Customer Reviews

Loved it, the service was fantastic, the food was also delicious and I loved the games. Took my daughter out for her birthday. Also the waitress and her manager were very kind and very friendly and professional. My sister ordered the funnel cake fries, it was supposed to be two orders of these, but we only got one. The young waitress went to her Manager and the manager gave us another one, doubled in size for free, now that's what I call an fantastic customer service , their names are Chris and Donique.

LOVE ?? Dave and Busters conference /party room! Easy AV use, flex table set up, double room if needed. Plenty of room and restrooms, hang out after if you'd like Servers and management are responsive Plenty of free parking! I'll rate the food when I have a chance to eat ??

We went out as a family of four and enjoyed this place so much! Everything was clean, it looked newly remodeled, the game area was stacked with fun adventures for the kids. Food service was great. Everything was fresh. Seriously, it was well worth the price. Highly recommend this place! We will be back!

Sara, Lina, and Ashton were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Their hospitality was top-notch?so sweet, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my experience. I truly appreciated how warm and accommodating they were. Thank you for making everything so pleasant!

It's unfortunate and still hard to come to terms with seeing customer service or simple friendliness as a thing of the past, especially in the SERVICE industry. Brought my family here for dinner and games on a weekday evening. Made a reservation for the off chance it was busy (it wasn't) around 6:30 pm. When we walked in, there was a waiter/host and waitress/hostess standing at the entrance to the restaurant area. My wife and kids had walked in before me (cold so I needed a jacket) and my wife had told the

Best place to go on Wednesday! We love coming here to collect cards because they are so hard to get. The game is fun, but the odds are very low, And you have to spend a lot of time and money. The food was ok and so was the service.

It's a nice get away place they have a dining area if you just want to eat and they have an arcade section. There games are fun as well they just don't have a lot of them. But I loved the $5 appetizers!

I had the most amazing time at Dave & Buster?s Arlington!!! 10 STARS!!! The open gaming floor is laid out exquisitely, with games for all ages. I had an incredible time playing my favorite games; which include Spin-n-Win, Deal or no Deal, racing games, and more. This location even had an oversized, giant Pac-Man, which is my absolute favorite game to play. The gift shop had a great selection of prizes and candy. The bathrooms were extremely clean, and the dining area was also very clean and organized. The

Wanted to come here for my birthday with my partner. Immediately an employee stopped us and made sure we were over 18. Afterwards they walked away but watched us intently while we tried to get cards and talked. I felt really unwelcome and just wanted to leave and so we did. Just felt untrusted and looked down upon on a day I was really excited for. Update - Still waiting on a response from management. 4 days later and still nothing.

I've been to many Dave and Busters across the country but the customer service at this location is superb. The manager checked on my family every few minutes. Emmilee, our server is timely and cordial. As you enter the facility you are greeted and Assisted with all of your needs! Arcade is small and secure. Great for younger kids

Smaller version of a Dave and busters. Almost every game was working. The food was decent got the brekky burger. The s?mores cheesecake was great. Only issue I had was either the manager or assistant manager not sure who the guy was had glasses and tattoos when we were waiting to be sat by hostess he was extremely rude and told us to ?just sit? we had to grab our own menus and silverware and wait for the server. The second interaction we had with the guy was to ask him how to use our dessert coupon and said

Brought our 14 year old son here for his birthday and he really enjoyed it. The ordering process is less than desirable. We had several people in our party all wanting to pay separately and different ways but we had to keep ordering more drinks and food adding to the bill and none of it was accurate upon checkout so we had to wait for the check to be split and handled. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is decent but your here for the experience of playing in the arcade. The drinks where all grea

Came in with my family and some friends, 9 total. Everyone ordered their drinks and food. The friends we brought with us got their drinks and their food in a reasonable time. My kids also got their drinks in a reasonable amount of time. My wife ordered a water and I ordered a tea/lemonade. Can someone explain how it took over 45 minutes to get those 2 drinks to the table? There were even 2 polite and subtle reminders. By the time the drinks came, I just decided it wasn't even worth it. I said we aren't even

I had a fantastic experience with George He was extremely professional great customer service, friendly made me feel like I was at home. Great job for the experience that me and my family had. You deserve a recognition and A promotion.

