An Absolute Blast from the Past! My boyfriend Francis took me on a date to CRAVE 80s Arcade Bar, and I have to say?it was one of the most fun and nostalgic nights I've had in ages! The atmosphere is absolutely electric, with every detail bringing you right back to the glory days of the 80s. From the neon lights to the retro music and wall art, it's like stepping into a time capsule. The arcade game selection is incredible?everything from Pac-Man to pinball to old-school racing and shooting games. We spent
Do you love dive bars? Do you love karaoke? Do you love pinball? If you answered no to any of these, you suck. This place is amazing. People are friendly. The pinball machines are well maintained. The karaoke hoste does a great job. Try to beat my high score!!
This bar has been adopted as my home bar! The atmosphere is great with lots of hot nerds playing pinball, singing off key at karaoke and playing naughty bingo. The owner is amazing and a great host with a wonderful smile. Downsides are limited bar food and drinks are a bit pricey. Come sit on the couch with me and we'll play some NES!
Great atmosphere and awesome experience! Pinball tournaments on Tuesday always are kick ass Karaoke with Paul is always a treat as well on Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays So glad to have found this place:)
Been going here for about three years. Always a good time. They have a bunch of vintage games to play. They prefer 80s songs but you can choose newer songs if you want. The bartenders are always awesome!!! They also sell cool tshirts and fanny packs.
Great spot. Right next to the hotel I stayed at during a business trip. A jam packed weekly schedule ranging from karaoke and comedy to bingo and pinball tournaments. Incredible collection of 80s memorabilia and games. Lefty is a treat. Diverse and engaging clientele. I highly recommend this spot.
I stopped in after checking out another castle gaming next door. This is a great bar with a great selections of pinball games. Also I came across an original arade cabinet of street fighter 2. I did not order any food so I did not rate it.
Karaoke, cool people, wonderful atmosphere. I wish there were more games where you play to actually win something, though... Only thing I'd change. The staff is absolutely FANTASTIC!!
Went on a wednesday night 8pm--12ish recently. Creative little menu (yummy panninis) and variety of beers and hard alcohol. Reminiscent 80's decor(wall of boomboxes, cool posters abound, and even a 80's living room to lounge in with friends). The karaoke was so much fun! Only about 10 people in line-up and host even let us know music trivia. Bartender was attentive and easy-going. Only bad part is not enough seating. But they are a pinball bar primarily, I believe so it makes sense. Support local. C
Karaoke guy seems pissed off that he's there. Bartenders are super nice and drinks are great, fun atmosphere! Karaoke host just is very unfriendly and looks/acts annoyed the entire time which throws off the vibe. Lots of eye rolling?. Have fun sometime!
The atmosphere at this bar seemed laid-back, which initially drew me in since it was conveniently located across the parking lot from our hotel. Unfortunately, the service from the bartender left a lot to be desired. When I went up to the bar to order drinks, the bartender was unapproachable and inattentive. Despite standing there and waiting alongside another customer, we were both ignored while he just stood around and even served the same person twice without acknowledging us for a while. I tried to be
The Vibes is amazing! A Henry welcoming and inclusive atmosphere! We had soo much fun playing games and singing Karaoke! 10/10 will recommend.
We came here spare of the moment and it was so fun. It is definitely a "dive" but if that's your thing along with arcade and pinball machines then great! Just had a drink and spent $10 each on games.
Drinks: 4 * Service: 2 * Cleanliness: 4 * Atmosphere: 4 * Value: 3 - About average price for drinks This is a little pinball and video game bar tucked back behind Applebees. I've lived in Marysville for 8 years and dined a couple of times at Applebees, and never even knew it was there until today. The place had a fun 80's atmosphere, with a cool back-room that had an Atari with a box full of games. (I am no longer good at Dig Dug.) They had a full bar, with listed mocktails. We ordered a beer and a ginger
Fun decor of 80?s era tech and memorabilia. Lots of classic video game and pinball machines. Panini was crisp and full of flavor.
What an incredible time to come back again. I've been to all three versions of this building and I feel this one is definitely the coolest. The throwback to the vibe and feel of the 80's is definitely here. The food was tasty, the puffin deserts are addicting, the pinball on point and the people are amazing. So looking forward to coming back! Update:. Came back for a second time and it was mostly great. It was 80's Karaoke night and that was pretty entertaining. Pinball machines were in great shape
One of the best places to come on tuesday to split flip tournament. And many other entertaining things to do. Check website for details on activities throughout the week.
This was the first bar I ever went to! It is my hometown bar, and I think about it all the time. The atmosphere is unlike anything else. Please open one over in southern Washington!
Interesting, even 'far-out' 80s concept. Seems to be a good-hearted place with decent drinks and many pinball games. Crowd was as interesting as the concept. If you like pinball, give it a try it.
