Customer Reviews

My two young daughters love both KidsQuest and CyberQuest. We've come here for years, often just for the arcade, not the casino. Our most recent visit we stayed at the hotel for a couple nights (three days) and it was our best experience so far. There's an employee named Brody who my girls absolutely loved. Whenever he was on shift at either side he was super friendly, and when the machines happened to malfunction or have a glitch he was very responsive. You could tell he cared about all the kids there havi

Love this place! Always have a blast! The prices are much better than most others in the area! Lovely staff and atmosphere!

I brought my kiddos to Cyber Quest after letting them play at Kids Quest the other day and we had the best time ever. Brody went above and beyond with his upbeat attitude and awesome guest service to make sure we had a great experience!

Stopped here for my son?s 9th birthday and he won so many fun little prizes! So fun to play the arcade games with him and watch how excited he gets! Then they have a pretty decent selection of prizes available for purchase of the tickets we won! 10/10 will be back probably next fricken week lol!

Great place to take the kids! Bit pricey. But nice!

I got a $50 Google play gift card a week ago and I went to try and redeem it today and it won't work I don't know why but it's wierd. Not to mention i spent 7,000 points on it to which was almost all of my points. I would like to say that northern quest has resolved this issue and has offerd to replace my gift card or restore the points I spent on it. Thank you northern quest it was greatly appreciated and I would definitely recommend there arcade.

Quite good $40 on $3 actually it was 43 on 3 bucks that I won

Great place and had fun games my only issue was that only half the machines were working and one of the staff was very rude but the other lady was very nice and friendly and even fixed the machine when it took are points but didn't give us anything the other lady kept telling us no on other stuff they had so we couldn't spend all of are point other then that all the other staff were amazing sorry I don't have a name

Absolutely a waste of money. We drove over an hour to check out the arcade with our kid and placed over $50.00 on a card for our kid to play. Half the machines were out of order or just eating people's money. After trying 3 games that took our money with no play I went up and requested a refund and there absolutely rude so called manager "Jourdan" refused to help us or refund our money. She said she can't refund us because it would be theft from the company to give us a refund, but theft from patrons is ok.

At first my husband and I had our trepidations on leaving our 7 year old twins at the casino?s child care facility, only because it seemed like there had to be a catch one way or another, but it was FANTASTIC. Our girls had a blast, the rates were reasonable, the facility was well kept by their employees and the people that work there have a real knack for kids which made us feel all the more comfortable walking away and actually enjoy our time. Thank you for taking such good care of our babies, and as our

Ever wanted to play an 11 foot tall space Invaders machine? Well they have one and it is amazing. Kids and adults can play in the arcade but there is a kids area you can drop them off at and they are well supervised (it costs an hourly fee but is worth it). The kids are safe and the adults get to have fun. The new improvements to the casino are worth checking out if you haven't been out there in a while.

Thanks for making it fun!

Way to expensive for kids, parents are going to spend hundreds gambling and hundreds on their kids just so they can gamble! It should be so cheap people want to bring their kids. Everything at the quest has inflated so much over the last 6 months. We stopped eating the Friday night buffet because they jacked up the price $10 and do not give military discounts that actually save you money on that night. But hey people are still going so management is happy!

A wonderful and safe place to drop your kids off while you have "adult" time.. it also is right next to the new movie theater! When they are all done building everything planned it will be like a mini vacation spot. Have Fun!!

Fun!!! Even if your an adult. My partner and I love playing the games. Asteroid, skee ball and killing zombies with water guns is so much fun. You can earn tickets or even donate them if you like. we bought a fun pass for $25 and that was perfect for my partner and I to play for quite a while.

Not very impressive for what they are charging.... chaos has 3x the selction of games and the people are WAY WAY nicer.

Expensive and a casino is not a place where you should bring children. Find a babysitter. The environment is smokey and people are drinking. Why anyone would subject their children to this type of environment is beyond me. Take them to a family fun center. I have seen parents drop off their children and forget about picking them up until the announcement that the place is closing. Horrible addition.

They are fun but it's kinda spendy if you are going to drop your child off here to go gambling for a few hours. I'd rather go pay someone to babysit for me because the hourly rate is ki da much if you want to make sure your child is happy and having fun u pay 12 hourly plus buying them a play pass and the games are good for the kids just wouldn't stay out long

Everyone loves the casino when they're winning. Realistic folks know the house always wins- almost always. I have walked away with 100x what I walked in with. Once. I lost a few hundred dollars doing it, though. I will say: it's a nice place to walk home broke from.

