The kids enjoyed themselves and came home tired. Not bad for a rainy Saturday night. Staff was friendly. Facilities are aging with some features out of service, but there were plenty of open options. Good value and better specials offered for off-peak hours than I've seen elsewhere.

We went for a birthday party, and it was a perfect celebration spot. There's a lot to do in room for the adults to play too. The party corner was as expected crowded but convenient. Prices for drinks weren't too bad they even serve alcohol for the adults. Ticket center was worth the money spent at the arcade after the party.

Great place to have a birthday party! The kids loved the obstacle courses and arcades. Our hostess Emily did a great job managing our event. She stayed on top of our schedule and made everything stress-free. Would highly recommend.

Had a bad experience at checkout, reserved 1pm to 3pm. 2.40pm personnel asked us to leave the table because there was a reservation at 3pm and they had to clean it, that was 20min earlier to our time and kids were with the cake. They insisted we had to leave. There were 6 of 8 tables available, same size, same place, and they said the one we were used was the reserved one and could,'t change it, completely ridiculous. Came on a Sunday with my kids and it was a quick process to check in and the price was affordable! The place was clean , spacious and fun for all of my kids from toddler to teen. Highly recommend this place !! I've been to other trampoline parks and they are crowded and chaotic with kids who don't really care to work .

My family and I loved it! All attractions were open and nice game section. One of the best jumping places I have been to so far!

My kiddos had a blast! It's more than just a trampoline park. There is a lot for the kids to enjoy (arcade, obstacle course, zipline, etc). We paid for 2 hours of play, which was more than enough time. We will definitely visit again.

I really wanted to be satisfied with this place but I was not. This was my first time hosting a birthday here and my son had a good time. The staff on the other hand were not so great. When we registered they gave us a room number that still had a party going on. Went to ask at the front what was going on everyone kept looking at each other until a manager got there and said our room had been reassigned. We lost 10 minutes just doing that. We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday on 3/21/25 and I have to say out of all the places we have had parties at, this one was by far the BEST experience! This is a great place for kids parties from toddlers to teens. It's got a lot of activities and you can order a variety of things there from pizza, beer, snacks, etc. You need to use socks, the sell them there if you need to buy some. The place is huge and has an arcade, trampolines, jungle gym with a bunch of slides and a ball pit. There's something for everyone. It's definitely a good place for birthday parties or other special occasions.

Just want to say how happy I was to return last week and see how CLEAN everything looked and smelled :) We hosted a party here in 2023 and the floors were sticky and you could tell some areas needed maintenance. I dreaded to return after all this time, but was pleasantly surprised! Keep it up! We will be regulars for sure.

We, kids and adults, had a blast at Cosmic Air Humble. We had a party in the VIP Room for my daughter?s 3rd birthday. Marie, the coordinator did an awesome job getting everything set up, she knows her job as a coordinator and does it well. We come here a lot. This place is so much fun and packed with options for kids. Our daughter is 6 years old. She loves coming here with friends. Update: 12/08/23 had issues with check in that took a little while and the party host is pretty much useless & non attentive today during my daughter?s bday party & she kept rushing to get us to do the birthday cake asking multiple times when we barely got the pizza on the table. I basically did everything and had to ask for things when I shouldn't need to. Luckily, I brought most of my stuff such as cups, napkins, plates, utensils since she didn't bother to place some things that were needed on our table.

Cosmic World is an awesome place. The staff is super friendly and very professional, Mr Ian great guy very attentive. The place is a great place to bring your kids and have fun, all the areas are well maintained and very clean. This place is a really good space, but it is in desperate need of housekeeping. I've never had been there before but I read the reviews and disregarded the bad reviews because, the place looks really nice in pictures. Would I have booked a party if I had been in before? Located off I-10 and Fry road this trampoline park is basically like any other. Pretty big, with an arcade, toddler play area, slides, a cafe, and several areas kids can jump and play. We came on homeschool Wednesdays which are every Wednesday from 10am to 1pm so it was great to meet other homeschool families. Admission price was only $10.99 for each of my kids plus socks were $3 each. Not bad! We just celebrated my daughters birthday at cosmic air and Ashton did an exceptional job from making sure everything was great, cutting and serving cake, passing out goodie bags. He was prepared with a lighter and cake cutter that I had forgotten. He really made the whole process easy.

