Even though my son's birthday party started off on the wrong foot due to them double booking the closed off party room area in the gym, the Director Robin did everything in her power to make the experience a good one in the end! The staff was initially very helpful and informative of hosting a party there. They were eager to answer all of my questions a few weeks prior. Booking was no trouble once I was able to find the link. For some reason the booking was only showing up for Cyber Quest via the Ilani web

It's awesome there's an arcade here but it's a small arcade the size of a gas station. There is a minimum load of $20 for a card. Now if it was a larger arcade like round 1 it'll be reasonable

We had a great time playing at Cyber Quest at Ilani! Our two kids 3 and 6 got to play a variety of arcade games that are in great working order. The place was clean and the staff was SO friendly. The only drawback was how expensive everything was. You load a card with credits and swipe it at the games. The games ranged from 100-350 credits each, but you also earn tickets for prizes. We spent quite a bit, but we walked away with some fun prizes and great memories. Definitely recommend.
