Customer Reviews

I visited CW lanes & Games with my church and had a very wonderful time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. This location is very family friendly and would highly recommend for folks of all ages. It is first come first serve so if you plan on playing at a certain time I recommend going an hour before your desired time to reserve the lanes while you wait. The bowling alley is located in the mall and you can combine bowling with a movies package or

It's a great place to spend time with the family and friends. It's my hiding spot of fun.

Awesome place to go, not only to hide from the summer heat, but to also have a great experience with the family, staff are awesome group of young people, from front counter to waiter/waitress, we have gotten a large pizza, chips and dip, comes with 3 different sauces and an order of cheese quesadillas, a pitcher of soda, free refills which was a surprise although an amazing gesture, we had a free 1 hour bowling coupon from a previous time, we paid $30 for an extra hour of bowling, and all the food and drin

Had some technical difficulties with the lane stopping randomly, and the benches/tables also need replacing. We used to really like coming here when we lived nearby. Seems like it's not being kept up well with the decreased foot traffic for the mall/theater.

It's a little pricey? but we had a good time. Drinks were good and food was okay

As far as bowling family fun centers this place takes the cake as the worst experience that I've had in one and it's not even close !! The arcade is horrible and half the games are broken but you don't find out it's broken until youve wasted credits trying, so it's a gamble on whether or not the game will work or not. The service was terrible as it took an hour to get an appetizer sampler. We didn't even make it bowling because everything else was so bad. Go to North Bowl, it's much better than this place

We were there almost three hours and food that had been spilled in walkways was never picked up despite staff roaming aimlessly, appearing to not really be doing anything. A very overweight young lady and another curly haired male employee walk around a lot, but never appeared to actually be doing anything. When a drink was spilled in our area, the waiter tossed up some napkins and walked away. The bowling balls are so old and poorly maintained that they almost cut our fingers. The lane machinery repeated f

Fun place! Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is nice. I would say it's an easy 2+ hours of fun. Service is good, drinks are good and the kids always have a blast. Compared to other bowling alleys, CW Lanes has practical pricing. We are a family of 5 for reference.

In expensive way to enjoy a evening out. With some friends They have a drink menu for mixed cocktail and beer and wine. The food is not the best but would recommend having dinner prior.

The bowling was fun but we had some problems at the lane. First it wouldn't return the balls and then it would take one to two minutes to reset. It's a timed game so we probably lost about 20-25 minutes of the 2 hours we paid for. The staff way friendly and the game itself was fun. Great place to bring the family!

I set up a birthday party for my sons 10th birthday and they absolutely nailed it. Sara (hope I spelled it right) was amazing with service and making sure we had everything we needed for the kids. Place was very clean and will absolutely recommend to other parents for a birthday party

Love it here! Amazing staff and great prices! You can even get a drink at the bar and play at the arcade!

Poor service, poor quality balls 4 people cut fingers on the bowling balls because the holes were all chipped up, we were told 30 minute wait turned into an hour and 20 minute wait (turns out they never put us on waiting list) hostesses/waitress were all hiding in corners on their phones, The bartender was not friendly at all, long wait times for drinks it was a steady night but it wasn't super busy was not a good experience!

There bowling ball?s cut my thumb and there arcade machines a no good day. Ripped you off in the place is very filthy inside. I will never go back there again and I wouldn't tell my friends to go there cause it's horrible.

The arcade no don't even go in the arcade you wanna know why beacuse all the credit prices are absurd and then we payed for 25 credits you wanna know how many tickets we got 20 total scam total rip off but I loved the bowling

Great place for some family fun. The bowling machines we had were having issues.

The lane kept jamming but they gave us extra time for our trouble. Great place to go when it's too hot outside. A bunch of the arcade games were out of order but the ones that were working were alot of fun!

Do not bring your own ball here. There machinery destroyed my ball taking large chunks out of its surface. Staff looked at it and stated that I signed a waver clearing them of responsibility for any damage to personal property. The only problem is they did not have me sign any waivers when I came with my own ball and shoes. When asked where is the signed waiver they just kept repeating it's there policy. Dumb and dishonest. Not a good combination.

