I recently visited Dave & Buster?s and had a fun time overall! My favorite part was playing Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) ? it brought back so many great memories and even doubled as a mini workout. I also enjoyed shooting hoops and staying active while having fun. The games mostly range between 7.5 to 16 credits, so it's easy to spend around $40 per person if you want to try a variety. So, with 5 kids, I got the $45 card with 320 doodads on it. That's $230 and the kids blew through that in under 2 hours. I love spending quality time with kids at Dave & Buster?s. we enjoy every minute! There are plenty of fun games and activities for all ages. It's great that they also have a restaurant in the same place, which makes it super convenient. I haven't tried the food yet, but it's a great concept to have everything in one spot. The food is okay at best, also, half the staff looks like they don't want to be there at any given time, depending on who greets you at the door. I've been coming here with my wife for over a year but we won't be spending any more money here anymore. They have raised the price of all the games and raised the ticket prices significantly in the store. For example the ticket price for an entree was 2200 tickets and they raised it two days ago to 2675. That's a 21.5% increase! Food was generic, boring, and not well cooked. The games are WAY overpriced (most of the exact games are available at Chuck e cheese these days for way less). When our game card wasn't working it took 20 minutes for the manager to figure it out, wasting a ton of our time. Our server was great and super sweet. All in all, for our first time at Dave & Buster's, we were quite disappointed and likely won't ever go back.

Dave & Busters was awesome, this was my first time and the staff was incredibly patient. The bar charges $3+ for a Coke, and $15+ for a Long Island. While both drinks were good, this is pricey considering the area. However, $100 for game tokens will last 2-3 people around 3-4hours which is great because this location offers a giant selection of games. Over the location was super clean, including the shared VR equipment. With all of its offerings, I would recommend Dave and Busters for families and adults.

Variety of game machines but empty gift shops. Also I was here for the promo where you spend 20 dollars and you get 20 dollars game chips. I went to front desk to redeem and they said they can't scan any QR codes so I can't use the promo. This is a good spot. It's a really nice space and it's spread out. There is a good mix of games so kids of all ages can have a good time. Also all the games were new and functioning when we were there. I like how it's spread out a bit. The food is good for where you are. The happy hour is excellent. I recently had an excellent experience at Dave & Buster?s! The location is great, making it easily accessible. The customer service was exceptional throughout our visit. The food was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of our time there. I would also like to give a special shoutout to the awesome manager, Rebecca. When my son lost his card, she was incredibly helpful and managed to recover all our points. Her assistance made our visit even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

Had a great time. We went late on a Sunday and between 8pm to Midnight we practically had the place to ourselves. It was excellent. Also, they have food specials like $5 appetizers after 10pm.

Great location & overall atmosphere. We met for drinks after work (not much else open that night), so we sat at the bar. The service was very slow, when we left I asked the good bartender about our bartender, & found out she was new, which explains the excessively long wait to get our drinks & checks. Although they're open later than other options, we will not go back as it should not take 15 minutes to get a bartenders attention in an empty bar & another 15 minutes for a beer & a shot.

We had a birthday party for my sister there this Sunday and everything was great. My sister had invited all of her friends and we had a great time eating and playing together. We recently created a memory of a lifetime celebrating our grandmothers 99th birthday. Dave and Busters motto is to "Eat, Drink and Play." And that is what we did! Play is essential at any age and joy was felt by all of our guests from age 10-99. A special shout out to Bill Finkel for his attention to detail and personable professionalism. We went to this place at lunch time on a Wed and it was empty. Which was nice because we got the whole place to ourselves. The place and machine are very clean, they layout is nice. My family has had a great evening here. My kid loved the games at the arcade. I and my wife had a great time at the bar. We went there for the happy hour on a Friday. They don't have much vegan option. We didn't care much. We were there for the drinks. The drinks are good and half off during the happy hour. Your card will hold your ticket and believe me the prizes are really really good so definitely are worthy to try to get as much as you can. We are so glad that this Dave and busters is the nearest arcade place in new property that we are moving into. The place is really clean and most of the gaming machines are well maintained. Service is getting bad, you just wait on the table for 15-20 mins for somebody even come to you. They forget the drinks, you walk to them. To pay same you just sit and wait. The waiter job is to look at his tables at all times. Food getting ridiculous expensive and games don't even ask.

So I come in at 8pm prior to close on a Friday night. Was not greeted nor seated to get food. I decided to have a seat at a booth. Was greeted by a waiter 15- 20 mins later, thinking I did something wrong as the place was pretty dead. This Dave and Busters is cleaner than most. 98% of the games worked and we had a really good time. We ordered food which was good but the plates and glasses were all dirty. Otherwise it was a fun family day.

Big company party. Food was marginal and arranged in a strange order. Some dishes ran out early and some were cold. Employees didn't seem to care. Last year was completely different. The manager needs to step up their game. Games and all were great.

The $19.99 all-you-can-eat wings and unlimited non-tickets games is great! They also have $5.00 appetizers, also great! While weekends are typically packed, the Thursday crowd was manageable, allowing us to enjoy the variety of games without long waits. Dave & Busters is always a good time!! I was there for New Years. At midnight, all the kiosses turned off, so you had to recharge at the bar along with them getting drinks. It was just a busy night for the workers!!

Food was very underwhelming and we had to hunt down our bartender multiple times. But game choices were decent. My boyfriend and I shared one game card and it wouldn't let us scan the card more than once for a game within 60 seconds, though the team members working there said it shouldn't be doing that. It was super inconvenient but he and I worked around it. Probably wouldn't come back to this location. Was a struggle.

I haven't really been to D&B in a long time. But this was a great 1st experience for my kids! The food was good (that cajun shrimp and sausage pasta OMG! So good!), the service was nice and quick, and there was a great variety of games. It was a plus we went during the middle of the week and it wasn't crowded. We will definitely be back.

Sooo happy to play DAYTONA CHAMPIONSHIP USA, because it not available in Japan. Even though it wasn't updated version, I had wonderful time that I have been waiting since this game was announced. They had other great games too, and I went there on Wednesday, but there aren't many people.

Food?s gotten a lot better since pre-pandemic. The new menu is pretty good. We used our game tickets for the pretzel dogs (really good) & a burger. We also got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch fried ice cream - super yummy.

I went here on a Sunday at 11 and had a great time with my son. The place was clean and I was surprised how quickly it filled up in the morning. Even the restaurant had a good amount of people eating. The only area that probably needs improvement would be the front cashiers at the entrance. They represent the face of the company and when you enter and see them not focused and just talking among themselves, it just puts a bad taste in your mouth.

We went the 3rd day they were open. Like any newly opened venue there were some minor kinks but the staff were great and took everything in a positive stride. No issues with unruly kids. I spotted mgmt working hard and fast to clean up spills. I hope they keep up the good work!

Dave&Buster's is Awesome. We usually come here on Sundays to watch the games, eat, play games and spend a good amount of money. Not that it's expensive but this is our outlet to get it all in. The location at Fair oaks Mall near Reston is new and has plenty of space. We used to frequent the location in Hanover MD but now that they have opened this one, it saves us on gas so we have more to spend on games locally. We love D&B

Left my credit card at my table and had to return the next day for it even though I purchased a game card, so I was still there for an hour after I finished dinner. My server could have tried to flag me down as she was the one who sold me the game pass.

Most food items seemed to be overly salty. The staff was less than helpful when I was trying to get a table for lunch and when I forgot my phone on the table. The VR kiosk only accepts cash, and it was a real pain to stand in the long line a second time to pay by credit card.
