want to crash out not even 20 mins in. The games wouldn't give me all my tickets, the balls would get stuck so I can't even play my turn, then a bunch games would accept my credits but then wouldn't load or let me play. This place blows now. I paid $22 for 100 credits and just about every game cost over 7 credits each. That's like 14 games for $22 which is like over $1.50 per game AND I actually ROUNDED DOWN when doing the math so those games definit

We all u can wings. I think they have it on Mondays and Wednesdays. The wings where awesome so was the queso and chips. Our waitress wasn't on point. She would go missing for long periods of times. We had to reach out to another waitress and then a manager. It was a few customers that night so I didn't see why she was missing. The manager was very and checked on us more then she did. He also stated that they give them game cards to play games but when u have tables shouldn't that be more important??

Today my husband witnessed a manager around 1:30 pm verbally abusing a waitress or server. When he asked the manager to stop talking like that he was told to mind his own business. My husband got aggravated and asked what the managers name was which he was denied and then told to leave. We left but it is unacceptable that a manager verbally abuses any of their employees. We love coming here with our children and have never had an issue but this was absolutely awful and our concerns were disregarded. It can

Omg Lights, colorful lights from all the games. Any game you want to play. Great place to have an end of year sports banquet.. They provided food. Adults went to the bar and had appetizers.. After 10 pm adults only. Perfect place for gathering for us adult gamers. Shrimp scampi dip. Can't wait to go back for that and the drink selection was a variety. Staff in the bar section. Our Waiter RuRick was awesome. He was busy . Good experience..

Excellent service from dining server Maria from Italy and Guam/Canadian guy. Anyways, drinks are not that strong. But the appetizer food portion is great for group of 4-5 people. Open bar, and can walk around with alcohol while gaming. Tons of TV to watch sports. Game card activation $5. Load ranging from $25-65 or so. I purchased $45 and I play for 3 hours. Game card is convenient, it records all the win tickets. Arcade has lots of private cubicle shooting games, however needs more UFO catcher! Lots of bas

Ordered the chicken strips... got pieces that didn't even equal 1 small breast.... will never come here again. Waited at front door for 15 minutes while the 1 worker there was on the phone. Took over 20 minutes to get our check after lunch.... service here sucks. Smells old and bad. Some games didn't work but still took your money.... over priced and not worth it in any category.

This was our first time at Dave and Busters and honestly I'm quite disappointed about all of the hype I've seen everywhere. Let's start out with buying game cards specifically the bundled food and "unlimited" (turns out quite limited) 90 minute game card for $59.99, which we got 3 of and 1 regular card because the "unlimited" game card doesn't work on every game on the floor. So there are 3 different colors on the swipe pads blue, green and purple/pinkish. The "unlimited" card works for blue and green but n

Always happy here!! The staff is great! The food is always good and we have never had a problem with the games

Daughter had our grandsons 21st here. VERY noisy. Not a place for really little kids (like our great granddaughters who were there, ages 3 and 21 mths). Menu not for kids. Our server was very good. We def won't go back.

Great service and delicious food! Burger was amazing and perfectly cooked. We also had one of the best waiters attending to us, that we have had in a long time!

This location seemed to have far less options for food then other locations I have gone to. We ate at the bar area and the food was sub par. Not bad but not good. Think good freezer food. 5 of their games were broken. And overall the place did not feel clean. The outside benches looked very dirty. The woman's bathroom was gross; there was mold in the sink. The staff was friendly, but every thing else was a bad experience. We left and did not play the games.

