This was SUCH a cool place to spend the evening with our family! The atmosphere is so fun (loud for sure though, so be prepared) but so fun!! We all loved our food! My husband and I got the Ribeye and it was absolutely delicious!! The fries were well seasoned, the boneless wings were cooked perfectly, and the kids meal was affordable! Everything was large portions as well. Best cheesesticks we've had in a LONG time!

How can you not like a place that has awesome video games and drinks?? This place looks it's been recently updated with some really cool games. The food is all fried not super healthy yummy food so there is that. Maybe I have been blind to it but it seems during the day they have become more kid friendly, this is nice so I can take the kids somewhere they can have fun and I can get super hammered before driving them home. I'm kidding I wouldn't do that but it may be nice to have a beer and take the edge off

Me and my husband stopped by to enjoy a cocktail. We ended up buying about $35 worth of tickets. Thought they would go further than they did but we were only able to play for a few minutes did not take long for them to go away.

I came to Chattanooga all the way from Metro Atlanta just to come to Dave & Buster's here and I enjoyed my visit! Got the high score on a few retro arcade games on the Pac-Man's Pixel Bash machine. Great selection of games also! Will definitely be back in the future!

We went on a Wednesday the games were half off and it was happy hour, they have 5.00 drinks which was a plus. It wasn't crowded so we were able to play whatever we wanted without waiting. It was my 21 year old daughter and myself out on a weekday and this was something different for us to do, we will definitely be back

We really liked our time here. Went early on a Saturday so the crowd was light. The food was pretty good, but we went to play. A lot of great games and prizes. My biggest complaint was how loud it was in there. We've been to several other large arcades and I don't think any of them are as loud as Dave's. Wasn't a huge deal, but maybe a bit overwhelming for my toddler. We would still go back sometime.

This kids' meal is a travesty: $10 for 3 tablespoons of pasta for a child is terrible. Unfortunately I'd already paid for it online, otherwise it would have gotten sent back. And the dumpy lady at the desk, taller with glasses, said that this was normal. How much much has been stolen from patrons? How would any business serve this to a child with a clear conscience? May your child and children in your life get cheated as mine was.

We enjoyed ourselves and had a last minute change of venue with a party of 18. We were seated in under 30 minutes after making a quick reservation online. Our waitress Barry, was awesome and took great care of our table.

My brother and I went here for a Friday night. We did not eat, but did have a few tasty beverages. Bro had some Bloody Marys and I had a Long Island. My brother treated me and paid for everything! My opinion...Pretty darn expensive! You have to buy a card, put money on it, and swipe to play every game. Each game costs ya about 7, 9, and some even 11-12 tokens each! He dropped about $200.00 easily. We were there for maybe 2-3 hours. But, we had fun and I got to play ski ball, Pac-Man ski ball at that.

We had a birthday party for my grandson. We had amazing time and the food was great and the servers were amazing!!! THANK YALL!!!????

Our server was Ray I believe and she was amazing she handed our table with the upmost care. She made sure all our drinks were filled our food came out in good timing as well. The manager Jerry was amazing as well she checked on our table and made sure everything was good even joked with us. By far the best experience.

If you are checking out and their tablet says error while they are trying to close your tab- beware! I left with 3 pending charges of $386 on top of the actual charge of $386. It took a week for it to stop pending, no phone call as promised, wasn't even offered dessert for my daughters 21st birthday, which is why we were there. But if I wouldn't have had the money in my account to cover the cost of my bill- after being charged for it for the fourth time- I am sure, it would have been a really big deal! So d

I called to place a carry out order and their automated system said to press 2 to order carry out. They answered and asked why I called and then put me on hold. They then asked what I wanted to order and then put me on hold again. Then someone else picked up and asked what I wanted to order and then put me on hold. I think after being on hold maybe 4 different times finally someone was able to enter my full order. They almost ended the call without taking my name or phone number to get my food when I got th

Love Dave and Busters! We take our Grandson every time we go for a visit. Wish we had one closer to us. It is usually crowded and noisy but that's to be expected. It's very popular, with all ages! We often see adults there by themselves. There's absolutely nothing wrong with being a kids again? I love it! We've eaten here once but I wasn't impressed at all. The food is pricey for the quality. Mostly bar type food. I would suggest eating before you go.

Great service provided by Andrew. Food was fast and delicious. Cajun shrimp pasta was full of flavor. Tried the watermelon red bull lemonade because I need some caffeine but wouldn't recommend personally.

