As a first-timer I was pleasantly surprised. The food, atmosphere and service were great! We're greated right away with a friendly face, treated to good food (try the burger FYI) and there were plenty of games and good distractions to participate in. 10/10 highly recommend and will be back.

We met some friends who were already at the bar. It was not busy for 4pm on a Saturday. After 20 minutes of waiting for a bartender, I finally walked to the end where there was an employee on the outside of the bar. Our bartender was great once we were waited on. Honestly, a solid three stars. While the atmosphere is clean and inviting, the games were a bit underwhelming and extremely limited in play-time. I would estimate that most games lasted no longer than 30-seconds, which definitely interrupted the flow and the pace at which one can play. Construction is currently underway on a portion of the indoor play area and we didn't try any of the food but I don't see myself returning due to limited time constraint on many of the games.

Our server was great to be taking care of 10 adults and 3 kids. The most upsetting part was to see the manager and other staff not helping him with refilling drinks and cleaning off tables. A manager should set the example and be a leader of example! That is what will make customers come back!!!!

Did not get food there. The service we had was getting cards so our granddaughters could play the games. We talked to the manager and she was very helpful in explaining how it all worked. The place was very clean and our girls had a great time. Expect to spend $100 for two kids. Not much there for little kids.

Don't go here. The service was so slow. My husband got the all you can eat wings. It was a joke. They would only bring out a few at a time. Then one time he waited 25 minutes in between plates. Visiting since they opened & hosted a kids party. Prefer to visit when they're not busy and I love it. It's kept clean, staff is nice and the food is tasty. Bartenders are skilled and provide great service. Like everything else prices have gone up but I utilize the coupons and happy hour Another commenter mentioned pool tables. That would be great addition to this location as there aren't any billiards near by.

Our favorite place for family birthdays! Something for everyone on the menu (although I would like a few more vegetarian options). Definitely a bonus if you can recharge your cards in groups of 4 or more.

This location has no business hosting large events. Their contract per corporate, vs what is physically provided are dramatically different. We had one server to help with over a 100+ headcount party. The "unlimited" game cards expired within one hour. **Pick another venue, what their corporate HQ books is not what you receive.

We took our kids to Dave & Buster's for a fun afternoon, and it was an amazing experience! My hubby and I had a great time at D&B reminiscing about the old days. It's been a long time since we'd been to a location and this one was new to us. Jeremy, who worked there, was knowledgeable and personable. We saw him help so many people in the game floor and interact with them as if he generally loves his job. That was a big plus for us. Compare this DB with Myrtle beach DB?-night and day. This one IS POOR comparably. 3 machines broken?eats your money..no staff to be found?.i had to go to the bar up front to get a living person. Don't get conned into buying the winter pass, especially at this location. You have to find someone that can activate your game card every time you come because they won't let the system do it automatically that was OK for me until we had to stand in line 20 minutes and wait because everybody did the same thing. I think it's a scam on the part of Dave & Buster?s and it's intentional. They just want to get your money.

Wide selections of games . Pretty dead on a Thursday which is great for us! We got to bounce from game to game without waiting for anything . This location of Dave and Busters is great! I take the kids here at least once a month. The new renovation looks fantastic. The kids love the games and their app is really easy to use. There is a manager there named Amanda who has always been so kind to me and my family and her excellent customer service has won me as a customer for life!

Super fun place for arcade and video games. Decent restaurant with nice staff. Changing table in women's bathroom and a family restroom too. It's quite loud and dimly lit, so not for everyone, but a great atmosphere for kids or adults out for a good time. Easy parking.

Food was pretty good and drinks tasted great. Weak alcohol levels (in my opinion), but taste made up for it. I highly recommend the Drunkin Pumpkin drink! Arcade card readers seem to have an issue with reading app (if you gave a digital card) so I definitely recommend putting your tokens on a physical card. It's the bigger of the three Dave and Busters in our area. It's huge and offers a lot just unfortunately not a lot of deals on Saturdays. Had a great time there. Will definitely recommend and return to it.

