Dave & Buster's Albany

I recently visited Dave & Buster's for the arcade experience and had a great time. There were plenty of game options to choose from, ranging from classic shooters to unique interactive games. A few of my favorites were Halo, Big Buck Hunter, and the Axe Throwing game (with rubber axes). I purchased the $55 credit package, which provided a little over 300 credits. There are menus and plates at the tables. So it'd be reasonable to assume one would be waited on at some point. I've been sitting here for almost a half hour. Menu open. Looking around for a waiter. COMBO THAT with All you can eat Wings $22 and get the mango habanero boneless (nuggets) with blue cheese, ranch, and garlic truffle fries. Oh did I mention that you get unlimited plays for 30 minutes STORED on a card? So what you do is you both do that (yeah you've gotta have the munchies) and then you get 40 credits and 30 minutes of unlimited play on two cards.

First time at this Dave and busters and the service was great from the greeter to the server. The food was great came out really fast and hot.

It IS an arcade. Respectfully, the service has been really terrible, you will wait a long time for food like very long. To be waited you will wsit longer so have your order in 1 shot. If you order everything at once, it is easier for them probably. They are always understaffed. I have received good service 2 times in the past. Excellent, recommendable, and repeatable. Huge variety of arcades of all sorts and themes in a very spacious and well layed out location. The prize/reward section is well stocked for all ranges and ages. The bar is also a nice extra, with lots of seating, huge TV screens all arouns, and actually quite tasty bar food feom a diverse menu

Went here for my son?s 13th birthday and could not have had a better experience. Our server, Will, was attentive and genuine and had us laughing the whole time. My son and daughter both did the eat and play combo (which was a great deal) and our server made sure his birthday was special with the ?brookie tower.? Thanks Dave and Busters!

Our son wanted to go here for his 8th birthday. It was a nice place. Staff were lovely. It was super clean. Food was meh. Games were cute, but selection wasn't what we'd hoped for (our local bowling alley has a better selection ?????). All in all, it was a fun family night. Would def visit again, but will adjust our expectations.

Incredible. Waiting for over 10 minutes and the manager asked what we wanted to drink. He informed us that the server would be with us shortly. No one came. Such a fun time! Made date night extra fun. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are well crafted and decently priced. We had a flat bread and queso which fit our snack needs perfectly. The food is good. I don't think there's enough separation between the arcade and the tables where we were sitting. Prices have gotten very high recently though. We spend almost $400 for my family of five for dinner and some video games.

The food was OK. The problem was when we ordered everybody got their food at different times then my poor son ordered french fries and it took it over an hour to get them. The atmosphere was fun. I went to this Dave & Buster?s with my boyfriend while we were in the area, and it was a fun experience overall. We had some extra tokens on our card from a previous trip to the CT location, so we decided to use them here. We played their version of the dancing game and tried a few others, which was a lot of fun! I understand the place is very packed on weekend nights, which is no problem. I completely understand. I went with my brother last night and to get something to eat about 11 maybe we try to get some of these servers attention to order they completely ignored us. Food is terrible takes too long not worth your Time go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor.

Decent food, nothing special but also not expecting alot. Good arcade games however could be better signage on what machines reward points for the shop. Points for the rewards dont feel quite right.

Not much of a game prize room... The points to play the game is kind of high compared to other Dave and busters... So you end up running through all your points pretty quick... But overall I had more fun than the kids... But its a nice little spot inside the mall.. I would recommend for family or adult fun

I had 4 girls ages 5-13, and all loved their food and enjoyed 2 hours of arcade games. The server Gerardo was super friendly and helpful.

Place is over run by mice and roaches. Look at pics and videos! Good clean fun? You decide! Also the bathrooms are so bad they should be condemned. They also relabel and reuse old food instead of tossing it out and making it fresh. Enjoying that lemon in your water or orange in your beer? Well it's probably been sitting there in a container pre-cut for 5 days or better. Wouldn't recommend this place if you want to stay healthy. Not all the games were working and the prizes were impossible to get for kids. Then we sat down and ate.. my chicken was cold and gross. The lady seating us was completely rude we asked for a booth and she told us she was just gonna sit us at a table.

Our 10 year old totally enjoyed her birthday party. We had a total of 25 guests who had a great time. Service was prompt and attentive.

