We had a good time here! The food was good and the service was great! 99%of the games worked. Parking was good. Better make sure your wallet is fat when you go, it's kinda pricey.

On my visit I ordered the pepperoni pizza. It was okay, a good bar food. Nothing to rave about. It was something to eat and to go along with a cold beer.

This was our first time to Dave & Buster's. It was a new place and Valentine's Day I think we should of went somewhere else. The appetizer was weird hot cheese with cold toppings. My husband ordered a Burger I had a steak which was ok it had alot of Fat on it though and the sides were Cold it was crazy. It's like the Meat was the only thing they cared about that was up to temp SMH.

The atmosphere is welcoming and reasonably open to families. Wait times were okay from seating to getting our food served. Prices were decent for food but seemed a bit steep when it came to the gaming. Overall, my visit was pretty decent. Service on the food end was okay, but a particular server seemed to hover about our table, giving us an uneasy feeling. Dave & Busters has definitely stepped up their food game. We went on a Wednesday night and everything was perfect! We ordered chicken bacon avocado club, Parmesan chicken with fries, kids cheese burger and boneless wings with truffle fries ?????? Everything was so good. I took my family at this place. This is the second time that they messed up everything the food was completely wrong. I asked for my buster bacon burger to be well done and for there not to be any pickles or onion the opposite the first round second round, they bring something With blue cheese we do not eat that And it is completely raw 3 times it happened Waiters and waitresses they are super rude unprofessional as well as the manager awful place. We live 3 hours away and my husband is in a wheelchair. It is hard to find things he can do with us. We stopped here to eat and we found it a place he can play games with our son. We had the time if our lives. Employees were fabulous ??

The best part of our visit to Dave and Buster's was the arcade room. Service and food were horrible. The food came out at different times, and I had to keep asking for the same items over and over. Games where good Food was good But felt like our server wanted nothing to do with us we were a large party of 12 If he didn't want to take our party maybe he shouldn't have Every time we asked for a drink or a side of ranch he sighed god forbid he actually had to serve us. Our waiter was super friendly and kind. The restaurant was very busy because of the New Mexico Bowl game so the food took a little longer than usual, but the games were a perfect distraction for my 3 teenage kids. I ordered the Fire Grilled Atlantic Salmon and it was deliciously flavorful. The onions were caramelized, the green beans were al dente and had a nice bite, and the buttery seasoning for the salmon was the perfect combination of flavors.

This is definitely a pretty awesome fun center that is full of arcade games, food and a bar. My only complaints is that alcoholic drinks that were empty were left around the places and could have put minors that are without supervision at risk. Maybe hiring someone that exclusively takes cares of collecting empty drinks. We found some also in the bathrooms and family restrooms. Games are aging pretty fast. It was not terrible but for the price you pay to play the games I would expect better experience. Some where broken or had enough wear and tear so they didn't function right..

Loved our time at Dave & Buster's today Food is D-lish! Great place to eat, play, have fun and enjoy"together" time. My daughter felt like a Queen when they announced her birthday. Good prices on Wednesdays since it's half priced but anytime we go in we have to chase down staff members for the winners circle or getting a game fixed, it seems like there's only one or two people working that area. We were staying the night in Albuquerque passing through on Christmas Day and needed somewhere to eat dinner. Dave & Busters was the only place we could find that was open. We sat in the bar area and our Zack waited on us. He was so positive and upbeat. I certainly appreciated his great attitude seeing as he was working on Christmas. Waited half an hour for our food and was served this. The burger literally tasted of charcoals and chemicals so we sent it back, waited again for another 20 minutes to receive the new burger which we than asked for it to be ?to go?. Disappointing experience.

Such an amazing place to bring the kiddos to play and of course eat. This place puts such care into their food from presentation to your table. Staff is super friendly also. Fun place . Good night out of course like any arcade it's a kid and adult casino lol . We go have been here several times and this time decided to try the food . Amazing place to have a celebration for young and old! Staff take extra precautions to ensure cleanliness to include wearing masks and have hand sanitizer throughout the facility. The food was just ok but the service was incredible! From our amazing server Trisha to Sebastian who cashed in all of our tickets,, the woman who helped us with our game cards and the wonderful Manager who came and found me to bring me my sweater, every single person was fabulous!!! I love going here for date night with my wife. Their menu is always changing and most of their food is super good. I recommend the Nashville hot wings! The only downside is that it is pretty pricey so be ready to drop a good $100-150 if you're doing full meal, drinks, and dinner.

Recently, I had a terrible experience with a broken giant claw game that has the prize as tickets. The claw was clearly loose and faulty, making it impossible to win. We went as a family on a Monday night before one of our kids went back to college. Ordered fried pickles hardly any breading at all. They were not crunchy at all, either. The adjective i would use is soggy - a huge disappointment. They did choose a very good dill pickle. The salad was good. The other items ordered were ok but forgotten.

Our server/waitress Sophia was the best! She made our night out so much more pleasant and enjoyable (we had children ages 6,5,4,3 and 2) in our group. She was patient and was on top of anything that we needed. She herself is an asset to this team!

Great games and food. The only problem we've recurrently had has been with the game-credit bracelets. Even on the day we buy or replace them, it's very difficult to get the sensors on the games to recognize when they're swiped. This can be frustrating when you want to swipe easily to continue a game with a countdown.

We visited this evening to celebrate an accomplishment with our family and although we enjoyed our food, the service was awful. I visit this store at least once a year from North Carolina, and I had an exceptional experience here this past time. Met Drew the GM and the simple help he offered to hold my luggage in his office while I went to play games and relax after being in a airplane and airports sinse 4am was a major help and as hungry as I was, the 5 cheese flatbread was cooked perfectly and hit the spot. Drink was made perfectly as well. Look forward to visiting again next year.

We went in tonight to watch the NBA finals, the staff is inadequate and don't know how to handle a semi-busy evening. The manager was rude and so was her assistant, the bald guy near the door. He was awful. Now you're offering half price food, when you get customers in the door it's important you treat them well or you'll lose them again forever not even half-price food will get them back.

Loved the atmosphere! All the games worked well and my kids had a blast. While I was here I ened up losing my debit card and so many of the staff helped me look for it! Absolutely blown away with the customer service here. Between the amazing food, drinks, and games there's something for everyone here. Staff was truly amazing all around! From the host to the gaming staff from the bartender to our waitress - outstanding! Me and my family came here a week ago in the evening to celebrate our teens' birthday. The place wasn't over crowded. Lots and lots of games all in working order. Upon arrival we were greeted by Miles who was super sweet and courteous. He set us up with our chips and we sat ourselves close to the bar and game area.