Visited while on a vacation. Came in very late for food after a failed attempt to get food at Buffalo Wild Wings. Was greeted and seated almost immediately upon approaching the dining area. Food was great (Grande Cantina Nachos). It may have been late but they did not slack on quality in our case. Service was a God send compared to Buffalo Wild Wings, shoutouts to Julian. I don't normally think of Dave and Buster's when considering places to eat, but I will now.

I give it 4 stars just because it wasn't as big as the others I have been too. And you can see the game floor from where your dining at. Other than that service was awesome as well as the food. We dined in here on June 17th the day before father's day. My husband and I will return. The ribs weren't that good to me either only because of the sauce. It was a bold flavor that I didn't care for but the texture was perfect. This dish was tasty overall.

Fun place for kids. However, they need to do better job cleaning and maintenance. Some machines are malfunctioning, such as balls missing at some basketball station, and throwing rings aren't coming out. My wife and I drive past this place every weekend and never thought about sitting down and eating. So, we have it a try and man was I surprised. You order using your phone but our server we had was GREAT. Huge shout out to AnneMarie. She was on point with everything and had a great personality. Love this place. The games are fun and so addicting at all times. I went with my wife and another couple and we could not stop playing. Food was good too. The only reason I gave this location 3 stars was because the size of this location and the service we experienced at the restaurant. It was probably the slowest ever. The overall game options felt skewed towards young children. I believe they need to hire more staff, one star because my 6 year old did not receive her meal and 3 others finished eating already and she was still sitting there waiting for a cheese quesadilla at least 30min. Did not really like the Asian tortillas, too much salt and no flavor if that's makes since.

In town in Alpharetta for a medical appointment, was close to the hotel so we decided to run over for dinner. I realize I was not at a Michelin Star restaurant but the service was mediocre at best . I actually had to get up and look around because I was out of tea after observing our server wander off into the gaming area . The games and the food are great. We were having some issues with a guitar hero controller but Jeremy came in clutch and repaired it. He humbled me on guitar hero but now I know I must train so I can defeat him in the future.

Horrible service, horrible food. First, walked in on a Friday night, it was pretty dead....should've been the first sign. When the hostess finally came to her stand, it was like we were bothering her. Our server was nice but the food was horrible. Dave & Buster?s - A Family Favorite! We absolutely love the newly renovated Dave & Buster?s! The place looks spacious and, more importantly, incredibly clean. Our boys always have a blast here, and it's a relief for us, especially with a child who has allergies. The clearly marked allergen menu allows us to enjoy tasty bites without any worry. The happy hour is a fantastic bonus, giving parents a chance to chill while the kids are having a great time on their own. Highly recommend for a fun family outing!

If you want the place to yourself, go on a Monday. Our kids had an absolute blast as we celebrated our child's birthday on a school night. They were understaffed because it was a Monday, but we totally understood, and it was worth it. Amanda and her manager were awesome. Amanda was friendly, kind, and worked as fast as she could, all while having an injured leg. Thank you, Amanda, for being so patient and kind.

Went here for my birthday with my wife and I understand construction work but they had several games that would take your credits and not let you play and everything felt crowded. It was fun and I had a blast. I haven't tried their food so I can't speak for that. And the atmosphere the workers made you feel like you should serve yourself.

Had a real good time on Christmas eve. It wasn't too crowded as I expected but my kid bad a real good time. Food was delicious and so were the drinks. A good collection of gifts for the tickets you redeem. I would definitely return back at this venue

This place was a bit much. I've been to other Dave and busters but they're never this hectic and chaotic. A lot of the machines were broken and with only one maintenence guy. It just wasn't as enjoyable as it could've been.

This location was very good. It had a nice food selection and of course the games are always fun for all ages. Be prepared to spend more on the games then on the food lol. I have always enjoyed Dave & Buster's in the several states I have visited D&B at. I highly recommend.

This particular location has amazing customer service. We did a birthday party here and they were so willing to work within our budget, and take away things we did or didn't need, as well as providing great customer service throughout hosting our party here. Also when you're the birthday person you get an unlimited band that you can use all day long.