Went with a small group. Ordered a drink from the bar since it was taking awhile for a server to get to us. The bartender flat out told me ?you can't order from me. It's not fair to the server? ok. First time ive ever been in a Dave and Busters. I went in to get something to eat. I sat down. And sat there and sat there. Thirsty for a drink and ready to order. Servers kept walking past me. None acknowledged me but one and she said your server will be with you shortly. I sat there and sat there. Seen many servers visiting their server friends and standing around. I sat there some more....then i left. I guess Dave and Busters is all about feeding their machines and not their guests. Im a good tipper too

Always a good time, but please fix your men's bathroom ?? it's been "not ok" to put it nicely, since the open. Otherwise a decent time, games are alot of fun and a good price. Avoid the Floppy Tickets Game, you get about 5 seconds of game play for the same price as several minutes of other games. Staff is un-attentive, been like that since COVID. Took my kiddos (11 and 8) to this location. Enjoyed as always when we visit. Plenty of choices for games and ticket geared games. The location is clean and seems as though a staff member is always nearby if needed. The bathrooms were clean, and food or drink is a few steps away. If you need to tire the kids out or yourself with a beer and video game, this would be a good place to go for a few hours.

Went out with co workers group of 14 first time eating there I guess for the value of people the food / drinks was okay . I was very upset about the fact the silverware was dirty after opening 2 napkins of silverware but what really put the icing on the cake for me was the third napkin I opened I took it to my server and he tried to hand it back to me and told me that it's just water stains lucky his supervisor was close and she heard him and apologized & replaced the silverware

My fianc? and I came across this place in our travels. We are staying in a hotel 10 minutes away and we stayed right up until closing time. We won numerous things and had a blast. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Many games to choose from. We enjoyed the experience here!

Holy smokes so you pay $20 for like 4 games and then the prizes are outrageous. You want anything other than candy it'll be about idk 15,000 points The staff was super nice only reason I'll give 2 stars. But the food also disgustingly over priced. So we had the 3 drinks two sets of wings (only like 6 pieces) a kids pizza and a $7 dollar tip...it was 55 DOLLARS?!? FOR WHAT?! The drinks alone are $3.50 a piece.

I had to stop at the mall to charge, and we chose to dine here. Service was swift and friendly, but both entrees came to the table very salty. Our side of fries, which is normally good at my local DB, was also very salty. The waitress offered to call a manager over and have my bill credited, and if it weren't for the fact that my car was done charging and I didn't want to incur an idling fee--i would've waited. This location can do better.

My son used to work in the kitchen n if you order food make sure it's the right portion soze cuz they cheat on the food other then that it's a pretty good place only to play games not order food..

A bit overpriced. You get a candy that's normally $1 in a store here for 400 tickets (which, in terms, are equal to $4, because $1=100 tickets). The same way Nintendo Switch is 100,000 tickets which is equal to $1000. Whoaaa no thank you. I'd rather buy it in the store. But it was clean and not too crowded. Recommended to come with family or friends, the atmosphere of the place is pleasant and the service is excellent.

The food was not very good, it was way overcooked, way overpriced and the service was terrible. They wouldn't refund me and I couldn't wait for my order to be fixed. There are lots of TVs for watching the game and plenty of arcade games to keep the kids entertained. I'd recommend sticking to the appetizers, beer and play some arcade games but don't bother going for a full meal.

My husband and I brought our 8-year-old son here, and he absolutely had a blast. We live a couple hours from here so anytime we get the chance to come we do. Overall I've had good experiences at D&B. Most recently I ordered the philly steak sandwich, and as you can see in the photo it was the worst steak sandwich ive ever been given. It's a place where your kids want to be on their weekends. Nice, clean, place to eat and play, much more variety of arcade games compared to other arcades, but at the same time, money will be flowing out of your pocket very quick.

We have a lot of fun there. Glad something entertaining is open again. Even sharing tokens? -Yeah I still call them that! - go a long way. Some machines are closed for social distancing, you do have to wear masks but it's still a good time.

So I went for my bday and I had a large group! The food was ok up until some of our burgers were a lil to charred and for some reason a handful of our drinks and our kids slushies had fruit flies in them..that was not a good experience at all ,we spoke to the manager she handled our table and gave us discounts on the food and drinks and gave us game cards for our kids!! Absolutely love this place! My wife, daughter and I go quiet often and have a ton of fun. We usually start by getting beverages, appetizers and dinner then go to the gaming floor for family laughs, high 5's and just a very good family bonding time.

We brought my Mom here for her birthday and to watch Sunday football since her game wasn't on regular tv. We were seated immediately and the experience only got better from there! Can't have a bad experience here as there are so many great things about the place and staff. Always clean, energy always excites you, and staff really engages to ensure your questions and concerns are answered and addressed for you to enjoy maximum excitement. This is what I've come to expect from the brand, and they never let me down.

Games are fun and they have a very wide selection of prizes for everyone. Food was very salty and overall mediocre. The amount of game chips you get for the price is not that great, especially since all the games I saw were at least 7 chips.
