Cyber Quest at Sunset Station

Cyber Quest was a fun place. Lots of great arcade games and claw machine. It's alittle pricey. You receive a card and load the value by cash or credit or debit card. Look at the number of credits before playing! I enjoyed the experience.

Cyber Quest is without a doubt the best Arcade in Vegas. I go to arcades all over town, I'm a regular at Dave & Busters, Gameworks, Namco, etc. I've only recently discovered Cyber Quest, but I'm so blown away by my experiences. What makes this arcade so awesome is the prizes they offer. Other arcades have decent prizes, but you're always limited by whatever they offer at the time. Cyber Quest is the ONLY arcade that will actually order you any prize you can think of. Seriously NO OTHER ARCADE does this. Ev

My kids and I absolutely love this place! Most of the staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Kudos to Nate! He has been the best! He has so much energy and always rushes to help with prizes or if we need anything. If I had to rank the employees, he's 10 stars out of 10. Cyber Quest is the best! ;)

Chris and Johnathon were THE BEST ME AND MY FRIEND COULD?VE EVER HAD!! We were in there for so long because we felt so at home and welcomed and they really made our nights the best. Jonathan, Andrew, and Kim gave great service. They we're so helpful with cards and the games plus their really cool people. Also the layout of the place, was really clean and awesome!!! I would totally come here again and suggest this to my friends. The second time I went was on Jan 23rd, I was helped by Nathan , he was so helpful in regards to refillIng my cyber quest card and points. All the workers there always give us great service so I love to come back to this arcade.

My kids had a blast playing in this arcade. The tickets they earned were redeemed for a PlayStation gift card. A week later my boys tried to use the gift card but it didn't work. I called Cyber Quest and they easily fixed the issue. Much respect to Herschel Blue for his great customer service and very quick resolution. I will never hesitate to do business with this establishment again or to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you very much

I was in Nevada for 9 days to see my girlfriend graduate! We went to the district on dates often while I was there. We love arcades, so we tried going here and they had some of the most fun games of any of the arcades we had been too. The staff was also so kind to us. Lexi is incredible. We came back to the arcade probably 4 or 5 times. Partly for the games, partly to see how Lexi was doing and to say goodbye before I left for New Jersey! I already know that whenever I can go back out to Vegas, I'm gonna go

It is one of the best arcades I've been to! All the workers are chill and always so welcoming. Cris and Jon are always helpful when a game doesn't work or when I'm trying to reload my card. I appreciate the customer service and I go their a lot because it is fun and I can enjoy every second I'm their weather I'm with my friends or by myself ! ??

Come here all the time great workers good environment and always a good chance of winning big prizes.(keep your card if you plan on come back often. cards get upgraded and it's worth saving) best game here in my opinion is the wizard of oz coin pusher and the big ticket ring claw machine. I come here with my fiance a lot because it's one of the places we came to for our first date and we love arcades if there's an arcade we've been there.

Me and my family stop by here while we were in town. This is a lovely spot for the family. We had fun on all the games. The staff was friendly, polite, and patient with our kids as they cash out their points. You got a lot of game for the money. We enjoyed our day at this spot.

Andrew was so friendly and attentive to our needs with the arcade. We had some issues with some of the machines and he made things right for us and treated my husband and I with the most respect. We will be back at this hotel because of his good service and our kids had a total blast in the arcade!

Cyber Quest arcade has to be one of my favorite arcades that I have ever been to. The employees are very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and make this arcade feel like a great place for everyone of all ages. With a great variety in games and prizes, there are so much positives I can say about this place. 10 out of 10, I highly Recommend!

Yo this place is lit! I love watching my mother play the wizard of oz machine and trying her best to get them Totos. My brother with autism even has a blast here! And shout out to Nate for helping out when we need it! Highly recommend y?all stop by and play for a few minutes or hours.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I have never tipped an arcade worker but I couldnt help but give money to Nathan (assistant manager) because he was so helpful and a delightful human being. He was so patient with my kids!

I had a great time at cyber quest tonight! Me and my friend went to Sunset Station and met up for the first time in long time we wemt bowling amd then went to the arcade and we won tons of tickets!!! Im convinced it was from the good energy that was there, and the amazing night we had. When we were done playing the games we cashed out over 700 tickets! Christopher at the ticket desk was super nice and made sure we saw all of the options we had for prizes and made our night 10? as great as it already was! T

Nathan was incredible! Super friendly with my kids and helped us out a few times ?? this is my old school hangout, only for it to become my kids lol love this place! Just get a lit sign cuz of covid saying it's open, cuz our kids deserve a fun night out too!!!

Nathan went above and beyond to help me and my group tonight. The bowling alley arcade are our money so we headed over to cyber quest and Nathan not only refunded us but helped through the arcade. Will definitely come back

Im extremely impressed. Specifically with an employee named Piper. She went above & beyond to make sure my son and his friend were more than happy! When it came to spending their tickets, the boys were 100 short. Piper then suggested that if I'd be willing to submit my email address it would earn them that last 100. My son just lit up. Which means the world to me. His happiness is my hapiness. I'd recommend this arcade to anyone! Piper is definitely not your typical arcade attendant. 10/10 ??????

This place is my favorite place in the whole casino. I enjoy playing the ticket rings claw machine and seeing my favorite worker, Nate! Nate is nice and helps others navigate their way around the place. I highly recommend this place!

I had a great time at this arcade, the games were new and fun, the best one had to be the connect 4 game. I want to say thanks to Joseph the man who was working there at the time, he was able to help me when I needed it.

I hate to sound like an old timer but, this arcade used to be more fun with more variety. It is mostly ticket earning games and a couple racing games. They don't have any of the shooting games anymore.

I came in after my movie just to play some games and the ski ball machine kept taking my money but not actually working, so I called over a worker named Joseph who was super helpful and proceeded to pay for my next few games of ski ball
