This was SUCH a cool place to spend the evening with our family! The atmosphere is so fun (loud for sure though, so be prepared) but so fun!! We all loved our food! My husband and I got the Ribeye and it was absolutely delicious!! The fries were well seasoned, the boneless wings were cooked perfectly, and the kids meal was affordable! Everything was large portions as well. Best cheesesticks we've had in a LONG time!

How can you not like a place that has awesome video games and drinks?? This place looks it's been recently updated with some really cool games. The food is all fried not super healthy yummy food so there is that. Maybe I have been blind to it but it seems during the day they have become more kid friendly, this is nice so I can take the kids somewhere they can have fun and I can get super hammered before driving them home. I'm kidding I wouldn't do that but it may be nice to have a beer and take the edge off

Me and my husband stopped by to enjoy a cocktail. We ended up buying about $35 worth of tickets. Thought they would go further than they did but we were only able to play for a few minutes did not take long for them to go away.

I came to Chattanooga all the way from Metro Atlanta just to come to Dave & Buster's here and I enjoyed my visit! Got the high score on a few retro arcade games on the Pac-Man's Pixel Bash machine. Great selection of games also! Will definitely be back in the future!

We went on a Wednesday the games were half off and it was happy hour, they have 5.00 drinks which was a plus. It wasn't crowded so we were able to play whatever we wanted without waiting. It was my 21 year old daughter and myself out on a weekday and this was something different for us to do, we will definitely be back

We really liked our time here. Went early on a Saturday so the crowd was light. The food was pretty good, but we went to play. A lot of great games and prizes. My biggest complaint was how loud it was in there. We've been to several other large arcades and I don't think any of them are as loud as Dave's. Wasn't a huge deal, but maybe a bit overwhelming for my toddler. We would still go back sometime.

This kids' meal is a travesty: $10 for 3 tablespoons of pasta for a child is terrible. Unfortunately I'd already paid for it online, otherwise it would have gotten sent back. And the dumpy lady at the desk, taller with glasses, said that this was normal. How much much has been stolen from patrons? How would any business serve this to a child with a clear conscience? May your child and children in your life get cheated as mine was.

We enjoyed ourselves and had a last minute change of venue with a party of 18. We were seated in under 30 minutes after making a quick reservation online. Our waitress Barry, was awesome and took great care of our table.

My brother and I went here for a Friday night. We did not eat, but did have a few tasty beverages. Bro had some Bloody Marys and I had a Long Island. My brother treated me and paid for everything! My opinion...Pretty darn expensive! You have to buy a card, put money on it, and swipe to play every game. Each game costs ya about 7, 9, and some even 11-12 tokens each! He dropped about $200.00 easily. We were there for maybe 2-3 hours. But, we had fun and I got to play ski ball, Pac-Man ski ball at that.

Our server was Ray I believe and she was amazing she handed our table with the upmost care. She made sure all our drinks were filled our food came out in good timing as well. If you are checking out and their tablet says error while they are trying to close your tab- beware! I left with 3 pending charges of $386 on top of the actual charge of $386. It took a week for it to stop pending, no phone call as promised, wasn't even offered dessert for my daughters 21st birthday, which is why we were there. Love Dave and Busters! We take our Grandson every time we go for a visit. Wish we had one closer to us. It is usually crowded and noisy but that's to be expected. It's very popular, with all ages! We often see adults there by themselves. There's absolutely nothing wrong with being a kids again? I love it! We've eaten here once but I wasn't impressed at all. The food is pricey for the quality. Mostly bar type food. I would suggest eating before you go.

Great service provided by Andrew. Food was fast and delicious. Cajun shrimp pasta was full of flavor. Tried the watermelon red bull lemonade because I need some caffeine but wouldn't recommend personally.

Went for a birthday, wanted to get my friend in the #Human Crane "We're always open" it says in the biggest wording on the sign. Apparently always doesn't include an hour and a half before close. But they were willing to sell me a ticket for a closed attraction. And when I said why would you sell me a ticket for this always open thing if it's closed, the managers response was "sorry that guy's new but you can do it next time". Food tasted good but portions were kind of small for the price. Drinks and cocktails were good. Service is okay but I think they were short staffed the two times I went and ate. It wasn't busy but still needed another waitress/waiter. Very odd, and slow service. We watched while most of the staff talked behind the bar and near the kitchen as we waited for service. Our order came out wrong, as did the table?s food next to us. The atmosphere is what it is, great for games and watching sports. Certainly not a place to go waste money on food.

Came for a change of pace lunch date. Our server Sally was wonderful. Came to the table almost immediately and recommended a great cocktail for me. Extremely poor service Super Bowl night and it wasn't busy by the time we arrived !! I'm assuming the server was new so not all on her that she didn't receive the necessary training. Brought my son for his birthday to play the human crane game. Big Woo was awesome!! He had a blast in the machine and Woo made the experience so much better. He'll take this memory with him forever, he had so much fun and really liked how Woo interacted with him.