The best 80?s Throwback bar. Equipped with Arcade games, good food & drinks, karaoke and plenty of nostalgia.
Such a fun place and the owners are so friendly. They even supported us during our strike, this place will always be home for pinball!
Great friendly, service with a super chill but fun atmosphere. Fantastic selection of beers and ciders as well a full bar. Pinball was great, and no one minded our endless questions. Karaoke Wednesday was poppin ??(I took a few pics of the ceiling but that's it)
What a throwback! Such a fun place to go in an unexpected place. Located in a hotel parking lot, this pinball bar takes you back to a simpler time when 8 tracks, vinyl records and smoking in the house were a thing. They even have a mock-living room in the back outfitted with grandma?s couch, brass light fixtures, old school televisions (seriously where did they even find these?) and killer games! We only had drinks, but they were delicious and you bet we'll be back to sample the menu! Thank you to the owner
I frequented this bar when it was still under ?Another Castle?. Lefty, the new owner & lovely bartender I had, Is personable, kind, friendly, sweet, just above & beyond!! He really changed the atmosphere without compromising the nostalgia & quality arcade games. 10/10 would come again ?? From other reviews: it seems this bar & kitchen is run by about 3 people. With a busy atmosphere it is to be expected wait times may be extensive! If you're nice, they're nice. Be kind to your local arcade/bar/restaurant/
This is a very cool place that took me back more decades than I care to think about. We just stopped in briefly and played a few pinball games while stretching our legs during a long drive, but the staff person was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the various games. Wish this was in our home town! Sadly we won't likely have many opportunities to return, but I look forward to it if/when we do!
I'm a regular there for a reason... I usually show up right at 5pm when they open before everyone gets there. But let me tell you it gets pretty packed there. The food is delicious...I love the Seattle dog. Nice selection of beers in the fridge and a good selection of booze on the shelf. A must place to visit, if you're in the area
This place is awesome. Lots of arcade games, and you can hang out in the living room area and play atari
Nice little bar. Always people there if all ages friendly staff .we go to play pinball. Nice selection of tables.
Drinks are strong and the Miami daiquiri tastes awful. Very small choice of food, pretzel was not good, salad looked fresh, but the ranch dressing is horrible. Cool games, tales from the crypt pinball was fun and the games lasted long. Guitar for guitar here was broken.
What a fantastic barcade! It felt very welcoming on my first visit; I'll be visiting again and again. Friendly, informative, and attentive staff; great selection of pinball tables and throwback arcade machines, along with a legit Atari hooked up to an old CRT TV (yes, they have the ET cart!) If you were a kid in the 80s, or just obsessed with that era, or if you love retro games, this is your place.
Stopped by to check this place out. They have some very cool nostalgia stuff. Lots of throwback video games and pinball machines! The problem is this place is very small and if you go in on karaoke night it's Really Really loud! It's worth checking out. The bar tenders were polite and professional.
I usually frequent Crave 80's on Friday and Saturday. Tae and Paul are amazing ?? Tae the Bartender Goddess has always made the best drinks! She is quick, efficient and an overall badass! Paul, the MC Host has an awesome voice and so very funny ?? he makes sure we all have a great time on karaoke nights. I love this place so much!
I love this place!!!! I come here every week for Karaoke and the place is so much fun. Bartender Alex is the best so friendly and makes an amazing drink called the berry delicious. I don't often recommend places to go but I make an exception for Krave 80s because of the pinball and the awesome staff! Thanks Alex and co. for making my night every week!
Crave 80?s is my favorite bar. I've had many regular haunts over the years, but this place is something special. Magnificent atmosphere and staff, Alex in particular always makes my Wednesday night karaoke experience something memorable. Fantastic personality, genuinely cares about his customers, and makes a mean Berry Delicious. Definitely go in on Wednesdays when he's working, best day of the week to be there.
Well, we went on a Friday night so it was apparently karaoke, which I thought would seem fun. There is a lot of cool pinball & arcade games. I was there from 8:30 to 10:30pm. Karaoke got pretty dark and in a minor key. This girl name Eloise sang every other song, and did opera! How are you suppose to pinball to that. Not the place, but then this guy did Primus & a group of girls did Free Fallin'. Pretty cool.
This place is amazing, fun people throw back video games and people singing there hearts out, and there good. My personal favorite pinball machine is the led zeplin machine, just a fun place to play Nintendo 64 and tons of pinball. I had thier build your own panini and it was legit good, nice sides. Thourally enjoyed myself.
An absolutely fantastic bar! Alex is by far the best bartender I've ever met in my years of being of age to go to bars. Fantastic customer service, makes some good drinks and is an overall great guy! Karaoke Wednesday-Saturday, it's a good vibe.