Really fun time. They have an arcade section or food at the bowling lanes and a bar. Electric score card kept up with everything nicely and easy to use. I'd recommend getting a couple more small to medium balls.Hard to find, but the return was pretty fast anyway and a little dark in the lanes.

Always fun! I enjoy Bowling! Outstanding and Polite Staff!

Soon had so much fun and loved their mozzarella sticks ??

Casual bowling with 20 lanes old style building good for quite dates.

Awful experience lanes had zero oil on them and were bone dry balls constantly got stuck. Only giving it a two star cause the food was pretty decent.

CW Lanes is a good place to have a quick drink before going into the movie's. The bartenders are fast and know how to make a decent well chilled espresso martini. My one complaint is it was music trivia night and I am normally a fan of this kind of bar games but the volume was ridiculously loud to the point of being uncomfortable if you were next to a speaker.

Terrible service! We were at the bar for almost 10 minutes and the bartender did not acknowledge our presence. Very unfriendly and rude staff. We will never come back to this place.

Great for the dad in me because they participate in the kids bowl free summer program and little kids don't know/care about lane conditions, but dreadful for the actual bowler in me. I would have given benefit of the doubt except I've seen other reviews this week say the same thing. When I say no oil on the lane, I mean NONE. The instant the ball touched down it made a horseshoe turn irreparably to the left. By the halfway point in the game I was throwing my plastic no-hook spare ball with the flattest

This is a great place for a Fun day or night out with the family. Especially Wednesdays half price a family of five can bowl for $21 with shoe rentals included! ?? Which works out perfect.

I love this place, my grandkids have a lot of fun and me too we enjoyed

Pretty clean and decent place to bowl

We were celebrating an 11yr old's birthday. Great family friendly place. There was something for our entire party from 2yrs to 56yrs old. Food was good and drinks were great!! Wings - delicious, Pizza - pretty good too. Very affordable for our party of 11 :-)

The staff was absolutely wonderful tonight. We showed up for a small party for my toddler. I had called in advance and the party planner was so helpful because the party package was more than I needed. The server Zach was so helpful and attentive, pizza was great and they didn't make me feel like we were a bother with 7 kids and some adults we're not able to bowl. 2 lanes and 2 Pizza was absolutely perfect, we were able to have cake and gifts and get the Bday boy some arcade time and home by 800 on a school

Perfect place to hang with the family because it's fun for all ages. Enough for everyone to do between the arcade, bowling and the bar! So, although there is sometimes a little bit of a wait you can find enough to keep yourself entertained until it's time to bowl!

Me and my friend as recent at this week have spent 2 hours at this bowling location and when I tell u it was the worst 2 hours of bowling I have experienced my entire life I whole heartedly believe this. Me and my friend are avid bowlers, with our usual location being Bowerlo in Cranston Rhode Island, and on 4th of July our location closed, so we decided to go here since it was open. Again the worst decision I've ever made. Not only are the prices absurd, we spent 30 dollars each for 2 hours of dreadful bow

Place has gone downhill considerably. Shoes are caked with gunk and make you stick on approach, lanes have no oil, we bowled for an hour and no server came to the lane until we had 15 minutes left on our timer.

It's really expensive to bowl here compared to other places in the area. Moreover, they close early during the week ( stop letting people at 830) which is a bit crazy and doesn't allow working people to bowl. The bartenders here seem to hate their job and In fact when my friends and I left one of the bartenders seemed to cheer because we left right as they closed and were very very pushy for us to leave, even though we left right at 9. Never felt so rushed at a bar in my life, and I've been to many. The foo

Great experience bowling and having drinks! Plenty of space and nice accommodations and staff!

Great! Went right in to a lane no wait !

I am astonished by the entire of lack of basic accommodations my niece had for her birthday. When did basic services and standard hospitality stop being a standard part of birthday party hosting? Let me share. My sister paid BIG money for a birthday party. Not only did she wait for a promised call to go over details prior to the party and not get the call. BUT When she called the day of the party to go over the details?.. she was told she had to wait for the party hostess to call her back and the hostess w

A very fun place to go very personable. The people that work there EAGER to help would recommend this place to anyone asking me. I've had nothing but great experiences here.