This is my adult Chucky Cheese playground. We had our niece's bday here and the kids had a blast. Of course us adults did too. Always great food, awesome watching the games on the huge TV screens, great staff and tons of fun games. If u have never been to a Dave and Busters, make sure u put that on your bucket list. If you are looking to get out and have some fun- this is definitely worth a visit! Games for just about everyone, massive screens to watch your favorite sports, good food (with the largest pretzel ever) and warm attentive service- all the boxes got checked on this!

Only a three because all of the restroom stalls I went into did not have toilet paper. In addition, only one sink worked. The games were great and operable. It was just unpleasant to experience no tp in every stall I tried to use.

I come here a lot. I don't have many complaints but today just wasn't great. Several machines were down. One ate my credits and there were no employees to ask for help. The bartender was literally the only employee I could find. I just left.

I celebrated my husband?s birthday here last week with six other friends. Every single one of us is now sick. Everything seemed to be clean except for the menus (which were oddly very sticky), and there didn't seem to be an employee going around cleaning the games, nor did I see any no cleaning stations like at a gym. Dave and Buster's is now, and has always been my favorite place to eat good food, have good drinks, and have some fun. This new location is very updated and the staff is helpful. There's a high chance you'll see me there most Wednesdays.

For this visit, it was strictly games. I didn't visit the food/dining area. The mall has too many food choices to stay in the games area. But as with all DnB, they have lots of games for all ages. Go early and miss the busy time. We had good time.

Don't be deceived by the Dave and Buster sign next to Dicks sporting goods that is not an entrance. The main entrance is around the corner on the top parking lot by the Brazilian restaurant.

I ordered ribs with fries and a salad.. The ribs were extremely good, not as tender as I would have hoped but the sauce was on point (definitely order extra bc it's amazing for the fries). Ah where to start. They have beer taps but no beer on tap. The games were fun and entertaining. The overall experience was nice and had something to do.

This was my 1st visit here and l loved it! My waitress was Jaz and she was incredible! I didn't have to ask for anything because she made sure l had everything l needed. She even took time out to tell me about the items on the menu that l wanted to order. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan Truffle Fries and Cantina Nachos. I loved it! So yummy! First I'm super happy that Chattanooga finally landed a Dave & Busters. I was a little disappointed in this particular location only because it doesn't offer adult games like darts shuffleboard and billiards. Other than that the games are a lot of fun the food is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. I have been a Avid Dave and Buster's guest since 2002. We have been to a few different Dave and busters and this I can say to be true; they all have their own personality. The one in Chattanooga is located in a mall and has a mall and side entrance. Prices are the same, on the exception that you can get any game and play combos right now bc of ?covid?.

We had a blast. Dinner & games what fun! Ally our server was amazing! She was so sweet and attentive. If you go request to sit in her section, she was the best. Games were fun, parking was a hassle because it is in the mall, restaurant, hotel circle, but other than that it was a great time.

Checks are now on a kiosk so its hard to verify the items on the check for accuracy but it was extremely clean and server was nice!

It was our first time there and from initial contact with the staff on duty there was the display of willingness to assist the customer. Seated at the bar I did have to actually ask for menus. The server smiled in a really big and bright setting setting my companion and myself up so that we were comfortable and could order. We ordered having shared a rack of ribs which were greater than I expected them to be. We played some games and had big kid adult fun after eating.

We had my daughter?s 5th birthday party here and it was great! There was plenty of food and drinks for everybody. Shane was our waiter and he was amazing!! We visit D&B?s often and always eat and play. Jenny is always helpful when touching tables and making sure we are always taken care of! We've never had a bad experience here and love Johnny and Brit are great servers!!

Great place to have a party! The games are fun. Food is great. You better come with a full wallet and not because of the games. The food is a little pricey but worth it. If your just there for the games, be sure you come on Wednesday when games are half off!

The food was pretty good. The people I went with said the truffle fries were great. They forgot my associate's burger so they refunded us double what it was worth because they had already closed the grill. I played some games too and had a blast!! And I won this little gem. Family friendly, helpful staff and fun games. The space is big enough to enjoy all games. Just get the digital card that lives on their app to share it with others. I got the physical card which there's a card fee.

I finally went to this place to see why the parking lot is always so crowded at night. The games are not my style. The atmosphere is chaotic as you might expect with all the games and blinky lights. The food and service at the restaurant area was good, and they have good alcohol specials sometimes. You can easily blow $100 in one evening here with a couple of people.

Loved Dave & Busters. We ate a salad, a Philly cheesesteak and a burger and all was made to perfection! Our server was great (was new but learning quick), I don't remember her name but she liked concerts and half her hair was dyed (beautifully). Everyone was so kind and courteous! This was our 1st time going and we loved it! We went to the Chattanooga location. Boneless wings and service was great! The games were all in top condition and clean. I was very impressed. My family and I went to Dave & Buster's for the first time ever on the day before Thanksgiving Day 2022. We were celebrating my birthday and I must say it was an AMAZING first visit and AMAZING birthday for me! We purchased 4 power cards and when we combined them, we won around 18k tickets! I still love Chuck E. Cheese's but when compared to Chuck E. Cheese's, you actually win more tickets and better prizes at Dave & Buster's! I've seen complaints about the food here. I don't know what you are expecting.. If you want a 5 star gourmet meal, maybe you shouldn't go to a Dave and Busters.
