Dave and Buster's Brooklyn - Atlantic Center

Dave and Buster's Brooklyn - Atlantic Center

Reviews Summary

Dave & Buster's offers a mixed experience with strong points in entertainment and some service highlights, but inconsistent food quality and occasional poor service drag down ratings. Many praise the fun atmosphere, arcade games, and attentive staff, while others criticize slow service, rude employees, and overpriced or poorly prepared food. Cleanliness and kid-friendly vibes are noted, but management issues and technical glitches with games frustrate some visitors. Veterans and happy hour deals receive positive mentions, but disorganization and unprofessional behavior from certain staff members lead to negative experiences. Overall, it's a hit-or-miss destination depending on timing and staff encounters.

This location was cool. Most of the games worked, the gift store was fully stocked and the employees were helpful and actually working. We came on a day when school was out so the place was flooded with kids but honestly it was still okay. I actually ended up being nice to other people?s kids, it felt grossly fulfilling. Everybody had fun. Some of the machines give scam likely but for the most part there is a good variety of selections and enough fun to go around. I wanted to eat but the kids only wanted to

The games are fun and seem to be well maintained because most of them worked properly, unlike the Times Square location where half of everything is out of order. Air hockey and Connect 4 Basketball are the best. The food at the restaurant was great too. The only downside to an otherwise enjoyable evening here was the waiter who stood a few feet from our dining table and watched my family for the duration of our meal without saying anything.

Clean, family friendly, organized, and well maintained. There are no ratings for food, as we did not partake, but we'll be returning, and I'll update the review! Update | Jan. 2025: Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Friendly servers and hostesses. Greeted our party at the door with a delicious jello shot (for purchase for patrons 21+). We arrived just before dinner hours. Dined from the $19 (or $20) eat & play menu; it was combined with a play card for the games - great sale as the kids enjoyed tha

Our server Omar was FANTASTIC and he went above and beyond to help our guest celebrate her birthday. But it was apparent that the managers are leaving their entire staff out to dry during service by not providing any support for the servers to do their job. We had to wait a very long time for our check and there were 4 people at the host stand just talking amongst themselves and 2 managers who made eye contact but didn't come by to help us or help their servers get through the large parties that were there

This is a review for the arcade section. Lots of games to play(tickets and non-tickets). It was not crowded at all in the afternoon. There were a large variety of prizes to redeem. With about 200 game chips, you can probably spend about 1-1.5 hours there with 2 people.

This has to be the worst experience me and my family have had in a long time. This was my first time here. An employee was trying to sell us Jell-O shots before we could order food. When we finally ordered our food, they brought out 2 dishes separately and had us waiting for the rest of the food. We had to ask the manager to bring out the rest of our food and it finally came. They brought the food immediately after talking to the manager so it must?ve been ready and they were taking too long. We had to ask

Went there to celebrate my friends birthday. The waiter was friendly. I liked the food. Also, it was nice they let us put the cake we brought in in their freezer and then give us plates for it even though it did create more work and dishes for them. The games were also fun though i noticed this location has a less selection.

I see a lot of 1-star reviews here so I'm leaving a 5-star one to boost the average a bit... had a generally pretty positive experience here on a Saturday evening. Food was your classic american restaurant fare (greasy, salty, fried, fatty, etc.). I got a fried chicken sandwich and it tasted fine and I thought it was decent value. As for the game experience - overall not a bad arcade and good variety. A couple machines were out of order, but the vast majority of them were functional. I had one machine malf

First time in Brooklyn me hubby and a friend and had dinner it was Happy Hour. RIA was our server she was nice and honest with her southern hospitality. Ordered the Cali Caesar salad it was delicious

Shoutout to Caleb Williamson at D&B ? after a long day at the Barclays Center grad, he made us feel right at home. Super welcoming, kept the vibe fun and family-friendly. Real one. Give this man his flowers ? and a raise!

It is what it is and it's great if you're down with that. Decent beer for a beer snob and staff was awesome. No vegan options. Not dissing on that with stars...just saying... Full disclosure I was there for a kid bday party! My kids can't wait to go back! ???????