My granddaughters love this place. We have been here twice in the last couple of months. The staff are so friendly and for a party place they have great pizza which my girls love. It's fun when it's not too crowded but this is Spring Break and it's not too bad at all.

Brought my 2 year old on a Monday morning it wasn't too busy and they had two areas that he could easily play in. The ball pit was great and the toddler area had some cool slides. I do Wish there were some small trampolines in that area to make it easy and keep them in one area. We were there for a birthday party. The place is huge but very crowded. The design is not wise or safe enough, allowing a child to access some areas without following the rules. It also seems they have a lack of employees/supervision. I understand you have to supervise your kids, but it may require you to be running from one corner to another and not being able to ?stop? your child.

We have had 2 parties here and one worst than the other, party associates too slow and with bad attitude they waste a lot of tome bringing food and drinks and are not prepared with utensils to cut the cake. The kids enjoyed it so much but leave much to be desired.

We love this place! We keep coming back because of how fun it is, not to mention clean, and easy to see around the whole place. Great place for the kids. We did my 4yr olds birthday party there and the room was good. The party attendant was helpful but she was working another party at the same time which was much bigger than ours, so at times I needed her she was a little busy. Reign Jiu Jitsu hosted their annual Christmas Party here for the 1st time and I have to say it was AMAZING!! All the kids and families had an amazing time!! It was very hard to find a venue that will accommodate all of our teammates and their family members but Cosmic Air made it happen!!

We went here for our great-granddaughters fifth birthday party. Everything was clean and orderly. The kids had a great time doing video games,trampolines, and everything else that is there. Wonderful place for a birthday party.

lots of fun things for kids but didnt feel safe at the same time. pthere happen to be on this visit a crowd of older teens playing rough by the trampolines and others smooching & fondling with their girlfriends. no respect that there were smaller kids around. seems to be several doors & dark areas towards the back where any sick person can take a child & there is no security at entrance so anyone can walkout with someones elses child.

The positives; kids had a great time, the arcade is ok and it was quiet when we went for opening time. The negatives; took a while to check in, the zip line was not staffed, meaning I became the zip retriever! The place did not feel clean although they have improved the facilities since our last visit.

Recent update 9/9/2019 for the $20 deal with two slices of pizza and drink. They did not honor the drink but gave me a small bottle of water! Will speak to the manager about this. So happy to have found this place!

Good: Very nice park with lots of places for our kid to play. Friendly staffs. Sunday has a special package with free 2 slices of pizza and a water bottle. Usually packed with people in line, so better get the waiver done beforehand. Not so good: many parents do not care about the bjg No shoe policy. They kept walking into the trampoline area with shoes on. Even after being told by the employee, some just ignored the warning.

The place has a lot to entertain the kids however the staff is minimum. They had only 1 employee taking food orders so it took forever and the line just gets longer and longer but he was doing his best to get everyone taking care of as quickly as he possibly could. They should know on the weekends that they should have all hands on deck because every plan to take their kids out on the weekends. Overall I will give it a 5/10

This place has so much potential. The attractions are great and it has a lot of activities that aren't at competitors like Urban Air. My kids had a great time, however, this place is extremely poorly managed. There isn't supervision on anything except the ropes code which requires a harness. Brothers shoes were taken and they said they weren't responsible for it which is understandable, but they didn't even bother to check the cameras. Why even have them there if they have no use. Don't put spots for shoes if you can't do anything when shoes are stolen.

While watching my surroundings I noticed him go above and beyond his job to make sure the kids had a safe and fun environment. You can tell no job is above him, vey sweet employees. Terrible experience here. Poor customer service, they will let u order pizza with nowhere to sit I ordered 2 XL pizzas for my daughters bday and there was nowhere for my family to sit. They tried to tell me the couldn't give me a refund after they took my receipt when I got the food from the counter. And they had my receipt right next to them and refused to refund me. Never coming to this location again.

Always great time. Best to go right when they open so it's not crowded. The Sunday deal is a great deal! Do wish they would upkeep with keeping dodgeball and basketballs in stock. Other than that it seems clean and they are always well staffed.

Check in at top of the hour or not get your money's worth! We went there at the bottom half of the hour and got a 2-hour pass (minimum package, no hourly rates). Absolutely love this place! The variety of attractions for all kids no matter the age is beyond phenomenal. They continuously are updating their attractions and always bringing something new and exciting. The food is great and at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Best attraction place by far in the area. Worth the extra long drive.