We have been here a few times, every time we had alot of fun. Everyone we have met has been really cool, and the games are alot of fun. If you like pinball, this is the place! They also have guitar hero and pacman! Food and drinks are good!
Absolutely phenomenal vibes in here, tons of games, great people. Such a great bar!
Fun place with pinball machines and different event nights
The automospher was fun. There were several generations of patrons. It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves. Bonus: the staff is top notch
Update July 2024: The owner fired Alex and Crow no longer hosts, Bryce, the other awesome karaoke host left because of Alex getting fired, this place is pretty much dead now. --Original review below--- Alex and Crow are the best. I drive all the way up from Renton every week because the vibes here are impeccable and they take good care of me.
Good drinks, good games, and good times. The pinball and arcade games were all coin operated, with an ATM in the back. The Atari setup in the back was a great throwback to show people. Always a fan of a Tetris cabinet without a loose joystick. 10/10 experience
Had a lovely time here, fun cozy bar. Karaoke Fridays is sweet, make sure to eat before you come. Limited on food selection. But they have a ton of drinks to choose from. Nice staff and people will make feel at home. Friendly environment.
So much fun! You can reserve the "80s living room" for special events; my twin and I just celebrated our birthday there and I'll recommend it a thousand times over, we all had a wonderful time, played pinball with actual quarters, had delicious food, staff was super sweet, couldn't have had a better time and we'll definitely be back, beer, food, liquor, pinball, arcade games, great atmosphere favorite place in Marysville right now, thanks guys ??
The drinks. That was sad. Some alcohol I've never even heard of. Wasn't able to taste any alcohol. Some knock off cheap generic brand. My drink didn't taste anything like it was supposed to. We came back in with 15 til it closed and tried to play another pac man game. There were 8 other customers still hanging out in the bar. A guy said something about closing and that he was the manager of the bar. I told him the Google website said 2 and it was 1:45. He started getting mad and we didn't play as we walked
Best idea in Marysville. There's an all ages arcade next door if you have kids but if you're looking for a new inexpensive date night spot or somewhere to go with the boys, Crave 80's is awesome. They have weekly karaoke, pinball tournaments and league teams, food, a large selection of beers and liquor. And a lot of arcade games.
Neat little place, it's always hopping and people are having a good time playing pinball. More interesting to me was the sweet 80?s living room.I originally stopped in to get a bite to eat, but i noticed no one else had food, nor did I smell food ?? so I just didn't order food, it appears they don't have a real kitchen. I'm no expert, but i feel like pizza ?? would be more appropriate here
Place is an ok spot to go to for pinball and karaoke on Wednesday and Friday. Have a good selection of sandwiches and snacks as well as beer on tap with a cooler that is stocked with bottles and cans. Have not had any of their cocktails and may give them a shot at another time. Karaoke nights do get a bit loud for some and speaker placement probably contributes to it.
So happy to finally have a great arcade-bar in the area again. Service is great, atmosphere is wonderful, and all the pinball and arcade machines look absolutely beautiful. Also, they finally have food here, and their signature Stuffed Puffins are like a blessing from the dessert gods. Don't miss out.
It was a bit smaller than I had expected there was only 3 other couples there besides me and my bf... Almost all games were 25? to 50? ea. And drink special was an ok price it was good but wasnt great and it was suppose to a comedy show plus open mic night but nothing going on
A group of us girls decide to go and meet up here, something different. They have a small menu of hotdogs and a few other things. The hotdogs was pretty good. The drinks on the hand was a bit of a mystery. I ordered a well vodka drink and I was charged $6 for the well drink and an additional $1 for club soda. Usually the well drinks come with a mixer. The owner said most bars do this. ?? ?? we stint be back..
Fantastic atmosphere. Lots of retro arcade games, and some newer pinball machines. The well drinks are a bit pricey at $6, hotdogs are serviceable, but the panini's should be avoided for all but the most famished. You don't go here for the food, you go for the games and staff. This review is not to deter patronage as Crave 80s is worth checking out at the very least for stiff drinks, pinball machines, and the 80s retro chic environment. Protip: look into the hours of operation for the tulalip casino shutt
This place is a gem. If you're looking for a good place to hang this is it. Get a seattle dog, a specialty cocktail and play some classic games. They always have something going on, monday open mic night is my go to.
Awesome place to hang with friends. Drinks are priced well. Staff is great very attractive. The pinball selection is fantastic. Having move recently to Marysville I was stoked to find this place. I love having a place to go play pinball.
If you havent been here yet, you need to go. Wednesday karaoke, sunday pinball tournaments. The guy who runs the bar is a cool dude, alex. Very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and i have found our new favorite spot.