A place with lots of games, located on the third floor of the Atlantic Mall. There is a subway to the place from Manhattan or Brooklyn. There is a good restaurant and a place to hang out with the kids. A selection of excellent drinks at the bar. This is

I never experienced Dave & Buster?s till this outing. Seating was quick and easy. Nice menu with all the normal foods. We got fish and chips, Salmon (served over rice), Chicken wings, cheese burger and nachos. They have a great variety of games to play. You have to load a playing card so you can play the games. You also earn points so you can transfer for prizes. This was quite fun. We only had one bad experience with the food that was quickly fixed by the manager named Patrick. He was a great guy and ver

I love DnB, but not this day not this location. Me my sister and son arrived excited and ready to spend money. This was Saturday April 19th Around 4- 430. Busy but not to busy. Waited for the hostess because no one is ever there. She came strolling from the back super slow and we sat. This was about maybe a 10 minute wait for her to do so. No hi welcome or what have, greeting very dry. Mind you I have a stroller and my sister's foot was in a cast. Was never offered a high either. When we finally did sit we

This is the second time we've been to this D&Bs and I really don't know why we went back. The arcade was good for the kid, and seems well kept and fun, but good god yall, the service. The first time, we sat in the bar area for an hour before we could flag someone down to take our order (we eventually ordered a round at the bar, and we definitely should have had a server in our area). Tonight, we were sat and my friends made sure we flagged someone early to get drinks. Our server was nice and there weren't

On September 27th around 4 I was served by Keston at the bar , he made drinks that were 1000000/100 , his customer service was immaculate , so sweet , and very attending , he made sure my food was correct , no attitude at all , he was also fast. I will definitely be coming again , also his co worker she's darkskin with braids she was sweet and funny , these people know how to do their jobs and I LOVE that !! very professional very nice and welcoming ! I was also greeted as soon as I sat at the bar ! LOVED I

It was my son birthday today and that's where he wanted to go with his brother. We had a great time. The staff was great. My only take away from giving them 5 stars is?.2 teens was in there and you can tell they was cutting school and every time I walked away from my boys, they was begging my boys for credits to play basketball. I think they should have somebody security there from opening to prevent things like that from happening. But overall it's definitely a nice and clean place. My boy had fun

I had a great time at this Dave and Busters location. They had great arcades and plenty of options for all types of people. I didn't have any food here, just some drinks and I was helped right away. Staff were great across the board.

The food was very good. I attended the Nets event there. The servers of the food were excellent. Very helpful. The young lady at the bar was rude and let me wait for 15 minutes just to tell me I can't make my drink order with her but the other part of the bar. Although frustrating the food servers for the event turned my frown upside down with their courteous service. The buffet included their bbq Ribs, sausage, BBQ chicken, mac and cheese, baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, and the cornbread. The buff

Excellent service it was a great pleasure seeing Aaron handle adults and children with same high level of patience and pleasure. Pat and Aaron went above and beyond making this experience truly memorable. The location is small but funtastic. 99% of the machines were in working order. Everything was clean and there were plenty of staff to assist. The menu has changed lots of new items. If you haven't been in awhile it's time to return. Great fun!!

Absolutely terrible experience at Dave & Buster?s. The new manager in the games section-a white male with glasses-was extremely unprofessional. He took our Power Card away without any explanation, leaving us confused and waiting for what felt like forever while we were just trying to get home. When he finally returned, not only did he fail to apologize, but he also acted like it was no big deal. There was zero communication about what was happening, and the lack of courtesy was shocking. I've never felt so

Unfortunately the management is scamming the whole place. They are putting all the games at max score so you can't actually win any tokens or get your bonus. You spend $70 to play games for about 30mins with no rewards. The whole point of an arcade is to play and win. At what they charge per game I don't see why they are doing this. Majority of the prizes are from 5below so don't waste your time. Wasn't like this before must be new management. Food is subpar eat nearby before you come. Fries were cold and c

Arcade: mostly decent games with reasonable ticket wins. I was about to get a small stuffed animal. There were a lot of kids running around without parental involvement so that was a little annoying but overall a fun experience. Food: As an appetizer I ordered the chips and queso.(not pictured). It was enough for me and a friend to share together. For the main entree I ordered the voodoo pasta. It was delicious and creamy and a little spicy 10/10. My friend ordered the pepperoni pizza. You can't go wrong wi

I visited this place just for the drinks, but our experience with the waitress/bartender, Vicky, who I believe is Spanish, was very disappointing. She seemed very selective about whom she wants to attend to no matter how long you were there for , which came off as quite discriminatory. We waited for 2-3 hours just to get our drink, which was filled with an excessive amount of ice. When we brought this to her attention, she responded with an attitude, insisting that's how the drinks are made . However, the