Currently here, no one seems like they want to work here the server has an attitude the hostesses seemed uninterested. I have yet to meet someone who seems happy or seems to like their job. Which sucks because we are here for my friend?s birthday. Got some lemonade it's fine but the service and the attitude is not it. Took a bite of the cheesy bread and it was mediocre. Me and my husband ordered the barbacoa fries and it was good enough however was pretty cold. Forced 20% tip is crazy for bad service and co

Had a day off that coincided with the kids being out of school so we decided to go here for a little bonding. This place is like Chuck E Cheese on steroids. We did the eat and play. The food was way better than I expected. I had the sliders with ribs and fries. The strawberry watermelon Margarita was on point. It wasn't too strong which is good because I'm a light drinker. It wasn't too crowded. It cost about $200 between myself and two boys. Initially I planned on maybe being there an hour or so. We were h

The waitress was awesome, super nice and helpful, and the food wasn't bad. What gets me is how dirty it was. There was urine all over the female bathroom. You could tell the machines hadn't been wiped down in a while.

My son and I went to check it out, and had a total blast,. From retro to modern video games! There are tons of kiddie games too! I have not tried their food yet. It very clean and not a smoker in sight. Three different restaurant areas to eat or get a drink. The pics I posted we're only a tiny fraction if fun

edit: i just paid 7.16 for a 16 oz SLUSHIE. i can get one 3x the size anywhere else for 2 bucks. i also didn't appreciate having to tip on it because i honestly felt the server didn't deserve it. came here for my birthday... so glad i didn't pay the outrageous price to rent a room. i love d&b but my experience today makes me never want to come back to the auburn location again. our server clearly is in some sort of mood, and has some attitude. service is slow, and on top of that we EACH have to pay a 20% t

My friends and I had a fun time. From playing games and winning tickets to each of the machines to enjoying some nice beverages and amenities. I'd recommend this spot for anyone with a group of friends as a good and affordable hang out spot to spend hours at.

Our Server Chris was absolutely handling his section, the section next to his and made sure he either made eye contact whenever he came by or he stopped to check on us. He was funny, made us very comfortable and one of the best servers I have had in years. Chris will definitely be our server each time if he is on shift we will personally ask for him as our favorite server

This place was exactly what we were hoping it would be!!! My son and I have seen the commercials forever, and we have been anticipating going. It was perfect!! The service was amaze, the food was even better! Thank you Dave & Busters!! We will be back! We got to be there on the debut of the app so we got a TON of tokens for like half the price! The front desk lady was so helpful in walking us through everything! The server helped us in deciding what was good to eat and drink! Seriously 10/10, can't wait to

I normally don't do reviews for places like this but this salmon bowl blew my mind. Salmon was cooked perfectly, a little jasmine rice, cherry tomatoes, avocado, bell peppers, some corn stuff that was delicious and the arugula. I tasted most of it separately and then mixed it all up together. It was really good. I almost want to go back for more. I just may. 2k more points and I just might get the prize I had my eyes on!

SKIP THE FOOD Bad service seems to be their norm. The arcade was great, kids loved it but don't bother with ordering food here. Server took our drink order and said before taking it she has a huge party to cash out so it will take a bit. We acknowledged it and waited. Meanwhile another waitress walked by asking to take our order but we informed her it was already taken. About 15 minutes later our water and kids drinks showed up. They then took off before taking our food order. Took about 10 more minutes be

My diagnosis day for breast cancer was Feb.14th..my family and I celebrated my diagnosis day and my successful journey of beating breast cancer after a long grueling 4 year battle. We chose to celebrate at Dave and Busters. My sibling is disabled and utilizes an electric scooter the manager put us in the area usually reserved for big party groups to ensure that my sister was comfortable and could access all areas. She even came and checked on use during our stay. The food was EXCELLENT, as were the drinks

I had a wonderful time here. I was in awe of how huge it was and the array of things to do here. The sports bars areas were amazing and a bit overwhelming. I wish I was here in Washington for one more night because I think the McGregor fight tomorrow would be amazing too watch at the bar. The games are varied and there is such an array of different styles and just so much to do. Great place to go for people of all ages!

