The service is great!!! The food taste amazing the pizza here has the best cheese pulls! And they always taste so good!! It's a nice and clean environment and a fun place to take the kids out to eat! It has a nice arcade and a laser gun game it so fun! It's a great place to come out with your friends to eat!

I called and spoke to a manager trying to get ideas for what to order for a small group of people. He gave me great recommendations and I placed the order. I went to pick it up and the same manager went over all the items with me. He just spent so much time with me on the phone, was super nice, helped me decide what to get, made great suggestions? I totally felt he appreciates his customers and really wants them to be satisfied. And best part? Everyone absolutely loved everything we got! Amazing service, ex

Just had dinner here tonight and the service from not only the owner but everyone was OUTSTANDING. They went above and beyond for our group (7 adults, 3 kids). The food was great and they have a decent size arcade that all the kids loved. (Laser tag too!) They even host parties. Definitely recommend and I'll be coming back soon and often.

Came here today for a work meeting. I disagree with some previous reviews in regards to the food. The thin crust was perfect, portions of toppings to cheese was good and the pizza itself was good. We also enjoyed the Cesar salad and the wings were really good. Bonus for the fact they have meeting/party rooms to rent. The guy that took care of setting everything up and the food was very nice!

There is nothing not to love about thisbplace. Staff is amazing. Pizza is amazing. Ambiance is amazing not to mention all the huge TVs everywhere. Great place to watch some games and have a beer while the kids are enjoying the arcade.

Owner is awsome, very cool and helpful. Food came out hot and tasted good. No complaints. Anything I needed or they might have forgotten I told them and it was taken care of. Only thing I didn't like was that party prices include gratuity already. I didnt pay, my husband did who wasn't aware but when paying asked him if he will leave a tip. He didn't know and gave and additional $40 on top of the 18% charged already. I was also chargedvfor 2 pitchers of soda when I actually asked for 1 soda 1 water. Manager

Cool spot for a late-night bite with friendly service, but the food left something to be desired. I ordered the gourmet veggie with chicken, and while the concept sounded great, the execution was lacking. The crust was thin and overwhelmed by a large pile of veggies, with barely any sauce or cheese to balance it out. Having grown up in New England I'm a pretty big pizza critic, hearing about a new place opening in Hayward I was eager to try it! Unfortunately this pizza did not hit the mark. Cheese - the cheese had an almost soupy texture I'm not sure if they were not using low moisture mozzarella or what might be happening there and virtually no flavor Sauce - was lacking to cover the whole pizza, when I did get a bite that had some it tasted like the typical generic bulk sauce you can buy at a restaurant store. Craft pizzeria was a great experience. The pizza so good I also got appetizers. Twist were a 10 out of 10 for me. They also have beer on tap great selection of bottle beer as well , for those who like wine, they have a selection of wine as well. Also, there's an arcade side with laser tag and a bunch of games that are so much fun. My son and I had a great time.

Nice large space, with great music, and well placed tvs for the games. I frankly was not expecting much from the pizza. But I do have to say it's the best I've had in the Bay Area. I'm not 100 percent certain, but I think they make their pizza dough from scratch. The mass produced pizza dough(Domino?s, Pizza Hut, etc usually give me a mild allergic reaction). Service was great too. So glad they opened up in Hayward.

Went there for the first time today with my son. The food was great and the service was amazing. We were in there mostly by ourselves and they turned the arcade on for us and made sure the ac was on since it was a hot day. We also had a friendly conversation with Niche which made the experience more personal. Definitely a person and place I want to keep supporting and I will come back after 5pm next time so we can try the lazer tag

I went here with my nephews, we all enjoyed the arcade game room and pizza was delicious and best pizza i had in a while and beer on tap was nice and cold. Customer Service was excellent and the restaurant was nice and clean. Definitely going back.

We brought our soccer team here and both parents and kids had a great time. The food was good, the arcade was fun and it was super convenient to have laser tag right there.

The manager during the day IF IS ALWAYS SUPER HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. They they offer. A lot of selections on pizza and other items. They got that MAC Dre beer that is solid.

This place was so cool, they got a variety of arcade games, great food and beer. But most importantly, they have a huge room for lazer tag! I was able to chill and enjoy myself while my kids ran around. Great for birthday parties or even just a day out with the kids. Also, everyone who runs this place is super friendly.

I bought a pizza wings and personal cheese the dough is hard their order was not complete I order for meat jalapeno and pineapple they only gave me jalapeno and pineapple I get there at the time designated to pick up and they're late I have to wait there 15 minutes for them very low customer service no ranch and the brightest very bad. Also been calling them for the past 20 minutes and no one picks up the phone. I would not recommend to my friends 5 star is a joke.

Ordered throught their own website for pick up. No communication our order had gotten canceled . The guy over the phone is willing to take order. It's just unprofessional the way their app handled it. Won't recommend this place. If the app says they are taking orders. Then that means someone from inside intentionally did not want to make order.

The wings were the size of my pinky, the arcade was closed but it could be because I went at 11 but even then kind part of the reason I went but oh well, and aside from the the guy who served me the pizza did NOT wanna be there.