Our first time going to Dave & Busters. We had a blast! Our server Rose was super nice and gave us great advice when ordering. Her suggestions were spot on! The manager Brittney even came over and checked on our experience. We will be returning to this location!

I took my youth and their friend as a way to spend some time on a weekend. The careful calculation of how many credits to buy versus how quickly they might burn through them was the most frustrating part. Because after I paid for our cards, I saw a poster that they had an unlimited deal that was not shown to me or offered by the cashier. And it would have been less money. The food was good and the service was fine. They were mostly teenagers and young adults that were nice but not necessarily engaged or eng

I had my son?s 8th birthday party at this location on 5/29/25, and it was such a blast! The staff was impeccable. Everything went off on time, and executed perfectly! The food was good, we have the mini pretzel dogs, pepperoni pizza, fries, and chick bites. All hot! I know it says enough to feed 15, but if you know kids, you know they're picky and my party of nearly 30 was able to comfortably all have a snack. Our waiter George was amazing! Hitting the spot with all of our drink needs. Great guy! Kyle was

The hostess and host were greeting everyone when coming in as well as when leaving! Super nice atmosphere. We came in last minute party of 12 and they went above and beyond to take care of our party. Managers were awesome. Had a problem and they were all there and gave a solution to the problem were had with the dipping dots machine!! Visiting from Austin and most definitely will come here when visiting.

I had a card back in the day for the San Diego, CA D&B because it was such a fun place to go for fun with friends and kid-friendly family time. The service was good. Masks NOT required! Not overly crowded. Service was pretty good*attentive and even had malt vinegar for my fish & chips!! This Arlington based location is smaller than the one in CA but I was happy to be able to take my visiting 11 year old niece. She had a blast enjoying the 1st person shooters, driving arcade games and even her old uncle shoe

I'm from Arkansas and though we have a Dave and Busters, the location in Arlington was a great experience. The people were so nice, the food was spectacular, and the games were not overpriced. I will most definitely visit again when I come back to visit.

Very cool place. Hadn't been in ages. Love how it is all set up! It's meant for the kids...the game area but I had fun shooting hoops...attempting to catch ghosts...playing air hockey, racing Mario kart and showing off my strength. Love how easy it is to swipe to pay for a game. The set up of the bar in the game area is sweet and bartender was very nice! The drinks are good. Cool environment where you can watch the game and keep the kids entertained!

Food. Loved the Chicken Cantina nachos flavor and portion size. Just lacking in enough chicken. Fries were good. Fresh, quick and crunchy. Service. 10/10 From the outgoing day manager, to the actual server. And the amazing server trainer. I never felt at lack for above and beyond customer service. That experience alone, will bring me back Atmosphere: For my first time ever at a D&B. Pretty much, what I expected....but, I was there for AEW:All Out (Anarchy in the Arena). There were basically only 5 of us, wh

Great service and my server Heidi was amazing! Very nice, great service, good energy! Manager was cool and checked in on us thanks Ana! I will be back again!

Jennia was an amazing server she took real good care of me and my family for my daughter's birthday party. The manager of the location was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of as well. I love everything and the new look! Will be back ??

It was a nice family outing on Monday. Parking wasn't bad and we were welcomed in as soon as we entered the building. We were offered a different experience of gaming that we had not experienced with Dave & Busters but we thought we would give it a try. We played digital shuffle board game that everyone enjoyed playing for the first time but could be a bit over priced! Food was good but service could have been better not sure what the issue was and it wasn't that busy from what I could see but waiter disapp

My family and I went here on a Friday afternoon at around 3:00pm. It was virtually empty at the time. There wasn't a hostess so I located an employee and confirmed we could seat ourselves. The waiter was nice and personable. We ordered our food and ended up getting the game play packages for the kids. You can get an entree plus a $20 game card for $29-$32 depending on the entree. The kids menu ha $4 drinks no refills which is a drag. The food took a really long time even though there were only 4 other fa

The appetizer was delicious. Unfortunately it's becoming more of a Chuck E Cheese?s with kids everywhere and not enough adult games. The service was okay, just need more staff. We waited a long time for our server to check on us.