We enjoyed the clean well maintained game area. We could play connect four basketball for hours. The two employees who went above and beyond were the employees who worked in the ticket redemption area. We had cards from a previous trip and had a hard time looking up on the kisok how many chips we had. Aaron quickly looked it up for us. They also informed us about Wednesday nights all the games are half off and they have happy hour from 10 pm -close. Great tips from the friendly staff. Thanks for a wonderful

Carlos there, at the bar deserves a damn raise or management. He is very polite, and well respectful. Me and my husband decided to go to a new Dave and busters, and when we got to the bar he introduced himself, told us about the happy hour specials and foods since the nachos we ordered had jalape?os that we were allergic to it had to be taken back but he took the charge off. I wish we had more time there to spent, but time was getting late and very tiresome. Thank you so much for your service Carlos, apperi

D&B?s is becoming my ?go to? place to watch the Knicks play during the playoffs. I usually sit at the bar and Keith is a DELIGHT! Chelsea is a very good bartender also. I normally have wings, but my last visit I tried the chicken potstickers first, which were DELICIOUS! I ordered garlic Parmesan wings a little later and that was the first time I was disappointed in the wings. Twice! I had to send the first plate back because they gave me fries which I did not order and the wings weren't hot. I was about to

I'm went back hoping D&B would had improved since my last review but NO! It's the WAIT! You would had thought on a Friday after work hours the service would be some what on point. No! ANOTHER 20 MINUTE WAIT. Which I didn't understand because there wasn't many people waiting to get serviced. It seems one can get serviced a lot quicker from the bar but I had my grandson with me waiting to eat. No one came to our table to inform us about how much longer we need to WAIT.

I took my daughter here for a bite to eat and games. As we were eating our meal, she found a hair in her food. This instantly cut our appetites. The manager and staff were respectful and immediately came to rectify the situation. Tip: please have your workers wear hair nets at all times to prevent this from happening in the future.

Went randomly for a happy hour. The drinks hit heavy. Price was super reasonable and the vibe was cool. Games for fun.

What can I say about this Dave&Busters that hasn't already been said! This place is awesome and we have a great time whenever we come. I've hosted my son's bday party, attended several themed events, and recently enjoyed my company's holiday party here... and it's all been a blast! The staff, service, and overall gaming experience is top-notch, and we'll definitely be back!

Not much of a fan of this Dave & Busters location. When I arrived, the arcade floor was packed to the brim! Almost every machine was taken so we had to walk around and spend points on games that we didn't really want to play because who wants to awkwardly stand around and wait? The heat was unbearable in there as well. It was all the way turned up which made my group want to leave early. There's not much games to play being that this location is small. Positive side is that the bathrooms were kind of nice.

We had a lot of fun here and there is a lot of arcades fun for kids and adults. What we didn't like was that there was not too many employees around to help with the glitches of the arcades. Also we came here in the middle of the winter and we go To the coat room and wait there for a couple minutes but there is nobody there. It says you have to pay $1 per coat that you put there. After waiting a few minutes we asked a security guy when is this person coming and he says that the coat room is only open on th

It's not busy, and the service is still crappy. I came in with my son during the early afternoon not crowded at all. We had burgers and fries. The food was salty as heck. The only thing that was good, were the games. We got her before it was too crowded so there wasn't a wait to play anything.

Joe and our server Mo were so fantastic and did their best to explain items in the menu and make us feel at home. If you ever come, ask for them cause damn, amazing and outstanding service ????

Well, like I told you, I'm a school bus driver, but every time I go to the one in Atlantic mall, the kids seem to love it. They got food and games and stuff. In the end, they love it. I've been over there about. I'll say about 10 times already for theyear.

Came here with my girlfriend as a spur of the moment trip for my birthday yesterday, and we had a good time here. Almost spent the whole day there from 12 to almost 7. I put in about $60 each on her card and mine, expecting about 3 hours of playtime at the most but I was shocked when all of the games were half the cost of the ones at the D&B in Times Square. That pretty much doubled our staying time and got to enjoy all of the games there. Although not every game was in working order, I recall 3 of them had

Went here for a school trip; decent! The food was better than I expected, but the staff didn't do anything about people skipping lines and have seconds or EVEN THIRDS while me and my friends waited for our first. Contrastingly, the atmosphere was VERY inviting thanks to the lights, music, and of course, my friends.

