Customer Reviews

I recently visited Dave & Buster's for the arcade experience and had a great time. There were plenty of game options to choose from, ranging from classic shooters to unique interactive games. A few of my favorites were Halo, Big Buck Hunter, and the Axe Throwing game (with rubber axes). I purchased the $55 credit package, which provided a little over 300 credits. In about 2.5 hours, I used about half of my credits, so there's definitely enough playtime for multiple visits or a longer session. The arcade wa

You asked how to get a higher star rating from me.... Well, this is the 2nd time I've sat at one of the tables outside of the bar area and been completely 100000% ignored by staff. There are menus and plates at the tables. So it'd be reasonable to assume one would be waited on at some point. I've been sitting here for almost a half hour. Menu open. Looking around for a waiter. I see them, they are here. They just aren't coming around to check on me. I do understand you probably have lots of parents/ppl sit

Want the juice? Here's the deal. Lunchtime 11-2 special. $15 for a deluxe chicken sandwich/cheeseburger and you get 40 credits on your game card. COMBO THAT with All you can eat Wings $22 and get the mango habanero boneless (nuggets) with blue cheese, ranch, and garlic truffle fries. Oh did I mention that you get unlimited plays for 30 minutes STORED on a card? So what you do is you both do that (yeah you've gotta have the munchies) and then you get 40 credits and 30 minutes of unlimited play on two cards.

First time at this Dave and busters and the service was great from the greeter to the server. The food was great came out really fast and hot.

It IS an arcade. Respectfully, the service has been really terrible, you will wait a long time for food like very long. To be waited you will wsit longer so have your order in 1 shot. If you order everything at once, it is easier for them probably. They are always understaffed. I have received good service 2 times in the past. They had a really awesome guy once, and gave really good service and was really helpful for a birthday I planned but he may not work here anymore and that is good for him... but reall

Excellent, recommendable, and repeatable. Huge variety of arcades of all sorts and themes in a very spacious and well layed out location. The prize/reward section is well stocked for all ranges and ages. The bar is also a nice extra, with lots of seating, huge TV screens all arouns, and actually quite tasty bar food feom a diverse menu

Went here for my son?s 13th birthday and could not have had a better experience. Our server, Will, was attentive and genuine and had us laughing the whole time. My son and daughter both did the eat and play combo (which was a great deal) and our server made sure his birthday was special with the ?brookie tower.? Thanks Dave and Busters!

Our son wanted to go here for his 8th birthday. It was a nice place. Staff were lovely. It was super clean. Food was meh. Games were cute, but selection wasn't what we'd hoped for (our local bowling alley has a better selection ?????). All in all, it was a fun family night. Would def visit again, but will adjust our expectations.

Incredible. Waiting for over 10 minutes and the manager asked what we wanted to drink. He informed us that the server would be with us shortly. No one came. The servers were either just standing laughing or pretending to do something. Honestly, fire everyone and start all over again. Absolutely deplorable.

Great drinks and vibes. The waiter was nice and I was on about 20 ducks from my favorite game. It was a great night

Well the food was genuinely better than expected. Wait staff friendly. We were there early, 1130. It is was packed by the time we got up to play games. There is a kids menu. Kids menu was basic, no sides, large portions. The adult entree was fresh, vegetables were fresh. Chicken wings and fries, very average. Seating was clean. Great kids cups. Plenty of space. Private back room. The bathroom smelled absolutely fowl. The gaming was fine. Some broken balls in several games - bowling and fish bowl. Generally

The food was mediocre. I will say the mozzarella sticks were very good. I also got chicken tenders, which were probably the worse I've gotten at a restaurant. The mixed drinks are good. Games were fun.

Service was awesome. our first server was fast an very nice. The person who delivered our food to the table WAS AWESOME!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE GREAT FOOD :::EDIT:::: THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! THEY OUT DID LAST TIME WE WERE HERE!!! IF YOU GET THE CHANCE GET HERE!!! I DIDN'T THINK IT COULD GET BETTER BUT IT DID!! RILEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!!