Went with my sister and our 3 kids, they had a blast!! Food was good too!

Went here on a Saturday night around 6. I expected it to be busy. Said it would be about 45 minutes for a table to eat, so we went to the arcade to kill time. Its so loud in there that you can't hear your name being called so I constantly had to check with the hostess (invest in pagers!!). We finally got a table and not one person even acknowledged us for 20 minutes!! Not even to say hi, or take our drinks. We had kids with us and we were all starving. We had to get up and leave and go somewhere else. I kno

It's usually a good time. The bowling was a typical experience. We ordered food, and it never came during our 1 hour lane rental, which was disappointing.

So my daughter and I went to the Bowling Lanes after we went to see Clifford the Big Red Dog. We bowled for 90 minutes and we had a lot of food. Our server was awesome-i forget her name but not only was she attentive but she also was able to pull up the bumpers for my daughter. What a great night we had! We will definitely go back.

My friends and I went there for a nice night out. Upon arrival one of the waitresses were cleaning up a table she had served and we could hear her saying ?that was a big tab and they didn't even tip? very loudly. You shouldn't talk badly about your customers in-front of others. Then while we were eating the waitress (the receipt said Alysa F) barely came around to see if we needed anything. After we got our bill we asked the waitress to spilt the bill to the correct cards and she was very upset about that.

The arcade and bowling was great for the kids but the food was terrible at best, tasted like it was all reheated by microwave. The beers were way overpriced and mine tasted like it was skunked. Waitress screwed up the bill. Charged my debit card twice, then issued credit twice but then never ended up charging my card for the correct amount. I might go back for the games, but definitely not for food.

Very disappointing. When it first opened up there were several healthy options. Now it is all junk food. I did get a fairly tasteless vegan pizza. It is great for kids bowlers and arcade players. But I cannot recommend it for anyone who wants to have healthy dining options.

The seats near the lanes are so close together you have to keep move over to let the next person bowl, also when it came to my son's turn to bowl, it would count the first set of pins and reset itself. So he never got his full score and was very upsetting to him.

Bunch of kids running it and don't really know how to deal with issues. Our lane was down four times during our session. Nothing was done. There are better options.

I Love this Place. Me and my fiance 1st real date was here 3 yrs ago and Jan 1st 2019 was our 2nd time. We couldn't make up our minds where to go. We knew we had a blast here so we came back, and we will be giing again. The staff was friendly, the drinks were tasty, and the time spent well worth it.

We first walked in at 4:45pm on a Sunday. Waited 15Min at 5pm we went to bar to place order ourself. Bartender said sorry, but she didn't know who was working our area. Then at 6pm we cashed out and went to bowling area. Service got worst. I approached the Mgr and he smiled and said what would you like me to do about it. I smiled and said maybe your job. Add a server, bus boy something maybe you go over and help in stead of stand here on your phone acting useless while your Restaurant burns down. Place runs

Updated Review - I had to take away a few stars. After going here for a few months, the service is still amazing - Emily, Ron, Meg, and Kara are awesome! Unfortunately, the chairs at the bar are insanely uncomfortable. The back of the chair is small and rounded, forcing you to sit forward, not optimal for really more than a half hour sitting.

So much fun! We love coming here w the family or with friends. Drinks, food and service is amazing. Super clean and nice atmosphere! Can't give this place enough praise!

Horrible place , EVERYONES lazy! The servers hate their job the bartenders are rude . The kitchen staff seems like they don't know what they're doing maybe at most 2 people doing there job, the blonde hair sever kept on vanishing and taking 30 min breaks and I was forced to ask another sever to be served ! Never come here again

Great place for a kids or adult party. Full bar, and pretty good food. The rock and bowl was great. They also offer lazer tag and have a good size arcade for the kids or kid at heart. Usually not a long wait. Conveniently located next to the movie theater if you want to make a long date night of it. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was socially distanced from lane to lane...at least 8-10ft and everyone has they're backs to the group behind them which was nice! Good times! It was good to get out and grab a glass of wine with my husband and another couple! Of course, we all wore masks bringing our drinks to our lane. Fun!

