Went here Sunday and it was such a blast!!! Iv been wanting to go to a claw machine arcade for a while but they are all so far until this place opened. The employees are so kind and They helped make the game?s easier to win and will sometimes hand you a plush if you struggled at a machine so many times. The plushies are really good quality also. Me and my daughter will definitely be back! She really wants to have her b-day party here.??

I've been coming here regularly from Katy, spending $100?$150 weekly without hesitation, because I believed in the consistency and service. Last time, I was told clearly, ?We don't mix batches,? which made me trust the process ? and that's why I kept coming back. But on my recent visit, I received a blind box with a duplicate item. We JUST left there and I had to make a review as fast as I could! This place is the CUTEST! Very reasonably priced, very clean establishment, with awesome customer service! They were quick to help us when we walked in to explain how it works and when someone was trying but couldn't win, they'd open it up and give them a toy. We will definitely be back! I just wanted to write my own review about this place.. AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! My friends and I love to come here and other places just for some fun and thrill. I usually put 10-20 dollars of my own money. This day I only put 10 and won 4 prizes!! This place is so reasonably priced and the staff is so amazing. They will always welcome you and help you if needed. You are even allowed if you win a plushie and you don't like the one you won from the machine, the employees will trade it out for another one

I had been eagerly waiting for this claw machine arcade to open, and let me tell you?it was so worth it! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by how cute and inviting everything was. The rows of claw machines are packed with the most adorable prizes: plushies, snacks, gadgets, and more.

Friendly staff but, when they are telling you they can make the games easier to win. That tells you the games are not legit. First off no machine was full of stuff toys. Most were generic stuff. Then they charge 2 to 3 tokens to play. Example Claw Mania Kingdom in Houston all are full and brand names and only cost one token. Very disappointed in the machines themselves here. Everytime the claw would have the prize the claw would shake and release the prize. Glad I only did the $20, for one tiny key chain

I mainly came here for the gashapon inside. The staff members are very nice! Though, note that the gashapons take different tokens that you pay separately at the counter. There wasn't a sign at the front door or at their website so I'm sure a lot of people didn't know. The sign is at the back instead where the gashapons are after already paying for tokens. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. The claw machines are blatantly rigged. The claw literally lets go of the prize mid-air ? not even subtle about it. It's so obvious it feels insulting. Some of these machines are $3 per play, which is outrageous considering how low your odds are. This place wasn't anything special. It was very expensive and the claw machines are terrible. $50 for 60 coins and most machines take 3 coins. The claws barely grab the toys. Most machines are unclear what to do. The toys are all along the back wall of the machine, so clearly the claw won't get them. I won't be going back here.

The games were really unfair. My entire family did not enjoy . And some of the games had the required amount of coins in Chinese and since I not my family knew Chinese it scammed us for our coins .definitely not going again . Please improve .

All they had to do was switch my tokens to the tokens to the machines I wanted and charge me the difference. It was their attitude that you bought the wrong tokens, suck ot up. Great prizes, super friendly staff and nice games!!! Prices seem fair for actually authentic branded prizes and even the claws seem pretty skill based. Won a ton with the 60 tokens I got. Will be back for sure!

They have good selections of plushies and the store is very cute. But the claw machines grabs are terrible i got around 6 very good grabs on different things around the store (including the mini claws) but they all fell out or didn't latch on, sometimes it would pick it up at first then the claw would open up slightly and drop it then move back to its default position. only ended up getting one plush after spending 20$ :/

This place is so cute and fun to bring your kids but even really fun for adults! The plushies are actually high quality and the claw machines are well maintained. The machines are definitely timed wins and will grip better after 2 or 3 tries. Each machine is 2-3 coins per try and I got 23 coins for $20. A little pricier compared to other claw machine stores but the prizes are also significantly better! Come check it out for a fun exciting activity to fill your time!

So it's a cute place and all but they aren't super clear about how it works especially the front machine. We asked a person working and they said it was one jewel equals one point and then when we go to the front they told us it was weighed by the ounce. That was a waste of our money if we knew that was the case. Overall fun but disappointing about them being clear how the points work.

This place is trying to scam people. Do not go here. They up charge new Labubus to double the price. It's seriously not worth it. I understand Labubus are difficult to get but this place ensures the rob you. No amount of desperation should make you come and but your Labubus from them.

Didn't enjoy my time here. The tokens were double the price, compared to Belliare. Each token is $1, and you need to use 2 tokens per play($2). I think I read a review about how their quality for plushies is higher, which is why it cost more to play. But when you spend your money, and walk away with nothing, it's not really work it. This is such a sweet little place - came with my family and my little girl had a great time and adores the cute prizes she won. Might I also mention that I appreciate that they make it fairly easy for you to win something with their claw machines - that really sweetens the experience. Stopped by after lunch today and was not disappointed! Everything was adorable and the staff were incredibly sweet, especially Sonita! I love Claw Machines and this place is definitely now at the top of my list!

I took my 10-year-old granddaughter here, and she had a wonderful time. She won four very nice quality plushies. They also had a good variety of Gacha machines. The staff members were incredibly helpful, and they even gave her a big bag for her winnings.

I had a great time at Crabmee Arcade! The staff was super friendly and the place had a great atmosphere for entertainment. I accidentally put 2 tokens into a machine that required 3, and I couldn't get them back out. When I asked for help, the staff was very kind and gave me an extra token so I could play. That kind of customer service really made my experience enjoyable. Definitely a fun place to visit, and I'll be coming back again!

We spent quite a bit to walk out with nothing. We did not like that the majority of machines required more than one token. Just a warning for folks expecting it to be like the places in Houston where you win a ton - this was nothing like that for us.

Spent 50 dollars, the one in belaire is so much better. I got 60 tokens, didn't win a single thing because there is no grip on the claw like the one in belaire and each machine was 2-3 tokens. Personally I think it's rigged.

I have been to a couple claw machine arcades at this point, and this place has its pros and cons from what I can tell. For the cons, it was kind of pricey. Most machines were $2-$3 per play.