Such a fun time! Made date night extra fun. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are well crafted and decently priced. We had a flat bread and queso which fit our snack needs perfectly. We got caught up with the excitement of games and our amazing bartender kept our place for us. We appreciate him so much. Will be back with friends soon (visited 2/20 late evening, forgot bartenders name because I never remember lol but he deserves credit)

The food is good. I don't think there's enough separation between the arcade and the tables where we were sitting. Prices have gotten very high recently though. We spend almost $400 for my family of five for dinner and some video games.

The food was OK. The problem was when we ordered everybody got their food at different times then my poor son ordered french fries and it took it over an hour to get them. The atmosphere was fun. The surface people were friendly. My crew had a really good time and the prices are not bad if you bundle up and buy a pass

I went to this Dave & Buster?s with my boyfriend while we were in the area, and it was a fun experience overall. We had some extra tokens on our card from a previous trip to the CT location, so we decided to use them here. We played their version of the dancing game and tried a few others, which was a lot of fun! The only downside was that the place had a bad smell when we first got there, but I got used to it after a little while. Other than that, it was a great time, and I'd recommend it for a casual, fu

I understand the place is very packed on weekend nights, which is no problem. I completely understand. I went with my brother last night and to get something to eat about 11 maybe we try to get some of these servers attention to order they completely ignored us. Food is terrible takes too long not worth your Time go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor.

It's always a good time when I visit here. We have a great time playing games and winning tickets. It was a vibe! The food was great too. I had the BBQ chicken Flatbread, so good!

Decent food, nothing special but also not expecting alot. Good arcade games however could be better signage on what machines reward points for the shop. Points for the rewards dont feel quite right.

Logan had amazing customer service he was also really kind. He gave off such a great vibe and fun night. He might be the best employee I ever meant such a great guy.

A little pricey but enjoyed the wing special and that was great. Awesome way to spend a day with wife and son. 1 knock the games shouldn't be like buying gas with tenths 7.8, 11.4 please even amounts nothing worse then having a play card with 5.7. WTH I can't be the only one that hates that.

Not much of a game prize room... The points to play the game is kind of high compared to other Dave and busters... So you end up running through all your points pretty quick... But overall I had more fun than the kids... But its a nice little spot inside the mall.. I would recommend for family or adult fun

I had 4 girls ages 5-13, and all loved their food and enjoyed 2 hours of arcade games. The server Gerardo was super friendly and helpful.

Place is over run by mice and roaches. Look at pics and videos! Good clean fun? You decide! Also the bathrooms are so bad they should be condemned. They also relabel and reuse old food instead of tossing it out and making it fresh. Enjoying that lemon in your water or orange in your beer? Well it's probably been sitting there in a container pre-cut for 5 days or better. Wouldn't recommend this place if you want to stay healthy. Make sure you share this with your friends, family and social media! Help someon

Not all the games were working and the prizes were impossible to get for kids. Then we sat down and ate.. my chicken was cold and gross. The lady seating us was completely rude we asked for a booth and she told us she was just gonna sit us at a table.

Our 10 year old totally enjoyed her birthday party. We had a total of 25 guests who had a great time. Service was prompt and attentive.

We had a great time. My food was really good I got a big ole bacon burger with fries. Service was OK, definitely not top notch, but it's not that type of place really. We had a blast playing all the different games. 2 older and 2 younger adults

Went with a small group. Ordered a drink from the bar since it was taking awhile for a server to get to us. The bartender flat out told me ?you can't order from me. It's not fair to the server? ok. So I went back to our table and waited another 5-10 minutes. Still nothing. I went up again and said ?can I just order my drink while I wait for a server? and she rolled her eyes and said ?I guess? Confused by the rudeness?

Had a blast.. drinks and food were great as usual... we arrived just in time for happy hour.. my 15 year old got a little sundae for her birthday ...