Bowling is decent, but there were two major problems which led to 2 stars. First was the food. It was terrible. Burgers and chicken tenders should be easy foods to make, but they were both a major disappointment. Other major issue was the guy working behind the desk. He has no clue what was going on and he messed up our reservation twice in one night. I would rather drive a little further to go elsewhere.

Had a great time with me and my friends. The food was good, but a little expensive if you have a large number of people bowling.

Great bowling alley. Modern and updated. Seats are comfortable. More expensive than other nearby bowling alleys, but you get what you pay for. There arcade is nice. Ski ball machines don't always work. Several games are shut down right now (I assume because of covid). Their laser tag is phenomenal and ALWAYS a great time!

Had a party event for 20. Great time. Lots of compliments on the food and our server was so on top of everything. Only "complaint" I heard was that the bar was a little slow making drinks. Otherwise would recommend for events.

I'd consider myself a pretty decent bowling my highest game was a 220 but when I came here with my buddy it was AWFUL and when I mean awful there was NO OIL ON THE LANES so I wasn't able to spin the ball I'll never come here again and I'd rather work a 50hr week for free

Love it here. Always fun for the family. Bummed the last time we were here they had a prize hanging from the ceiling but did not have in stock nor retrieve the one hanging. We left, but we'll be back and I think that shows how confident they are in what they do.

We've gone a few times for sensory friendly events thanks to the PSSNC and had my daughter's birthday party there as well. It's always a pleasant experience each time we go.

I called on the day of my birthday 9/21 to make a reservation to which the lady on the other end of the phone informed me that they didn't make reservations. I was ok with that, however what I was not ok with was with the misleading information and the attitude the manager had once I got there on 9/23 at 2pm. The lady had told me that it was $12.50 per lane for an hour before 4pm and after 4 pm it would be $25 per lane for an hour. Also the cost of shoes was separate. Being that I was calling on a weekend (

The main downside for me was the laser tag. Honestly the arcade was ok but when I went to play laser tag my gun wasn't working at all and all I could do was stand while I waited for the game to finish. I couldn't ask them to fix it because the ?ref? wasn't even in the area to fix it. After the round I told the person who worked there what happened and all I got in response was ?oh that happens sometimes? I had to wait 30 minutes and pay $15 to play and never got a refund or at least have a chance to play an

Great place for the whole family. Video games for all ages, bowling, bar with a menu. I have never eaten there and I heard it was just ok. Prices are a little high but not terrible. Great place to go before or after catching a movie which is in the same building and right next door. Also a few great restaurants within walking distance. I recommend ??

I go here every Wednesday night with my friends for bowling night. We can't go one game without the lane breaking down at least once. The service also sucks and the food is unreasonably expensive. The server charges a tip to being you water... which is supposed to be free. I end up bringing my own food and drinks to this establishment to save my wallet. But the half price Wednesdays makes up for it.

Went for laser tag with my son and a few friends. Super affordable and they all had a blast. Staff was very nice and accommodating. -1 ?? because they opened late but failed to mention that when I called previously to confirm. Someone dropped the ball.

We paid just before 9:00pm for the hour and they turned off the lights and lanes asked us to leave at 9:42 to close at 10pm. The pins didn't reset 3 or 4 times during our game and employees were incapable of fixing the issue. Won't return here.

This really is an all inclusive entertainment center. We booked our holiday party here and had a blast. The lanes are always fun, of course, but the food was great, service was pleasant, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Not your typical run down older bowling alley. We also enjoyed a few exciting, and stressful, games of giant Jenga! There is plenty to do, from Bowling, trivia at the bar, Jenga and chess, laser tag, video games and just outside is the movie theater. Really a center for entertainment in a c

one of my favorite bowling spots. It is very clean, fairly large, staff is friendly and the food is actually enjoyable. We held a birthday party here for my 5 year old, everything came out awesome. Other than bowling they have laser tag, good food, good bar and arcade section

I love it here.. the entertainment side that is. But let me tell you don't eat here anymore, the servers are terrible! It's like you can't even ask him for a drink. I'm a very easy going person & i was not pleased at all.

