Such a charming little arcade! I brought my four kiddos, and they had an absolute blast. Plenty of fun games to enjoy, fun atmosphere, cute set up, and not packed or crowded at all, there was only a couple other kids there. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was welcoming, and street parking was manageable. Definitely a fantastic spot for a family outing?I highly recommend it!
Small and quiet. Was there for a birthday party and we had the place to ourselves. There was just enough to do in the 2 hours we were there for my 8 y/o. The play until you win crane games were a hit. He loves his stuffed octopus he won. I think that any older or if it was busier then it would not be as fun. Very clean and someone was always there to help. The back room for parties is large but the seating was minimal for a larger party. For me, this is more of a one time visit since we do not live in Monro
Fun spot, especially for small kids. A good selection of games, but not overwhelming and prices are very reasonable. Love that the cranes are play until you win!
We held my daughter's 6th birthday party here and loved it! She LOVES claw machines and the play til you win was a huge hit. The facility is not too big that you lose sight of the kids, but big enough that their attention is captured for a couple hours. The back party room was a nice big, clean space and the Owner had EVERYTHING that we needed and was so so kind and helpful. The prices were affordable and fair and my kiddos walked away with an armful of loot. Thank you so much Cranes on Main for making th
Took my son & nephew here last week and they had a blast! It's very clean, and we had great service. The little mini golf course was so cool!
Yesterday was our first time at Cranes on Main and we absolutely LOVED our experience. It was so affordable and at one point it felt like we had the entire arcade to ourselves. The owner Jamie is so great and the customer service was excellent. Definitely will be back and will hold bday parties!
We hosted our son?s Birthday party here. Very nice and clean place. Party room was big enough and the service was really good. Owner is very kind and cooperative to help organize.Kids loved 1 hour unlimited game and were very excited to win prizes from the claw machine. We like the fact about confirmed gifts from claw machines. Kids really loved the place.
My grandkids, ages 8 and 9, love Cranes on Main. I've taken them four times and they have so much fun. They love all the crane games, where they get as many chances as needed until they get a prize. They are able to trade a prize in for a Pokemon card of their choice, if they want to. There are a bunch of cute Pokemon stuffed characters for sale. My grandkids enjoy all the video games, but especially like the basketball shooting game and skeeball. It has never been too crowded when we've gone, letting the
This place is awesome! Ski-ball, Cenipede, Hoop Fever and more! I loved the fact that you can choose from two options on how to play; either by credit or time - return your playcard for a chance to play the claw machine for a goodie at the end of your visit! Staff is super friendly and kind with huge smiles! I foresee this place being a huge success in Monroe for a long time to come! They don't have a sign up yet, so they are a little secret spot for right now. I would highly recommend you get there asap b
Awesome fun for kids and parents, the option to play as much as you want for half an hour on cool new machines was great. Such a good place to bring the kids! Great local business!
Fun Father?s Day stop with my daughter, the 30 min card was just right. It's a little small, but I Love that they have unlimited play for time cards
Loved the place. Perfect for kids so much fun! Clean and well maintained, Wil definitely recommend
Great entertainment for my kids aged 4-14!
Great little arcade that keeps kids entertained for an hour
Super fun & staff & owner are so nice lots of fun games!!! Will come back.
Had a great time using the claw machines
I was hoping to walk in to a crazy gaming party with lots of people screaming and pizza pies all over but no. ?? maybe for little kids 10 and under.
It's really fun, but there's not a lot to do.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
