Crofton Bowling Centre

Had a ball. The two white guys was racists. They took my water bottle but let a group of white kids to bring in cupcakes and other items. The food was delicious. Had a great time inspite of those two.

First time visit to Crofton ?? Bowling. We had a nice time. Easy check in process. Kids enjoyed fries and chicken wings were in my nephew's words "AMAZING"! We loved the interactive Bowl screen for the kids. We had a ball. ??

I hadn't been bowling in years! Invited here by my golf group and had a blast! Nice location, friendly staff, spacious and fun! Now my husband and I are adding this to our date nights and family nights with the boys!

Moonlight Bowling was a great time! I organized a large group of about 25 people. Coordinating with Brenda, their lead for events, was easy. The bar and concession areas offered good drinks and bar style food. The pizza was apparently fantastic because it sold out. The chicken fingers were also good. The only disappointment is that we had about an hour left of bowling when the bar and food stands closed for the night. These services are only available for about 1.5 - 2 hours during Moonlight Bowling hours.

We hadn't been bowling in years! It was our 46th wedding anniversary and I decided to end the bowling drought. Renting was easy, everything was done online. When we arrived early, we decided to try the snack bar. We had the wings and fries and drinks. The food was on par and just when we finished eating, it was time to go to our lane. Looked on website to find summer league. Filled out the reservation to join league. Drove 30 miles to show up for meeting for said league only to be told league was filled over a month ago. It's still listed on website, nothing saying sold out, and hasn't been removed. When asked why I didn't get email telling league was filled the guy in charge says he was on vacation and couldn't be bothered.great employees,

The place was great. We set up an adults only hangout for our group and we had great fun. Loved the fact they are handicap friendly, even had lanes specifically for handicap. Great bar and food, specially our amazing server Diamond, everyone in the group said she was great, friendly and easy to talk, she was very attentive not only to bring our food quickly as well as making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely going to go back and have many more great evenings specially if Diamond is working those

Excellent place and fun!

I've taken my stepson to quite a few bowling alleys in Delaware and Maryland. None have been as helpful and accommodating as Crofton Bowling Center. None. A few were downright unwelcoming (my stepson has Down Syndrome). Go to Crofton. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

Crofton Bowling Centre is an excellent place to Bowl, my Son has been for over 20+years with "Family Friends and Fun" A Special Team with over 60-70 members and they all love Bowling and receiving their Rewards at the end of each Season!!! ?? ?? ?? ?? UP!!!! BY:CLMORRELL

Had a great time bowling. Super friendly staff. Food and adult drinks are available, so that's a plus! They were busy with some leagues but still had lanes open.

Ending this year at Crofton Bowling, and the service from Concessions was the best food service I have had the entire year. They didn't have a line the entire 3 hours 5:30-8:30, and every time anyone in my party walked up, even on the side, they were helped right away! Everyone was awesome! honestly 2024 has been a blur in terms of customer service until this happened. Thanks!

Pretty efficient process for getting food and bowling equipment. It was clean and I had fun with my group. The bowling alley did what it was intended to do which was to create a fun-filled atmosphere.

I love this place, I have been coming here since I was a little boy. There's a new employee named Diamond that gives the best customer service, she makes the place feel even homier than it already is. Will always recommend this place and always request her.

2025 update ... they made changes and upgrades. Personal opinion, one of the best houses in the DMV. The downside is the amount of housing being built, making the trip exhausting to get their.

I love the fact that they have many size 8 balls.

Loved it. Great atmosphere had a lot of fun. Everything was organized. The only thing I didnt like was that our pin machine glitched at the end of our paid sessions so we lost like the last few minutes of bowling. Also the bowling balls really greasy because everyone's eating while they're playing which is normal. I just think the bowling alley should provide some cleaning wipes or something so you're not getting other people's grease all over your hands.

Great experience. It is $18 for one hour of bowling. This includes a shoe rental. We played 4 full frames in an hour. Lots of fun. The women's bathroom was very dirty. Otherwise, it was a great evening.

Great bowling facility. Friendly staff, clean environment and family friendly. The lanes are always in good shape. There is a bar and good variety of food.

First time here ...I had a bunch of questions the staff answered patiently; they're very knowledgeable. Respect to how they handled the masses for their Galaxy bowl. Everyone had a great time! DJ had the place hip hoppin'! Our teens were dancing well into 1am. Wouldn't have expected that :)

Late Night Bowling with old friends ?? Bathroom was clean, drinks were a little expensive food was better than expected above average for example Pizza, Beer, Chicken Finger, I spent $100.00 pro tip don't order the food at the same time it will get cold ?? last call for alcohol was at midnight but unfortunately they closed earlier then expected at 11:50 PM no drama I didn't fear for my safety to thumbs up

Service staff attitudes are not welcoming. If you're bowling and take a break for eating, just be warned that your lane will literally shut down. When the manager was asked about the lane shutting off, he got an attitude, saying back, "I didn't turn it off the machine did it automatically." While that might be acceptable, to have attitude with a patron who is not familiar with your systems is just ignorant and disrespectful. If you are looking for a great safe place to take your child/ adult w/disabilities. Look no further. Sometimes my son links up w/ his group (MECS)&individually @ crofton bowling centre.From Management( Mrs.Brenda) let's just say she is an Angel in accommodating your child's needs as much as she can. Staff is very friendly.Building is very clean .Definitely an Autism friendly establishment. You can't go wrong

Fun place, surprisingly good pizza. The desk guys were great and helpful. The ball ramp for kids was a bit bent and the gutter bumpers couldn't be adjusted per bowler like other places do.

