The staff at Creative Arcades are top notch. Everyone was extremely polite and very responsive whenever I contacted them. I guess it's true that good leadership breeds good staff because the owner Brian was absolutely amazing. He called me back without delay and ensured I was taken care of. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy an arcade game.

Long overdo review. Bought a four position full sized cabinet from them back in 2020. It's AMAZING! Every time I have people over they want to play it and can't believe how many games it has. Their customer service is awesome as well. I had a minor issue and they literally came to my house and handled the issue for free.

Creative arcades was very helpful. I got the link racing system, which is fantastic. The force feedback is well done and a lot of fun. It makes it realistic. I play with the kids. My experience was the absolute best experience not once. Not twice, but three times!! We bought our Barrell Video game in 2020 and we had some troubles with it in 2022. the tech team immediately resolved the situation and sent us a new screen to fix the solution. Ordered and received a tall wood grain game and pub table. The time from order to delivery was longer than I expected, but the owner explained the supply chain issues especially with parts. Also, the original wood ordered had a pink tint so the company had to reorder the wood which I appreciated. The table looks great and so far is working fine. I have purchased 3 video arcade games for my man cave, and absolutely love these guys. I dealt with both Travis and someone else (I think his name is Brian) and both were absolutely great with both my questions before and after buying the game consoles, and delivery went smooth as can be. Great purchase so far! When I was researching and asking them questions by email, they got back to me within 24 hours every time. Was continually strung along that the machine would arrive next week. It never arrived. We finally requested a refund. It's early in the process, we haven't yet taken delivery of the wine barrel cocktail machine, but have been very happy with the communication. These arcades are amazing! We have the sniper 6.0 and I have to say we are super happy with it. Customer service is great. You can tell they try very hard with the team they got. We had issues with a delayed delivery, but they 100% made it right!!

I had to write a review for my arcade. I bought the top console cherrywood arcade with 4800 games. It's pricey but worth every penny. I'm a fully disabled veteran and professor. Overall great experience with this company. Delivery did take a while, which is to be expected. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, (missing keys, stools) however, with just an email everything was taken care of very quickly. Shout out to the whole staff which is fantastic. Terrible Company! I ordered the arcade 4 slim paid over $3000. It didn't work right from the beginning. It looked like it was used! They sent me Parts and had me troubleshoot over the phone then they said they were gonna swap it out . . It's still not swapped out. This company is a joke. I ordered an arcade online , not only did it take them 6 weeks to build it they lied on 4 different occasions in writing in emails about delivery. Bought one of the commercial grade arcade games about a year ago. Had quite a bit of problems with it and they sent me a new computer. Turned out the computer wasn't a problem, and while very rare, my problem was the monitor. Brain had a hard time finding a monitor for that particular system, but he did eventually get the job done. This has been a family favorite so far! The kids and even my wife have been playing this since we got it. Travis was great to work with on the custom artwork and it looks very professional. It was shipped on a pallet and seemed very secure. It has a ton of games, so be prepared to take some time getting to know how the machine works. The game list is extensive and available on line if you need to make sure you get all the games you want.

Sold me a T2 machine for $8,500. Immediate problems with the guns - tried recalibrating multiple times, including with their tech team, but never worked. Then the entire cache of games just disappeared. They sent a tech team to trouble-shoot in person - they were able to re-install the game suite, but couldn't fix the issues to make the guns work.
