We took our 3 kids here today and had a blast! The kids all won a lot, with my middle daughter winning a whole bag of plushies! You can trade your winnings in for larger prizes if you wish. We stopped by during break since we are in the Aurora area. Once walking in, we noticed all the variety of crane games they had to offer. From all the cute plushies to keychains to coin pouches they had something for every ages. The facility is clean with very friendly staff that helps you win games through out your visit. We left there with so many cute plushies with the options to trade up to get something bigger.

My girlfriend and I had an absolute blast here! The claw machines were super fun, with a great variety of prizes to go after. Some were trickier than others, but that just made the wins even more exciting! The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and we ended up spending way more time than we expected because we were having so much fun. There was plenty of free parking in front of the place. It was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The prices were cheap. We spent about $25 each and we took home about 8 cute stuffed animals. There were 4 of us. The staff will move the stuff inside the claw machine so you can get it easily if you ask them. It's a fun time for kids of all ages. Good luck!

I went here about a month ago with my gf, and it was such a cute, fun, exciting, and engaging date!! The staff is incredibly friendly. I appreciate how the staff walks around switching up the items inside the claw machines. It makes the game experience feel new, and it gives the player a fair shot at winning a plushy. We will definitely be back to this location, and we are excited to check out their other location as well!!

We noticed this place by chance so we stopped in! For $20 we had a really great time and won a bunch of different toys! This would be a super cute date activity or a fun treat for kids!

The staff was more than amazing, they were all so kind & friendly. they helped the kids win. They kept the machines full and fluffed. Over all it was a great experience. We came because we heard they had Labubus that you could win - we spent some money but came home with two (one, we traded up 20 toys for a box) and another where I luckily grabbed a box from the crane! Omg!!!!!! My family and I had so much fun! We went a little late and close to closing but Alison was so amazing!! Her customer service and attentiveness was on point, she didn't rush us at all and made us feel so welcomed! We only had 30 min to play and came out with 20 amazing plushes and 1 keychain. We love crane games!! All the machines have high quality stuffies and are win-able. The trade ups are also awesome!! If you have a little one with you, the staff will help stack the toys inside to make it easier for them to win. This place is the best and the staff is so sweet. Highly recommend!!

The staff here are amazing! I brought my mother in law here to play, she has stage 4 brain cancer and was struggling to win. The staff came right over and helped relocate some stuffed animals so that she was able to grab them easier as she was struggling on her own. Will definitely come back!

We traveled to Japan this last summer and now we're jonesing to go back after visiting the Aurora location! The mini claws were fun and just not something you see everyday. It's cool how you can trade up for bigger items or crane coins to bank your wins for a future cash-in. The staff was super helpful and friendly, even helping to ?win? a prize if needed, great for the little ones.

Really enjoyed this place, the two girls Amy and Hillary welcomed us in with open arms and gave us assistance whenever we asked. Amy also didnt hesitate to help anyone, especially the kids and also had a beautiful smile when doing so.

This place is amazing! My kids love claw machines but typically walk away with nothing. So naturally I was skeptical to come to a place with just claw machines. I'm not skeptical anymore! These plush toys look like they came from the dirty carnival. The claws drop the animals even with a perfect grab. It's really run down and not as advertised. Don't waste your time or money. We watched multiple people walk in and out within five minutes with nothing and looked so disappointed realizing the store is not as presented online

It's okay if you don't go on the weekend! We came here for the first time on a weekday (Thursday I believe), and it was fun we left with two whole bags for $20! Then had to come again the week after that when my kiddo was on spring break. Then we went again today (saturday) and we spent $50 and literally left with 3 plushies. This place is fantastic! We took our 2 1/2 year old here to play games. It was such a wonderful experience for him and also for my dad and myself. The crane games here work very well! My son ended up getting enough stuffed animals to trade in for a different stuffy at the front desk. First time at this location and it was not fun. The staff was nice upon arrival but did not walk around or fluff up machines for us and majority of plushies were stuffed down into the machine. Also the trade in amounts for a Labubu are more at this location compared to their location in Thornton. We went to the other location in Thornton and it was 100 times better.

Great place. It's a small location but didn't feel crowded. Token prices are reasonable, with options as low as $10. We spent $50 total and left with 6 prizes, but easily could have gotten more. They also offer trade in options for bigger prizes, and the staff was incredibly nice.

Crane Games worked with us to host our 7yo's birthday party, and it was an absolute HIT! Kids loved it, parents loved it, we loved it! They opened early for us so that we would have the whole place to ourselves, they let us bring in our own table, food and cake (which is really important since our daughter has food allergies and the big indoor playgrounds don't allow that!). I'll admit that it's pretty hard to win the toys, but the staff were really helpful and would help out if kids were having a hard time

This place was awesome!! There's a wide variety of games with different plushes. I highly recommend for kids. The staff wants you to win! If your kids are struggling the friendly staff will open the machine and reorganize the plushes making them easier to win for your child! We walked away with 7 plushes!!

Smaller than I expected and narrow making it hard to move around. Games are packed into a tight space. Not a good place for adults to relax while kids play. Kids blew through the coins and the "fun"? was over in 15 minutes. Not a place for a birthday party or similar. Staff were friendly and the space was clean but I may as well have handed a business $100 and just walked back out. Each kid got two small prizes and there wasn't the excitement of the play or win like you might have at other arcades. W

We were not sure how fun a crane-only arcade would be but BOY were we surprised! We came in because we heard they carry Labubu dolls for prizes. We found out you have to trade 15-20 crane doll wins in for a Labubu (depending on the kind). Within 15 minutes we became ABSOLUTELY ADDICTED to winning enough for a Labubu! We ended up with 16 crane toy wins and 1 special chip that came with the $50 pack token bundle. We traded 15 in for a Timber Workshop plush Labubu (normally only found at the Pop Land amusement

Crane Games is by far the best claw machine place in the Aurora area. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The prizes are all great quality as well as adorable. Mypartner and I used to come here 2-3 times per week & spend $300-$500 dollars per visit. Which was worth it since they used to have good prizes & the games were playable. Unfortunately, the place is going downhill like it's in a race for the bottom. The machines are left empty, the prize table is left empty & the machines are unplayable. We used to leave with 2-4 stuffed full bags, but today, I had to give up entirely & my partner was able to grab 3 without help and then failed to get 3 times with help. T
