Customer Reviews

The orange location is the one we usually go to for half price on game on Wednesday. Food and drinks were discount after 10pm when we went so it was nice cheap eat. Place is well maintained, clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bartender who serves us in the gaming area made excellent drinks and great service ( also for $5.50 thats a steal!). They had a lot of new updates and games in the last couple weeks now so it's more fun goin in as we can try out new games. This is my fav classic one in the

On the date of 6/17/25 my son and I went in to enjoy a day of games and fun, as we always do at this location. We do what we always do and check out the tickets needed for certain prizes. My son saw a sloth he wanted with the ticket cost of 8,000 tickets. We bought a card and won 8,000 tickets. When we went to get the sloth he so badly wanted the lady working the prize redemption told us that 8,000 ticket cost hasn't been updated. She said the new cost was 10,000. I asked her if she could honor the 8,000 si

Great place to chill during happy hour before a movie. Chill vibe bartender was nice and friendly.

???????? (3 out of 5 stars) Great Burger, But the Service Missed the Mark Stopped by Dave & Buster?s for a casual bite and some fun?and while the atmosphere had its usual energy and games galore, it was the hamburger that really stole the show. Juicy, flavorful, cooked just right?honestly, one of the best burgers I've had in a while. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite match the quality of the food. From long wait times to inattentive staff, it felt like the team was either overwhelmed or just not eng

Good for celebrations, lunch /dinner dates and family night out. I added a winning strategy to one of the games in the game room. If anyone tries it- let me know how it goes please. Have fun winner!!

Just stopped in to have something to eat and something to drink. After running some errands. Are hosts was excellent energetic funny entertaining and on top of everything we needed. I enjoyed myself immensely and the upgrades to the games were great. I especially love the Godzilla game.

Had a poor experience at Dave and busters on 8/7/24 Wednesday evening after work. First, took over 10 minutes to seat us, once we got sest, no service for almost 30 mins, had to flag down hoat to ask why we were not serviced. He told us there is someone starting at 5:30pm. I didn't know why he didn't tell us when he sat us down. Finally a waitress came to us and ask if we need something after flagging her down. She did apologize for the half hour wait at the table and decided to help us with our food and

its a fun place but the kids can definitely get carried away with the game cards $$$$ the food has improved a lot but the service is tolerable.

I order 2 pizzas a salad 2 mozzarella sticks a couple drinks and I spent around 100 bucks also did the unlimited 100 card for the kiddos overall we had a good time and spent 200 for a family of 5 well worth it

Always a great place to visit with friends for a first date and even for group events ??. Food is tasty, and drinks are varied and strong ?? ??. Atmosphere is fun and loud but enjoyable. Super busy in the weekends but fun for all. Parking is super ample, and the staff and location are delightful. Have fun and enjoy the day .

As a former worker for the franchise I enjoyed the new renovation. I was stunned to be honest. Big total upgrade so use to seeing the attraction in the corner and the old set up. It was super busy on Saturday so many folks just enjoying a great time..we came in to celebrate a friend's bday. But we had ran into some issues that my friends who paid didn't want to speak up about but we were overcharged for our drinks and food. The cook or busser Jose was very rude. We got the bottomless chips and salsa and f

My family and I recently visited Dave & Buster's, and we had an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and presented with a lively atmosphere and tons of exciting games and activities. The arcade games were a huge hit with my kids, and my wife and I even got in on the fun. We played everything from classic favorites like skee-ball and air hockey to newer games we had never seen before. The prizes we won at the ticket counter were a great incentive to keep playing, and my kids were th

Celebrated my son's birthday at Dave and Busters. Received a fraud alert from my credit card company that there were (2) 50.00 charges on my card that were not authorized by me. I used one card just for my son's birthday even and paid in full and have receipt of the event that does not include (2) 50.00 charges. Super pissed off that D&B did this and will never hold an event here EVER...

Dave & Buster's is a great spot for any occasion. Whether you're on a first date, celebrating a birthday, or just enjoying a casual night out, it has everything you need. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, and the drink selection is top-notch. With something for everyone, you're guaranteed to have a fun and memorable time.

Let me tell you I have never been to such a Huge Dave n Busters ever. As I understand they remodeled it 10 years ago and it looks awesome. There's a Large arcade for the kids, two large bars with any drink you want, several meeting rooms available for conferences, Large Big Screen Televisions and a Large menu filled with delicious meal choices. I had the Parmesan Chicken with linguine and house made Alfredo sauce. There's something for everyone.

