We had an amazing experience at Crazy Claw!! We drove 3 hours away from our home town just to come check it out ?? The plushies were so cute and fun to play! I love how we can trade in some of our plushies for even bigger prizes! It's an endless age entertainment where anyone can have fun! Also a big shout out to the employee working there! He was super nice and welcoming! We will most definitely be coming back and recommending this arcade to our home town!

Just went today with my husband and daughter. It was so much fun!! Great selection of the cutest little plushies to win and not terribly hard to win them either. The best part though was absolutely the owner. He was so incredibly kind and thoughtful, especially to my daughter. He actually made me cry real, happy tears. The owner himself is worth going for. He is so friendly and welcoming! There's lots of different claw machines and they're not super hard to win. You can trade in smaller ones for bigger ones too.

The family had so much fun. We spent an hour playing after multiple transactions for more tokens. The girls were winning a bunch. My son is autistic and getting frustrated. He wasn't able to win anything. The employee opened the machine and made it easier to win. My son was so proud and happy. This act of kindness made our day and we will be back soon.

I went here May 17th on my birthday and was pleasantly surprised. I am skeptical of things like this as I fear they are not worth the money, but i feel this one was! Crazy Claw is outstanding! All the machines are fair, and being able to trade up for larger prizes is awesome! The staff are very kind and interactive! One staff member even helped my special needs son win a prize???? I highly recommend this arcade to everyone!

It's a good place to go if you just want plushies, you can usually get atleast 3 but you can get more and better ones at other places. Most if not all the plushies are obviously cheaply made, there's usually stuffing coming out or random loose string. I don't know where they get them but I advise finding other manufacturers. When they first opened you could win some stuff. The claws are set to loose to grab anything. If you see the employee walking around and stuffs the stuffing down, "Do not play." You're better off wasting your money somewhere else. Don't believe me, go try yourself and you will understand.

Workers were circling the place to keep all prizes flat and pushed tight together so that they are harder to win. The machines claw is spring-y and drops so much I'm not even convinced there's payout rounds. Plus the plush are clearly bulk plush that are unlicensed, cheap, and unoriginal. Save yourself the time and go to round 1. Idk how this place has so many good reviews tbh.