What a fun find!! Loaded with pinball machines & other arcade games. Great selection of alcohol & basic food menu. Fun 80s decor, bar seating, table seating & great little hangout area in back. Give them a try. They are just south of Haggen & Chik Filet by the Holiday Inn Express off 88th. Service by the bartenders was very attentive & friendly. We'll be back but we'll be bringing friends!
What a great little bar. So many awesome games, cool peeps and ice cold beverages. We'll be back for sure. Thanks for such a fun time.
Pretty cool place but bartenders will shut you off on "vibes"
Really cool. Has old arcade games and pin ball. Very nostalgic and there is a 80's themed living room in the back you can hang out at and play Nintendo. Replaying contra was hard. I used to be really good at the game. I could run through not evening using a continue as a kid, now reflex's just aren't there anymore. Or the booze was getting to me lol
This place is awesome! They always have new pinball machines, the owner is awesome, and the atmosphere is great! Perfect for those who love the 80?s, pinball and/or drinking! They also seem to always have new machines, so the variety is awesome too!
Such a cool place, every 1980's detail has been curated perfectly and authentically. As a Gen'Xer it is so nostalgic, especially the full-on 1980's "living room" (which you can reserve for parties), it was like travelling back in time! We stumbled upon this place by accident and we are SO happy we did. 10/10 would recommend!
Absolutely awesome place. Fun, totally retro 80's. Great staff, great drinks, lots of video arcade and pinball games. A 1980's living room complete with 80's commercials on the TV. Really good time, great place for fun and dates.
We popped in here while waiting for restaurant next door to seat us and so glad we did. Lefty, the owner, has an interesting setup with loads of 80s memorabilia and fun stuff decorating the place. Really friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
It is a great spot. My friends and I go there often. Alex takes good care of us every time I go there and everyone else. He works hard and makes good connections with everyone
Recently I went with my friend from California who wanted to do karaoke. He had an absolute blast! So many options of different games from the '80s and the karaoke host was awesome!
Ask for my special beer and they actually stock it. This is my go to place now. The people are wonderful there. They are friendly and engaging and they sincerely want you to have a good time.
Wow, this place had the rudest person at the bar. No greeting, continued to clean and left us standing at the bar. He said cut off for drinks was 1:45 AM and had his clock set 15 minutes fast. I definitely would not recommend this place. Spend your money at a place that appreciates your business. Unbelievable! 1 star because I could not leave any less.
Such a fun place! Staff were super nice and friendly, drinks were on point. Soooo many games to play. Two 49 yr old women had fun. Definitely felt like you're back in the 80?s. 10/10 would recommend.
Fantastic selection of pinball, arcade, and booze! It totally feels nostalgic of the 80's and their stuffed puffins are absolutley amazing. Would definetly recommend Crave 80s Arcade Bar.
If you were born in the 80's and like pinball this place is for you! They have a pinball tournament and a free play night. The drinks are strong and the food is good.
Best service from Alex and great food from Mary on the kitchen. Came here for the karaoke but stayed for the awesome service.
We went here with our daughters tonight, it was our youngest daughter's 30 th birthday, We all had so much fun! And an awesome young woman gifted our daughter with a very, very expensive double shot of Johnny Walker blue, sincere thanks it made her night!
Fun arcade, good service. I don't know if they even sell food. Overall I had fun!
Love this place! Now there's a FULL bar. Not just hard ciders and beer. Husband and I have been here a few times and will continue to have our date nights here. Great people, LOVE the 80's nostalgia.
The people singing karaoke were fantastic, great selection of drinks and great games. I'll definitely be back.
Super cool throw back living room with an Atari 2600. Fun classic games and a decent drinks selection. Definitely worth a visit.
Another Pin Bar! Such a wonderful addition to the community, friendly owners and staff. Great beer and drink selection and the hot dogs are delish!!!! Keep up the good work!
Cool little arcade/pinball bar, unexpected location! I didn't try the food but good drink selection
Menu is not super phenomenal, the best item IMO is the panini. No more karaoke and the best bartender is gone.
The bread that they use for the paninis is perfect! Lots of flavor in the sandwich! There are fun pinball games, and good beer as well!
Always a super fun time here, did a birthday in the back room (grandma's living room area) and they were super accommodating! If you don't dress up like it's the 80's, what are you even doing?
Was cool kinda packed someone's birthday...
Arrived 1:15, closed, phone goes voicemail. Bummer. Looking forward to trying local flavor. I hope the owner is alright.
Great little arcade bar. Lots of pinball at reasonable prices. 80s living room is cool. They have Defender!
Very interesting music that night was alternative indi music I thought it was 80's,did not stay long enough to hear the karaoke, I will check it out again!
This was a an awesome experience growing up around Arcades is nice to see a good one staring up. I totally recommend this place great beer, cider and Jones soda selections.
Came on karaoke night and had a blast friendly bartender with yummy cocktails and lots if pinball options.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