Great venue! I love how they are making this a family-friendly environment. you can hang with your kids or you can hang with your spouse and leave your kids to play with one of their trusted attendants. they even added a retail store right outside the arcade LOL great shopping and really great prices not to sound silly but they even let you earn points on your camas card when you shop at the store, a great arguing point when your husband says stop shopping LOL every time we come, we find something new to pl

I recently had my daughters birthday party here. We were told when we did a walkthrough of the venue that we would be able to bring a store bought cake and fruit/veggie platters but nothing else. When party time came I was told we could only bring cake. The extreme party package came with one pizza, any additional pizzas are $21 each. When the pizzas were brought out, I immediately noticed that they looked like frozen pizzas, digorno to be exact. When I asked the staff, they admitted it was in fact digorno,

Could be so great, but why is it located right next to the smoking casino? Literally had to march my kids through a cloud of smoke to grab a burger during the break. We were having a great time but we left when my youngest said she had a headache from the smoke smell!! ETA: (in response to the owners response) Yes, we did enter through the atrium entrance and was hit by the smell without even entering the actual casino as the ?atrium? is a large, open air space connected to the smoking casino. And yes, Eve

Front desk veeeery slow checking in. Got to kids zone 10 mins early to pick up kids. Only one employee working at counter checking in another guest; even though there were other employees standing behind her chatting with each other. By the time the employee at the counter stopped talking with a customer about her hat and scanned my ID #, it said I was 2 mins late and was I was charged Xtra $$ for the late pickup. Seriously?? She saw me standing and waiting to pick up my kids the entire time she was

The first time we came to Cyber Quest it was for my stepsons birthday and it was right after we moved to Washington from Oklahoma. AND IT WAS TOTALLY AWESOME!! So many games for kids AND the parents to have fun and get turnt!!?????? And the prizes are definitely worth the sweat and effort???????? Doesn't if you have kids or not, single or not, everyone has fun at Cyber Quest!!

Kids had a blast. Spokane is pretty starved for arcades outside of Wonderland and Chuck E Cheese. Mostly, brand new machines and plenty of diverse options. The cost per play is quite high compared to the competitors in town, but whaddya gonna do. Note: Disappointed with kids zone next store as we could not enjoy the facility as a family. Understanding this, we now know these ?quest? facilities are more of a kill a half hour activity with the family or a drop off and gamble rather than a night out with the

Me and that beautiful yet deadly casino have had some good times and some bad times but it has opened doors and quickly shut them again so many times yet I just need more of what it's got to give or take but it's my choice to go and so I give you the 5 star review, for that fact of being there when I needed you with your doors open for me to humor myself thanks and godbless

I called to inquire about rates and age restrictions. Machine directed me to the website. I couldn't find an answer to my questions so I called again.....and again.....and again. Nobody answered the phone. Is it really that busy between noon and 3:30pm?

This is where you can go to Northern Quest and you can bring your kids to the arcade while you go and spend a lot of money and they will pretty much entertain your kids for you and you give them some money and they can play games as long as you're there. Pretty nice that someone would think about the adults when they all have children.

Have not been able to take my girl yet. But it's in the plans for soon. If it is at least one half as exciting as advertised it will be a dream!

Kids love it here prizes are worth the money u spend unlike mist arcades

games were great. we had fun plus there's lots of shopping and food and things to keep both adults and kids entertained. would go back and recommend.

Had a blast playing space invaders. We actually won a Echo playing in one of the claw machines! We spent less money gambling and more time and money as a family, not a bad addition Quest

Nice setting for a concert, behind the casino. Don't like the smoking in the casino, so kind of nasty walking thru. All of the staff in the casino and working the event were wonderful. Wasn't at the arcade.

Great place to gamble. Has many restaurants to choose from as well as a great buffet. There's a daycare for your younger kids and an arcade for kids 13 and older unsupervised.

I accidently placed a 3 star rating when I ment to put a 5 star rating. The reason for the 5 stars is that the staff was incredibly hands-on, friendly and helpfull when my family was there.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The smoke in the main part of the casino can be a bit overwhelming while even walking back to the non-smoking area.

Went out for the MMA fights. First time going. Was everything I expected. Very well done. Had a great time. Plan to go again.

My son and I went and shot hoops. We had fun. Games are mostly geared towards younger kids though. Prize amounts are very attainable though.