Went for a birthday, wanted to get my friend in the #Human Crane "We're always open" it says in the biggest wording on the sign. Apparently always doesn't include an hour and a half before close. But they were willing to sell me a ticket for a closed attraction. And when I said why would you sell me a ticket for this always open thing if it's closed, the managers response was "sorry that guy's new but you can do it next time". After that was obviously not acceptable he issued a refund for it. Either change

Food tasted good but portions were kind of small for the price. Drinks and cocktails were good. Service is okay but I think they were short staffed the two times I went and ate. It wasn't busy but still needed another waitress/waiter. The waitress was struggling to keep up with multiple tables and the table busser had helped her out by bringing to go supplies and clearing tables as quick as he could. But host/tess had placed her tables in various locations of the dining area. Would have saved a ton of runn

Had a good experience overall. Food was good. Could have used more water to go with it. Staff was extremely nice. Lots of different arcade games to choose from. Wide variety of different adult drinks. Plan to visit the Nashville location soon.

We had a great experience overall! Great food, incredible service from our waiter, Johnny! He made phenomenal recommendations throughout the evening and was very personable. Will be back!

The food was pretty good, although kinda expensive. The fish and chips were very greasy, though. I couldn't even finish my meal. Tasted good otherwise. And the kids love all the games, but those cost too much, too. Good thing we went on Wednesday for the half price games!

Very odd, and slow service. We watched while most of the staff talked behind the bar and near the kitchen as we waited for service. Our order came out wrong, as did the table?s food next to us. The atmosphere is what it is, great for games and watching sports. Certainly not a place to go waste money on food.

Came for a change of pace lunch date. Our server Sally was wonderful. Came to the table almost immediately and recommended a great cocktail for me. Truffle fries were a good start and our sandwiches both came out quickly. Asked for a few removals to my sandwich and they were done no problem. Added a game card right to our bill at checkout so we were able to get right to games. Fun way and great location to spend some time outside of the typical sit down lunch date.

Extremely poor service Super Bowl night and it wasn't busy by the time we arrived !! I'm assuming the server was new so not all on her that she didn't receive the necessary training. She only had our table and one other ! After waiting about 20minutes she took our soda orders and I ordered a drink which she brought back the wrong one even though I specifically pointed out and verbally stated from the menu what I wanted. Never received the correct drink. Waited another 20 minutes for her to take our food ord

Brought my son for his birthday to play the human crane game. Big Woo was awesome!! He had a blast in the machine and Woo made the experience so much better. He'll take this memory with him forever, he had so much fun and really liked how Woo interacted with him.

This is my adult Chucky Cheese playground. We had our niece's bday here and the kids had a blast. Of course us adults did too. Always great food, awesome watching the games on the huge TV screens, great staff and tons of fun games. If u have never been to a Dave and Busters, make sure u put that on your bucket list. U won't b disappointed.

Came for a birthday party and we had a great time ended up staying for five hours. The food was amazing I had the triple bacon burger and the beer flowed with playing game after game.

Yesterday was my first time at Dave and Buster's and I was super excited to finally go! Our server was absolutely fantastic without being intrusive, she totally nailed everything. I had fish and chips and it was the perfect pub style food. It was also a HUGE serving. I had a blast playing the games, everything is updated and current without running into broken games. The bathrooms, 100% well taken care of. Everything was really smooth for such a busy day! One thing to be aware of is if you're sensitive to

If you are looking to get out and have some fun- this is definitely worth a visit! Games for just about everyone, massive screens to watch your favorite sports, good food (with the largest pretzel ever) and warm attentive service- all the boxes got checked on this!

Only a three because all of the restroom stalls I went into did not have toilet paper. In addition, only one sink worked. The games were great and operable. It was just unpleasant to experience no tp in every stall I tried to use.

SOOOOOOOOOO much fun!!!! My kiddos brought me here for Mother?s Day dinner because they know their mama!!!! This place is AMAZING!!!! Our server, Ally was the BEST server I've ever had anywhere. Customer service is 10000/10!!!! My kids enjoyed her company too. She was so friendly and personable. Ally got right into conversations with me and both of my daughters, she made sure everyone at our table was having fun and made honest food suggestions ?? by the way, the chicken and avocado club is the BEST sandwic

Fun place. Many different types of games. Nice bar/grill area & large tvs. Food was 4.5 out of 5. Service was good but place was BUSY so there was quite a wait. Prices are above average.