The food and atmosphere was good. The service was "alright" at best. We had to wait extremely long for the food to arrive but we were there to watch a game so we didn't mind. I was a bit disappointed to find the tip (18%) was already included with our ticket for two people.

love D&B, have been doing 1x a month since college, probably the 10th time i?ve been to this location and EVERYTIME someone is pist to do their job. third time i have had over 30,000 tickets and the mangers refuse to get big ticket items down and accuse me of robbing the games. i?m 23 and dating a pilot who is 25 and i always bring him, dave and buster used to be our date night, and this location is closest to our house but we'd rather drive to dallas then deal with the lazy and RUDE staff. tonight they acc

We love this Dave and busters! We regularly come here to play darts and game. The staff is always sooo amazing and nice. The blond bartender (idk her name??) who's normally there weekend nights is amazing and soooo sweet. The food is always good, the place is clean and all the games are always working. Shoutout to the solid management, it's clear this place is managed well. We will keep coming back ((:

This place low-key sucks because all the managers will kick you out if you're having a good time. I went to spend some time with my brother then they kicked me out. This is low-key screwed up. Management needs to change.

Awesome place to visit....had a party of 9, the young lady at the seating area was really helpful as well as the manager, he put some tables together for us as we were waiting for other ppl to arrive and he seated us before they got there so we pretty much did not have to wait....the food was fresh and hot and even though it was our waitress first day, she did an awesome job and was very helpful all the way.....if ur ever in Arlington and need a good spot, please check them out.....yeah man

Chips/queso/salsa was ok, the queso seem to have been sitting out for some time, salsa was good, chips were also good. The mini pizza was typically frozen pizza. Can't beat the happy hour price of $5 after 9 for both items.

I went here (very first time) after AGF Kid's World Championships, and I had a great meal, great service, great company, and lots of fun.

Food was waaay better than I expected. Would definitely go back!

Went here with my friend but it's on the busier side of town that I'm not used to. They weren't able to redeem my eat and play combo because I was never sent the e-mail confirmation and there's no other way to look it up besides the confirmation. The young lady at the bar was nice and friendly. We wind up using my friends tickets on his card. There was a bunch of kids and it was pretty busy when I went so I might go earlier next time to avoid the chaos but it was an okay visit

Great customer service, loved the vibe of the environment and seating arrangements. I came her for a friends birthday celebration and for some reason I thought it was mainly for kids nope. The experience I had was great and the food was delicious, I will definitely be back and if service stays consistent I will update to 5 stars.

Exhilarating atmosphere. We had great fun at their games section. Unfortunately, we didn't get to taste their food, as we had already eaten before going there, but the ambience at the restaurant was great

Got great experience with family. A lot of fun game for kids at reasonable price. The food take really very long to be served. And my food even came burned, wasn't able to eat half of it. They proposed to replace it, but given the long cook time it was not possible to wait another 45 minutes. Other than that , the service was good and food status update was regular.

My family and I had the best experience there, especially at the Bar with Mya our server! Sorry if I spelled your name wrong beautiful person! You were all that & then some! Thank you for making our night!

I had the Cantina Nachos, family ordered, the chicken Buffalo wings with fries, kids cheeseburger and fries, Shrimp dip and chips. The lemonade was not tasty at all. Very watered down.

1st time to Dave's and ot was so so good our server was awsome! The gluten free bun is really good if your Celiac like myself just tell them they go way and beyond to make sure they do best u don't get cross contamination they gladly gave me a salad instead of fries cause there fries are not gf! I had cheese burger my wife had the kids burger 1 bonus kid had chicken strips other had cheese burger. Definitely going back !

When every other place in this area was having an hour to two hour wait times, we were able to walk in and find a seat almost instantly around the bar area. We got there just before two birthday parties were about to arrive. The waitress was knowledgeable and very polite. The food came out the exact way it was ordered. It was very delicious and we even shared with each other. Great for families, date nights or even for a single person to go get a bite and/or drink. Many options at this location.

Absolutely amazed with my first visit to Dave and Buster's. Customer service was on point from the start. Greeted at the door and was taken care of from there! Beer samples and food! Enjoyed the games as well. Not a bad selection.