Horrible horrible customer service. Ignored by everyone. They told us to go check in at the host table and 15 min passed and no one to be found. Staff was flirting with each other ignoring customers.

Waited over an hour for food that wasn't that great for the price. I'm not going to totally blame the server, it felt like a kitchen issue... server was nice and kept our glasses full. I was really disappointed since this used to be a regular place for us to go. I really miss the pool tables and OG games. Really kind of meh.

Service is pretty crappy on the arcade side: Waitress came by only once, after our food was delivered, both our orders were incorrect and she was sought out for assistance too and we couldn't find her. ???? But the arcade was a bitchin' time and that's what I went for. It's a *very* loud place: The 'sports' area is so loud, I couldn't hear myself think. I'm ND and immediately started stressing and took a lot for me to not run out the door. ?? Fortunately, The workers on the 'sports' side were very thoughtf

The food could be better, but it is geared more towards kids. The service was good. It wasn't too crowded. I don't know if a recession is slowly starting as usually it is a little more crowded on a Saturday evening.

Fun for the entire family. We will be back. The Eat, Drink, Play Combo is such a great deal. Make sure to buy a $35 or $75 value combo, because basically at that point the food is free. Did I mention all the awesome gaming? This place rules.

Wonderfully attentive and helpful bartenders on the Game Floor! Delicious food as always! Happy Hour specials in the afternoon and late night! And they offer relief for those affected by the LA Fires. Such a great place!

Came to celebrate my son?s bday. The new set up for this location is nice, more stuff to do. The manager that helped us she was kind enough to give us a tour on the new darts and shuffle and got us a table right away even though it was packed.

This is a kids dream come true! I've loved arcades since I was a kid and Dave and Buster's didn't disappoint. The atmosphere is awesome and the games are brilliant. I had only just eaten so didn't try any of the food there.

Love the mozzarella stacks and service is always great with the employees there. I'd like to give a specific *Thank You* to their employee Chase who helped us find my cousins purse after we left it somewhere playing a game ??

CUSTOMER SUPPORT?? I have to update this review because I am having so much trouble trying to reach customer support. I have left 6 or 7 messages and sent 2 emails because the chips I play aren't adding to my total. No response, no call back!We love this place, but are upset with the lack of response. The managers at the locations are always nice and helpful, but their support team isn't. Besides that, it's a fun time! We'll keep coming back! BTW the photos were taken at closing time - it's usually really

The wait staff seemed kind of annoyed because we were trying to get a promotion they didn't know about. We came the "date night duo," and the staff had no idea what we were talking about. I got the bone in wings and they were delicious. Crispy and hot (I got the sauce on the side). My partner got the sliders and he said the corners were kinda burnt. The fries were definitely like Carl's Jr fries. Some of the games we played were defective and very short.

Unbelievable service. What an amazing experience I had with my family and friends. From the very first moment I walked in , I was greeted. Very pleasant. Bar tenders, servers , from the front , all the way to the back. Aaaammmmmmmaaaaazzzing. I was there for Super-bowl Sunday and I had the most fun I've had in a very very very long time. Thank you all for an unforgettable day. The entire crew was phenomenal. Unforgettable. I'm still in awe. Thank you with all my heart.

It's cool. Game Works was cool too. What happened to Game Works or ESPN zone *ESPN zone was at the spectrum But you were able to race Real But Fake...not really Fake though. It was legit. Anyway I wasn't at Dave and Busters this particular day. I was at Guitar Center ?? doing drum ?? stuff. ?? ??

Probably the worst service I've ever seen and ever experienced. Visited this location on 02/16/25. There were several of us in line waiting to speak with a Hostess (no one at the stand) for 15 minutes until finally someone called a waitress over and she sat us down. Finally we sit down and we were passed by 4-6 waiters with no acknowledgement. 20 minutes pass by and I decide to call over a waitress and ask politely if there is a waitress assigned to our table. She says ?I don't know. I'll find out? then lat

This use to be the spot to come with family n Friends. Ever since the new remodeling the service has sucked more & more. I Waited with my kid for over 15 Mins and no one approached our table after the Hostess sat us down. Spoke to the manager and even she had an attitude. Sitting next to the kitchen double doors, at least 10 staff members passed us by and not one said anything. Father / Daughter time was ruined.

Took my son to Dave & Busters yesterday and he had such a fun time! This location is pretty big and has a bunch of games to choose from. There's a pretty even amount of virtual games and arcade games. My son personally loves the Minions game and all the racing ones too! I've been to the Ontario and Hollywood locations in the past but never this one in Orange. It's located within the Block of Orange mall which is convenient if you want to do some shopping after or eat at any of the restaurants/fast food opt

I'm in a wheelchair... eating area, the gaming area, and especially the restrooms are NOT ADA friendly. Our server was great! Food was good, but moving around is like a mine field.