My waiter was great. He was attentive very personable. And had the best personality I've had for a waiter for a long time. Childlike environment, and an adult environment. I had fun

Fun environment, lots to do, amazing selection of games. The cooking staff and bar area are still getting their feet under them. Food didn't look like what was on the menu pictures and drink was a bit watery but will be back again! Addition, ordered an item to go and the brought it out sideways, it was a quesadilla pizza and it was a mess.

We went to Dave & Buster's a month ago and we had a terrible server and it made it for a not so good experience. I decided to try it one more time and this experience was fantastic. Our server was Yoana and she was attentive, friendly and delivered great service. The food was outstanding and we were able to watch the whole Seattle Mariner game. Afterwards we played some games and I was impressed by all the classic games that they still have at Dave & Buster's. Really great time highly recommend for couples

This place isn't worth coming back to. We came to celebrate my son?s bday on a rainy day. I could care less for games or machines but did ask the server for slice of cake and coffee. And she says they don't have a simple dripped coffee?!!! In a rainy WA for an eatery not to have coffee is below standard.

Kids got the dine and play $60 worth every penny. 90 minutes of unlimited play only restriction was they could play the games where you win a prize

First time at a Dave & Buster's and the kids really enjoyed themselves. They were overwhelmed, because they're so used to C.E.C. But overall location was great and the food came out at a decent time. The wait for a table was a bit long. But you had the games to burn some time.

Very nice and clean! Video games were fun and entertaining. We showed our military I.D.'s and they gave us extra chips and about a 5$ discount. I enjoyed the 2 player games with one of my friends visiting from out of state. We played tomb raider, an alien shooting game, and an awesome zombie game enclosed in an environmental surround sound system booth that blew air out and flashed at certain moments. Good times.

From my experience, all I can say is that service is definitely really slow. Sat to eat around 10:45pm, was ready to order but the server kept going past my group, so we waited for another ~10 minutes. After ordering our food, we waited for our food for an hour, if not more. When it came to eating the food itself, the quality of the food was very poor. Burger was dry to no seasoning to small/dry piece of steak & more problems that occur. One of our order was also forgotten and we had to remind the server t

Well, finally went back to finish off my card. Can you believe that 4 games in a row had issues!!! The Caribbean 2 player game and a controller that would not move below a certain point so that ended quickly as she could not shoot. Basketball free throw, game would not give me the basketballs, Terminator game the trigger was broken, and Allen's the reload was broken. I complained about 2 of the games and the staff was nice and reimbursed me but 4 games and 4 issues. No thank you.

My son loves Dave & Busters. There seems to always be a number of games out of order, or that glitch but still deduct credits, which is annoying, but overall it is a good time. The prizes are cheap but they make kids happy. Food and drinks are reasonable and pretty tasty.

The good: Nice selection of arcade machines. There are deals for both food and game credits. The bad: The waitress was inattentive and seemingly overcharged me. I did a play and eat combination and she had no idea how to redeem it. This location needs to train their staff.

One of my favorite sports restaurants to drink at the bar and eat great snacks. I especially love there drink menu of specialty cocktails, they have some awesome combinations . About 40 big screen TVs all different varieties of sports to watch with excellent food and drinks and a big arcade for all family types of family fun!?? *Overall 5 STARS ??

Worse Dave & Buster's so far. Me, my wife and 2 girls had a great time(Everytime) in Austin's (tx) D&B. This time was a let down, after a 90 minute wait to be seated (88 minutes to be fair) I overheard them tell another few groups it was a 90 minute wait. I took pictures of the area we were in, almost vacant the entire time we were there. we didn't get a single refill on our drinks, we only saw our server once to take our drink requests and to pickup the check. He had someone else take our order and bring

Access and parking are easy and plentiful. The staff was very helpful and pleasant during what seemed to be a mad rush of customers. If you plan to eat and sit at a table be ready for a long wait on some nights. The menu has an excellent variety of food to find many tastes at fairly reasonable prices for what you get. There are a many games that appeal to both kids and parents do a family night out will be good for everyone. They offer military discounts and half price games on Wednesday for those on a budg