Wonderful place. Much better than the Times Square location. The food is okay but the arcade is the best. And the bathrooms they'll let you use if you're not a customer if you're in the mall. Amazing place to visit!! Very cheap too for games while times square charges way too much for trashed up games in a construction site.

Wait service was so rude manager Scott was nice but his male waiters especially need an attitude adjustment like do even wanna be here? Making mad faces while talking to the manager had to do multiple bill adjustments like how dont you know what we ordered? A lot of back n forth do not come night shift especially if joe is on. Soupy ice cream too! And weak drinks!

I went to the Dave and Busters at the Atlantic Avenue location today, on Wednesday May 7th. As soon as me and my two friends walked in a man who I assume to be the host came up. He immediately asked to see all of our id?s before any of us exchanged any words with him or vise versa. I showed him mine without hesitation, he proceeded to say he needed to see the other two peoples id?s who I was with. As I asked him why he proceeded to ignore me and continue asking. I asked again nicley several times, not in a

Wonderful place to bide your time, grab a bite to eat and play some games before a concert or sports game at Barclay?s stadium. That's what we did and it was perfect! Nicely kept spot, all of the machines were in working order.

Went there since it was my nephew?s birthday. Started off with a few games which was fun for the kids and then ended up getting something to eat there. When I tell y?all I'm so disappointed. BIG disappointed. It was 8 of us and we got a table relatively fast. Once we ordered the food took a while to get there. I also ordered an extra side and fries and it never came ????. I also noticed that my son?s Mac and cheese was very watery but non the less he ate it. Less than 24 hours and my child is suffering fro

Had the Samoan and it was pretty good. Customer service was good as well. Lots of games even a Star Wars VR simulator. An overall pleasant experience.

Had a few issues with the shooting games, the weapons were glitching, unable to realize on one game and unable to launch grenades on the other?bathrooms were clean, atmosphere was a vibe and I had a great time overall.

What a beautiful place . Love the environment, customer service was great. Can't wait to come back again with my son. Place was clean , restroom was clean too. Didn't get the chance to try out the food but next time . We will be visiting again , soon ..!

Nice aesthetic and vibe but I would advise you to visit a different branch of Dave and Busters if you truly want to have a good time, majority of their staff were acting grumpy like they are forced to work, very unhelpful. I have never seen such level nonchalance before.

I love y?all so bad especially the bar crew and I know I got on yall nerves but yall loved me anyways I'm coming with the kids in 20 min we family now time to meet your nephews ????????

If you're going there to play games and enjoy each other's company (assuming you go there with people) then it's fine. The games are fun and I thought affordable. Although they did have several games out of order. However, if you want to get drinks and eat, just skip it. Food is horrible, service was also so so impressively slow at the bar. We were there for about 4 hours. We could only get 2 drinks each. You're better off eating and drinking somewhere, anywhere else. Shout out to Maggie! She was a sweethe

My daughter and little cousin had an awesome time. This was our first time here & from The very walk in we were greeted. Mind you it's a Saturday & in a mall, more than busy. We were seated & our server JOE was absolutely amazing. He made sure our orders were completely accurate. I asked for all flats and they came with regular. He made sure my order was fulfilled. He's going as very friendly and attentive, he made sure every time he passed the table to check on me. Let's not forgot the manager or supervis

Service was horrible. We were there for a friend?s birthday and they wouldn't allow us to order drinks at the bar even though there was no one else there. Food and drinks took forever anytime we ordered something. Drink prices were not clear and I ended up spending way more than I was comfortable with after specifically asking for the price. I ordered two well drinks and each were $18, which is not what others were charged for well. The deal for unlimited wings is good and the wings were tasty.

Lois was our host for the afternoon and did a tremendous job on serving our party of 4+ she even gave us menu suggestions! the food came out fast well done and tasted amazing! She regularly checked up on us. Amazing attitude and welcoming spirit! The atmosphere was very chill for perfect for the afternoon vibe I was going for.

Today we are Dave& Busters was nice my gran kid love in have a lot fun. We went to eat service was good she love her pepperoni ?? pizza but I have a burger in was burn and the lettuce have dark color look unpleasant to eat. Next time I will try another dish I hope is good.