First time ive ever been in a Dave and Busters. I went in to get something to eat. I sat down. And sat there and sat there. Thirsty for a drink and ready to order. Servers kept walking past me. None acknowledged me but one and she said your server will be with you shortly. I sat there and sat there. Seen many servers visiting their server friends and standing around. I sat there some more....then i left. I guess Dave and Busters is all about feeding their machines and not their guests. Im a good tipper too

Always a good time, but please fix your men's bathroom ?? it's been "not ok" to put it nicely, since the open. Otherwise a decent time, games are alot of fun and a good price. Avoid the Floppy Tickets Game, you get about 5 seconds of game play for the same price as several minutes of other games. Staff is un-attentive, been like that since COVID. You will wait a while for anything and almost always missing things like app plates, waters, napkins. Never seems to get the full package here. Sweet bar but

Took my kiddos (11 and 8) to this location. Enjoyed as always when we visit. Plenty of choices for games and ticket geared games. The location is clean and seems as though a staff member is always nearby if needed. The bathrooms were clean, and food or drink is a few steps away. If you need to tire the kids out or yourself with a beer and video game, this would be a good place to go for a few hours.

Went out with co workers group of 14 first time eating there I guess for the value of people the food / drinks was okay . I was very upset about the fact the silverware was dirty after opening 2 napkins of silverware but what really put the icing on the cake for me was the third napkin I opened I took it to my server and he tried to hand it back to me and told me that it's just water stains lucky his supervisor was close and she heard him and apologized & replaced the silverware

My fianc? and I came across this place in our travels. We are staying in a hotel 10 minutes away and we stayed right up until closing time. We won numerous things and had a blast. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Many games to choose from. We enjoyed the experience here!

Holy smokes so you pay $20 for like 4 games and then the prizes are outrageous. You want anything other than candy it'll be about idk 15,000 points The staff was super nice only reason I'll give 2 stars. But the food also disgustingly over priced. So we had the 3 drinks two sets of wings (only like 6 pieces) a kids pizza and a $7 dollar tip...it was 55 DOLLARS?!? FOR WHAT?! The drinks alone are $3.50 a piece.

It's Dave and Busters. If you been to one, you been to them all. Games were clean, and worked, employees were friendly and helpful. A great winter time activity for any age.

First time ever at Dave & Buster's. A buddy of mine was shocked that I had no clue what D&B was, so we decided to do a 4h road trip just to try it. Let me tell you, it was totally worth it! The food was amazing, the place was super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We were served by Al at the bar, such a nice guy! I had the grilled salmon and my buddy had the double cheeseburger with fries. Everything was cooked to perfection!!! I have already told plenty of people about how amazing this place i

Dave And Busters never disappoints. I visited the Albany location today with some old time friends. We had a blast, unlimited wings and appatizers is always the best way to go. Had a good clean seat, waitress, was in top of her game, always had drinks and a fresh basket of wings. She has a picture of her kids in her writing pad which I thought was really sweet...but back to the games. They had the game on and great views no matter where you sat we went to go play some games and it wasnt too packed and ther

Games are good and all, but the lady where you redeem your tickets was on her phone the entire time, and was incredibly rude.

I WAS HERE ON MY BIRTHDAY 1/24 FOR THE FIRST TIME AND HAD A BLAST. MY FIANCE BROUGHT ME HERE.. I RODE ON THIS MOTORCYCLE AND IT FELT SO REAL BUT THE BEST WAS WHEN BOTH MYSELF AND MY FIANCE WERE ABLE TO RIDE TOGETHER ON THIS ROLLERCOASTER GAME, IT WAS AMAZING.. I LOVED IT!!!! GOT TO PLAY A FEW OTHER GAMES AND CASHED IN MY TICKETS FOR A PRIZE.. I SURE WILL RETURN.. THANK YOU FOR A FOREVER MEMORY ??

I had to stop at the mall to charge, and we chose to dine here. Service was swift and friendly, but both entrees came to the table very salty. Our side of fries, which is normally good at my local DB, was also very salty. The waitress offered to call a manager over and have my bill credited, and if it weren't for the fact that my car was done charging and I didn't want to incur an idling fee--i would've waited. This location can do better.

My son used to work in the kitchen n if you order food make sure it's the right portion soze cuz they cheat on the food other then that it's a pretty good place only to play games not order food..

Cilantro in most menu items so don't go there if you have a cilantro allergy

I came here spur of the moment with my boyfriend and son for my birthday. I have celebrated quite a few birthdays here since they opened. It's still just as fun as ever, plenty of great games. I will say I think the food has gone downhill. I used to enjoy their chicken wings and this time they just weren't great. I love brussel sprouts and questioned myself after ordering them "why would I do that at Dave and Busters, how many people could possibly order these here", and they weren't terrible but they were

I went here with my family and the food was really good. I will definitely go here again.