Attended rock and bowl there a few weeks ago. Lots of fun. DJ, drinks, and atmosphere were great. Food was ok.

Great place to go to have a great time whether its family night with the kids or adult fun night. The food is good. The music and atmosphere is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is good too.

This is an excellent house. The lanes are great. The staff is courteous. And the parking is overly sufficient. Also, their Saturday night bowling showcases an old white dude that plays to the crowd like an expert disc jockey. It's almost comical to watch unfold. We love this place. Oh BTW. they have a full open bar. Cheers

Took the family for an event with my husband's frat. It was pretty nice. There were a lot of parties going on. The place is kinda of old, but it's kept clean. The staff was trying to keep up with the trash, but having a hard time with the bathrooms.

Staff was friendly, and the alley was well maintained.

This place was so fun!! The food was good and the bartender baby he was pouring!!! Had a great time even though for 2 hours. I think they should play music throughout the whole time and not just for the midnight bowling but it's okay it was still a great time.

Nice family/friends outing. Now the snack bar...I was so lost with how they were operating. Busy Saturday afternoon and they are cooking 1 burger at a time when I know I heard 3 people order one. Chicken wings were crispy but the oil was old which didn't work well for the wing ding. I would go back and make sure I eat before going.

Had a great time here. The people are great and it's very clean. People had birthday parties and other events going on while I was here with friends and family celebrating a birthday. A lot of fun. Definitely will return.

Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. I like that I could avoid the lines at the concession stand and use touch screens to order my food. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The wings were cooked in old oil and overcooked. The pizza was terribly hard and soft pretzels with anything but soft.

It was a nice experience. The place was clean. It was not too loud. We had food that everyone enjoyed. The Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

They need to keep the centre clean. It's always a bad smell there when u enter.

Me and my fiance stopped in here this past Saturday night to kill some time before our movie we were seeing at Annapolis Mall and it was actually really fun. It was our first time here and the staff were really nice and cool. The overall energy in the place was very chill and good. Everyone was having a good time. We will be back !

I've been going to this since I was a baby. It's a good Alley. The staff is nice, some of the same, old, lovely staff. But it's a nice, oiled, and fun Alley to go to. Love meeting new people there, as well as the food. The food is delicious and they have many food and drink options.

I booked 6 lanes for a birthday party here yesterday. Our time began at 6:30pm. We had a 2 hr window. We had a crew of about 45 people. Our seniors didn't bowl, so there was close to 6ppl per lane. Great time! All you need is the want to have fun! The workers were all friendly and accommodating. We had some trouble with our lane, they moved us and gave us another hr on them. We had the pleasure of meeting their long time employee Craig of more then 30 plus years. Great experience

We went there with my family for the first time they've ever bowled. They absolutely loved it. The place was clean, the price was affordable, the people next to us were friendly, my wife ordered a burger and it was really good, there were no mishaps with the machine, the community bowling balls were even good. We had a great time and we will go again.

A good time. Place is friendly and convenient. Went on a very busy Sstuwithout reservations and had a lane within 20 min. The mozzarella cheese sticks are solid and having a bar is a good treat as well.

I am patron at Crofton Bowling Centre. I am there at least 3 days a week. The gentleman at the counter Clayton is such a wonderful person. His professionalism is outstanding. He is so friendly and warm to each person.

Best lanes in the area, customer friendly pricing, food is good, and the lanes are very well maintained with the occasional hiccup on blackouts. Overall atmosphere is the most balanced in the area for a public location.

I really enjoyed myself, but the "Staff " need to be more friendly to the customers. They see you at the window and just take their time to assist you!! This has happened to me a few times...this is just unacceptable!! I would like to continue coming out, but not sure of the Staff"s attitudes!!

Lots of lanes, went mid day on Father's day so it wasn't crowded. There is a small game room that could do with some updating. The is a in house Cafe to get a bite to eat. The fries were very tasty. They also serve icee. I didn't find the service desk that friendly. Our family love this place we have been coming here for more then 15yr and they just keep on improving the quality of the place every time.

My husband and his friend have been coming here for years. Today was the worst experience. We had 8 people and had 2 lanes. (33/34). We paid for 2 hours of bowling and from the start this lanes were breaking down. We went to the desk at least 4 times to let them know we were having problems. They didn't offer to move us and didn't even want to give us our money back. This is bad business. We will not continue to patronize this establishment and I will make sure that I tell everybody about this experience.

We were turned away immediately. There is no sign that says reserve a lane, nor anything on the website! We came for fun and we're turned down by a white owned business that serves majority African-American.