I come here a lot. I don't have many complaints but today just wasn't great. Several machines were down. One ate my credits and there were no employees to ask for help. The bartender was literally the only employee I could find. I just left.

I celebrated my husband?s birthday here last week with six other friends. Every single one of us is now sick. Everything seemed to be clean except for the menus (which were oddly very sticky), and there didn't seem to be an employee going around cleaning the games, nor did I see any no cleaning stations like at a gym. If we go back, we will definitely be bringing baby wipes to wipe down the games before we play. Not all of us got food, nor do we have food poisoning symptoms, so I'm chalking it up to the arc

Lots of fun. Great for the family or a date night. The sliders are absolutely delicious ??

I am pleased with my experience at Dave and Buster's. We came in and were warmly greeted by the hostess and got a table without having to wait for too long. The waiter we had was Luke and he was very attentive and kept up with our table well. He was friendly and even helped me choose a drink working with me being allergic to Vodka. He was knowledgeable of the menu and suggested the Beastmode Bacon Burger which I ended up loving. The kitchen forgot my brother's shrimp dip but the waiter got the situation sor

The chicken tenders were pretty good. Kind of small also this Dave& Buster's is connected to Hamilton place Mall. So this next thing I'm about to say might not be Dave& Buster's fault. But when you enter the first set of doors are automatic. The second set of doors are very heavy pool doors that if they're not propped open and you have an ADA like a wheelchair, you may not be able to open the door most of the time. One of them is propped open

UPDATE* Paid a visit to this place again after the last incident we had and this place has improved a lot since then. However, they could work on learning how to make adult beverages because my wife and I ordered the Dangerous Waters island punch in the big tower pitcher, which was like $44, there was hardly any alcohol in the drink. So the drink was definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY! The smash burger was great though. The pretzel dogs weren't that good and that's what my youngest daughter had. The pretzel br

Dave and Buster's is now, and has always been my favorite place to eat good food, have good drinks, and have some fun. This new location is very updated and the staff is helpful. There's a high chance you'll see me there most Wednesdays.

For this visit, it was strictly games. I didn't visit the food/dining area. The mall has too many food choices to stay in the games area. But as with all DnB, they have lots of games for all ages. Go early and miss the busy time. We had good time.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. It is my birthday and I have been saving for years. I had 80,000 points they took them all away including the ones I earned today. I hate this place in the deepest part of my heart. I will never come back.

Very impressive ???? Service was amazing and the games were great.

I don't normally do bad posts about places but this place needs work. We made reservations and were immediately sent to our table which was great. However it took us over 30 minutes to receive our bar drinks. Our appetizer came out and was consumed before we received our drinks. Each drink order took about that long to receive. Our server, although very sweet was of no help with any of the questions we had about the menu, the slow bar or the credits we wanted to buy to play games. As a person who was in th

I do not like giving bad reviews, however after having bread service twice in back to back weeks, I should learn my lesson and not return. I purchased my son the Platinum Winter Season Pass for unlimited games on 12/30/2024 for his surprise birthday party. That whole thing was a nightmare. My son couldn't use it for approximately 3 hours bc they weren't very familiar with the process. Ordering food was easy but it took a couple of hours for everyone's food to come out. Some people received theirs in about 2

Went with our niece's family... Enjoyed watching the kids go crazy! The food was good... Great family time!

My husband and I went to Dave and Buster?s for the first time last night, and we had a blast! Highly recommend. For our meal, we started with appetizers, but they were so big that we didn't end up getting more food because it was as big as a meal. The Bavarian soft pretzel was delicious! I would go back just for that. Our server, Ally, was fantastic. Quick service during a very busy Saturday night. She explained everything to us so well. Even though it was busy, there was always a few games open so we never

A mall arcade with a bar and decent food. I was at the mall and decided to go check it out. Not really the type of place I would go to but looked like a great place to go with the kids.

Went here for all you can eat wings because it came with a $10 play card, so we figured, screw it. Eat a lot of wings, play some games while we're at it. I'm going to call it what it is. The AYCE Wings are an absolute SCAM. They took 15-20 minutes between orders of wings, and when asked why we were told, "Well, you know them things are frozen solid back there." Sure, I probably did know that, but who wants to be told that while they eat them? Then, our server, who just literally didn't seem to know anything

My sprite was flat and they didn't give me my food for a long long long time. The games were good .