We've always had a great time at this location, but the experience tonight made us not want to go back. We've always been able to order our food, eat our food, play games, leave our food and stuff at table, then pay and leave. About 2 hours or less total. Tonight after we ate a little of our food, we got back up to play a game and were approached to move our stuff off the table. Had not even been there for an hour. We had to take our leftovers and coats with us while we spent money to play their games. We

I love the atmosphere. It's a place for everyone to have fun and enjoy your food. My waiter was horrible. Did not take order in time. Took a long time to get my margarita. Did not ask is I need anything else

My kids had a blast. Waiting was long for a table but that's to be expected. The food came out quickly though. A little too crowded ,but mask and sanitizer was used.

I went with my son, he had a great time. We ordered some food and the food and service were right on point!

We celebrated our daughter's birthday here on the 12th of November and Dave and Buster's did not disappoint!! We had a great time. The teenagers did their thang. Us adults did our... ??s and ??s!!! Happpppyyy BIRTHDAY BABBBBYYY GURRRLL ???.

We visited this location after a long day, and we didn't really eat much here but we did have a snack before playing for a bit. It was Tuesday evening and they weren't too busy, so we were seated and served pretty quickly. This location seemed to have a large dining area and small Midway, and it was nice and clean - seemed to be a relatively newer store. The Midway might have felt smaller to me because I like to play ticket/redemption games more than the arcade games, but it was just fine for the variety

I absolutely loved my visit to dave and busters today, my server Lina was super sweet and helpful and took very good care of me and the family if you go to eat, ask for Lina.

Always a blast to come here. We always bypass the bar and sports area, and head straight to the game section. Like a big arcade! Fun games. Wish the prize selection was bigger, other than that, I would definitely recommend!!

All around environment was extremely well. The only downside I have is it does seem to be a tad more than some of the other ones I'm used to.

Wednesdays are half price games. We still somehow managed to spend $150. But we always have fun!! Lots of different games to play. Love it!

I love Dave and Busters but two things. The bathrooms need more attention and more often they were filthy and the bar needs to check IDs to Credit Cards. My friends cc was given to someone else completely. Do better

We came in from Waco, Texas to try Dave & Buster?s and I have to tell you it was worth the drive the food and drinks were on Point definitely recommend this place for anyone to enjoy a nice meal and good drinks and the games were also fun. Will definitely be going back to this location.

Happy Valentines Day! I got the shrimp scampi flatbread and the hubby got lemon pepper and sweet heat! Not crowded service was great! 4stars because hubby asked for extra crispy and had to send his wings back for extra crispy

Tons of fun!! We had so much fun celebrating my now Teen son's birthday! So much to do and people are friendly.

The girls had a great time. The food was surprisingly delicious and portioned well. The ?? was a smash hit and the shrimp dip was devoured. ??Hennessey is a must if youre looking for a drink!! My friend loved her drink. Crept up

Y?all, Sara is your girl! She is great! Super friendly and will help with any questions or problems you got! Plus my girl Kerah at the bar!

The experience was not that good ! We were not greeted when we arrived and the chicken in Alfredo pasta was not fully cooked. The place was also not as much entertaining as other Dave and Buster's.

So much fun. great games. Before I knew it I had spent over 4 hours in there. Great prizes too! Walked out with a Barbeque branding iron! Cant wait to use it!!! So much fun!

Had a great time here lots of fun and good food Rose and Brittney are the best awesome service well done

Love taking my family there on Wednesdays, but lately, I have realized that some of the machines aren't working or barely functioning at times. And when I end up having to ask for help with a malfunctioning machine I am greeted by an employee who is annoyed that I had to ask for help.

The food here was average and really just on par with other sports bars. They tried to elevate it a little bit and it is a good try but they ultimately don't come through with great flavors. I had the Beastmode Bacon Burger and it sounded amazing on the menu. It has pork belly, regular bacon, sharp white cheddar and bacon jam. It looked really good upon arriving at the table too. However, for having all those items it tasted rather bland. The temperature and texture were good but I didn't taste pork b

Worst experience ever customer Service was terrible food had gnats on it and they upcharge us for everything! the deals were terrible had the ?unlimited card? but i could only play minimum games the arcade was small also so there wasnt much to do at all prizes cost went up even for the candy the whole thing was not worth it and a total waste of time and money would not go again

I've been coming here since they opened. New lay out makes the game area a lot smaller. Super passive aggressive bartender disregarded me at first for another patron (who had a tab she pointed out) only for her to talk back to me saying she thought I was with someone else. Made the whole exchange awkward and not welcoming at all. I will drive the extra mile to go to another location.