AWFUL SERVICE. Went for a family night, no server was walking around the lanes so we kept going to the bar for beverages, bartender complained that we keep going to the bar that we should have a sever. Explained no one been around & the bartender said they send someone over? waitress came over slammed our drinks down didn't care to ask anyone at our party if we wanted anything else & didn't see her after that until we needed the bill. We will not be going back

Played in arcade with my two kids a few weeks ago had a blast. We had around 4000 credits left on each card. We were saving it for another day. We Came back today on 8-11-16 and we're excited to play again and come to find out there are no credits or tickets left on our cards. Spoke to manager and they said nothing we can do. So I am out money and tickets and now my two children are disappointed that they lost it. Watch out for your cards and make sure you use it up or you will lose it

No longer a server for the lanes so you have to waste your bowling time going to the bar if you want any food or drinks I ordered loaded fries and they didnt have a description.. Turns out they have cheese bacon tomatoes jalepenos and olives. Which the kids we were with were not happy about..

Went there lady charged my card 3 times. I only played 1 game when to the desk to tell them this she said it was okay that I was going to get the money back got the money back for one on my card the next day still had 2 payed for called them and manager said she couldn't do anything about it and to wait a few days to see if the money goes back on. This is sickening places like this steal your money.

Fun times with the kiddos!!

COVID restricts the number in your party to 10. If you plan to meet your friends there, and you each have a party of less than 10 people, do not...I repeat...DO NOT show up at the same time. They will consider you a party of MORE THAN 10 people and will not allow admittance. So, show up 10 minutes apart. You're welcome. :D Luckily for us, we were able to go to another bowling alley which welcomed our business and logically divided us into two lanes. We thanked them with $300+ worth of gratitude.

Our company had it's Christmas party here. People bowled, we ate pizza, people played games. A good time was had by all. Nice facility plenty of tables for our group of 200+, even the bowling shoes seemed new...

Maintenance has severly suffered. Several lanes were resetting pins randomly during play. Instead of getting 2 balls down lane you might only get one. Even when they switched lanes it still happened. Lanes were not waxed and were very dull. Food was great and the staff was awesome as well. 2 stars because it is a bowling alley. Broken lanes means bad bowling for everyone. Maintenance needs to be a priority. If people cant bowl at a bowling alley they eill not come

A fun place to take the kids and half price during the week during the summer makes it even better. My only complaint is we were there when they opened and when a couple of busloads of Camp kids came in they put them right next to us. There was nobody in the place so there was no reason, that we could see, for it

Great time bowling. Had some apps which were great. Kids played a few games and a round of laser tag.

If your over 30 and looking to let loose have a few drinks with your friends, this is not the place for you. We waited an hour and a half for two lanes for 10 people. Had two drinks a piece. We go to the bar and they say see the servers. We put drinks in with our server after an hour without service. The server comes back n goes your group is shut off. Like really maybe your 16 year old bartender who wouldn't cut us limes should be retrained. Been there twice both times awful. K bye!

Staff didn't cook our food right. Along with the bathroom not being stocked with toilet paper for people. But the games and bowling were nice.

It's a decent size place not big or small. It has arcade for the kids and bowling. You can sit down an way but since it's in a mall you have other options to eat. They did the wait was 30 minutes but it was more like an hour.

Horrible Service. Been waiting on a table for about 40 minutes. Have not even gotten acknowledged. Actually just came for the nachos. And while at it play some bowling

If you don't want to go all the way into Pvd this is a great Hangout spot. Bowling, laser tag, arcade games and a good bar with a surprisingly good restaurant. The burgers are well above average. And as a bonus you can walk down and see a movie at the Lincoln Cinema.

Good food, even with a limited menu. Great service. The best drink-great bar tender! They obviously are trying really hard in these difficult times.

Visited this place waiting for a movie time at nearby Lincoln Theaters and it was okay. It is located in very dead depleted Lincoln Mall and is almost like a small D&B or Kings but with a tiny arcade and added laser tag. The place does have a large bar area and bowling area and prices are decent and it is not overly crowded. Only place you will see tons of mid day drinkers. I would say go here for bowling and laser tag but not the arcade which we came here to visit. It is very small and has maybe three majo

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