My husband and I ordered an appetizer while the kids played. This is the philly cheesesteak dip. AMAZING! Cheese sauce filled with beef slices, mushrooms and French fried onion; served with garlic bread sliced to dip into it. Gosh it was so good. My only complaint is this item was not on their menu. The only reason we seen it was because of the paper centerfold. I assume it may be a limited time. It definitely needs to be on their menu full time!

Don't be deceived by the Dave and Buster sign next to Dicks sporting goods that is not an entrance. The main entrance is around the corner on the top parking lot by the Brazilian restaurant.

It's really fun and nice! Just like the other locations! The server served us really good, valid a tongs it's chill /family friendly environment! I also love how it's inside the mall - you can walk to to fron inside the mall then it has its own building!

Was nice, clean and good drinks

I ordered ribs with fries and a salad.. The ribs were extremely good, not as tender as I would have hoped but the sauce was on point (definitely order extra bc it's amazing for the fries). I got a full rack and took half home. The salad was a salad, nothing made it stand out but it was still very refreshing. I had doubts about the Backwoods Blueberry Lemonade at first. It had pureed berries, sweet and sour and came with a side car of strawberry moonshine which i mixed in as well - it ended up being BERRY BE

Overall the games are fun, pretty clean environment, but our food was just alright. It was hot and fresh though.

I love it, but our last visit a lot of machines didn't work and we didn't know til it already took tickets off the cards.

Dave and Busters is always a great place to go for a good time; however, you can't forget the good food and drinks too! Dave and Busters makes the best fish and chips in our area! Be sure to grab it the next time you are in!

Ally B. Was an AMAZING waitress! Probably the best waitress we've ever had anywhere! Dave & Busters better hold onto her! Ally?s service was terrific and she was so friendly and personable! The food was great! The games were fun! We'll definitely be back and asking to sit in Ally?s section for sure! Thanks for making our vaca that much better Ally!

Ah where to start. They have beer taps but no beer on tap. The games were fun and entertaining. The overall experience was nice and had something to do.

This was my 1st visit here and l loved it! My waitress was Jaz and she was incredible! I didn't have to ask for anything because she made sure l had everything l needed. She even took time out to tell me about the items on the menu that l wanted to order. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan Truffle Fries and Cantina Nachos. I loved it! So yummy! I will be back again and l hope Jaz is my waitress!

This location was very crowded but had pretty good drinks. All the machines were pretty nice and all were working. Had a good time while I was there.

Very crowded. Saturday at 5:30 so what do you expect you know. Service was good, still able to get to the games and food was okay. Overall decent experience.

Was a great time! My wife and I went and played alot of games together, and we ate at the restaurant also, good food, make sure you get the fried cheese curds, awesome!!

Terrible, overpriced food. Gaming tix were obscenely priced - 1.5 hours of unlimited games was close to $70 each. Will not be returning.

Food is FANTASTIC. Games are FUN. Service is SLOW and they get orders wrong (both times I've been there this month). I specifically ordered my burger with no tomato and no lettuce. They brought it to the table and said "all the way" I said it couldn't be mine and he looked right at me and says "well YOUR order says all the way". Also, I suggest to take cash for your tip. The way their ordering system is set up, you have to tip before your service. I consider myself to be a decent tipper, but I tipped WAY to

Hosted my husband's surprise birthday party here, and it was AMAZING! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience stress-free. Jayla, Tierra, and Jerry are the 3 ladies that worked with our group of 30+ guests throughout the night, and they were AWESOME! They helped me decorate, attended to our group & helped with photos. I will be coming back for sure & highly recommend D&B's for parties & events. The prices were fair, we got group discounts, and the ability to bring our own cake/ decor was appr

We brought our family to celebrate our youngest daughter?s birthday. It was such a great decision to have it here! We loved the food and the drinks. Shannon made it a night to remember by recognizing that great service makes great memories! She was very attentive and even took pictures for our group! We can't wait to come back!

First I'm super happy that Chattanooga finally landed a Dave & Busters. I was a little disappointed in this particular location only because it doesn't offer adult games like darts shuffleboard and billiards. Other than that the games are a lot of fun the food is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. I have been a Avid Dave and Buster's guest since 2002. I would definitely recommend this location to locals and travelers alike

We have been to a few different Dave and busters and this I can say to be true; they all have their own personality. The one in Chattanooga is located in a mall and has a mall and side entrance. Prices are the same, on the exception that you can get any game and play combos right now bc of ?covid?.

This was my first time going to Dave and Buster's and I had a blast. My server was a young lady name jazz, she did a awesome and wonderful job Kudos to her.