Should have known better than to go on a big football day. Even with a reservation, we still waited to be seated and another 30 minutes before the server took our order. Ordered bottomless chips and fries and only received a small serving of them without a "refill" Our food came about an hour later. Asked for refills on our drinks, and again, it took a while to receive them.

25% of the games were out, but we still had fun! Only BAD thing was D&B mgmt tries to rip you off when you try and combine all your tickets onto one card. SHAME on D&B for ripping off little kids!

We went there for a graduation party. I ordered the smash burger and a drink. The waiter brought the burger and promised that my drink was in process. My drink finally arrived after I Had finished my burger without.

Decided to stop in to have dinner before a movie, since we hadn't visited D&B in a long time. I had the salmon and was pleasantly surprised! I thought it was a wonderful dish. My boyfriend had the parmesean chicken and wished there was more pasta to balance the amount of chicken. Overall it was a great dining experience. The one detraction was having a server who wasn't as knowledgeable about changes to the menu, the app or processing points to your rewards account, however, they could have been a newer st

Me and my brothers ordered a pizza and some fries. We ordered the drinks first and 10 minutes later they come and we are waiting for 30 minutes to order the food and when we get it it comes out 10 minutes later which is normal but when we ate our food it was extremely doughy and not thoroughly cooked. The people at the arcade were nice. Just in case my name on Google shows Emin diggle my actual name is Ayden Poulin. Idk why my name says otherwise but yea. My brother food was so doughy it looked like as if i

2nd time having a company party here and the first was awesome which is why I decided to revisit this location. This time it was not so great. The food was good, such tasty dishes and atmosphere?was great, plenty of space set up and seating. Manager on staff was extremely busy there being a fight and all but he was great as well, he made sure to check in a couple of times. The staff was lackluster and made the experience soo bad we will not be returning. There were two bartenders on staff that night that w

Great looking place inside and out. The service sucks though. You have a bunch of teens running the place and won't give you service unless you're loud or one of their friends coming to see them. I stood in front of this bartender with a tattooed neck for a few minutes while I waited for him to finish telling his friend a bar story. He ignored me, wouldn't acknowledge me. I said "excuse me, he ignored me. It got awkward for his friends listening to the story. They stopped paying attention to him an kept hin

4/19/25 Wrestlemania Night. It was awesome but the staff were messing with the audio a lot and it was really hard to hear. Then again there was a basketball game (the lakers). So it was kinda unbalanced. Y'all should hire more staff. In the women's restroom, there was no soap at all. PLEASE REMIND YOUR STAFF TO CHECK THE RESTROOMS SINCE THERE IS FOOD AND GAMES THAT PEOPLE TOUCH WITH THEIR HANDS, ESPECIALLY DURING THE WEEKENDS. It was nasty seeing how many women left without washing their hands, imagine the

Great arcade for kids and adults. Fun, loud atmosphere. We are out-of-town visitors and enjoyed the evening here. Wednesday is their half off games night. My hubby, 3 year old, and I all had a great time. Lots of new games, and a few old style ones like pac man and skee ball. All the games were working (none out of order) and it was very clean. The parking lot was pretty full, but I didn't feel like I was in a big crowd, and only had to wait for a couple games. They also have a restaurant, bars, an outdoor

Place was rather new, but the offering of games was very poor. D&B must be trying to save money. The place was smaller than any D&B I have been to and had a very limited amount of games. It was boring. We only used about half of the points we put on the card before leaving.

Had a lunch reservation and was able to reschedule "twice" on the day of. The waitress was so nice and she allowed us to change tables. Pool tables are clean and you'll get a bartender to keep checking on you after 4pm? Not sure of the time but you can still have drinks in pool table area. Leave your ID at the main entrance and you'll get your pool table balls. Same place to return them and pay. Management team was awesome there. And then there's the gaming area. Big area and with a bar right in the middle o

Rating self explanatory. Rude bartenders/servers at arcade bar. Extremely packed. Food was okay. Had long packed express line next to us while eating. No parking. Terrible experience. We wanted to leave right after finishing our food instead of playing. Will not be returning.