So much wrong with my experience. Our server, although I forgot her name, was very kind and helpful, just seemed spread thin. My drink took like 15 min to make, she had them comp it for us for the long wait (she was very sweet). They forgot the mayo we asked for, gave us blue cheese instead of ranch, and the fries and fried pickles were soggy and inedible. The real issue was when we decided to use our remaining gift card balance to buy coins. A printed receipt said we had $38 left, the black man at the tic

Tito ( server) & Otis(manager) made MY DAY... I am so appreciative. Andres ( the busboy) was so attentive to our table, never letting any of our dirty dishes pile up. Otis made sure that my meal was perfect. I told him I was looking for a healthy option that had no pork in it and he told me to trust him and get the salmon. That salmon did not disappoint. I will be back for that exact meal tomorrow. I feel light. I don't feel groggy. Tito checked on us every couple of minutes, brought our drinks and meals

This is a chill spot. I've been here about 6-8 times, and it's always a good time. My son enjoys the experience, whether for a birthday party or recreational. The Manager Otis always makes my son feel welcome and like a millionaire. Thank you, O!

After experiencing horrendous service at Fogo de Chao, my brother and I came here for Veterans Day special. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Unlike Fogo, they did not have a dismissive tone when asked about the Veterans Day discount and our server answered all our questions. They also came by our table to check up on us several times. The place overall seemed pretty clean as well maintained. It was my first time coming here and it was a lot more fun than we anticipated so I'll definitely return.

Amazing! We had a fantastic experience celebrating our daughter's birthday at Dave and Buster's from start to finish. From the moment my fianc? and I arrived, the security guards greeted us warmly, setting a positive tone for the evening Aaliyah, the Coordinator and Otis, the Manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Throughout the event, our daughter and her friends were immersed in a world of fun, playing games and enjoying delicious food. It was truly a memorable celebration thanks to the a

Great, service at the food area. Kids got to enjoy games for different ages 7 and 11 years old we as parents got to participate with them and some discounts ware sent threw email 2 days later to enjoy our next visit. Bathrooms ware decent paper, soap was available. You can enjoy with your kids while you sip your drink in case you're done eating. Felt safe because there's a few security guards at the entrance and throw out the area.

I have to say, the games are fun! I look forward to going there all the time! Yet the food there is not very good. I ordered nachos and the lack of cheese is disappointing.

Terrible experience time and time again. I've dine in here a lot and the server always takes a least 15-20 mins to approach the table. I usually deal with it because the food is good, especially for my kids. This time my order came out 1 by 1, when I asked the server for my missing items her excuse was the runners disappeared. I would?ve accepted that excuse, if she'd taken the time to check in on us, but after she dropped off the drinks we never saw her again. The hostess was nice enough to pull her from a

Staff was amazing our cards weren't working with our group and they offered to give us unlimited cards, all the games we're great.

Worst service ever. Felt like I was begging to order a drink. Would never come back here. We ordered food which never came out. Should of went to Applebees

Mets game got rained out so we pulled an audible and had the nost fun day!!

We only came for some games since is was my dad's birthday. But 1 problem. THE PARKING LOTS WERE FULL. IT TOOK US MORE THAN 30 MINUTES TO FIND ONE. anyways. The games were fun. Just found out I got 624 tickets from 5+ games and more. I'll miss that one boy ??

Fun, entertaining, clean and kid friendly Big shout out to the managers all 3 of them and also our server malika and Britney B. Everyone in this establishment is professional They give you 100%. I would recommend this place to anyone and the kids had a blast..

This was my first time EVER at Dave and Busters - I had a perception of D&B being a bit rough around the edges but this location was really awesome. It was clean, and I had such a great evening with my colleagues thanks to one of the managers, KJ. She is running that D&B with everything she's got, her service was 10/10 she made sure our party was LIT and having a great time shout out to her! I was very impressed with how clean and comfortable the location was, I felt safe and the games there were lots of fu

One of my favorite spots right across from The Barclay's Center great place for pre-gamin or afterparty. Great Bar Set up Private groups and the Bartender Tina & Vicky are Awesome !!! Manager are will People John

Seating folks at dirty tables is disgusting. Not understanding why it shouldn't happen is another level of mental issues.