Food was incredible! Arcade is a bit on the pricey side with the games for redemption. Not a lot of prizes to choose from.

Its very nice knowing that we have a nice family place to go. Our trip to Atlanta will be cut short now. Our food and drinks was great as well..Thanks for coming to Chattanooga..

It's always fun. Not fine dining by any stretch, but the food and drinks are solid. Best to have a group.

Great place to come and have fun with family there is so many great games to play some which I have not seen in other arcades. They serve food and drinks and they have pretty good prices.

We had a blast. Dinner & games what fun! Ally our server was amazing! She was so sweet and attentive. If you go request to sit in her section, she was the best. Games were fun, parking was a hassle because it is in the mall, restaurant, hotel circle, but other than that it was a great time.

Checks are now on a kiosk so its hard to verify the items on the check for accuracy but it was extremely clean and server was nice!

They got rid of the VR ride ?? other than that's pretty great place. Little expensive but fun for the kids.

It was our first time there and from initial contact with the staff on duty there was the display of willingness to assist the customer. Seated at the bar I did have to actually ask for menus. The server smiled in a really big and bright setting setting my companion and myself up so that we were comfortable and could order. We ordered having shared a rack of ribs which were greater than I expected them to be. We played some games and had big kid adult fun after eating.

We had my daughter?s 5th birthday party here and it was great! There was plenty of food and drinks for everybody. Shane was our waiter and he was amazing!! He was right on time with everything and even came and found me and my daughter in the game area to deliver a drink to her! It is loud in the gaming area, but the area where the tables are reserved is quieter and you can sit and have a conversation without screaming at each other. ??

We visit D&B?s often and always eat and play. Jenny is always helpful when touching tables and making sure we are always taken care of! We've never had a bad experience here and love Johnny and Brit are great servers!!

Great place to have a party! The games are fun. Food is great. You better come with a full wallet and not because of the games. The food is a little pricey but worth it. If your just there for the games, be sure you come on Wednesday when games are half off!

The food was pretty good. The people I went with said the truffle fries were great. They forgot my associate's burger so they refunded us double what it was worth because they had already closed the grill. I played some games too and had a blast!! And I won this little gem. I think I might start collecting. Decent Friday night.

Family friendly, helpful staff and fun games. The space is big enough to enjoy all games. Just get the digital card that lives on their app to share it with others. I got the physical card which there's a card fee.

I finally went to this place to see why the parking lot is always so crowded at night. The games are not my style. The atmosphere is chaotic as you might expect with all the games and blinky lights. The food and service at the restaurant area was good, and they have good alcohol specials sometimes. You can easily blow $100 in one evening here with a couple of people.

Loved Dave & Busters. We ate a salad, a Philly cheesesteak and a burger and all was made to perfection! Our server was great (was new but learning quick), I don't remember her name but she liked concerts and half her hair was dyed (beautifully). Everyone was so kind and courteous! Also loved the arcade and everything worked well for us.

This was our 1st time going and we loved it! We went to the Chattanooga location. Boneless wings and service was great! The games were all in top condition and clean. I was very impressed. My kids loved it (11 and 14) and not gonna lie...my husband and I had just as much fun as they did with the games! The Walking Dead and Jurassic Park games were our faves. We will go back!

My family and I went to Dave & Buster's for the first time ever on the day before Thanksgiving Day 2022. We were celebrating my birthday and I must say it was an AMAZING first visit and AMAZING birthday for me! We purchased 4 power cards and when we combined them, we won around 18k tickets! I still love Chuck E. Cheese's but when compared to Chuck E. Cheese's, you actually win more tickets and better prizes at Dave & Buster's! My family and I are definitely returning to Dave & Buster's and I highly recommen

I've seen complaints about the food here. I don't know what you are expecting.. If you want a 5 star gourmet meal, maybe you shouldn't go to a Dave and Busters. If you want to have a good time, hang with friends or family with good food, then this is the place for you. I had the Busters Bacon Smash Burger. It was fantastic!

We arrived around 5pm and went to the bar and had food as well as 2 of the DB Long Island Iced Teas, which are part of their Happy Hour specials for $5. We finished our meal and drinks, then got up to play some games. At around 6:30 we returned to the bar and ordered 2 more Long Island Iced Teas, only to be told by the new server that those were no longer a part of the Happy Hour special, and the server we had earlier should not have charged us the lower price for the drinks. After showing her pictures of t

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