Ordered the Fire Grilled Salmon through Uber Eats and it was delicious. Wish it was packaged better I don't like the feel of it being wrapped in aluminum foil just my preference. ? other than that all was good.

We didn't eat during our visits we just enjoyed the games during winter break. Kids had a great time and enjoyed themselves.

There were people everywhere (of course) and it was a bit of trouble to play a game because of a wait. Very loud. I don't mind everything but it was very expensive. Food was amazing and I would rate Dave & Buster's a 8/10.

A bit overpriced. You get a candy that's normally $1 in a store here for 400 tickets (which, in terms, are equal to $4, because $1=100 tickets). The same way Nintendo Switch is 100,000 tickets which is equal to $1000. Whoaaa no thank you. I'd rather buy it in the store. But it was clean and not too crowded. The staff is very skilled and manager is friendly:) All the kids we brought had a good fun. Not a cheap alternative to a Bday party

Recommended to come with family or friends, the atmosphere of the place is pleasant and the service is excellent.

The food was not very good, it was way overcooked, way overpriced and the service was terrible. They wouldn't refund me and I couldn't wait for my order to be fixed. There are lots of TVs for watching the game and plenty of arcade games to keep the kids entertained. I'd recommend sticking to the appetizers, beer and play some arcade games but don't bother going for a full meal.

My husband and I brought our 8-year-old son here, and he absolutely had a blast. We live a couple hours from here so anytime we get the chance to come we do. We spent a couple hours here playing games and just watching our son having a blast and laughing and getting excited about everything. That in itself made this visit the best. I highly recommend if your ever in and around Albany NY and your looking for something to do def check out Dave and Busters. You won't be disappointed. They have all kinds

Overall I've had good experiences at D&B. Most recently I ordered the philly steak sandwich, and as you can see in the photo it was the worst steak sandwich ive ever been given. I sent it back to the kitchen and asked for it to be taken off my bill. My kids food had arrived and I didnt want to wait for a new meal, so I just skipped the meal. Honestly they have good happy hour prices and the food has usually been good, but this past visit let me down. Weighing my past visits and this one, I averaged the

My wife and I took our kids here after a long day of school shopping. The food was phenomenal, the cheese sticks stack was among the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had and Buster's Bacon Smash Burger was cooked to perfection and full of flavor??. Anna was so sweet and engaged with the kids adding to their excitement and anticipation. For our first visit with the kiddos, the manager Nick helped explain the cards and hooked me up with the App getting me bonus credits for the kids for games. He was thorough

Food was as expected, not amazing but it got the job done for a post arcade meal. Front counter staff slow with giving out season passes... which youre required to go to them for.. but you have to buy at a kiosk.. makes no sense ?????

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us for our soccer team. The food was not that great but we had lots of fun playing in the gaming area. Make reservations on the weekend though...it was busy.

Good food. Decent service. Busy and loud. Celery with the chicken tenders could have been better quality. It was brown.

Always have a great time here. Food was great and game play was fun. Prize room has excellent choices as well. Only negative aspect is the cost. Pricing has gone up quite a bit. Meals and game play set us back $250 for a family of 4. Will return...just not as often as we'd like.

i didn't even get my food me and my cousins are hungry starving. And our waitress christin wasnt good at all .Guys i recommend not to come here at all.All there mechanics was down.

Fun place, decent prices, food meh typical bar food very salty

It's a place where your kids want to be on their weekends. Nice, clean, place to eat and play, much more variety of arcade games compared to other arcades, but at the same time, money will be flowing out of your pocket very quick.

We have a lot of fun there. Glad something entertaining is open again. Even sharing tokens? -Yeah I still call them that! - go a long way. Some machines are closed for social distancing, you do have to wear masks but it's still a good time.

Went there to celebrate me and my son birthday so we went to dinner there the food was amazing and staff was great

Ring toss game is rigged for us, in a good way. Spam that for 100 million billion thousand tickets. Gang.