Had a great time here! The bartenders Rebecca, Alex, and Myiah were wonderful and gave me great recommendations as well as had fantastic customer service.

It was fun for the whole family my daughter enjoyed playing the games and getting to pick out a prize with all the tickets that were stored on the gaming cards we had

It took awhile to be greeted by our server. Once our server introduced herself, she was really friendly. Food took a long time to arrive and was mediocre.

The manager Chris has very good work ethics; great customer service. Made my fiancee and I feel very welcomed. Will 100% come back.

The waitress Jada ID# 972253 was terrible. I ordered a Tortilla soup and she forgot to give me a spoon. Her excuse, a simple, ?Oh I forgot.? How does one that is in the business of serving food i.e., waitress /waiter not think about checking the orders as they come out to make sure the tools needed to consume what they would eat are there? At the same time, I asked for ground pepper and I didn't get it. Again she said, ?I forgot.? She honestly is not very smart, does not care or just not functioning mentall

Mya at the bar showed us a good time, she made my drinks to perfection everytime and made sure we didn't want for anthing!

Jorge made the experience amazing! Highly recommended for a family friendly outing. Request Jorge for your server!

We literally tried everything all was so amazing. Our waiter Adam said Anthony was the cook he is so amazing!! And was the only one back there. Food was so flavorful definitely get your money?s worth. Manager Alvero was very nice as well and stopped by to ask if we had any questions.

Nice place. Horrible food. Really hard working attentive staff. Kids loved all the games. Need healthier food for kids. Awful.

Very nice place for the kids and adults alike to play in. Good food. Kinda bummed they ran out of wings but that is to no fault of there own. Waitress is on the ball making sure we have everything also making sure our orders are correct. Would definitely come back again.

We had a great time, Hidee was the best server I've ever had anywhere. Literally gave my son her jacket to wear cause he was cold. Drinks were perfectly made aswell.

Our server Ivy was really awesome. He made sure we never needed anything and was super amicable. He's probably the best server I've had. The food was also really good. I ordered the chicken and shrimp alfredo and once it came out it looked like a fancier version of mac and cheese, but this tastes 100 times better. Afterwards, the games tied the whole night together and made the experience more fun.

Food was good the service was great for the number of people there. I like how kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

We love this location, this was our second birthday for our son and we always have a blast. The staff is very attentive, the food is always a hit and the overall environment is just a plus. They have amazing bar tenders and the drinks specials are always a hit. This location is great for family fun, but also a great getaway for adults to have some fun on their own. My wife and I returned the next day by ourselves and became big kids all over again. Love this place, check it out the next time you just want t

Well, definitely a huge change since the last time we visited. There were 2 families there with children -barely- walking age that were running around without their adults. Climbing on all the games, screaming when a guest wouldn't let them have the ball/axe at whatever random game they wandered over to. Both parents were unconcerned on where their children were and one of the kids knocked their parent in the face when told "gently" not to do something when they finally found their kid after being without t

Food & drinks are very tasty, the pretzel sticks with their Thai chili caramel sauce are ??????. A little too pricey for the quality & atmosphere, though, and you don't get enough value of games for the amount you pay for power cards.

Ordered the "Brekky Burger" and it sure came as advertised and didn't disappoint!

If I could give more then a 5 stars review I would! Aly the bartender was amazing. She was very attentive and friendly when it came to my order. Aly provided top notch customer service! I will definitely be coming back.

First time visitor. I had a good time watching my kids eyes light up at the endless arcade options. Recommend to anyone!

A whole ball team, siblings and parents walked in and they handled us in a friendly efficient manner. Services was GREAT! So impressed!!!

Anna and Jennia provided the most special experience for my daughter and I on our first visit to the Arlington Dave & Buster?s! It was her birthday and Anna made it a magical time for us, treating my daughter like royalty while still taking care of the other guests as well. She got two surprises from the staff!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025!
