Cosmic Mayhem: Black Light Mini Golf and Bar

This place was awesome!!! The vibe was super chill. So much good music playing throughout our time playing mini golf. The staff went above and beyond, making our first time very memorable. Our bartender kept checking on us and providing us drinks, all while we were golfing. She was the best! This was a highlight to us visiting San Antonio. I will sure come back during my next visit. Bummed out I don't have a cool spot like this back home.

Stumbled across this place while looking around our hotel and what a hidden gem! We had so much much playing games and hanging out they had super fun prizes and all the staff were all super fun, shout out to Zack he was awesome!!! Thanks for a great Sunday funday!! It has axe throwing, black light mini golf (it has 18 holes!), a small arcade (that appeared to be cash only?), and a full bar with a seating area. It was all very clean and friendly! Loved it, however I'd only come back for the axe throwing. Strongly encourage those who have never tried it to break away for at least an hour and give this all a shot.

Well, it was a weekday so there wasn't too many people there everything was available. To either play or Joining the fun without a weight Playing. The game tippy spent $20 and give you $20.So you get forty dollars for playing games which was nice. And it was my wife's birthday.So they gave us both a free drink which was very kind. First time being here and had a lot of fun with mini golf and having a few drinks. You have to wait just a bit to start because they space the parties out but there is lots to do while you chill. They also refill your drink while you play which was so nice. We had a blast and will be back!

Lots of options to have fun with friends of all ages. We went for the mini golf with our two boys and they loved it. Everything clean and organized. Servers attentive and quick. I travel in and out of San Antonio every so often. This is a great place for putt-putt. Totally different vibe here than the other places I have been to or seen in the area. They added the axe-throwing into the mix on top of it. The lanes are awesome and the pricing is great on top of it. The staff is super friendly and helpful so I really have not had any gripes over it at all. Good people, good fun and good times. If I am going out while I am in the San Antonio area, this is my spot.

Loved this place! Offered a military discount! Very clean and in great condition. They also limited how many were on the course which was great for crowd purposes. Plenty to do while waiting. They have board games all over to play while you are waiting besides the pay to play games. We will be back!

Idk why the ratings are so great for this place. The mini golf course was super lame and small. There were way too many workers than people there on a Friday night, and they were super strict. The employees are standing around waiting to scold you. Owner/?manager of place was an ass. Couldn't put ur drink down, had to wait to be called to go on the course, got yelled at for ?sitting? on the pool table to make a move. I wasn't impressed and def won't be going back.

Spent a cold and rainy day on Spring Break here with 2 teens and my husband. It was very packed, a little chaotic, however, the staff seemed to manage the chaos with ease. The blacklights make everything look so cool and neon. All staff members are knowledgeable and nice. Usually there is a wait time (1hour) once you arrive so I would keep that in mind when you plan on going. They have many things things to do like play pool, arcade games, etc. They also have a bar but no happy hour.. There specials were $8 shots. We were in town for a soccer tournament and after a day of historical site visits, my team of 16-18 year old boys were itching for some fun. And it was Valentine's Day so lots of places were booked out. We showed up to Cosmic Mayhem right when they opened at 5:00. After a brief initial hesitation on the part of the employees (they were going to limit us to 12 players ... I had 13 boys and was not wanting to tell one of them they'd have to sit out), they got us set up and on to the mini golf course quickly.

Really enjoyed this cool little spot! I recommend grabbing drinks at the bar before you pay for the games. They also have ax throwing as well as mini golf and other cool games. We didn't get a chance to get drinks but I really appreciated the fast that they had little snacks for sale.

Such a fun experience! Not a huge course because it is indoors but still so fun nonetheless. Great for the whole family as they have a bar, food, pool table, and arcade games in addition to the cosmic mini golf course.

My partner and I chose this place as a last minute date night idea and it has to be the best choice we've made! We went on a Tuesday so the location itself wasn't all that busy. The arcade machines scattered around the location were priced as if they were straight out of the 90s, with the cheapest games being 25? and the highest priced ones being $1. This is an excellent place to go if looking for a fun afternoon/evening. Everything is glow in the dark and gives really cool alien/galaxy vibes. Depending on the time you go, there is a 45-60 minute wait, but don't worry there is a bar and arcade games that will pass the time. Make sure to bring cash/coins for the games. I don't see this place as a big deal, yeah it was nice and the lighting was unique and cool but I just wished the staff could have handled a situation a little bit better. In the golf area one of the obstacles had a leveled ramp that that tilted up slightly and was being blocked by little cones, making it difficult to shoot straight. This was a putt-putt/arcade place. They also had axe throwing and a bar area. Upon entering we signed up and paid for the putt-putt and though we had to wait, we were able to pass the time playing arcade games and even pool. This place is a spectacle for sure. Fun for friends and family. With quarter arcade games, pool tables and put put. You can even pay try to win a large plush like a pokemon or a superhero. Definitely a great little spot for putt putt. The art on the walls are amazing, everything being lit by black light is awesome, and I pretty much love anything alien related. Staff was super nice!! We came during a busy time but our expected wait of 40 mins was only 15 max. If you're waiting around there is pool/billiards ($1.50 in quarters--there is a change machine for $1 & $5 bills), a couple arcade games, and a bar. Air conditioning is a plus!

Fun but felt rushed with a long line behind us and the course being intertwined. A little kid ran across the green a few times messed up golf but it's for small kids and it's not supposed to be an intense competition so it was all right.

I have been coming to Cosmic Mayhem for years. It has only improved with time. My new favorite activity that they added is axe throwing! The best part is that the axe throwing area for adults 18+. The mini golfing area is fun too, and I'm loving how much the arcade has expanded. I highly recommend supporting this wonderful local business! This place was kind of a nightmare. So crazily busy, with children running a muck everywhere and parents leaving them unsupervised. The line for golf was over an hour long. Everything is paid separately, there is no bundle deal, which makes no sense as several other spots offer them to make it easier. What a gem! We were in SA for a short conference and wanted to do something fun indoors and found this spot. Thank you SO much for creating such an enjoyable atmosphere and fun but challenging course! We all had such a great time! The price per round was very reasonable and it took us about an hour to go through everything. One minor suggestion is maybe lower the music a tad. It was just a little loud and there were times we could barely hear each other. Other than that, we really were super impressed!