Nice, clean arcade area. However, almost all the arcades are like a form of gambling style game. Taking a chance for digital tickets. The air hockey and basketball games are cool. The Cruisin' USA is cool. But what about arcades to just play and have fun. Like Mario Bros, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Street Fighter II, Die Hard Arcade, Pac-Man, Simpson's, NBA JAM, X-Men,Virtua Cop, Marvel vs Capcom 2, Dig-Dug, Pole Position, Kung Fu, Aeea 51, Tekken etc..

Great place to take the kids while the adults have fun! Great staff and priced fair!

love this place! Food and games... they actually let you win a bunch before they take it all back... one needs to know when to quit. :)

This is a great place 4 Kids they all are having a blast! Fun place for birthday party for younger ones!

Today is the March birthday party. My birthday isn't this month but I heard on the radio about a drawing I didn't enter so I went back today.

I got told that my granddaughter found it enjoyable. Okay for a moderate priced safe place for kids. It's got video games for the kids.

Would have loved to rated this higher paid for front row tickets for Ron white seemed like northern quest was not prepared for the people who showed up and the outdated material Ron white used for the price was not worth it

Great idea. Good prizes for reasonable amount of tickets. Nothing too outrageous. My kid had a blast.

Took neighbors and their 2 kids..we all had a blast ! Great place..especially in the winter..

It was good plenty of room didn't feel crowded or smokey I win 25 bucks I will go again

Couldn't drag my granddaughter out of there(5 years old). She was having too much fun!

Slots are to tight, last 3 times spent $200 playing quarter machine max bet .75 was able to play for a half hour or so and busted.

The arcade here is amazing well done northern quest you made this a place were every kid can have fun and win lots of prizes they have some amazing prizes lots to choose from highly recommend going here

Nice place to take the kids. They will watch your kids..play with them..and feed them what you agree to

The kids loved it and very convienient if you want a quick getaway with your spouse.

These are 2 of many different deserts offered at the buffet at Northern quest and they were amazing.

Cool for the kids to play while mom and dad play. Stuff to do for younger and older but of course it costs money.

Great perfect place to drop off kiddos have no worry about them you no there safe .

Judas priest was awesome at this venue. Was front stage and got 2 guitar pics.

Such a blast from the past. All the games I remember playing as a child and more. Wish I could use my free play from Casino in there tho!!

This is not an arcade, it is just a bunch of ticket games most of them non-skill related. Training the next generations of gamblers early. AVOID. Find a babysitter instead.

Great for kids and adults. If you are a adult and don't win on the floor play for the kids and win big.

It is getting better & better. I am not so nervous ??. Your security is pretty tight.

I was super anoyed w the lack of servers plus none of the drink areas was working none of them i was famished and left where i could be served better

restaurant and grill was excellent. I won on the first slots I tried! great fun..It was clean and the staff was friendly

The table people are so rude..tha just want your money. They dont care if we want to play the game or learn a new game.

Love it and the price is fair . For the games and activities your kids get to do .

Fun place for adults too! It was a great time . Something fun to do.

I love to take my Grandkids to this Arcade because just to see the excitement on there faces as they look at all those video games .

Nice arcade. Really spendy. Worse than gambling. Like $2 for one game. Clean and nice staff.

i been to quest lots of times!! but havent experienced the cybef kid zone yet tho

Like this place when the grandkids visit. Then we both get to have fun.

Let's teach the kids to gamble that's the best thing we can do for a society I swear to God five stars

Great games, highly recommend it for an impromptu daytime date with your significant other!

Great place since they made it available for kids!??????

Your kids will not want to leave this place, let me warn you ahead of time!

Lot's of entertainment for the kiddos and very secure. Only the people you tell them can pick up the kids

Great kid fun while giving a parent a break to eat or use the casino..

Nice hotel, I don't gamble so, I can't review the rest of the place out of fairness.

I haven't been to the stable Quest arcade but I hear it's a good place

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are rhythm games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, rhythm games in arcades are a vibrant hit in 2025! Titles like Dance Dance Revolution and Beatmania deliver high-energy fun, blending music, movement, and precision. Modern machines boast vivid displays, booming sound systems, and diverse song libraries, from J-pop to EDM. They challenge reflexes and rhythm, with competitive leaderboards and tournaments fostering a lively community. Arcade dance floors are regularly packed, proving rhythm games’ immersive, physical thrill keeps them a standout in today’s gaming scene.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