I think the service workers attitudes were okay, but shoutout to my girl Tatiana because she had the best attitude overall, and she is amazing. However, this Dave N Busters is probably the worst one I went to. A lot of the games were broken down, and a lot of the four player games ( like the racing games ), you can't play together, and at other Dave N busters you can't. And I noticed the basketball games, they gave you way less time than other Dave n Busters, and other Dave N Busters have way more games i

Had a great time with my family at DnB's. Carlos was phenomenal and showed my family and I the best customer service I've ever experienced at a restaurant! Definitely recommend this DnB.

Great new D&B concept. All the things you love about D&B with new areas for darts, tabletop shuffleboard and huge screens to watch the game. Food was good.

The new remodel has done wonders to this place. The new Arena game is worth the money. The food isn't that bad either. Good place to impress the kiddos!

Service is good atmosphere is Good love the giant big screen. TV's great for watching sports on.

my Review is based on Happy Hour Menu - This Dave and Buster gets a 4 stars not due to this location feaures but all D&B in general and it is due in part to the Happy Hour Food manu which is not competitive at all when you compare it to others similar, now they alcohol happy hour is one or maybe the Best! as it has pretty much all alcohol beverages at half price, when we asked about their HH drink menu there was a vast selection of all kinds of fixed drinks and even our custom drinks were priced the same!!!

I took my grandson and daughter to play games, they had so much fun. There was a manager walking around and he gave the best customer service his name was Tim, really appreciated him.

KATiE is an Angel !!! We just celebrated our son?s birthday on April 30th 2025 . Our son is on the spectrum and she was more than accommodating to him . Katie made his birthday a special one ! Thank you for being so kind and understanding!! We would go back just to experience the joy Katie provided and delivered . Btw she was in charge of the dancing box game .. thank you !!!

This is an awesome game centre. You could be here for hours and not notice. Lots of fun games for kids and adults alike. And not too expensive either. There's a bar, an eatery, a restroom, a large parking area, wheelchair accessible parking, and there's even an ATM.

When you visit here, you can enjoy games and foods with your families, friends and colleagues. Dave & Buster's is chain restaurant, so you can see it in whole states but especially there are more locations in California and Texas. You can order foods ahead of the meeting and then enjoy the party togethger. When you play games, you can earn tickets which you can exchange with some gifts. This place is good for kids but also good for adults. I really enjoyed games and foods while we have company Party wi

Great destination for game playing or watching. Gets super packed at times and loud, but service is good. Could be a bit more generous with the fries.

Food was good. We had a teenagers birthday party there. The food served at the party was cheese burgers, fries, and Mac & cheese ( looked like Kraft Mac & cheese) the kids all enjoyed it. It was served family style. The down side I noticed is the rest rooms were a long walk into the game room and the lack of hand sanitizer stations, I did not see any. I would recommend carrying your own especially if you plan on playing the games are touched by many people. I did not witness any staff actively sanitizing th

Mostly love to come here but after paying $20 for my son on the human crane for him to only get one stupid plastic banana when he had 2 in his hand is TRASH. Like come on dude. Wild! Do NOT waste your money on this dumb attraction lol

1 person working on a busy Saturday night, only 1 small desk... Who was the brilliant person behind that decision for the remodel and scheduling. Ridiculous. Won't be back here and will go to irvine

Great service, it was too hot outside, so my friend and I stopped for a few drinks

I love coming to this particular location. The staff is friendly and super chill. Food and drinks are good too.

The men's restroom needs some money invested. As a father i had to take my kids to use the diaper changing station and the door was missing the lock/knob. No way to keep the door close. Needs to be fixed to.

Long time since I'd been here, I was not disappointed.. Great service, food, and atmosphere! ?? Thanks for the great service..

I took the Family for Sunday funday and it was the best time I've had in along time! Okarissa was very quick and attentive! They're was a few of us and they said only one bucket per table! I asked her to make it happen and she did! It was the best time! Thank you again

Always love this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks during their happy hour are best prices after 10pm.

Expensive for simple entertainment for my granddaughters. Super expensise basic food and drinks full of ice with no refill. Attendant could not figure out change of $103 - 63. SLow service and dirty utensil. Yuk.

It's the best place for kids. They were very enjoy with many games here. They also have the bar for adult and food there. You can have the whole family enjoy the weekend there

The best happy hour in all of OC!!! I love the bar so much...the best staff ever....they can make anything taste awesome!!!! Food is good but I normally come for the drinks and to watch football on the big screens!!! Also they have table shuffleboard...so much fun....and the arcade is fun just a little expensive.

Most games up and functional which is great! Also clean and welcoming ??