Dave & Buster's in Auburn, WA is a fantastic entertainment destination that combines delicious food, an extensive drink menu, and a wide variety of games and activities. Located conveniently in Auburn, the venue offers a vibrant and energetic atmosphere that appeals to people of all ages. The first thing that stands out about Dave & Buster's is the impressive selection of games. From classic arcade games to state-of-the-art virtual reality experiences, there is something for everyone. My kids were invited to join friends here and all the kids had an amazing time. Wednesdays the play cards are half price, which meant they could play endlessly the whole afternoon for an affordable price, and the games gave a good amount of tickets to keep the kids excited and happy about the prizes they were able to pick out in the prize store. They had plenty of people there but it wasn't too busy, so there was never a big wait for games. My tweens walked out excitedly planning for future get-togethers wi

What can I say... You mix red robin or the Ram with a whole lot of video games, you get Dave and Busters! Not just any video games, but some really great huge video games that is clearly not what your parents (or grandparents) style arcade games. I hope I got the essence of the games provided in the photos, there are a lot of them. There is also air hockey and some crazy air hockey games for 4 people and even a 4 person Pac man inspired air hockey game that is just a great deal of fun... Oh yeah, there is a

Didn't play any games, but seems like a nice place to hang out. We went for food and beer, and was pretty surprised that the food is pretty dang good, had a regular cheeseburger+bacon, very delicious, but I had a piece of my buddy's salmon and that was amazing.

They had the best fried pickles. I have tasted in a while it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the food and where the games were located. Overall 10 out of 10. I highly recommend

Went for a child's birthday party. Food was good and service was excellent. Everyone had a great time.

It was great fun and pretty decent customer service. Lots of fun machines to play except they only have two working claw machine and 4 working coin pushers. Would like to see more claw machines, coin pushers and maybe some UFO catchers. All in all pretty good experience would definitely recommend.

We've been going here for a couple of years with kids and have always ordered the fries. Quantity has majorly decreased (literally half of what it used to be) and food was already cold when served. Fries were under cooked and soggy. I complained to the waitress but didn't seem like she cared at all. I wasn't looking for a refund or trying not to pay for something so little. Please take notes when someone is complaining about food. I'm 90% sure those people complaining must be honestly upset. Not sure what's

A decent spot for kids to play and eat

Honestly just came here to say I had some problems with redemption vouchers and the manager Andrew was able to assist and help out and make everything right in a big way. Absolute superb customer service and this isn't typical of places anymore, really appreciate it and this is the interactions that will keep my family and I coming back. Also the food has greatly improved over the years and it's honestly really good bar style good. Love the fries GPT, the papi chulo queso, and fried pickles among other item

We LOVE going to Dave & Busters! We live about 6 hours away, but go out of our way to go there! The food is always incredible, the games are so much fun, the service is usually pretty darn good too.

This was by far the best birthday celebration. Food was hot, tasty and right out delicious. The staff treated us with so much courtesy and was always there when we needed to order food or drinks. Shout out to Kristina for being such a wonderful Host. She was charming and very pleasant to work with. Thank you Dave and Busters for reminding the world that quality service is still alive. We'll definitely be back again.

These are the absolute most disgusting and disappointing nachos I have ever tried to eat. They look like something that was served at Fyre Festival. They came with hardly anything on them. The beans were left off as well. And the cream sauce is just gross. I got a refund from DoorDash. Two thumbs down!

Received exceptional customer service from Jacki, the bartender. She is attentive and friendly. Fish and chips are on point every time. The bbq flatbread was good too.

Great place for a Birthday party and the food was great. There menu is very extensive and such great choices. I will return because there are items I wish to try on the menu. Service was phenomenal above and beyond, the selection of games available was great. Even being very busy there where so many games there was no wait. Overall very impressed!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