Give them my D&B card to refill, they gave me back the wrong card. My card had 5,347 points on it, the card the manager gave me back was not my card, I should have checked before I left the counter as I usually did. I won't be going back. Food wasn't worth it, drinks are watered down.

Awful management and poorly calibrated games. I landed on the jackpot for the spin game and the manager still didn't give me my tickets I deserved. He said "none of the arrow can be touching the black line) This is maybe $1.50 in tickets and they were too stingy to fork it up even though I clearly won. I was cheated out of a win. I got 4 tickets for this spin do not go here

Always an enjoyable experience at our neighborhood Dave & Buster?s - Atlantic Terminal! We've celebrated birthdays, holidays, and the very best of rainy days here. Big appreciation for all Shakir, John, and Patrick (just to name a few) do <3

Service moves slower than a DMV line on a snow day. Meanwhile, the staff are playing musical chairs but forgot to hit ?play.?

Great vibes. I had the honey bourbon wings and the Flatbread pepperoni pizza and a strawberry Hennessey Nirvana to drink. Everything was good. My server was Vicky and she checked in often.

Friday November 15 Ther server and host were very rude everybody that worked there had nasty attitudes everytime i ask a question eyesrolling or they don'tvknow anything. The nicest worker there was the manager he was amazing and so helpful.but d&b in times square and long island way better! I will never go back to Brooklyn location ever again! Also Drinks are watered down!

No. Just no. The food was baffling. Unseasoned. It had no flavor. It was so bland that I felt hungrier than before I even took a few bites. I ordered the chicken parm linguini thing and it had not even a PINCH of salt OR pepper. My stomach felt upset. Every taste bud I have was unhappy. My grandmother and mother also ordered the ribeye and it was the worst we have tasted so far. Bland. The butter tasted like nothing. Felt as if we were eating air and my grandmother's soda tasted like water even though she d

Normally , I have pictures but unfortunately I don't. After waiting for 25 minutes and talking to 5 different people I finally got the manager Patrick to send someone over to help us. I ordered a sprite with no ice and on the third try the young lady finally got it right. They didn't have what I wanted so I canceled my order and my friends order, well that wasn't what was expected for sure. The fried chicken on the pasta was fried a little too hard and there was no sauce. The pasta was pretty dry. I underst

First off , unlike the rest of the Dave & Busters they have a sign where they actually let 18 year olds come and play and that's just amazing , second the area is sooo beautiful and the chips to put on the game cards and actually a reasonable price 35 dollars for 165 chips isn't that bad . The prices do vary and you can pay real money for points I wanted a big teddy bear but my point were off a lil so I spent 9 dollars for 1,000 points ??

This was my first time at this location and I tried to put combine cards together the customer service is horrible needs to learn better customer service

I had an awesome server. ( Tito) He had a very pleasant and warm approach. The manager (Otis) was very accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile, which I really appreciate.Thank you, David Busters, for a great experience.

came in for a couple drinks! right in time for the game across the street! Manager Candice kept checking up on us , came right over and checked up on us, so sweet . Food was awesome & the kids love this place :) be back soon

I love Dave & busters and tonight just added on to my love for Dave & busters .. I dined in pretty late after a concert and I received amazing service . The manager Candice showed true hospitality and kept checking on me and my family. I will definitely come back to see Candice.

Brand new arcade games, all latest ideas. So cool!! Bar customer service isn't that good, but had great drinks!

Place is fun for the kids but the service for food and drinks couldn't be any worse. Plan for the server to not know the menu or to highly recommend not ordering most items on it. The servers hardly come back around to check on your table. Took us 30 minutes to leave after asking for the check.

I always go to Dave n Busters and the service has always been great and the food has been delicious its been clean all the workers has been great to me and my family especially the one at 625 Atlantic ave The manager Otis was great always came to our table and asked if we were ok and hows everything

Food is completely over priced. You are paying for the atmosphere more than anything. The workers here are wonderful. But ended up with complete sensual overload with over 30 televisions and several game systems and three different music stations it was way too much for me and my son.

The service was wonderful. Lois was a great waitress. She made sure we was well taken care of. And Scottie is an amazing hospitality manager.

Took over 20 minutes to be helped. The food was horrible on top having multiple worker?s ask what are we waiting for back to back and still not serving the items. Causing my small child to be upset cause she was hungry ??. The service was horrible overall and some of the games weren't working even though it took our chips.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