Great fun for my teens and their friends but it was way too loud, the games were loud they had music playing from the dance club and the sports game turned up super loud, it was just so loud it was hard to enjoy everything, I talked to an employee and she said it was affecting hear permanent hearing and her doctor wanted he to get another job. There was just no reason for it to be sooner loud, by my 2nd hour I had to leave with ears ringing and a headache, I'm sure of the decibel had been tested it was way

Way too loud. Sit at the bar if you want semi-decent service. The bartender disappeared on me for 10-15 minutes after I ordered a beer.

Had a great time with my fianc?. Bar service was fantastic, our drinks were delicious and we didn't have to wait long to get our drinks.

PLEASE bring NeonFM back! The manager at Torrance (might?ve been LA) took it for himself up to SF >:( I will promote, make fliers, create a whole championship! It'll be worth the investment. Trust ?? bring it! >:)

The food was decent. The service was marginal at best. And overall you're here to play video games and have drinks and food

IF food is chosen, I'd suggest appetizers only, entries are mediocre, pricy for the quality they serve, not kid approved since they are picky, service was a bit lengthy at the self seating area at the bar, but once a server noticed we were there, she kept checking on us and took care of us. Ton of gaming options which was a fun.

Nice love it I have fun food was ok not the greatest but ok

Last time I will ever watch a football game here 30 minutes for two appetizers terrible service from Ken and games were broken showing motor issues smh last why do the pictures online show more food than what is served?? Online my sliders show 4 with fries I only received 3 ??

They really try to sell the special dart board room with a promise of faster service. Well I'll tell you from experience, that service is NOT fast. They constantly forget about your items even after reminding them MULTIPLE times. Their technology is so old and slow they couldn't even split the bill without their tablets glitching out. We got double charged for some items too because their tablet refreshed our bill after some of us paid!!

? Experience at Dave and Buster?s in Orange: My recent visit to Dave and Buster?s in Orange was nothing short of fantastic. The vibrant atmosphere combined with a wide array of entertainment options truly set the stage for a memorable evening. ? Service by Brian and His Co-worker: Brian, our server, was an absolute standout. His attentiveness, warm demeanor, and knowledge of the menu made our experience truly enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I'd also like to commend

It was really great being back inside playing video games and having some great drinks. All games are open. Will definitely comeback. And Wednesdays are half off drinks all day.

The food was better than 5 stars, and the fried pickles were the ?? perfection. I also had the meatball appetizer, omg so ??. Everyone in my party was extremely happy with their food. The cobb salad, the burgers, the pizza. All the food was ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??. Ok, so let me get to the service. I want to give a huge shout out to our server, Noah. His service was also more than 5 stars. Thank you, Noah, for giving such great service.

The food was okay. The place is kept clean. There is a wide variety of games and the workers are great. Specifically Chase, we kept on having some problems with the machines and he was very polite, helpful and didn't get annoyed by the many questions we had or from having him come help on the machines that had problems. A worker like him deserves a raise! I highly recommend this location.

Love the game are to ear a bit loud but had a great time with the Family

It's D&B, ya know. They remodeled I'm assuming to appeal to the adult crowd, but it looks like a convention center is hosting an arcade expo for the weekend or something now. Dude working ticket prize counter was nice and gave very detailed instructions on how to get to the restroom that was about 20ft away. S/o to him!

Well.........we had fun because we were with each other but when we ordered an appetizer and drinks we were very disappointed. The drinks took about 30 min and the appetizer an hour. We finally received our food right before they were closing so had to rush to finish. We ordered 2 drinks, neither were as advertised (see pics). The glow in the dark drink didn't glow or have sugar around the rim, it looked like greenish water. The Over Under was a do it yourself kit and lame. Our server Analisa was embar

We had multiple games that didn't work after we already paid for them. Food and drinks were good!

The staff were super hospitable to my group of 90 middle schoolers! Thank you so much for a great time!

GOT TOGETHER WITH SOME OF THE CO WORKERS FROM HONDA TO CELEBRATE KATHY AND AYESHA DECEMBER BDAY! ?? It's a MUST to try the 14oz Ribeye Steak, Mashed potatoes and Asparagus. So was delicious??I left NOTHING on my dinner the plate ????

Review for February 25th 2015. Dave & Buster's it's a pretty nice restaurant. Great food great service. I remember coming here when I received an award for best of the best at Freeway Insurance. My most favorite part of my experience here at Dave & Buster's was the Billiards room. It is now February 2022, so I'm pretty sure this place has changed in seven years. Nevertheless, I recommend this place because it is an outstanding place for family activity and fun.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?