Food lacked alot, but service and atmosphere was amazing

So I went for my bday and I had a large group! The food was ok up until some of our burgers were a lil to charred and for some reason a handful of our drinks and our kids slushies had fruit flies in them..that was not a good experience at all ,we spoke to the manager she handled our table and gave us discounts on the food and drinks and gave us game cards for our kids!! We still had a good time,I've visited other times and didn't have this problem i don't know what they had goin on this day!!!

Not impressed at all. Service was horrible. We sat at our table over 20 minutes before my friend decided to go talk to one of the six staff standing around chatting less than 20 ft away from where we sat. To be told someone will be right over. Which then all six staff disappeared. I should add it was not busy, if it had been I would understand the wait, but there were people seated at maybe 5 tables to eat. After another 15 minutes or so went by he decided to go talk to a manager who came over to help us. W

Every order was wrong and we waited over an hour and a half to get two plates. We were in a group of about ten and it took thirty minutes alone just to get drinks. I would NOT recommend eating here. They also ran out of burgers so some of us didn't even get what we ordered.

I know it's for kids, but when I'm grown up to go.Therefore, party very loud too loud to kill. You you're wet keep sad sometimes cause they're kids overpriced by bridget galas for where to get

Had a great time at Dave and Buster. Good food, fun games, a great atmosphere, and family-friendly.

A bit pricey, but lots of fun. The VR was great, but quick. Food was delicious.

Had a great time at Dave and Busters with the family!

The woman working in the gift shop was very impatient today. Her attitude was very bad. Her attitude made me never go back again.

Food was fantastic, I had a burger and fries. It was cooked and prepared perfectly! The server was unattentive and acted like he didn't want to be there. I will go back but if it happens again with the same or another server, I might speak to the manager. Otherwise it's a fun place to go to now and again!

Only place opened late in the area and we had an excellent waitress and great food!

The food is microwavable. The staff are non-existent, most of the time and completely unhelpful. When you can find them, the place is a glorified casino for kids. You spend a hundred dollars and get enough tickets to buy a two dollar item that you could have got upstairs at five below

Food is average but that's not the end of the world because it's reasonably priced. Good arcade selection and the layout stays fresh.

Absolutely love this place! My wife, daughter and I go quiet often and have a ton of fun. We usually start by getting beverages, appetizers and dinner then go to the gaming floor for family laughs, high 5's and just a very good family bonding time.

We brought my Mom here for her birthday and to watch Sunday football since her game wasn't on regular tv. We were seated immediately and the experience only got better from there! Eric our server was amazingly attentive and kind, food/apps were delicious (fried pickles are amazingggg) and reasonably priced for the venue. We stayed for hours and would definitely return for another NFL gameday. *My only con was that it was hard to hear the games on tv with the noise from the video games, not something that wo

Whoa! This is a video game planet. There's so much games here both for kids and adults; there's also so much to eat. Good music and beautiful people

My family and I had a wonderful day here! It wasn't overly crowded, the atmosphere was loud but fun.

Can't have a bad experience here as there are so many great things about the place and staff. Always clean, energy always excites you, and staff really engages to ensure your questions and concerns are answered and addressed for you to enjoy maximum excitement. This is what I've come to expect from the brand, and they never let me down.

Games are fun and they have a very wide selection of prizes for everyone. Food was very salty and overall mediocre. The amount of game chips you get for the price is not that great, especially since all the games I saw were at least 7 chips.

Chain restaurant with arcade games. Good happy hour drink specials. Typical bar type food. Loud at times.

Amazing bang for the buck. Great staff, decent food. Just an great place for the family to come together and eat and play games. Also amazing if your throwing an event. Event space is available for rent. Just host an event here yesterday.

Has really gone downhill. Took an hour longer than it should have, some things we never got, others came out after the preceding course, and some servers directly made eye contact, turned their back and resumed their casual conversation. Our server was decent and clearly was doing his best to keep up and pick up the slack. Was given an allergen after discussing couldn't have the ingredient. Some food was quite good, others less so. Again, our server did his best it seems in an untenable situation, but it wa

Excellent, the food was amazing, the drinks looked good, enjoyable atmosphere and excellent service from the staff

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?
